1. Ramalan oleh masyarakat sekarang ialah UMNO dan BN akan kalah Pilihanraya Umum ke-14 kerana terlalu banyak tuduhan yang dibuat terhadap Najib yang tidak dijawab olehnya.

2. Ia bermula dengan kes pembunuhan Altantuya, wanita Mongolia yang terlibat dengan skandal pembelian kapal selam.

3. Dua orang anggota polis dituduh menembak mati wanita berkenaan, dibicara, didapati bersalah, kemudian didapati tidak bersalah dan dibebaskan. Kemudian dibicara semula dan dikena hukum bunuh.

4. Seorang daripada mereka berada dalam tahanan tetapi Sirul seorang lagi berada di Australia. Dia membuat kenyataan bahawa dia diarah untuk membunuh.

5. Rakyat tertanya-tanya siapa yang memberi arahan. Sebagai pengawal peribadi Dato Sri Najib, dakwaan Sirul perlu disiasat untuk menentukan siapa yang memberi arahan. Tetapi selain daripada Najib berkata Sirul “merepet”, tidak ada siasatan yang dibuat. Ini adalah nyawa manusia. Amatlah zalim jika Sirul dibunuh kerana menjalankan arahan.

6. Kemudian kes 1MDB. Tuduhan penyelewengan dalam urusan wang berbillion Ringgit oleh Jho Low telah dibuat dengan bukti-bukti yang jelas. Tuduhan ini tidak dijawab selain dari berkata ia adalah pembohongan.

7. Kononnya aset 1MDB berjumlah 52 billion sedangkan hutang hanya 42 billion. Aset tidak jadi keuntungan sebelum dijual (dicairkan). Kenapa untuk membayar faedah sebanyak 2 billion pun terpaksa hutang dari Ananda Krishnan. Kalau 1MDB tidak rugi kenapa terpaksa hutang. Kenapa wang Kerajaan sebanyak 1 billion diberi kepada 1MDB setelah hutang dibayar?

8. Kononnya wang yang disimpan di Cayman Island sudah dibawa balik. Tetapi separuh disimpan dalam bank Swiss (BSI) di Singapura. Di mana pergi separuh lagi dari 6 billion? Kenapa wang ini tidak diguna untuk bayar faedah 2 billion.

9. Kononnya disimpan di Singapura kerana Bank Negara akan menyoal simpanan lebih dari 50 juta. Jikalau duit itu duit kita yang hanya disimpan di Cayman, apa masalahnya menjelaskan kepada Bank Negara punca wang itu. Lagi pun duit ini dimiliki oleh 1MDB yang dikuasai penuh oleh Perdana Menteri yang juga Menteri Kewangan.

10. Soalan-soalan lain berkenaan 1MDB tidak dijawab selain daripada berkata asetnya besar. Soal harga tanah Kerajaan yang dibeli oleh 1MDB tidak dijelas. Sudah tentu jika dibeli dengan harga yang murah dan dinaik nilai berkali ganda, aset ini menjadi besar. Tetapi Kerajaan rugi banyak dengan tanah miliknya dijual dengan harga yang tidak mencermin harga pasaran.

11. US$700 juta dibayar kepada Petro Saudi untuk apa? Sudahkah ditentukan Petro Saudi memiliki konsesi kawasan minyak dan gas di Argentina dan Turkmenistan sebelum membayar wang yang begitu banyak.

12. Jho Low dilapor dalam New York Times, London Times dan Sarawak Report terlibat dalam pengurusan berbillion Ringgit duit 1MDB. Siapa dianya Jho Low yang begitu dipercayai oleh Dato Sri Najib. Pegawai Malaysia yang dilantik mengurus dana 1MDB mengaku mereka diarah oleh Jho Low yang mendakwa ia mendapat kepercayaan penuh dan arahan dari Dato Sri Najib.

