SuccessUniversity now included in the Pluginprofits Site

the "wedding" of the year is now perfect: SuccessUniversity joins now the Pluginprofits Site from Stone Evans. Or expressed in an other way, he has now included the SuccessUniversity as a Residual Income Program in the very successful PIPS (Plugin Profits Site).

The reaction of the Internet Market Community has been mixed. Some fellow internet marketers are scared that the program could be too expensive to join, specially because no other program (like Empowerism was dropped.

Stone make very clear that empowerism is an excellent program to be dropped away, on the other side the SuccessUniversity is too strong that deserves a privileged place in the PluginProfits programm.

Once is now very clear: the Pluginprofits system is something for people who means really seriously with earning money on the web. Is definitely not for people that just want to play a little bit with internet marketing, but for those who really are willing to invest time, energy and some budget to have success.

Since I am anyway member of all programs contained in the PIPS system, this is an excellent news for me. Without moving any finger, the very lucrative SuccesUniversity program is being automatically promoted via my pluginprofits site.

Google Introduces Picasa Web Albums

If you may have followed some of my posts in this blog, you should have noticed that the Digital Imaging is booming on the web. This is good for fotografers but also for internet marketers.

Google is trying to get one important piece of the Growing Digital Imaging Cake, following basically what Photomax had started successfully.

Now a new product has been released: Picasa Webalbums (see ScreenShot)

The idea is the same as with Photomax: the growing number of digital images demands additional functionality to organize and share them. Gazillions of pictures are being sent via e-mail and displayed on the web.

Google was very smart by enhancing Picasa in order to allow the software to build Photo Web Albums autoamtically. The service is only a "beta tests" and it seems that only GMAIL users are allow to apply for that.

Currently, Google gives the user 250 MB for free (little compared with the 5GB from Photomax). However the interesting point is the seamless integration between Digital Camera -> Software (Picasa) and Photo Web (Google Webalbums)

How could you participate on this trend?

Do the math: if your visitors download Picasa 100 times you can get up to 100$ just by offering nice and powerful software for free. Think also that the Digital Imaging wave is just rolling and will *increase* over the time. So you can participate from the Boom and earn some additional cash.

Of course with a Google´s AdSense Account you have also an additional revenue stream from your Website as I have already explained in the article mentioned above. On TOP of that, you can also monetize free Picasa software.

You can do the same distributing Firefox browsers, however I think Picasa is a better deal since everybody may have already Firefox (if you don´t you can download it in this Blog (;-)

My brief Review of the SuccessUniversity

You may remember my posting on April 2006, "Welcome to the Successuniversity". After a month of membership I would like to give a short update.

As you know I joined the SuccessUniversity some weeks ago. Here my experience:

I took the oportunity and joined immediatelly after the announcement of Stone Evans that he was going to promote actively this program. As I know that Stone is superb doing marketing, did not hesitate and took action. A lot of Spillover was announced from the BIG campaign he was organizing.

Additionally, I was interested to take some lessons to be more successful in my internet marketing career.

What I loved from the SuccessUniversity:

+ Spillover! Under me around 500 active members have been put under my position in the net. This gives a huge potential for residual income.

+ Training opportunities: you can register for intersting e-learning sessions, i.e. "Making A Difference - 12 Qualities That Make You A Leader" from Sheila Murray or "Secrets of a Sales Super-Star by Brian Tracy". The material is excellent. Once you have registered for your free courses you get the training material directly in your inbox and can start investing in your most valuable resource of your life: Yourself.

+ Good Training site: in the meanwhile an own training site has been setup for all students

+ The option to Learn and Earn Money on the same time

+ Automatic Follow-up for all new enrollments, this put the system in "autopilot"

what I do not like too much:

- I think my sponsors are sending a lot of e-mails "welcome to new students", etc. Some times it is difficult to pick the most important mails from the irrelevant ones.

- the site was not reachable some times due to the huge response.

- The document library contains some templates with Material for Selforganization, nice stuff but i never used it (;-)

- The Compensation Plan is very lucrative, but HARD to understand, it took some time till I got it.

After few weeks I have reached the status of a "Counselor", since I have enrolled a lot of new students.

I do not have too much time for marketing, so I prefer promotions methods that can be put in autopilot (like Google AdWords) or do not cost too much time (i.e. Ezine Advertising).

