Hi my name is Tom Neville and welcome to my personal review of Maverick Money Makers.

If you are looking for a way to make money on the Internet and work from home you have found the perfect website to help guide you in the right direction.

There are many work-from-home programs on the Internet today that will promise you the world, however most of these programs don't deliver on their promises. If you aren't careful you will end up joining a work-from-home program that just takes your money and leaves you with an empty pocket.

I know from firsthand experience which programs actually work and which ones will just steal your money. See, two years ago when my company was sold and I was let go with 3,000 others, so I started searching the Internet for ways to create a part-time second income.

Great stuff IF you have the time/budget to play it out in full,
100%. Here's my review of the good, the bad, and the ugly:

I picked it up and was 100% hardcore about getting it to work, I've used Craigslist in the past in other businesses and it has always produced incredible results for me. This looked pretty solid.

They cover Copy Writing, how to post, headlines... just about everything you'll need in order to really kick some butt with this.

However... some of the Craigslist rules have changed.

First - you will need to pay to post jobs in a lot of cities. Not all of them, but enough to at least slow down the spamming.

Second - CraigsList only allows a certain number of posts/accounts per IP address of your computer (covered in the course). The work around to this is a piece of software that will rotate your IP so Cl/Gmail and all the players involved won't catch on to the fact you're doing what you're doing. You fly under the radar.

The problem with this is you cannot use a cable modem... it's not only freakishly hard to configure but if you're caught they'll shut down your account.You either need a dial up (WHAT?!?!) or a cell/wireless card.

I tried using it with a software based IP switcher (don't remember the name) but it did not want to work for me.

So that shut me down cold. I was working with the software guys to try to come up with a solution and discoverd what I was doing wrong. A simple switch overlooked that prevented me from getting another Cell account altogether. It worked and traffic was coming in less than 1/2 hour.

Bottom Line:

Yes. Craigslist Blackhat System is a great method for driving traffic IF you're willing to take the time/effort to make it work.
It is NOT for newbies and should only be used by people offering quality goods/services as most of the IP problems and limitations have been put into place to stop morons from spamming.

If you do chose to buy you'll want to get the bonus. The method for posting showed there is about the closest thing to the "Holy CL Grail" I've ever seen! Get it and use it.

Can you do this without all the addons and IP rotators? Yes. You can post to around 30 different areas using your single IP and normal software.

For my money, and time, it seemed like it would work and be worth the effort, if your traffic generated the income to support you.

In my digging I stumbled onto a number of software solutions which may solve the problems I was having... do they work? I have no idea.

End Review: Good tactic but does require a lot of set up.

Hope that helps! That's it for my review of the Craigslist Blackhat System. It costs $47 which is about half the original cost it was offered at. Seems like a good value when your committed to it for 11videos and full instructions.

Would you jump into the deep end of the pool without first having an experienced swimmer teach you the basics of survival in water? Would you head for the steep slopes of Aspen or Breckenridge without first asking a professional to recommend the best equipment for the skiing conditions you are likely to encounter? Of course not! Failure to seek and heed the advice of those who have been there, done that, and experienced these situations can be life saving or at the least prevent you from going under – literally as well as figuratively. The same is true for the business mentor.

Why would a newbie enter the world of business without seeking out the help, advice, and guidance of an experienced business mentor who has already tread where the newbie is seeking to tread, and failed where the newbie might be able to learn from the experience of another and thus be spared the failure? The answer is simple: a misguided understanding of personal business acumen and a failure to realize that a business mentor is easier to find than one might have imagined!

Granted, for the newbie is might appear to be a lot of extra work to go out and seek out that individual business person, but all things considered, this time and effort is an upfront investment in the health and wellness of the business! Yet even here there is still room for error! Too often the importance of the business is understood but the acting upon that understanding is flawed. Instead of looking for the business man or woman who is ahead of the person in the business and who is willing to take them under their wings and teach them everything they know about the business, the newbie might be looking for the casual acquaintance that might have an opinion or two on business.

Sure, these individuals have some great advice in store and can make a lot of difference in the start up of a new business, but ultimately they do not offering the business mentor relationship. Instead, they are called upon in a strict question and answer kind of relationship where the business newbie may approach them in times of need, while at other times she or he will be working on their own. The business mentor, on the other hand, anticipates needs and questions before they even occur and therefore it is not at all surprising to find that individual seeking out interaction with the business newbie throughout the week or month, even if there is no pressing business problem.

This underlines the difference in the relationship between the casual business advisor and the bona fide business mentors who will make it part of their business to see another business person succeed from the ground up. No new business owner can succeed without such a mentor and once you find yourself at the top of your game, remember how you go there and then offer up your services as a business mentor yourself!

Tie-in products and services can be offered in separate classified ads, and they can also be offered directly to those who inquire about or order another of your products. A combination of these two methods will usually provide the greatest increase in income for you. No matter what product you use to establish your business, there will be numerous other products which you can use as tie-ins to broaden your scope of operation.

