Today i made a total 160 &lt;b&gt;Push Ups&lt;/b&gt;. They were made in 5 sets with 2 minutes rest between each. 29 x 33 x 29 x 29 x 40. At last set as usually i made 2 pauses, because my muscles were shaking, it was too hard. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I really liked this day, it was hard enough but quite good. I will relax for few days. Then i will do an exhaustion test and resume the training program. At second 4 week day i made total 140 &lt;b&gt;push ups&lt;/b&gt; in 5 sets. There was a 90 seconds break between each set. I made 25 x 29 x 25 x 25 x 36. Before last set i added 240 more seconds to rest time, beccause i knew that i couldn't do 36 push ups. So after 330 seconds rest i made 36 Push Ups with 1 pause after 20 push ups. That day was quite hard.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Also today i ran in 9 kilometers run. I made it in 1 hour. Today was very hard day. First of all first school day and hard to make &lt;b&gt;Push Ups&lt;/b&gt;. Today i had to make total 120 Push Ups in 5 sets. 21 x 25 x 21 x 21 x 32 with 60 seconds rest between each, the last set as last day was very hard. I made about a half and muscles were shaking, so i made them with i think 3 pauses, because it was very hard and i decided to make it without pauses about 30 minutes later. Ant it was OK, i made 32 Push ups without rest.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Also today i decided to make exhaustion test in the end of 4 week. Today was a hard day. I had to make 5 sets, which contains 22 x 30 x 20 x 20 x 28 &lt;b&gt;Push-ups&lt;/b&gt;. The last set was quite hard, i made it with ~5 pauses, because my muscles were something like stoned, so i could not do Push ups. So i decided to re-make the last set after ~15 minutes and it was quite good, no stops. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Yesterday i bought one cheeseburger and normal portion of potatoes and i ate about half and gave it to my friend, because i can't eat them, i thought about my health and strength, so i must eat only healthly food.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Waiting the day after tomorrow to resume the &lt;i&gt;&lt;b&gt;Push Ups Program&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/i&gt;. First day. On Thursday i started &lt;b&gt;100 Push-Ups Program&lt;/b&gt;. Today i made total 80 push ups for 100 Push Ups program and 60 push ups from another program. It is quite good. So far using this program i made 5 sets 14 x 18 x 14 x 14 x 20 with one minute pause between sets. I decided that i have to eat only helth, home-made food while i will be doing this program, because it is very important energy source. But i think i will buy some food from super-marker which contains not only healthly materials, in example yoghurt, chocolate and etc. I am feeling quite good, because it is not very big charge for me. Waiting for Saturday to do more &lt;i&gt;&lt;u&gt;Push ups&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/i&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;P.S. Ahh, I failed, today i ate a double cheeseburger complect, which contains a double cheeseburger, big sprite and big portion of potatoes. I am Juozapas, from Lithuania and i decided to try &lt;a href="http://hundredpushups.com/"&gt;One Hundred Push Ups Program&lt;/a&gt;. I didn't made the initial test, but yesterday i had made 30 push ups without stop and 50 push ups with 2 or 3 stops. I analyzed the &lt;b&gt;One Hundred Push Ups&lt;/b&gt; website and found that they are offering iphone app which is very nice one, because it makes logs and graphs it is very useful thing because you know how much &lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt;push ups&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt; you made each program day. Also app can count pauses time, show how much push ups in each set you have to do each program day. Also this application contains a gif which shows you how to make &lt;b&gt;good form push up&lt;/b&gt;. So i downloaded and installed this app to my &lt;A href="http://itouchblog.info" title="Ipod touch tips &amp; Tricks"&gt;Ipod Touch&lt;/a&gt; and i really recommend you to download this app if you have iphone or ipod touch. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So go back to initial test. As i said i could made 30 push ups without stop and 50 push ups with 2 or 3 stops yesterday. The website and app recommended me to start from third week so it is only 4 weeks of training and it is 12 training days. I decided to do program on Thursday, Saturday and Tuesday. Looks like it is very easy, but we will see. Also i decided to make a little bit wide push ups, because i want to train &lt;b&gt;chess muscles&lt;/b&gt; More from first day you will find on the next post.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;P.S. I forgot to say that i am making a program each day, first day it contains 3x20 push ups, 3x20 sit ups and 7 more excercises and another day contains 7 excercises, so i have bigger load than only 100 Push Ups Program.</description><thr:total xmlns:thr="http://purl.org/syndication/thread/1.0">0</thr:total></item></channel></rss>