This program is really "hot"!

I am always amazed about the free traffic I get to my websites just writing some articles from time to time. Ok, I am a little bit lazy to write, sometimes I thing about some themes and finally I can convince myself to write it down.

Take for instance my article "Traffic Exchanges and Free Advertising", I have written a long time ago. If you look in google for the key words

free advertising and traffic exchanges alex timaios, you will find 245 websites showing links to this article. All this sites are sending free traffic to me. You see the point, the article "free traffic" was just a medium to get free traffic (;-)

The only thing I have done is to publish the article in GoArticles.com, in
Ezinearticles.com and in
Ideamarketers.com.

Other Internet Marketers submit their articles to hundred of sites or use automated software to do so. But as you see, with limited effort you can get a good payback in terms of traffic.

In the e-book DotComology you will fund much more sites to send your articles for promotion. All of them are absolutely free.

The traffic comes from your small signature files which is added at the bottom of the article. People reading the article may be curious about the author and visit your website. Additionally, you get valuable backlinks to get higher search-engine rankings.

Earn Money with your Website and Googles AdSense

Are you a webmaster ? If you already own a website, with high probability you may be interested to get some cash on it. The topic of your website is absolutely irrelevant (as long as it compliant with google´s requirement). It may be a Website about your pets, scuba-diving, astrology, Home-Businesses, your own pictures from last saturday´s party.

If you do not have an own website, it´s time to get one! It does not matter if you know HTML mambo-jumbo or not. There are dozens of templates waiting to be overwritten and added to your website.

One very effective way to earn some cash out of your website is to publish Ads from Google. This is called "AdSense" (yes, it "adds some Sense to your Site (;-)).

This works as follows:

1) You can join Google´s AdSense Program for free following this instructions

2) You add some sniplet of HTML Code to your Website at any place your want

3) Your website shows now small Ads (you have seen them already on the web)

4) Everytime someone just click on the ads, you get some cents (or dollars?) for the click. That´s all.

How much can you earn per click ? Unfortunately nobody is *allowed* to tell you that as it is against the Terms of Service of AdSense Publishers. But I suggest you test it and I am absolutely sure you will get a very positive suprise (;-)

Lets say the following: the more "competitive" the keywords available in your website are, the higher the earnings per click.

Now the only thing you need is some nice content (keyword rich) for your website. Add Articles, Blogs, your own texts, RSS feeds or whatever you can add as a *valuable content*.

And please, do not be so smart to click on your own ads to earn some money, Google will discover that and you will be out of businesss.

Look a brief example, just take a look to my well known Website 101homebiz.com. The Google Ads may be hard to find, since they are distributed among the complete site.

The website is visited by people (like you ? ) interested to earn money in the web or do some Home Business working at home. As you see the Ads published in my website are dynamically generated by Google and are all related with the topics mentioned above. Some Tips to Promote your Business online

To have success or fail doing online business depends on crucial factor: to have enough traffic. It is true that you can earn Money while you sleep doing Internet Marketing. However is not easy to know what works and what not.

Here some hints that worked for me:

1) Paid Classifieds.

I am member of
US Free Ads
and just let my ads run for a while. They get indexed by google and get additional traffic. Internet Marketing Ads are re-published via their own network gaining additional exposure. You can get a good list of Free Advertising sites by google (keyword Free Advertising). However do not rely ONLY on free advertising if you really want to promote seriously your business.

2) TrafficSwarm

TrafficSwarm: This was my first traffic exchange programm. I have tested a couple of others but finally came back to this one. Currently I am PRO member and get traffic from my referrals as well as from my membership. The residuals I get from referrals overcompensate the costs of the pro membership, so I get credits and some cash. However this works only if you actively do some promotion of TrafficSwarm itself.

3) Ezine Advertising

On a regular basis, I send some ads to be published in ezines. For 10-20$ I get reasonable exposure. Additionally, the sites gets indexed in Google in their archives.

4) Pay Per Click Search Engines
This is great advertising method, but it should be used carefully otherwise you can loose a lot of money. I have published an article with some hints about Google AdWords:

There are also other PPC search engines I have used, i.e. Kanoodle and Looksmart, there are cheaper but not so effective as Google Adwords.