The time to consider tie-ins is when your affiliate marketing site business is young and just starting to grow. Although results will be slower in coming it will be less expensive at this stage to offer your tie-ins directly to those who inquire about your advertised product or service and to those who eventually order from you. This can be handled by direct mail advertising. You should prepare sales messages, offers, order blanks and other materials for your tie-ins and include these in the mailing you make when inquiries start to arrive.

This method of advertising your tie-ins has several affiliate marketing site advantages. Those who reply to your classified ads are already interested in at least one item you advertised. When they receive your mailing they not only receive the information they asked for but are also confronted with one or more offers of additional similar items. The person who is interested in buying a sharpening stone, and very possibly in other related items. Thus, many orders you receive for the specific item mentioned in your classified ad will also include orders for your tie-ins. Too, some of those who do not decide to purchase your advertised item will send in orders for tie-ins. These extra orders greatly increase your income and cost you almost nothing to secure. They also make customers out of far more inquirers than would happen without tie-in offers.

It will also be advantageous to include tie-in sales messages with each order you ship for your affiliate marketing site. The cost is minimal and some of these will result in additional orders. The customer may have lost or discarded the information you previously sent. He may currently decide he wants something else you are offering. He may suddenly have more money to spend than he had earlier. He may be influenced by the quality of what he has purchased when he has it in his hand and thus be included to order additional items from you. There are many unknown reasons the customer may be more willing to buy at one time than another. What you must do is make it as easy as possible for him to buy, and to remind him occasionally of all the things you have to offer.

As your business expands and you include more tie-ins in your product line, mail these new offers periodically to your old customers and inquirers whose cards are in your completed file. Mailings should be at least two or three new items. You can also enclose sales materials on existing items since the customer may now be in the market for them although he was not the last time you contacted him.

If you are self employed do have health insurance? A lot of people that work for themselves are self employed without health insurance because being self employed with health insurance is very expensive and most people who are self employed can’t afford health insurance. It’s also hard to be self employed with health insurance from any of the major health insurance providers because a lot of the big health insurance providers won’t give coverage to someone that is self employed.

Since self employed people are seen as a financial risk by a lot of health insurance companies it can be very difficult to become self employed with health insurance coverage from a major health care provider unless you pay very high premiums or pay for a year of coverage or more in advance. Everyone that is self employed would love to be self employed with health insurance but it’s not always possible for a self employed person to find affordable health care coverage. So how can you be self employed with health insurance if you can’t find an affordable health insurance plan?

There are options if you are self employed and need health insurance. Some smaller insurance companies offer ala carte health insurance coverage where you can choose to add just the coverage that you need, like coverage for prescription medications and office visits, and that kind of ala carte coverage can be more affordable than full health insurance. These groups of self employed people who seek health insurance together usually work out very well and the self employed can get health insurance at a better price than they could get if they wanted to get self employed health insurance by themselves. If you join a freelancer’s union or other group you can often get health insurance for a much lower rate then you would pay if you just got the standard self employed health insurance rate that most companies have. Finding self employed health insurance can take a lot of time and effort but everyone needs to have health insurance these days so if you haven’t already found some self employed health insurance you really should make it a priority to get some health insurance.

Time! You aren’t just given a pocket full of time. Everything in this day and age is about rushing and stretching what time we have. This is still very true with juggling outside work and a home business. You have to be willing to make time. What this means is you must be willing to use whatever free time you have from your office job and apply it to your home business. Weekends, evenings as well as holidays can be spent working on your home business. As long as you are applying the time you have to your home business, you can work both. It all goes back to having the drive to do what is necessary to have what you want.

Patience! This is something we all need more of. You will need to build patience when running both your home business and outside work. You will indeed be frustrated at times, waiting for packages or updates on business progress. You will be frustrated with customer or clients from both jobs. By building patience and also some understanding you will help ease some of the stress that comes from working both jobs.

Drive, Time and Patience all go in hand when working home business and outside office work. You have to be efficient with your time and manage it wisely. Keep focused on your goal. Don’t lose track. Be patient, because success does not happen overnight and unfortunately not everyone you will encounter in your job is patient or understanding. There are so many great things that you will be able to do as a work from home mom. Many people think that they either have to be a full time mom and stay home with their children, or they have to be a working mom and therefore not be home with their kids. However, you don’t have to worry about choosing, because now you can be a work from home mom, and this is something that is even better.

When you are a work from home mom it means that you are working but you are working at home. This gives you plenty of time to be with your children and allows you to be there with them each day. Many times if you are a work from home mom you will be able to set your own schedule so you can work while your kids are napping or while they are at school. Being a work from home mom is something that is great because you can set your own hours and take care of your own work and at the same time you can be there for your kids.

There are many people who would prefer to be a work from home mom because it will let them finally spend that time at home with their children that they would like to spend.
