I recently bought a WiFi T-Shirt from ThinkGeek. It's awesome. There's a large panel on the chest that indicates the strength of the local WiFi network. The panel is powered by a small battery pack that fits in an inside pocket. It's a great conversation starter and would make a good present for any geek friend.