5) Buying Leads: Building your List ist Key! there is no serious internet marketer without an own list of subcribers with at least 1000 readers. Mal Keenan has good hints how to build a list in his "Business Success Vehicle" including also good Sources to get Leads to a reasonable Price. Take a look on this free ebook:

All methods I have mentioned here can be used investing few time and some advertising budget. Of course there are hundreds of other methods, but those are the ones I used on a regular basis with good success.

6) InstantBuzz: this is genial traffic invention from Mike Filsaime. May be you know Mike from some intersting ebooks about affiliate programs and traffic generation.

InstantBuzz is a very easy and effective way to get targeted traffic to your website. It offers three different ways to perform that task:

a) Installing the InstantBuzz Toolbar in your browser (availble also for Firefox!). You get some Ads Displayed when you
surf and as an exchange your ad is being displayed in hunderts of sites.
b) Sending small ads in your e-mail Signature (MailSpace Ads)
c) HyperSpace Ads. A floating Pop-up appearing in your website.

You can get also additional credits by referring new users to the system, however InstantBuzz does not provide you any
affiliate link. You can join only by clicking an HyperSpace Ad.

I.e. in my Newsletter Salespage I publish an HyperSpace Ad (see floating Pop-up). It has two clickable links. The first one "You´ll see traffic to your website the very first day" allows you to Join and Install InstantBuzz, the 2nd Ad is an exchange ad.

Of course there are thousends other ways to get traffic to your Business, I have mentioned just those that I use on a regular basis.

content sites. Search ads get more eyeballs on them,
but content ads are on sites that are more relevant to
your customers and generally have a higher click-through
rate.

It looks like a good move for all: you now have more
choice over where your ads go, and Google gets to sell
two sets of advertising instead of one.

2. YAHOO SEARCH MARKETING SOLUTIONS (formerly Overture)

Overture, the previous industry leader, has been revamped and
streamlined. In an effort to unify their brand, Overture was
renamed Yahoo Search Marketing Solutions.

Their next move was to simplify their entire sign-up process,
as this has been one of their customers' biggest complaints.

Yahoo has also made some changes to their program that will
be welcomed by small businesses and online entrepreneurs: the
deposit has been lowered to $5 from $50 and the monthly minimum
of $20 has been scrapped, so even the tiniest Internet business
can get in on the action! This brings them into line with
Google's pricing.

Things are looking up for the new Yahoo Search Marketing
Solutions in 2006. Even though Google's AdWords seems to drive
more traffic, advertisers point to better conversion rates in
some markets for Yahoo, especially younger demographics.

Try testing your pay-per-click campaign on both services to
see which results in higher profits for your business!

3. THE CHALLENGERS

Although Google and Yahoo are the clear industry leaders, it
can still pay to look at the smaller service providers.

Although the traffic isn't as heavy on these sites, it's far

e-mail communications. Watch for the bigger players to follow
soon.

4. ONE TO WATCH...

Last but not least is the word that as of November 2005,
Microsoft is ready to jump into the PPC business with MSN
AdCenter.

Building on the release of MSN Search and the explosion of
MSN's MyPage network, AdCenter is poised to become a major
player in 2006.

Currently, MSN still displays search ads from Yahoo Search
Marketing because of a contract that runs until July 2006, and
AdCenter is still in the testing phase. That's the bad news.

The good news is that MSN has had the advantage of seeing
Google and Yahoo test out new models and has learned from their
mistakes.

With the clout of Microsoft behind it, AdCenter is a venue you
can't afford to ignore. Once it's up and running everywhere, it
should probably be your third choice for pay-per-click
advertising, behind Google AdWords and Yahoo Search Marketing
Solutions.

These days, it seems like everyone wants to work
from home and make money on the Internet. But
before you even turn on your computer, the first
question you have to ask yourself is whether
you’re cut out for this kind of work.

The fact is, building a home-based business isn’t
for everyone. Some people like the commute. They
really do enjoy having a boss who tells them what
to do, and they like the routine of working
nine-to-five for an ordinary salary that can
barely pay the mortgage. Personally, I think
they’re nuts.

More reasonably, there are people who are
concerned about the risk of starting up their own
business. They’re not sure it’s worth the
investment of time and money, and they’re scared
of the responsibility that comes with running
their own company. They wonder if there is
another way to escape the rat race.

