Frank Burton QC and Joel Kendall, acting on behalf of the applicant, recovered the sum of almost £4.75m in an application to the Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority for compensation arising out of an assault on the infant applicant in 1987. The training covered the new guidance on exclusion from schools from the Department for Children, Schools and Families, a case law update and workshops with examples of equal opportunities and human rights issues in practice

Pupillage Review Working Group
