夏天父母如何為孩子挑選衣服?

1. 選衣質料要透氣：

註冊西醫陳業宏醫生說:夏天人們出汗多，特別是小朋友動神經容易興奮，加上平時好動，更易出汗，所以為小朋友選擇的衣物，應以透氣性良好的質料為宜，可以把皮膚排出的汗液和污氣散發出去，使皮膚保持乾燥，並調節體溫；切忌含有膠質，油布，塑料有等透氣性差的物料，以免影響孩子皮膚的新陳代謝。

至於化纖頪物，雖然質地較薄，但它透氣性弱，不吸汗，故不易散熱，致使汗液依附在皮膚上，不能馬上被排掉，除了令人感到不舒適，還容易引致生痱子，甚至患瘡，癤等。

另外，化纖屬於化學製品，還可能引起皮膚產生過敏反應，甚至誘發過敏性哮喘，蕁麻疹，皮炎等疾病，因此，小孩夏季穿的衣服最好為透氣，散熱，吸濕的純棉質料為佳。

2. 在戶外宜穿淺色衣物：

陳醫生又說：小朋友郊遊外出時最好穿著透氣吸汗的棉質淺色衣服，有助身體散熱，大汗的小朋友，家長可帶備多一套衣服作替換。白天的蚊子難防，白紋伊蚊最喜停在黑色衣服上，郊遊時就不要穿著。如小朋友在戶外的時間較長或會進入草叢，最好穿著長袖，長褲及淺色衣服，加上襪子，會減少被蚊子叮咬。太陽猛烈應配戴帽子，以免皮膚受到太陽的危害。

The news from Cultural Services Department as : "To support the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games, encourage people to exercise more regularly and promote community sports with a view to improving the public's quality of life, the Leisure and Cultural Services Department (LCSD) will launch the "Free Admission Scheme of LCSD Leisure Facilities" in various fee-charging leisure facilities under its management from July 1 to September 30. During this period, members of the public will be able to use the facilities free of charge.

No advance booking is required for free admission to public swimming pools. Members of the public only need to queue up at the entrances of the swimming pools before the opening hours of a session for admission on a first-come-first-served basis. Those intending to use the coin-return lockers should bring five-dollar coins which they can get back after using the lockers. Children under 12 should be accompanied by adults to use the swimming pool facilities."