I’m sure there is. You could win the lottery or
wait for your Aunt Sue to keel over and leave you
her condo. Or maybe you could sit down with a pen
and paper and draw the blueprint for "The Next
Big Thing". Anything can happen... Right?

For me, what happened was creating a successful,
self-running Internet marketing system. It didn’t
happen without effort. It didn’t happen without
at least some initial investment of both time and
money and, of course, it doesn’t happen now
without me making sure that the taxes are filed
and the paperwork is done. But it happened.

I’m my own boss. I work from home according to my
own schedule and I get to pocket all the cash my
business makes. If you’re prepared to give an
e-business the time, the work and the money it
needs to get started and get growing, it can
happen for you too.

Getting free traffic with InstantBuzz

I am currently experimenting with a new Free Traffic tools called InstantBuzz. The system is very easy but effective.

The User loads an additional Toolbar for the Internet Explorer (like the Alexa or Google Toolbar).

The system uses three different methods:

-Bar Ads
This toolbar displays a tiny ad (one line) while you are surfing as usual. As a consequence YOUR ad is being shown in the complete InstantBuzz Network.

-MailSpace Ads (TM): if you like (only IF!) you can add a tiny ad to your outgoing mail. Then your Ad will be also sent by other people´s mail. This is really a VIRAL system!

- Hyperspace Ads: A nice "floating popup" is displayed in your website, showing a small text box. Reciprocally, YOUR Ad will be shown in other websites.

Additionally, the visitor can join the program by clicking the popup and is placed under you, gaining additional traffic credits.

Earning Residual Income with Empowerism?

In one previous posting of this blog I had written:
2005: the year of Empowerism.

The hype was caused by the introduction of the new Empowerism MVP Program .

MVP means "Marketing Value Plan". I need to admit that Janet Wilson had a great (Genial!) idea. This girl is really very creative when creating new marketing products. And they work!

The idea of MVP is easy: empowerism members can buy MVP Ads. Each Ad order costs 100$. This sounds expensive, but is not. Once the order is placed, it starts to "cycle". This means, it is placed at the bottom of all orders. The more people order MVP Packages, the faster the order goes up till the top of the matrix is reached. Here a comission of 50$ is paid and the order starts "cycling" again. Currently the "cycle" time is about 20 days, it is quite fast.

I have placed my first MVP order on December 27th (2004), it was a $100 order.

- On January 15th (2005) it "cycled" for the first time, giving 50$ on comissions. --

- On February 10th (2005), it "cycled" again, giving further 50$ in comissions (paid via Paypal). So my costs are already covered.

- The order will "cycle" 3 times more, giving further 150$ on comissions.

Not bad for doing nothing else then advertise my business! Every 100$ MVP order gives 250$ on comissions.

Of course I will re-invest the earnings in further orders, at the end, it is easy cash.

As a very positive side effect, the order entitles to send an Ad to 10.000 Opt-in Subscribers (of a big list, owned by Empowerism). I can use the Ad to advertise whatever I like. Usually I send Ads from the PluginProfits System, my favorite Program (by the way, Empowerism is included!)

This is one positive Aspect of Empowerism, it is possible to earn residual income also without referring anyone. Either by "Spillover" from the Upline (Empowerism uses a 3 x 12 forced matrix) or just by doing business with MVP/RSVP Orders.

In this sense, 2005 will be relly the "Year of Empowerism" (;-)

10 Powerful Tips to Optimize your Google AdWords Campaign

Google announced in January 2005 significant changes in their popular AdWords Pay-per-Click System (PPC). In future only unique URLs per page will be displayed. If several advertisers uses the same URL (i.e affiliates of the same program), only the one with the best Ad will be displayed.

It is obvious that Google is trying to maximize the diversity in their AdWords results. Very popular Affiliate Programs, like Amazon.com, lead to hundreds of affiliates showing the same product with different Ads. For the affiliates using this system the "easy way to get money with affiliate programs" is now over, since it will be practically impossible to advertise just the affiliate link. Significant more effort, but also significant changes are the consequence.

The following tips can help you to get maximum benefit of your AdWords Campaigns.

1) Build your own unique "landing page" for your product. Remember that 99% of Internet users are looking for Information and thus, expect unique content from your side. Include Product pictures, Product reviews and interesting content related with your product. Use illustrative images of your product, trying to keep the load time of your "landing page" low.

