2012 End Of World Prophecy - Information On The 2012 Prophecy

December 21, 2012 marks the end of the Mayan Long Count Calender's Great Cycle. When the new cycle begins, it is unknown what will or will not happen. Could we experience the destruction of the planet Earth? No one really knows for sure what is going to happen, but it is safe to say that many theories exist, which offer insight as to what will happen on a December day in the year 2012.

2012 also marks the end of other cycles that signal that the ancient Mayans might have had some legitimacy in their prophecies about what might happen. The 26,000 year Precision of the Equinoxes and a reported 104,000 year cycle comes to an end in two years as well. Some scientists believe that Earth right now is going through a re-polarization whereby north will become south and vice versa.

The Precision of the Equinoxes signifies the direct alignment between the December solstice sun and the Galactic equator. The Mayans believed that this would bring about a World Age Rebirth process that would cause human beings to value more intrinsic values than the extrinsic values that we currently do.

Solar flares resulting from large-scale explosions that occur on the Sun could also hinder the Earth's ability to successfully move electric currents along pathways that are necessary to transmit information. Thereby, such current aspects of life such as radio frequencies, air travel, and the working order of satellites is in great danger if solar flares were to occur. In terms of the power that is generated from these flares, they carry the same destructive capacity as thousands of atomic bombs would.

It is important to recognize that the Mayans were not saying that the world was going to end in 2012. Instead, they were simply communicating that a new Life Cycle would be experienced. This would leave one to believe that if any changes are going to occur, they would come in the form of a gradual progression of events happening instead of occurring all at once.

The main crux of what 2012 was all about to the Mayan civilization of ancient times was that 2012 would mark the end of a Life Cycle that was plagued with a materialistic, extroverted human being that cared only about tangible items that affected his or her life. 2012 marks the year where people finally begin to realize that life is about recognizing your inner being and focusing more on intangible items that make your life better. While the prophecy might not be riddled with destructive foresight as once thought, it still is a significant date in terms of a "social awakening" that might be occurring.

Come check out my blog how to survive 2012 where I share my investigations about the Mayan prophecies and other end of days lore. Find out the truth about exactly what will happen about the 2012 mayan predictions.

2012 End Of The World Predictions - How to Survive 2012

Many scientists have agreed with this Mayan prediction. They have researched that in the future; there will be an alignment of the earth, sun, and the center of the Milky Way Galaxy. This happens once every 25,000 years only. Experts say that it could have a global cataclysm because the world may shift suddenly. Meaning, the North and South poles might shift into the equator that will cause earthquakes, storms, flooding, and volcanic eruptions.

2012 The End Of The World

2010-09-06T11:45:00.000-07:00

Nostradamus predicted it...the Bible predicted it...the Mayans predicted it...

December 21, 2012...The End Of The World.

There is even scientific proof that a phenomenon which only happens every 360,000 years will occur. Scientists say that the direct alignment of the Milky Way, the Earth, and the Sun with cause Earth's poles to shift 45 degrees. What will happen when the poles shift? Polar shift can cause increased weather patterns and potentially catastrophic climate change. The polar shift wouldn't cause earth itself to end, but rather an increased amount of damage dealt upon earth via earthquakes, hurricanes, volcanoes and so on.

There is not much we can do when it comes to nature, just "ride the wave" per say. And what is supposed to happen with the alignment? Well, potentially the Earth could be lost in the Milky Way. There is a black hole in the Milky Way that we could pulled into when the direct alignment happens. So if we are sucked into a black hole, when it will be the end of the world or will we just be moving to another part of the solar system? Does anyone know what the outcome of this would be? A large meteorite could also slam into the earth causing us to be extinct like the dinosaurs.

Would this be an instantaneous end or would it cause weather anomalies like a polar shift? The Bible predicts in The Book Of Revelations that the rise of the Antichrist will cause Earth's final demise. The battle between good and evil is supposed to destroy the Earth and send mankind into extinction. Some believe that the Antichrist is already here but no one knows who he is - not even the Antichrist himself. In the beginning, he will take all people under his wing and make the world's population believe that he is the salvation to the turmoil that exists. Once he has the confidence of the people and is regarded as the Messiah, he will then lead the people to self-destruction. This is when the Second Coming of Christ will occur and the battle begins.

The solution to this is actually quite easy - people can't be followers and fall for what one man promises. Keep faith in God and ourselves and don't idolize anyone. There are also thoughts that a mysterious planet called Planet X or Nibiru may collide into Earth but scientists say that there is no evidence that this planet even exists. Comets from Planet X could also either hit Earth or disintegrate upon entering the atmosphere.

My question is... If there is no Planet X, why is it still being spoken about?

Nostradamus is probably the most well-known and highly regarded prophecies. He predicts that "the heavens will catch on fire". It is speculation that he meant nuclear warfare, solar storm, or maybe even Planet X crashing into Earth. His predictions were correct with the likes of Adolf Hitler and the Holocaust, Julius Caesar, and even the attacks of September 11. We can't stop solar storms or mysterious planets...but nuclear warfare? It doesn't need to come to such a man-made, violent end...does it?

