The recording gives practical advice in cases where fraud is suspected, explains some of the tell-tale signs of fraud, and highlights methods for spotting and dealing with fraudulent or exaggerated credit hire claims. Ed co-wrote this text with Maarten Merkelbach from Geneva-based Security Management Initiative (SMI). The research looked at the law of negligence for aid agencies across five different jurisdictions with input from leading international law firms.
