Tik Tok Tik Tok.. The time keep moving without stopping.. So fast is already Day 8.. My countdown meter keep moving… Today my mum, dad and sis gonna come all the way from KL to Muar to accompany me.. Yeap.. Last time only my mum came during my last confinement.. This time gonna be three of them… Hee hee…

Confinement Day 7

One week just pass like that.. Consider fast?? Normal Lu.. Still have 21 days or less to go… Ok… Hmm my family coming to accompany me soon.. Happy.. Wink…

The confinement lady was quite caring.. She scare that I got not enough sleep so she will try to arrange when to feed ezen with those breastmilk and when should I let ezen have latch on.. Like that I get to sleep even during day time…

Just now after I pass ezen to the confinement lady I really fall asleep.. Till Brandon called hehehe.. Get up and check on the facebook… And saw a video that Kai Yeh (Pete) took.. Omg.. Nice.. Make me feel like wanna take video with it too.. I think I will use ezen to try it out hehe..

How’s the itchy itchy tummy d?? Hmm.. I guess is getting better.. Hope that it will cure real fast.. I try not to scrach it hehe…

Today not sure why.. Seems like E Zen don’t really know how to latch on anymore… Hmm.. He was quite ok previously.. Haih.. Headache.. All I can do is be patience.. Hopefully I can get this over and really breadtfeed him as long as I can… Hold up girl…

Confinement Day 6

As usual the night before I have back ache… Ever since I discharge.. I keep have back pain… Is not lower back where they put the injection before operation.. Is the upper back where near the ‘wing’ hahaha u know chicken wing?? Yeah that place… Wonder why… And why must be night time?

Besides that.. Last night suddenly my tummy feel very itchy again.. Wonder why… I didn’t apply anything also… Previously when I was still in hospital it does feel itchy once.. But after I apply the cream that the doctor gave me… I feel better d.. Till last night…

Is it because of what I apply? Or is it because of the food?? Can’t be.. Cause I just eat like normal only.. Nothing special also.. Besides the cream that the doc gave me.. I didn’t apply any other thing as well.. Faint

Morning Brandon fetch me back to the hospital for follow up.. The doctor check on my wound.. And check on my itchy tummy.. Then he gave me a cream and a 2 course med so that it will cure the itchiness…

Doctor said that’s actually consider the pregnancy ellergies hmm.. First time I hear of this thing… Last time when natural birth I didn’t have this also…

Some of the people asked me how’s the confinement… Hmm.. So far ok la.. Just a bit boring… The others as in food ok Lu. The confinement lady ok Lu (although she’s around 60 years old)… She’s kind of caring… The way she take care baby also like very easy not like the previous one always make things like a big deal like that…

Sometimes she even help me massage my back.. Wink…

Confinement Day 5

Hmm.. Today feel a bit boring already.. Is just day 5… Still got 25 days more to go… Wonder how am I suppose to pass the day faster…

Now what I do daily… Is just.. Get up wait for the time to feed Ezen.. Eat… Lie down on the bed… Try to read books.. But can’t read too long.. As for drama series I try not to watch tv that often…

OMG.. My back is soooooooo pain after I keep lying down on the bed.. Seriously.. Keep lie like that is no fun… Hmm.. Wonder when will I be able to walk around more often… Or even sit longer.. Unlike last time.. After giving birth naturally I can straight get up and walk to baby room… Really totally different…

Confinement / EZen Day 4

Today the confinement lady started to give me drinks and food that I bought from Daveleen… For the daily drinks I don’t really dare to drink for the first few packet… Cause as what I see from their notes it saying that the first steps is to release those dirty blood… Err… When I see that it reminds me of what my doctor said… I lost 3 big bottles of blood.. I wonder will I still have Any blood to release… Faint.. So to be save I think I will stop drinking that first before I double confirm with Daveleen…

So.. First today I start with drinking a cup of black sesame… Taste not bad.. This is the first time I drinking the black sesame alone.. Normally I will add the soya together…

Called Daveleen around 10am.. One of their staff told me that is totally safe for me to drink the supplement.. So I think tomorrow onwards I will start drinking it…