The thought of a 2012 The End Of The World is very disturbing. I am going to keep my fingers crossed and hope that it is all just hype and we will all be able to breathe a sigh of relief and spend a nice Christmas season with our families.

I would like to hear your comments on this issue.

Almost every major religious text has got references to this being the time when major changes could occur in our planet. Among all the references, perhaps the most significant and well known is the prediction of December 2012 Doomsday by the Mayan Calendar. According to the world will enter a new age on the particular date. With the Mayans civilization being extremely knowledgeable in both astronomy and mathematics, the prediction has generated lot of interest around the world. Let us take a look at the top reasons why the December 21st, 2012 is so important.

The Mayans were extremely skilled in creating mathematical and astrological apparatus and they created their calendar 3,500 years ago. The calendar clearly mentions that there would be major changes that would take place in the world, come December 2012 Doomsday. There are many among the scientific community who believe that due to global warming, solar storms would be entering the earth in large quantities by 2012 and this could trigger off a series of catastrophes. This is how they feel that the Mayan December 2012 Doomsday prediction would ultimately destroy all life on earth.

What is more that there are many geologists who believe that there could be major volcanic eruptions around the world in 2012. This is being equated with the December 2012 Doomsday prediction and being seen as one of the ways that the world will be destroyed, if it were to occur. What's Hopi Prophecy Got to Do With 2012?

What's Hopi Prophecy Got to Do With 2012?

Author: Ernie Fitzpatrick

How’d you like to live in an enenvironment where you are surrounded on all sides by your enemies? I am not talking about Israel, but the Hopi Indian tribe. Less than 7,000 Hopi live within the Navajo reservation: within! And the Navajo were their avowed enemies. Maybe it was that constant danger, that need to rely upon the spiritual that led them to such mystical lifestyles. And may they have been wrong on one of their prophecies.

Hopi tradition says that we are living in the Fourth World.

According to legend, this fourth world will end an America will be destroyed in a spiritual conflict. Could they have forseen the Islamic-Christian conflict? Were they fore-telling of the war on terror , and if not, what spiritual conflict could they be speaking? The ancient elders go on to say that the spiritual conflict will be fought with material means and the destruction will be caused by radiation.

Dirty bomb?

Nuclear war?

But, the end of the prophecy says that those who survive this conflict will institute a new united world without racial or ideological division and under the one power of the Creator! Now that sounds like something worth surviving for, doesn’t it. I just don’t like what the prophecy says we’ll have to go through, but then no one likes any kind of pain do they?

2012 Apocalypse in Hinduism. Facts about Kalki, Planet X, Bhavishya Purana and Dwaraka. End of Kaliyugam

Author: Kousalya

'2012 ' has become a buzzword these days, thanks to the incessant end of days programs on History Channel and the upcoming movie. People are freaking everywhere and want to know the predictions in every civilisations from Mayas to Hopis to Aztecs and Bible book of Revelations to I-Ching to Nostradamus quatrains and off late the end of world connections to the world's oldest religion Hinduism.

Being a Hindu by birth and brought up in a world of great Epics, Vedhas and Puranas, I'm sure I can add more light on this subject.

The four yugas or ages described in the Bhagavad Gita (8.17) and the Srimad Bhagavatam (3.11.19) are satya/krita yuga for first 100, 000 years, treta yuga for next 1.296 million years and Dvapara yuga for 864, 000 years and the last kali yuga for 432, 000 years. In Kali yuga people live for upto 100 years and will be engaged in irreligious practices solely for sense gratification/kama. People in the age of Kali will be lazy, quarrelsome, greedy and deceitful.

The end of kali yuga is marked by the arrival of 'kalki' the last incarnation of Vishnu. The 10th avatar of God. Also it is interesting to find a coincidence that the 10th planet or planet X was named Kalki.

The last avatar of God, Kalki will ride a white horse and would punish all the people who were sinful. Bhavishya purana meaning story about the future is a book of predictions written by valmiki who has also written Mahabharatha has predicted the birth of Jesus, Allah and many other kings.

Though it would be only around 5000 + years since kali yuga begun by 2012, it marks a golden age after destruction. The year 2012 will bring incessant rain and flooding according to the predictions.

If you ever think these predictions and avatars of God in hinduism are just stories and have no evidences, then I would like to shed some facts about Dwaraka where Lord Krishna was born. Puranas says that the city was sinked under water.

This "under sea city of Dwarka" was discovered in 1994 and it lies under the Arabian sea in the coast of Gujarat in close proximity to near the present Dwarka temple in Saurashtra. According to archeologists this under-sea city was the real Dwarka where Lord Krishna lived has stunning golden pillars and remnants of palace under water.

If you would like to know more about the other prophecies on 2012 like i-ching theory, nostradamus quatrains and mayan predictions, I would recommend visiting this site http://whatwillhappenondec212012.info

Also am researching and analyzing about the predictions and prophecies on Bhavishya Purana, will publish them in detail soon. Thank you all for reading.