13. Gambar-gambar Jho Low dan kelakuannya, umurnya yang amat muda serta cara hidupnya tidak menggambarkan peribadi yang menyakinkan orang ramai. Tetapi dia dilapur membeli rumah di New York dan Hollywood beratus juta Ringgit. Kemudian rumah-rumah ini dijual kepada anak tiri Najib dengan harga ratusan juta Ringgit bagi setiap satu kerana kononnya Jho Low telah jumpa rumah yang lebih indah di Hollywood yang harganya lebih tinggi.

14. Dari mana datangnya duit beratus juta kepada Riza Aziz tidak dapat dijelas. Keluarga Tun Razak termasuk Najib menafikan duit ini adalah dari keluarga. Pelaburan ratusan juta dalam filem “Wolf of Wall Street” oleh Riza datang dari mana?

15. Dan banyaklah lagi tuduhan dan soalan terhadap 1MDB yang ditubuh oleh Dato Sri Najib dan dikuasai sepenuh olehnya sebagai penasihat yang tidak dijelas dan dijawab selain dari menafi dan mendakwa semuanya bohong belaka. Laporan-laporan dalam akhbar di New York dan London amat memalukan negara.

16. Sementara itu, walaupun Kerajaan menghadapi kekurangan wang yang besar dan terpaksa hutang, Dato Sri Najib sebagai Perdana Menteri membeli sebuah lagi pesawat mewah. Umum mengetahui pesawat ACJ319 yang sedia ada diguna bukan sahaja untuk tugas rasmi tetapi sebagai kenderaan peribadi untuk Dato Sri dan Datin Sri.

17. Dalam keadaan ekonomi tidak menentu, dalam keadaan rakyat terpaksa bayar cukai yang lebih tinggi, dalam keadaan nilai Ringgit yang menurun teruk, dalam keadaan kos sara hidup meningkat dan rakyat dilanda banjir dan kehilangan ratusan juta Ringgit, Kerajaan membazirkan wang ratusan juta untuk pesawat mewah walaupun sudah ada pesawat-pesawat milik Kerajaan.

18. Cara pembelian tidak dapat menyembunyi bahawa akhirnya Kerajaan terpaksa menanggung beban pembelian ini. Jika syarikat bukan Kerajaan yang secara rasmi membeli, bayaran melalui lease (sewa) lebih tinggi daripada belian secara langsung kerana terpaksa memberi keuntungan kepada pemilik dan faedah yang dimasukkan.

19. Selain daripada ini dasar-dasar pemerintahan Dato Sri Najib terhad kepada pemberian wang percuma, menimbul kemarahan orang Melayu dengan mengenepikan Dasar Ekonomi Baru kerana ingin mendapat sokongan orang Cina. Namun penolakan BN dalam PRU 13 membuktikan orang Cina tolak pemerintahan Najib.

20. Sesungguhnya rakyat, baik Melayu, Cina, India atau suku kaum Sabah dan Sarawak sudah tidak percaya lagi kepada Dato Sri Najib. Ahli UMNO dan pemimpinnya perlu sedar bahawa UMNO dan dengan itu BN akan kalah jika Dato Sri Najib memimpin UMNO hingga PRU 14. Apabila UMNO kalah, orang Melayu akan kutuk kepimpinan yang menjadikan parti keramat ini begitu lemah sehingga ditolak oleh bangsa Melayu sendiri. Sekali UMNO kalah, ia tidak akan dapat dipulih semula.

21. Ramai juga ahli dan pemimpin UMNO yang setia secara buta tuli kepada pemimpin. Saya juga setia tetapi kesetiaan saya ialah kepada parti dan orang Melayu yang diwakili olehnya. Bukanlah mudah bagi saya menulis blog ini. Tetapi demi bangsa dan Negara saya terpaksa dedah semua ini.