2) Include a form allowing the visitor to enter his/her e-mail address in order to get more information about the product or service you are promoting. Do not sell, pre-sell. Try to build a long term "trused relationship" with your visitor. Offer free gifts or freebies to motivate your visitor to enter his/her e-mail address. Of course, consider this information confidentially. Use an autoresponder to follow-up your potential customer.

You could dedicate one e-mail to describe your product or service in detail, enhancing the value for your potential customer. Explain why this product or service will add value. If you convince your prospect that your product of service will deliver the desired value, you will make real customers from your prospects.

3) User Ad Groups to manage "keyword families". Each Ad Group should be dedicated only to one Keyword family, i.e. all variants of a Keyword choosen to advertise your product. Example, if your Keyword is "shoes", try an Ad Group with "Blue Shoes", "Red Shoes", "Mountain shoes" and so on. Use http://Wordtracker.com to find Keyword families. Use a high number of negative keywords to avoids clicks with no sales (i.e. -free to prevent freebies seekers to click on your ad). With the time, create a good number of selected negative keywords for your campaign.

4) Include in the text of your Ad the Keyword choosen in 3) This (key)word will be printed highlighted and will lead to a higher CTR (Click Thru Rate), lowering your costs.

5) Include in the text of your Ad a line for the Benefit of your Product, i.e. Discount, short term opportunity. Explain in few words why the customer should click your Ad.

6) Mention explicitely the price of your product or service. This will prevent freebies seekers to click on your Ad and generate costs and no sales.

7) Create at least 20 different Ad versions per Keyword Group. Monitor the CTR of each ad and finally delete all versions with low CTR, keeping the most successful Ad versions. Experts create usually hundred of variations. Experiment, test, evaluate, change and keep only the best results.

8) Exclude the "content search" option to reach highly targeted traffic. Only in the case you have an amazing conversion rate, activate this option to maximize your profits.

9) Calculate the value per visitor on a regular basis. Just divide the achieved earnings in a given period (i.e. weekly) thru the clicks in the same period. This is your maxium CPC (Cost per Click). Adjust your maximum bid accordingly. Try to maximize profits, not just to lower the CPC.

10) Track your ads carefully. Google provides a tracking facility you can ad in your "thank you" page after each sale. Monitor closely which keywords convert and which not. Delete Keywords which obviously do not convert.

If you monitor your Ads on a regular basis and take care of the topics mentioned here, you may have a great benefit also from the new system used by Google. Try to differentiate yourself with high quality and content from your competition and enjoy your profits!

7 Tips to setup your Home Business Budget

Every Home Business entrepreneur in the world has a clear and well defined goal: to earn money with his/her Business. Then the next question would be: how can we know if we really „earn“or are just loosing money? Allthough it sounds trivial, it is not.

I assume that only in few cases a fellow home business entrepreneur will be able to have an own accountant to calculate the Profit/Loss sheet. So you may need to help yourself. Let’s go step by step. Setting an own Budget could help you to know „when you are in plus“and when the opposite is the case.

A Budget is nothing else as estimating costs and income. As every „prediction“, calculation and reality could differ. Thus it is your task to review your budget from time to time and adjust it based on real numbers. The „real numbers“are the „actuals“you get from your business. The „budget“is the estimation of your costs and income. There are several applications on the market to perform the mentioned steps. For the beginning, you can use a calculation sheet.

Step 1) Choose the periodicity of your budget. Usually you may choose weeks or months. This means you need to calculate every cost to a weekly or monthly basis. I.e. if you pay for your autoresponder 120$ a year, the monthly costs are 10$ and the weekly costs are equal 120$ divided by 52, getting 2,31$ per month

Step 2) Make a complete list of all recurring costs you already know: i.e. Web hosting, Residual Income Fees, your autoresponder, lead subscriptions and so on. Make a complete list with all costs you already know. Consult your credit card statements and search your Paypal account for subscription payments. Transform the costs to the unity of time you have chosen in step 1 (i.e. monthly or weekly).