After breakfast.. My MIL (Mother in law) told me that Daphne still sleeping.. Make me feel like going there to sleep with her.. When i saw Daphne sleep on the tilam on the floor. I thinking.. How am I suppose to lie down beside her??? Hahaha so I just lie down on my in law’s bed.. Consider sleep beside Daphne as well right hahaha… Sleep for around 10 mins suddenly I see Daphne open her eyes.. Then as usual she gave me a big smile and pass me the pacifier that is on her mouth.. Hehehe.. So cute… Then I asked her:” do you miss mummy?” then she nod her head.. I was so touch and happy when she did that.. Then after few second I realize her pacifier is on my hand.. Most probably she nod her head cause she wanted the pacifier.. Faint… Then I pass her the pacifier again… Then after that she pass me again hahahaha… We keep doing that for a few times.. Just like playing… After few mins… She get up from her bed and stand up… She seems really happy today.. Miss her.. After bathing Daphne came to our room.. Straight she Want me to hug her.. So my MIL just put her on the bed.. Then Daphne crawl near to me… And lie down by my side… So sweet… By writting this I feel touch already… Haha but she’s really cute… How I wish I can just hug her and take care of her now..

Around 11am.. Brandon called to the hospital to ask about EZen’s status… As the nurse said… EZen can discharge d… So Brandon inform the confinement lady to go with him…

So the confinement lady faster get ready for my lunch and prepare herself to go hospital with Brandon…

Finally ezen is back… Brandon bring daphne to take a look with her new brother.. And ask her: Daphne.. See.. Here’s didi (little brother) then she nod her head and touch ezen.. But she didn’t dare to go too near ezen.. Maybe cause the confinement lady is there…

She just play awhile with ezen then my MIL bring her back to nanny house.. Guess next week only get to see her.. Phew.. Daphne.. Hope that you will understand.. Not that I didn’t want to hug you.. Just that I just had the operation.. The wound still pain.. That’s why I can’t hug you yet.. Just yet.. Hopefully I can hug you again soon…

While feeding EZen just now.. I saw him smiling with me.. Seems like he’s having sweet dream..

Confinement Day 3

Confinement Day 3
Today is the day I discharge from the hospital… Before I reach home Brandon get a call from his mum asking about Daphne’s milk bottle… Yeap Daphne is back home.. My mother in law bring her back hhehehe… I’m so happy cause didn’t see her for quite some time d.. Miss her so much.. Wonder if she miss me or not.. Phew..

When I reach home… I didn’t see Daphne in the house.. As what my mother In law said.. She’s drinking milk milk in the room.. And Daphne was in a bad mood.. So she didn’t dare to let Daphne see me.. Cause she scare later she will want me to hug her…

And you know what.. No matter how they try.. Daphne just didn’t want to drink milk.. End up.. My mother law have to put her into sleeping mode only try feed her.. Phew.. Daphne why are you so naughty?

After her small little princess nap… Finally Brandon bring her to our room… Omg… Really miss her.. Feel like hug hug her but I can’t… so.. I just tap the bed and ask her sit beside me and watch her kiddie song with me.. That’s the only thing I can do…

Daphne, mummy really miss you a lot.. Can’t wait till hug hug you…

Ok… How about my confinement? Actually nothing much… Just ate a fish, vege, rice and a bowl of soup as dinner… Sooo full… Can’t even think of supper after that…

Besides that I lie on the bed till really boring and I feel body ache.. Faint even just lie down and do nothing also will have body ache? What’s this? Today is just Day 3… How am I suppose to wait till Day 30 or so??? (of course when I say lie down on the bed doesn’t mean that I really keep lie down on the bed like dead meat.. Sometimes I did get up and sit a while and walk a bit.. Cause some of them told me that is better to get up and walk a bit)

Giving Birth is not easy

As you read the post I wrote previously about the difference btw c-sec and natural birth…

Seriously giving birth is not as easy… Yes is true that you won’t feel any pain when doing the c-sec.. But after c-sec you will start feeling it… Especially after the effect of med is over…

You will have to suffer from the contraction pain for around 1 day… Yes you can get the pain killer or injection to put you into sleep but I did not want to… I hold the pain till night time.. Cause doc want me to have enough sleep so they gave me an injection at night.. The injection did make me sleep but I will keep wake up every half an hour..

Besides that.. During the csec actually happen a small accident… My vein is around the place where they operate… So.. It was cut accidentally… And end up.. The blood ‘flew’ out just like fountain.. Faint yeap that’s how the doctor describe my blood…

While they operating they keep look at me in the weird look.. -.-.. And seriously I can’t feel a thing.. Just can feel that they like quite panic… Hmm… Keep checking my status… And make sure I’m feeling ok…

Actually I did feel a bit dizzy.. Then after that was ok… After the whole operation over.. The doc told me the whole story of what happen just now.. And told me that I actually lost approximately 3 bottles of blood… Which is quite a lot… And if I don’t feel well.. They might need to transfuse blood to me..