22. Saya belum nyanyok walaupun umur hampir 90 tahun. Sesiapa yang berkata saya nyanyok sebenarnya menipu diri.

23. Melayu hanya akan selamat jika bersikap bangsa lebih utama daripada diri sendiri.

Tun Mahathir Tegur PM Najib

Teguran Tun Dr Mahathir terhadap Perdana Menteri Malaysia Najib Razak boleh
diperolehi melalui laman fanpage facebook Dr. Mahathir bin Mohamad.

Teguran tersebut adalah tidak bersifat peribadi dan tidak bermaksud untuk
Najib letak jawatan seperti mana dijelaskan or Tun Dr Mahathir sendiri
setelah mendapat pandangan berlainan dari pihak luar dan parti UMNO
sendiri. Sifat sifat teguran beliau adalah tertulis seperti berikut :

1. Ada orang yang memberitahu kepada Dato Seri Najib Tun Razak yang saya telah memburukkan pemerintahannya.

2. Saya tidak akan menyangkal kerana saya telah berkali-kali menegur dasar-dasar Kerajaan sekarang.

3. Saya menegur kerana saya berpendapat pemimpin yang tidak ditegur akan percaya segala-gala yang dilakukan oleh mereka baik-baik belaka. Hanya apabila ditegur sahaja barulah pemimpin akan sedar akan kesalahan dan mungkin akan memperbetulkannya.

4. Izinkan saya mencerita cerita dongeng berkenaan seorang raja Inggeris. Ia dikelilingi dengan ramai dato-dato yang mendakwa dia adalah seorang raja yang amat berkuasa keatas segala-galanya. Demikian pasang-surut air di laut pun akan patuh kepada perintahnya.

5 Alkesah, maka pada satu hari raja menitah untuk meletakkan takhtanya di pantai menghadapi laut.

6. Air sedang pasang dan raja bertanya kepada dato-datonya apakah baginda boleh hentikan air pasang supaya tidak basahkan kakinya.

7. Jawab mereka, “Ya, Tuanku. Air tidak akan sampai kaki Tuanku.”

8. Maka raja pun menitah supaya air laut itu tidak naik lagi.

9. Tetapi air laut itu terus pasang dan kena pada kaki baginda. Maka baginda pun murka kepada dato-datonya.
Demikianlah sikap dato-dato kerana ingin menyenangkan hati raja mereka.

10. Satu lagi cerita dongeng juga ialah berkenaan dato-dato istana yang tidak pernah menegur raja. Mereka sepanjang masa mengiyakan saja apa juga yang dilakukan oleh raja.
11. Satu hari raja masuk dewan dalam keadaan bogel. Baginda bertanya cantikkah pakaiannya. Semua angguk kepala dan berkata “Ya Tuanku”.

12. Hanya seorang budak yang berkata, “Tuanku bogel.”

13. Maka raja pun murka akan dato-datonya yang tidak berkata yang benar apabila dia bogel.

14. Kita boleh dapat sedikit pelajaran dari cerita-cerita dongeng ini.

15. Orang Melayu mempunyai banyak pepatah yang boleh jadi panduan dalam kehidupan mereka. Antaranya ingin saya sebut disini:
“Sayangkan anak tangan-tangankan
Sayangkan isteri tinggal-tinggalkan”
Dengan izin saya ingin menambah sedikit kepada pepatah ini.
“Sayangkan pemimpin tegur-tegurkan”

16. Saya lihat bagaimana orang Melayu tidak mudah menegur pemimpin. Walaupun pemimpin jelas bersalah, tidak ada siapa yang sanggup menegur secara terbuka. Tetapi di belakang pemimpin mereka akan keluarkan kata-kata yang kesat terhadapnya.

17. Mungkin saya berbeza sedikit dari Melayu lain. Apabila YTM Tunku membuat beberapa dasar dan tindakan yang tidak disenangi oleh ramai orang Melayu, saya menulis surat menegur Tunku.

18. Walaupun kerananya saya dipecat, tetapi YTM Tunku meletak jawatan sebagai Perdana Menteri. Mungkin bukan kerana teguran saya, tetapi hakikatnya Tunku mengundur diri.

