River Family Name Game

The River Family Name Game is back the week of May 16th and parents will have the chance to win a weekday night stay at Getaway Cabins in Hocking Hills, Ohio for their family.

Enjoy a quaint, cozy and hidden-away cabin in Hocking Hills state forest. Their modern, rustic style log cabins are suited for romantic getaway weekends, family vacations, anniversaries and honeymoons. Each has a hot tub, full kitchen, screened in deck, color TV and DVD. Remember, the week of May 16th at 7:30am, 12:30pm and 5:30pm we’ll be giving moms or dads the chance to call in and win.

The River is partnering today with our good friends at Faith Mission of Columbus for their ‘Summer of Hope’ campaign.

Almost all of us come home to a bed, choice of food, and a roof over our heads. For some, the thought of a bed and a full stomach brings tears to their eyes. And for many of those eating or staying at Faith Mission, they’re normal people just like you and me.

A loss of a job, an injury… and with no family to turn, there’s no where for them to go.

$41 for 3 months will feed and care for 60 people this summer at Faith Mission. Won’t your family help?
