Addie went digging around on Bandcamp to find interesting new music from artists who are self-producing.

Sipping with Seuss: Southern Tier 2XIPA “4 types of hops & 3 types of malts.”  Seuss gives this beer 4 mustaches only. He is strict with the mustaches. Something that would be deserving of a 5th ‘stache would be that grotty pirate beer with all the shit floating in it that we can’t remember the name of. Shout out to Ferment Nation, friends of the show, who have a great beer blog, and rate their beers with some kind of sensible scale, as opposed to mustaches.

Bookie Nookie: Her Fearful Symmetry by Audrey Niffenegger. In which the twins are mirror twins, to the point one of them has situs inversus, and there is a ghost and a cemetery and lots of other wondrous details. Addie is sure she’s going to love it completely.

We can’t help but notice Patrick Swayze’s rough-looking brother in True Blood. However, Addie isn’t sure she’s going to be watching that show anymore since they decided to have that totally unnecessary and crazily graphic bit with the dog fighting. NEWS FLASH! We know dog fighting is evil, we don’t need our trashy HBO show trying to have  a teaching moment, and managing to further besmirch the name of pitbulls by finding the biggest, beefiest, clipped-eared pit fellah to associate and reinforce in all the idiots’ minds that pitbulls are nasty fightin’ bastards, when they’re actually not. Pitbulls are family dogs.

Rant over.

Seuss invents a new word, “cyberbusking”. Ok, maybe he didn’t invent it. But Addie likes it!