19. Demikian juga dengan Tun Abdullah Ahmad Badawi. Mungkin kerana teguran, mungkin kerana prestasi buruk Pilihanraya ke 12. Tetapi hakikatnya Tun Abdullah juga letak jawatan.

20. Saya sendiri pun letak jawatan. Sebahagian dari sebabnya ialah kerana saya dengar bisik-bisik yang menyoal “Bila lagi orang tua ini akan pergi.” Saya percaya jika saya tidak letak jawatan, bisik akan jadi jeritan.

21. Pilihan saya bagi mengganti Tun Abdullah ialah Dato Seri Najib. Setelah beberapa lama dilihat bahawa dasar dan tindakan Dato Seri Najib tidak lebih berkesan dari Tun Abdullah.

22. Saya tidak sangka yang pencapaiannya dalam Pilihanraya Umum ke13 lebih buruk dari Tun Abdullah.

23. Harapan saya Dato Seri Najib akan mengambil ikhtibar dari prestasinya yang buruk dalam Pilihanraya Umum ke 13. Malangnya sehingga kini tidak ternampak apa-apa perubahan dari segi dasar atau pendekatan walaupun saya cuba menyampaikan pendapat saya, (yang juga pendapat ramai yang datang bertemu saya) secara langsung kepada Dato Seri Najib.

24. Saya tidak ada pilihan selain dari menarik balik sokongan saya. Ini pun tidak berkesan. Oleh itu terpaksalah saya menegur.

25. Apakah dianya yang saya fikir salah. Ia bermula dengan pendirian melayani semua tuntutan musuh. ISA dan undang-undang buang daerah dimansuh. Tindakan ini tidak sedikit pun mengurangkan tentangan oleh parti lawan. Sebaliknya jenayah bertambah dengan banyaknya kerana pembebasan ketua-ketua geng.

26. Demikian juga dengan sikap merendah diri kepada negara jiran sehingga urusan dalam negeri pun tertakluk kepada pendapat Kerajaan negara jiran.

27. Tetapi pendapat kaum dan parti yang kuat menyokong untuk menyelamatkan kedudukan Kerajaan tidak diberi layanan yang saksama.

28. Wang Kerajaan diguna untuk mempengaruhi sokongan rakyat apabila sahaja pilihanraya umum diadakan. Ini menjadikan rakyat terlalu bergantung kepada Kerajaan untuk segala-galanya. Bagi yang betul-betul miskin, bantuan seperti ini memanglah wajar. Tetapi beribu rakyat yang ditawar menolak bantuan wang seperti ini. Semangat rakyat untuk bekerja menjadi luntur apabila mereka diberi ganjaran tanpa apa-apa usaha oleh mereka. Semangat ini tidak akan menolong pembangunan Negara.

29. Dasar ekonomi mengutamakan tuntutan pengguna. Impot barangan digalakan dan industri tempatan diabaikan, bahkan dihalang oleh dasar Kerajaan.
30. Cuti ditambah sehingga adakalanya pekerja bercuti lebih satu minggu. Sebaliknya gaji minimum dinaikkan tanpa mengambilkira kenaikan kos yang boleh menjadi perniagaan dan perusahaan tidak bedayasaing dengan barangan impot.

31. Sesungguhnya banyaklah dasar, pendekatan dan perbuatan Kerajaan pimpinan Dato Seri Najib yang merosakkan hubungan antara kaum, merosakkan ekonomi dan kewangan negara.

32. Semua ini disebabkan penyokong Kerajaan tidak pernah menegur pemimpin.

33. Jikalau tiada siapa yang sanggup menegur, biarlah saya menegur. Saya pernah dipecat oleh Tunku Abdul Rahman, dipulau oleh Datuk Seri Abdullah dan difitnah oleh ramai. Jika kerana menegur saya akan didera, terpaksalah saya terima.

