I have had a computer since the first grade &amp; have been tinkering with computers ever since. My preferred OS of choice is Mac OS X but I also know &amp; use Windows.<br /> <br /> I am patient when working with people. I try to keep the person I'm working with calm &amp; at ease. (Which is not always easy as computers can be a VERY stressing topic)<br /> <br /> I am very visual person so when I'm working with someone it's very common that I require to share your computer screen so we're both seeing the exact same thing.
