1 sudu besar ketumbar&lt;br /&gt;
1 sudu teh jintan manis- ditumbuk kasar&lt;br /&gt;
ikan bilis&lt;br /&gt;
sedikit garam&lt;br /&gt;
minyak untuk menggoreng.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
cara penyediaan:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
1.campurkan tepung beras dengan santan.kecairannya seperti menggoreng pisang.&lt;br /&gt;
2.masukkan bahan tumbuk serta sedikit serbuk kunyit.&lt;br /&gt;
3.panaskan sudip atau acuan dalam minyak panas.&lt;br /&gt;
4.sudukan sedikit adunan ke atas sudip/acuan. taburkan kacang yang telah di &amp;nbsp;basuh dan keringkan serta ikan bilis.&lt;br /&gt;

tumbuk dan tampi untuk asingkan kulit kacang hijau.&lt;br /&gt;
kisar kacang hijau hingga halus.&lt;br /&gt;

sedikit udang kering&lt;br /&gt;
2 tangkai daun kari, hiris halus&lt;br /&gt;
garam secukup rasa&lt;br /&gt;
minyak masak untuk menggoreng.&lt;br /&gt;

cara penyediaan:&lt;br /&gt;

marjerin dan air dipukul hingga sebati.ketepikan.&lt;br /&gt;
jintan manis, bawang, cili dan udang kering di kisar halus.&lt;br /&gt;
campurkan bahan-bahan kisar kedalam mangkuk dan tambahkan marjerin dan air yang di pukul tadi.&lt;br /&gt;

telur dan gula halus di pukul hingga rata.&lt;br /&gt;
ayak tepung gandum bersama tepung beras.&lt;br /&gt;
masukkan bancuhan telur ke dalam campuran tepung dan kacau perlahan-lahan hingga sebati.&lt;br /&gt;
masukkan santan perlahan-lahan dan kacau hingga adunan menjadi sebati.&lt;br /&gt;
paanaskan minyak bersama dengan acuan kuih kapit.&lt;br /&gt;
tuang satu hingga dua sudu adunan ke dalam acuan dan kapit kedalam minyak untuk digoreng.&lt;br /&gt;