34. Bukanlah saya tidak sayang pemimpin. Tetapi saya lebih sayang bangsa dan negara saya.

Welcome Feng Yi (Phoenix) and Fu Wa (Lucky) to Malaysia

They will stay at Zoo Negara Kuala Lumpur Malaysia for 10 years as their second home programme. Both has been relocated at China Conservation and Research Centre for the Giant Panda before departure to Malaysia.

The two precious icons contribute towards the everlasting friendship and sustainable cooperation between Malaysia and the People’s Republic of China. On June 15, 2012, the Malaysian and Chinese governments clinched a deal for Feng Yi and Fu Wa to be loaned to Malaysia for 10 years to mark the 40th anniversary of diplomatic ties between the two countries this year.

Fu Wa and Feng Yi will be quarantined for 30 days before they are available to the public. The entrance fees for Adult is RM20 and Children or Senior Citizen is RM10.

MH370 Missing aircraft - possibly debris found in Indian Ocean

After 13 days of Search and Rescue for the missing aircraft MH370, the Australian authorities found an object which possibly related to the aircraft. The object length approximate 24 meter spotted by using Satellite imagery. This was confirmed by the Aussie Prime Minister Tony Abbott in his parliament speech. This is one of the best finding for the Search and Rescue divert to South Indian Ocean. Earlier reported that the missing aircraft may have been flown to North Corridor which may landed in the countries at the north of India and some suspicious flying craft flown over the Maldives Island (South India). But also was denied by the local authorities where the military radar never detect such an object as claimed.

The missing aircraft carried 239 passengers and crews expected to land in Beijing on 6:15am 8 March. But reported lost contact with the ground after aircraft took off from Kuala Lumpur International Airport in the South China Sea, near South Vietnam. After one week of Search and Rescue by Chinese and Vietnamese Authorities, some debris found near the ocean but nothing has been related to the missing aircraft. The investigation went mystery when Malaysian Authorities announced the aircraft might have been make a U-turn desperately to the west and flew across Andaman Sea at the Indian Ocean. In fact this was confirmed by the Malaysia Prime Minister in his short media press conference. Many possibilities of the missing aircraft has been rule out. The Malaysian police are considering the possibility of hijacking, sabotage, terrorism or issue related to the mental health of pilots or anyone else on board.

The Australian PM has informed the Malaysian PM about the finding and air force jet and marine from Australia and Malaysia has been sent to the area to identify the debris. It is the most difficult task to locate the debris visibility was poor and it may turn out to be completely not related to the aircraft as well.

Transformation Malaysia for ALL ?

The 13th General Election minority won party coalition Barisan Nasional BN under Najib Razak UMNO leadership finally formed a new cabinet line-up. The team now consist of mixture of old and new faces and his BN friend coalition MCA and Gerakan totally faces off from the cabinet. There is only one vacant minister post which is 'RESERVED' for MCA if they are willing to be part of the BN-UMNO team. MIC who represent for Indian minority party managed to take up 2 post.

The focus is just on the new BN team line-up, the next course of actions for transformation Malaysia to a developed nation yet to said, because it is very much earlier to predict how effective the team to carry out the task. The biggest challenge now for the BN to realize the 'Developed Nation' is just 5-7 years left and also BN faces biggest loses from the voters to Pakatan Rakyat (PR) opposition party who has also won a bigger majority (51%) compare to BN only 47%. Will the majority Malaysian support Najib to commit his TRANSFORMATION MALAYSIA?

East Malaysia (Malaysia Timur consist of Sabah and Sarawak) where BN make the biggest win in his Parliament seats whereby West Malaysia (Semenajung Malaysia) BN lost to PR in his parliament seats. This means PR gain more popularity in West Malaysia where the central government Putrajaya and his offices are based here.

The most public concerns for the new team line-up, will Najib Razak bring the WHOLE Malaysian to his TRANSFORMATION or some minority will be left out? Let's together we see how it progress!!