But in the end they didn’t do that.. Cause docor said that I’m doing fine and recovering…

This time really make me feel giving birth is not that easy compare to natural birth

Ok.. Now is time for me to diacharge.. And here comes the confinement countdown…

Natural Birth vs C-sec

This is the question or Difference that most of the mummy to be thinking… Nowadays most of the people will go for C-Sec even they are able to give birth naturally… Cause most of the mummy afraid of ‘pain’ that Natural Birth will give… Hmm…

What’s not good about c-sec?
One of the point I don’t like C-sec is.. I feel that c-sec will actually make me feel uncomfortable in terms of mental.. Cause for c-sec you already know the exact date and time that you will be deliver… So it will actually make me think how the whole process will be.. Etc. That’s what happen to me… And even the baby.. Yeah the baby get affect too hahaha. Cause I can feel that my baby keep moving inside very actively for the last two days before I giving birth… Mentally you will be affected.. That’s how I feel.. Maybe that’s why I wake up 2 hours earlier…

Medical Fees is another concern that make me keep think about it… The charges is simply higher than giving birth naturally… Normally giving birth naturally will be around RM 2k (staying in the hospital for 2 nights according to malacca hospital standard around Year 2009-2010) but as for c-sec the charges can easily go up to RM5,000 – RM6,000.

Another concern is… You have to fast before doing the c-sec… This is the problem I having now.. I feel super thirsty.. But u can’t even drink plain water… God.. That feeling… Really hard…

The other concern is… After C-sec there’s too many don’t (s) that the mummy can’t do…
1. Some said you only able to eat and drinks after you fart -.- (to make sure you fart asap… Remember to bring along the minyak ‘Ru Yi’ to apply on the stomach…)

Besides that for those who goes for c-sec.. You will feel like wanna cough.. So.. Make sure you bring along Vicks… To apply it on your neck whenever you feel like coughing.. It works on me

While doing c-sec:
First you are allow to choose which type of anesthesis you want…
1. Full body – you will just sleep and they will use a machine to help you to breathe.. When you wake up the hold operation is done
2. Half body – you will be able to feel the doctor is pressing your stomach.. U get to hear what they say.. That means when baby came out you will be able to see him / her by urself

After that… They will prepare everything and ask if you can still move your leg and so on… Then they will start the operation… First you get to smell something burning.. Yeah.. That means they started ‘cut’ ur skin d..

Then you will get to feel that the doctor and nurse keep pressing you.. Blablabla.. Actually the assitant there will update you what are they doing…

Then you will be able to hear baby voice once he/she came out

Arr actually quite a lot of steps and procedure la…

After the whole operation done.. You still won’t be able to feel anything.. Cause the med still there.. So you won’t be able to move your legs yet.. Till you back to your own room… Slowly.. U will be able to feel the pain.. Slowly.. Slowly… First will feel the contraction pain… Then the pain of the wound… Then contraction pain again.. On and off one after another… Seriously.. No joke..

At this point.. I keep thinking.. Why people choose to go for c-sec instead of natural birth? For natural birth.. After give birth.. U only feel the pain of your wound.. As for contraction pain you only feel that before giving birth.. Right after you give birth that’s it.. U will feel relieve…

After around 12hours.. Finally I feeling better.. But not sure is it cause they gave me the injection to get rid of the pain.. Or what… But one thing for sure.. That injection do help me fall asleep

Didn’t know what to write anymore…

1. Notify few of my friend about my status…
2. Already pack all the things that is needed…
3. Wanted to watch some drama series but the TV is in pause mode cause Brandon is watching “Super Natural” at the moment. So I can’t watch anything
4. Not really in the mood to edit photos…
5. Wanted to post Daphne’s new photos but seems like not the correct timing…
6. Wanted to ask if friend free to have teppanyaki dinner with me… But she didn’t reply my sms yet… and i doubt i should really eat that or not… cause i just get well from sore throat not long ago
7. Wanted to bead more jewelry… but i’m out of beads… sigh
8. Wanted to sleep but i don’t feel sleepy…

are all these the sign of worry? or am i scared? actually quite a lot of friend asked me this question… but seriously… i myself didn’t know the answer… especially when Jen ask me that… guess how i answer her?? ahaha

"dunno ler… i didn’t have c-sec before… so i didnt know ler… everytime give birth also different experience.. OMG… haih.. scare also have to give birth one lar… so.. just let it be ba…"

i think… now the best thing for me to pass time is… watch drama… or maybe chit chat with a friend… or maybe just lie down and don’t do anything.. hmm…