Being a hindu by birth, I was brought up in a world of great epics like Mahabharatha and Ramayana, Vedhas and Puranas. I have always wondered about the things beyond our knowledge and how the ancient saints predicted future accurately. But in this busy life, as George Carlin said...we drink too much, smoke too much, spend too recklessly, laugh too little, drive too fast, get too angry, stay up too late, get up too tired, read too little, watch TV too much, and pray too seldom. We have multiplied our possessions, but reduced our values. Where are our morale? Believe in God and do the good and you will be assured of a place in heaven.

2012 Official Countdown - December 2012 End of The World

Author: Chris Jensen

For those of you who read the Bible, you may be familiar about the end of the world. The Bible points to a war of good and evil preceding the end of days. Christ’s followers will do battle with the legions of Satan. Whoever wins will seize the earth and all of its inhabitants. The Mayan Calendar has also left us with a profound mystery… something to think about… something to fear – December 2012, end of the world.

The Mayans, Egyptians, Nostradamus, the Book of Revelation, and even other world religions have all predicted that doomsday will eventually occur. Some have predicted that a galactic alignment shall occur on December 21, 2012, which will mark the end of the world.

But people shouldn’t really be scared of this approaching date. December 21, 2012 is probably not going to be Armageddon like what the media led us into believing. Besides, the Mayans really believed that December 21, 2012 would actually be more of a transition phase, pointing to a new period in time. They never predicted it to actually be the end of the world, but the beginning of a new age. They said that eventually mankind would have to change and continue to adapt naturally to the world climate.

Another way to look at it is that mankind will enter the seventh day of creation or the “Sabbath Rest”. This theory is based on the Creation Story, where God created the heavens and the earth in six days, and rested on the seventh day. According to theologists, God’s day is equivalent to 26,000 human years. It is believed that December 21, 2012 is the seventh day or the day of rest. It will begin a season of peace for mankind. Evil and sickness will be erased and Christ will return to lead his people. Some even believe that the dead will return and join the living on that peaceful day.

Whether or not doomsday is fast approaching remains a mystery. But the important thing here is that we make the most of today and live our lives to the fullest.

2012 End:- Hoax or Fact?

2012 End … Hoax or Fact?

Author: Dree Lyons

That really all depends on whose story you accept about the 2012 end scenario.

Unfortunately, the 2012 end prophecies and predictions span all possible beliefs and cultures. It doesn’t matter whether you are a stout member of any of the thousands of world religions, a spiritualist, an atheist or an agnostic. The issues surrounding December 21, 2012 mean a lot of different things to a multitude of people. Some emphatically support it driving the speculation to a crescendo, while others blatantly decry it a hoax. So exactly who is right about the 2012 end events?

The 2012 end is about as important as Y2K, it will be just another day.

It would be most unfortunate for this group of people, if all that was predicted came to pass and they had not even attempted to be prepared. Exactly who they think is going to look after for their best interests and future life, is decidedly a mystery. Did anyone mount a voice that Hurricane Katrina was a hoax? No, that wasn’t why so many lives were lost when Katrina broke shore and laid New Orleans to waste.

Many of them were so callused about hurricanes. They erroneously assumed Katrina’s arrival would be just another day, with a bit more wind and water than usual. You see, what most people can’t wrap their minds around is that the 2012 end predictions are nothing like Y2K. The yawning divide between a computer glitch and humanity or the world being obliterated forever, seems to go right over their heads. Where will they be when they are faced with approaching catastrophe?

There aren’t many who have missed the Doomsday 2012 End programs on TV.

At the very least, they heard all the dissatisfied reports about what a shabby presentation the History Channel aired. Not once, but three times in recent years. When all the actual facts are discovered that relate to the program regarding Nostradamus, Merlin, The Sybil, the Mayan Calendar and many more 2012 end prophecies; the History Channel is found to be severely wanting.

It isn’t just this particular TV show that is guilty of disinformation. Television is notorious for alerting uneducated viewers of non factual information, pawned off as well researched reality. Does this mean that the 2012 end scenario is nothing but a hoax? Not at all. Iif your life is valuable to you, then you owe it to yourself and those you love to find out what is real. As opposed to what isn’t in fact true about these rapidly growing predictions and published prophecies said to connect to the date, December 21, 2012.

You are faced with fallacies hidden amidst correct facts everywhere you turn.

Should you be alarmed about the predictions regarding 2012 end prophecies? If you aren’t, you might want to reconsider your priorities. You get one life in this world, and from that you will only reap what you put into it. It isn’t much of a secret that being prepared for whatever is known to be possible in the future is always your best option. Just the announcement that a tornado is heading right toward you will have you preparing to seek shelter at a moment's notice.

Y2K was fixed very simply with a simple computer programming patch. That is a manufacturing problem, and was never purported to be the end of the world, save by some really fanatical souls. This total 2012 end revelations is promising to deliver you and everyone you love into events that the world has never dealt with before. Are you ready? Have you learned what you need to know to take on the approaching end of an age? The clock is not going backwards. The date given draws rapidly closer with each passing week.

What is real 2012 fact, what is not?

If you can’t answer that question without a hair of doubt, you need to learn what is really coming and how you are going to deal with the issues. You can learn the 2012 end facts easily. You must make your own decisions on the best approach for you. Yet, deciding to ignore it is not wise. You have been warned.