Step 3) Now make a list of all „one time“payments you plan to have this year, and calculate the accruals for the periodicity you have chosen in Step 1. Example: you plan to buy Internet Marketing Literature for 300$ this year (this is your Budget). You could calculate then a monthly „costs“of this literature as 25$ a month, or 5.79$ per week. If you have purchased equipment (i.e. Hardware), you need to distribute the costs amount the life of the product. I.e. one PC usually is used for three years. If you pay 1000$ as one time payment, you can distribute the costs over three years, giving 333.33$ per year or 27.7$ monthly, or 6.41 $ per week. This is call „depreciation.“. If you now that after three years you may sell the PC for 200$, calculate the depreciation accordingly, starting now from 800$ (1000$-200$). As you see, Hardware is not as expensive as you would expect, from the financial point of view.

Add the costs obtained in step 3) to the list you have already prepared in step 2). Now you have the complete list of your estimated monthly or weekly costs.

Step 4) Now we come to the most interesting section: your Earnings! Obviously you can be in „plus“, only if your earnings are higher as your costs. This sounds again trivial, but is not easy to achieve.

Most of the Internet Marketing Newbie’s would expect to be „in plus“ after a very short period of time. This is unrealistic. As you have seen in the first steps of the calculation of your budget, you may consider Hardware, Literature, Marketing spending and other costs that in the first months do not have the corresponding earnings. Thus, it is absolutely normal that you may have a period where you are „in minus“ for a while, till you reach your „break-even point“ (earnings = costs).

But let’s come back to the earnings. In Internet Marketing, your earnings are derived from sales. There are either direct sales or indirect sales from your downline, if you are driving an MLM like business.

Here you will see that the estimations of earnings is obviously much difficult then the estimation of your costs. Ideally, you may express your earnings as a percentage of your marketing spending. If your marketing effort is not able to produce sales, you may review it and look for other marketing strategies. You need to achieve that every penny invested in marketing lead to internet income. IF you have tracked properly your marketing campaigns, you may be in a good position to estimate your „conversion rate“ (the percentage of your clicks that lead to sales) and thus, can express your earnings as a percentage of your marketing costs.

Example: you are running a Campaign with PPC Search Engines to promote your business. You pay 0.05$ per click and achieve 300 clicks a month. Your corresponding recurring costs of 15$ a month are already considered in your budget.

Your conversion rate may be 1%, so you expect three sales per month. If you get 8$ per sale, your monthly earnings are 24$ a month. This means your profitability is 25% (24$-15$) / 15$. For every advertising dollar you get 1.25$ sales.

The total profitability of your business will be lower, since you need to consider the total cost and not only the PPC marketing cost.

The problem may consist that at the beginning you will not know the conversion rate of your campaign, so you will need to work with estimations. Once you have the real numbers, review your estimations based on that numbers. Your Budget will get more and more accurate, the more data you can provide.

Step 5) Now you can build your Budget based on Costs and estimated earnings month by month.

You may decide to „reinvest“ part of your earnings and increase your marketing spending month by month.

It is time now to put all data into your Calculation Sheet. Start building columns, one column per period (week or month). Per each period, reserve two columns, one for your budget and one for your „actuals“ (your real numbers).

Divide your rows in „Earnings“ and „Costs“, subdivide them in several rows for your earnings (in the case you are working with multiple programs, reserve one row per program) and one row per each cost element identified in the steps 1-2.

Reserve a Row for a sum of all your cost elements (per period) and a corresponding row for the sum of all your earnings (per period). At the end, add one Row with the difference of your earnings minus your costs.

Now you are in the position to see period by period, what is the „net result“ of your business. You will see immediately if you are earning or losing money.

As already mentioned, it is absolutely normal that in your first months (or years?) you will have more costs then earnings. This is the case for every business. However you should be now in the position to „predict“ when your „break-even“ point will be reached (total earnings = total costs, per period). You may decide to invest more in marketing activities if they seem to be profitable, or save costs by reducing your recurring expenses.

Step 6) Review your budget on a regular basis. The more data you have, the more accurate your budget will get. Calculate period by period your conversion rate and monitor the results of your marketing activities. Put the results back to your budget and create new Budget „versions“ for that purpose.

Step 7) Now run your business! Your Budget is now a powerful instrument to give you a good financial basis if you are on track or not. Some people have the tendency to oversee spending and overestimate earnings. If you feed your budget with real data, it will give you an instant view of the results of your entrepreneurship! Most of the CEO´s of the world are doing exactly that. Of course financial aspects are important, but can not replace your Vision and Strategic thinking. But it can „bring you back to the earth“, if your strategy and vision is too ambitious, but can not be financed.