Parliament finally dissolved

PM Najib Tun Razak finally announced Parliament Dissolved today 3 April 2013 live telecast throughout nationwide together with his cabinet minister. In his speech, he has met Yang Di-Pertuan Agong in the morning and get approval to dissolve the 12th parliament effectively 3 April 2013.

He also be reminded to all state chief ministers to dissolve their state assembly in accordance to Federal Provision, so that General Election can be carry out simultaneously throughout the country. PM Najib also mentioned in his speech, 4 years ago same date, 3 April 2009 is the mandate given by Malaysian for him to carry out as Prime Minister of Malaysia. He also committed to transfer the power in the event of opposition take over the Putrajaya or change of coalition in states or country level.

Sabah Stand-off, action finally taken

The PM Datuk Najib Razak finally take action to attack the Sulu Military group after negotiation failed with them which has taken more than 3 weeks and killed 7 Malaysian policeman during the time. On the other hand, around 20 Sulu Military killed during the fire fighting with local special police force. Now, the action is given to Malaysian military and special force police group to take whatever necessary actions ( from earth, air and sea) to ensure Sabah land and people are protected.

The Sabah people especially Lahad Datu, Semporna and now extended to Kampung Tanduo now in high alert. Most of the people are moved out from this area due to high risk and threat of their safety. Hospital is being standby to receive the injured or casualties in this action.

Parliament disolve by 21 March 2013?

According to insiders, Najib has to call for elections between Feb 20 and March 20. The March 21 expiry date of the Johor state assembly may force the hand of Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak on when to call the general election. Insiders expect the Prime Minister to seek the consent of the King to dissolve Parliament ‘way before then’, partly for reasons of morale.

Insiders note that March 21 is the day the tenure of the Johor state assembly expires after a five-year term.

Welcome to 2013 another year with full of challenges. As a Malaysian, we deserved for better lifestyle, freedom of speech, equal rights and responsible to implement the democracy to vote who to be the member of parliament (MP) for 5 year term. General election for Malaysia sure will be fell in early 2013 because the 5 years term soon will be expired (by April 2013 the Parliament will be dissolved automatically).

Many Malaysian has been asking who could be done better if they win the coming General election? The answers are really depends on Malaysian itself. The people can change the format how Malaysian outlooks and directions if they know what they want.

According to the survey, the most favored 'Hang' Words for 2012 is 改 (means UBAH in Malay, Change in English). The people is represent the majority of thinking, needs and wants. So what do they really want to change? Malaysia is a country rated world no 1 most corrupted and world no 2 illicit money outflow according to Washington-based financial watchdog Global Financial Integrity (GFI). Malaysia has been ruled by BN (Barisan Nasional) comprises of UMNO, MCA, Gerakan, MIC and other minority coalitions for almost 55 years. The world longest served political party.

BERSIH 3.0 - Dataran Merdeka Police Started Fire Tear Gas & Water Cannons

Mostly 100k people turned out at BERSIH 3.0. Many was not aware and expected that BERISH 3.0 ended up with riot and ugly between police and assembly. The authority shall make sure the peace assembly taking place but is otherwise. Police started to fire tear gas and water cannons to disperse the people around Dataran Merdeka. There is no signal was given to the demonstrators to disperse and no warning heard. Many was running like mad to avoid the gas and chemical water. Look at the video

Sumatra 8.9 Earthquake 11042012

A massive earthquake rated 8.9 at sea outside Aceh Indonesia make most of the areas in Penang, Kedah, Selangor and Kuala Lumpur felt the shake for around 5 minutes.

Most people who stay in the high rise building will feel the shake of the earthquake. The shopping malls around George Town announced earthquake alert and caused the people running out from the building. Most of the shops are closed due to earthquake alert. Tsunami threat also been released and people are not encourage to stay or go to beach area.

