Central Teaching Eligibility Test (CTET)

Candidates applying for TGTs and Assistant Teachers (Primary) post are informed that following order of priority will be followed in the engagement process.

All candidate passed Central Teaching Eligibility Test (CTET) will be considered in the first stage (List I)
If vacancies remain un-filled then candidate qualified in Teaching Eligibility Test (TET) conducted by other states will be considered (List II).
If vacancies still remain unfilled candidates without GTETfTET will be considered (List Ill). However, this condition does not apply for Librarian/Home Science, Music,Drawing, Physical Education Teacher, Computer Science Teacher and Assistant Teacher (Nursery) post.

Selection Process:

Guest teacher would be engaged strictly on the basis of academic merit. However, Marks obtained in CTET will not be considered for purpose of determination of merit. No rounding of %age of marks shall be done. For example 70.99 shall be entered as 70% only. Persons engaged as Guest Teachers during 2013-14, will be given preference mark over and above their academic merit for determining the overall order of merit of all candidates in a given school and subject.

दिल्ली सरकार के 12 हजार गेस्ट टीचर्स सड़क पर हैं और बच्चों की पढ़ाई भगवान भरोसे। दिल्ली के सरकारी स्कूलों में पहले से ही टीचरों की कमी है, ऐसे में अगर गेस्ट टीचरों की नियुक्ति में देरी की वजह से सरकारी स्कूलों में बच्चे ही बच्चों को पढ़ाते दिख रहे हैं।

नई दिल्ली: दिल्ली के ज्यादातर स्कूलों में आजकल बच्चे ही शिक्षक बन गए हैं। दरअसल करीब 12 हजार गेस्ट टीचर की नियुक्ति में देरी की वजह से दिल्ली सरकार के माध्यमिक स्कूलों में पढ़ाई चरमरा सी गई है। हर साल 10 जुलाई तक गेस्ट टीचरों के लिए ऑनलाइन फार्म भरके नियुक्ति हो जाती थी, लेकिन इस बार लेट लतीफी के चलते स्कूलों मे टीचरों की कमी हो गई है।

स्लम इलाकों के स्कूलों पर ज्यादा असर

हमारे सहयोगी चंद्रमोहन जिंदल खुद पहले मुकुंदपुर गांव के सरकारी स्कूल में गए। यहां पता चला कि स्कूल में चल रही दो पारियों में चार हजार छात्र हैं, लेकिन यहां भी गेस्ट टीचरों के नहीं होने से तीन स्थाई शिक्षकों के भरोसे ही बच्चे हैं। ऐसे में शिक्षक सभी क्लासों को नही देख सकते हैं, लिहाजा बच्चे ही छात्र है और वहीं शिक्षकों की तरह दूसरे बच्चों को पढ़ाते भी है।

इसी तरह सर्वोदय कन्या विद्यालय में सिर्फ प्रिंसीपल के भरोसे 1500 बच्चों की पढ़ाई चल रही है। यही नहीं सादिक नगर, त्रिलोकपुरी जहांगीर पुरी, जगतपुरी के स्कूलों में गेस्ट टीचर ना होने से पढ़ाई ही शुरू नहीं हो पाई है। हालांकि बच्चों के भरोसे चल रही ये काम चलाऊं व्यवस्था तभी तक है जब तक नए गेस्ट टीचरों की नियुक्ति नहीं हो जाती है।

दिल्ली के स्कूलों में गेस्ट टीचर क्यों ज़रूरी हैं?

दिल्ली के 11 सौ स्कूलों में करीब 15 लाख से ज्यादा छात्र पढ़ते हैं। ऐसे में 12 हजार गेस्ट टीचरों की भूमिका अहम हो जाती है। जानकार बताते हैं कि कई सालों से माध्यमिक स्कूलों के स्थाई टीचरों की भर्ती नहीं हुई है। ऐसे में दिल्ली के सरकारी स्कूलों में करीब 50 हजार नए शिक्षकों की ज़रूरत है। नियमों के मुताबिक, 35 बच्चों पर एक शिक्षक होने चाहिए लेकिन दिल्ली के सरकारी स्कूलों पर इतना दबाव है कि बहुत सारे स्कूलों में एक शिक्षक के भरोसे औसतन 150 से 200 बच्चे तक होते हैं।

दिल्ली में 24 घंटे पानी और बिजली के साथ ट्रैफिक के लिए बड़े-बड़े फ्लाईओवर की जरूरत पर जोर शोर से बहस होती है, लेकिन स्लम और गरीब इलाकों में शिक्षा की इस बेकद्री पर किसी का ध्यान नहीं है। सवाल यह उठता कि जब प्राइवेट स्कूल जुलाई में नए सत्र के लिए कमर कस रहे होते हैं तो शिक्षा से जुड़े हमारे ये अधिकारी कहां रहते हैं। अगर गेस्ट टीचरों की सही समय से नई नियुक्तियां हो जाती तो शायद हालात ज्यादा तो नहीं लेकिन थोड़े बहुत तो सुधरे ही होते।

All those candidates who filled application form for the posts of Pravakta / lecturer of Uchchatar shiksha seva ayog (UP higher education service) ,now informed that UPHESC will conduct a state level written examination in the month of September 2014. UP HESC published the detailed Exam schedule / Time Table and Subject wise date for each paper.According to official exam calendar, assistant professor written exam will be held on 21 September 2014 and 28 September 2014 at various examination center all over Uttar pradesh. Written exam for all 46 subject will be held at the same time. Written exam will be completed in a single day and two meeting. This decision was taken by UP HESC meeting which was held on Wednesday 2 July 2014.

Written exam of assistant professor post will be objective type nature. Each question of the exam will carry 2 marks. Question paper will contain 100 objective type questions. Question paper will carry 200 marks. 30 questions will be asked from general knowledge and 70 questions will be asked from concerned subject. Total 2 hours will be given for attempting the question paper.

1st meeting exam will be started from 9:30 am and will be over at 11:30 am and 2nd shift exam will be start from 1 pm and will be over at 3 pm.

Commission will also send all information regarding exam date, time table, admit card etc at the email id of applicant which was given by candidates during the application form submission.