MRT project at Jalan Sultan

“If you don’t want the MRT to pass through certain areas, we discuss, we can tweak the alignment in the area.” MRT project alignment can be tweaked, says chamber. Furthermore “The understanding reached in the POA is that there will be no acquisition of surface land. However, the process of the land acquisition is proceeding,” it said.

It was reported that MRT Corp would not acquire or demolish the shoplots in Jalan Sultan.
In its earlier statements, MRT Corp requested for the residents to be relocated for a maximum of six months as part of the agreement.

Associated Chinese Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Malaysia (ACCCIM) said MRT Corp should review and tweak the MRT alignment to avoid destroying the businesses operating in Jalan Sultan and Jalan Bukit Bintang, which are deemed cultural, heritage, entertainment and tourism hubs.

Himpunan Hijau 2.0

The organisers claimed some 20,000 people would be present to oppose the rare earth plant operated by Australia's Lynas Corporation in Gebeng, which has been given a temporary operating licence.
The first Himpunan Hijau gathering was held in October at Taman Gelora beach.

Himpunan Hijau 2.0 organisers have vowed to press on with their anti-Lynas gathering this Sunday despite having their venue application rejected. More news to be updated here soon!

Datuk Lee Chong Wei won Malaysia home title 8 times in record

World No 1 Datuk Lee Chong Wei has proven he is now at top performance at the beginning of 2012. Heading him to get gold medal in Olympic London 2012 and also All England 2012. He has won the title for Malaysia Grand Prix Open 2012 at Stadium Bukit Jalil defeated Kenichi Tago in just 30 minutes 21-6 and 21-13.

This title was the 8th times title won by Datuk Lee Chong Wei tied fellow Malaysian Wong Peng Soon's record number of home titles won between 1940 and 1953.

World rank No 1 shuttle Datuk Lee Chong Wei proved himself again he is still world No 1 after defeated his rival world No 2 Lin Dan from China in Korea Open 2012. The 29-year-old Chong Wei overcame a listless start to carve out a 12-21, 21-18, 21-14 win over four-time world champion Lin Dan of China in a physically taxing one-hour and 15-minute men’s singles final at the US$1mil tournament in Seoul.

Chong Wei easy lost in the first game but he regained his momentum back in the second to race closely with Lin Dan and won 21-18. The final set, Lee Chong Wei set the pace and lead most of the game towards end of the game. He has won a cool US$75,000 (RM235,875) for Korea title. He could be more when he goes after his eighth home title at the US$400,000 Maybank Malaysia Open, which begins on 10-15th Jan at the Putra Stadium in Bukit Jalil.

Yellow Tsunami Hits 1Malaysia 9-Jul-2011

The 1Malaysian wanted to have fair and clean elections system in Malaysia. The people of 1Malaysia will make a 'Yellow' rally towards Merdeka Stadium for the peace assembly. The voice of rakyat 1Malaysia become clearer and sound when they wanted below issues to be addressed immediately before the 13rd General Election :

1. Clean the electoral roll

The electoral roll is marred with irregularities such as deceased persons and multiple persons registered under a single address or non-existent addresses. The electoral roll must be revised and updated to wipe out these ‘phantom voters’. The rakyat have a right to an electoral roll that is an accurate reflection of the voting population.
In the longer term, BERSIH 2.0 also calls for the EC to implement an automated voter registration system upon eligibility to reduce irregularities.

2. Reform postal ballot

The current postal ballot system must be reformed to ensure that all citizens of Malaysia are able to exercise their right to vote. Postal ballot should not only be open for all Malaysian citizens living abroad, but also for those within the country who cannot be physically present in their voting constituency on polling day. Police, military and civil servants too must vote normally like other voters if not on duty on polling day.
The postal ballot system must be transparent. Party agents should be allowed to monitor the entire process of postal voting.

3. Use of indelible ink

Indelible ink must be used in all elections. It is a simple, affordable and effective solution in preventing voter fraud. In 2007, the EC decided to implement the use of indelible ink. However, in the final days leading up to the 12th General Elections, the EC decided to withdraw the use of indelible ink citing legal reasons and rumours of sabotage.
BERSIH 2.0 demands for indelible ink to be used for all the upcoming elections. Failure to do so will lead to the inevitable conclusion that there is an intention to allow voter fraud.

4. Minimum 21 days campaign period
The EC should stipulate a campaign period of not less than 21 days. A longer campaign period would allow voters more time to gather information and deliberate on their choices. It will also allow candidates more time to disseminate information to rural areas. The first national elections in 1955 under the British Colonial Government had a campaign period of 42 days but the campaign period for 12th GE in 2008 was a mere 8 days.

5. Free and fair access to media

It is no secret that the Malaysian mainstream media fails to practice proportionate, fair and objective reporting for political parties of all divide. BERSIH 2.0 calls on the EC to press for all media agencies, especially state-funded media agencies such as Radio and Television Malaysia (RTM) and Bernama to allocate proportionate and objective coverage for all potlical parties.

6. Strengthen public institutions

Public institutions must act independently and impartially in upholding the rule of law and democracy. Public institutions such as the Judiciary, Attorney-General, Malaysian Anti-Corruption Agency (MACC), Police and the EC must be reformed to act independently, uphold laws and protect human rights.
In particular, the EC must perform its constitutional duty to act independently and impartially so as to enjoy public confidence. The EC cannot continue to claim that they have no power to act, as the law provides for sufficient powers to institute a credible electoral system.

7. Stop corruption
Corruption is a disease that has infected every aspect of Malaysian life. BERSIH 2.0 and the rakyat demand for an end to all forms of corruption. Current efforts to eradicate corruption are mere tokens to appease public grouses. We demand that serious action is taken against ALL allegations of corruption, including vote buying.

8. Stop dirty politics
Malaysians are tired of dirty politics that has been the main feature of the Malaysian political arena. We demand for all political parties and politicians to put an end to gutter politics. As citizens and voters, we are not interested in gutter politics; we are interested in policies that affect the nation.

Lee Chong Wei won 2011 Badminton Indonesia Open Superseries title

Datuk Lee Chong Wei, once again make 1Malaysia proud by winning the Badminton Indonesian Open Super Series 2011. The on-form Lee Chong Wei’s performance this week will undoubtably make him the favourite in London in just over 6 weeks time. The 21-11, 21-7 win over Peter Gade will be one of the standout performances of this year, purely for the dominating nature and the ease that he won the title this week.

World no.1, Datuk Lee Chong Wei became the first non local to win Indonesian Open 3rd times in a row after defeated Pete-Gade of Denmark with a 21-11, 21-7 in just only 31 minutes. With the win, earned him US45,000 to bring home. This is his sixth titles this year in 6 months. Others are the Super Series Masters Finals, Malaysia Open, All-England, India Open and the Malaysia Open Grand Prix Gold.

An awesome victory made by Datuk Lee Chong Wei in beginning month of May. He has made 1Malaysia proud again by winning his 3rd title this year, the Malaysia Badminton Grand Prix 2011 in Stadium Sultan Abdul Halim, Alor Setar. He defeated Bao Chun Lai from China 21-9, 21-19 in the final match. This is the 3rd time Datuk Lee won the title continuously in 1Malaysia own land.

The Penangnites 28-year-old Chong Wei was over the moon over his exploits.

“I used to be ridiculed as a player for holding the world No. 1 ranking without any major titles. Now, I keep on winning. It is a big achievement for me,” said Chong Wei, who won the India Open the previous Sunday.

“And I am not going to stop at this. I want to keep up with this momentum until after the Olympic Games in London next year.

“Usually, it is tough to maintain a high quality game – especially when it is a back-to-back event. But I am glad that I came through this match and defeated Bao Chun Lai to give the home fans the cheer.”
