Willemstad, Curacao. With the last 3 hours left in Curacao's 2016 election race for the 3rd session of The Staten van Curacao, Caribbean News Now had the opportunity to have a brief interview session with Mr. Philip "Pacheco" Romer, of the KSE, Curacao's Supreme Election Chairman, The Election Commissioner.

Josefina Josepha: What is the Estimated Average Waiting Time (EAWT) to count all the ballots from the 106 Curacao 2016 polling stations?

Philip Romer (Election Commissioner): It takes about 3 to 4 hours to count up all the ballots from the election. Therefore we should have the 2016 Curacao's Election results by 11pm.

Josefina Josepha: With about 3 more hours left in the 2016 National General Election Day (NGED-2016), How do you feel about the voter turn-out and is it High, low or Average turn out?

Philip Romer (Election Commissioner): It's about average, it should be about 70% to 75% of the voting electoral population.

Josefina Josepha: Have there been any issues or concerns reported at any of the polling stations during Curacao's National General 2016 Election; so far?

Philip Romer (Election Commissioner): No! Everything has been quite good. The police report no incidence so far.

NO VOTING CARD, NO PROBLEM!CURACAO ELECTION INTERVIEW WITH PHILIP ROMER

Willemstad, Curacao. The polls are minutes from opening after the postponement of the election on September 30th 2016.
There are 106 polling stations throughout Curacao and 13 electoral parties vying for the more than 90,000 electoral votes between 8am to 8pm on Wednesday, Oct 5th 2016, in order to command the confidence of the 3rd SVC and thus form Curacao's government.

The following is an early morning Caribbean News Now interview with the Chairman of KSE; Curacao's election commissioner; Mr. Philip "Pacheco" Romer.

Josefina Josepha: For those persons that still have not receive their voters card, can they still go to their polling station with their ID or Passport to vote?

Philip Romer (Election Commissioner): You have to present you Voter's card and an official form of ID.
For those whom did not receive their voters card they have to come to the Staten Office, The Kranshi; to pick up their voting card or a copy of it, but you have to bring an ID of yourself in order to collect it. The office is open from now until the polling stations closes.
In addition, after receiving your voting card; you would have to go to your registered polling division in order to vote in the election.

Josefina Josepha: Some news sources that I read, it seemed that you were AGAINST POSTPONING the election on Friday; September 30th 2016.
Did you feel that the election; scheduled for September 30th 2016 in wake of the apparent passing of a tropical storm; could have still continued; because you stated that "your people was already working to have the polling stations open"?

Philip Romer (Election Commissioner): We didn't want to postpone it but we were forced to adhere like what the Prime Minister said.

Josefina Josepha: Originally the election was estimated to cost almost 2.5 million guilders, which you stated earlier in an interview.
Now with the added delay and postponement of the Curacao election scheduled to have occurred on Friday; September 30th 2016, does that equal to an additional cost added because of the fact that the election was postponed until today; Wednesday; October 5th 2016?

Philip Romer (Election Commissioner): Of course; of course; when you postpone something you have to re-prepare and it always cost you a little bit more than you had planned, Yes!

Josefina Josepha: And what is "a little bit more" in guilders?

Philip Romer (Election Commissioner): Well I can not tell you right now, we have to check it out and we will report afterward what is the cost.

The Curacao Election will be posponed untill the 5th of October 2016.

Responsivity of Curacao's 2016 Political Parties in NGED-2016

Responsivity is a GOOD sign of servitude and willingness to serve the people, whether for your party or against it. As representative, they not only represent the people who voted for them but also those who didn't vote for them as well! RESPONSIVITY!

The scale range from -10 to +10, though the grading spanned from -9 with PAIS and Alex Rosaria to +4 with PAS and Charles Cooper.

At the lower scale were (-9) PAIS and Alex Rosaria, (-8) UKH and Omayra Leeflang, (-8) PS and Jaime Cordoba, whereas at the opposite end of the polarity are Charles Cooper and PAS leading the pathway at +4, Hensley Koeiman and MAN at +4 and, Humphrey Davelaar and PNP at +3.

Though Charles Cooper responsivity seemed elephant sized compared to his other political opponents it indicated his level of preparedness and servitude, because you can not respond to the will of the people, the entire nation if you can not hear them and if you are not in tone to listen to them, for this Charles Cooper separates himself as wanting the job and having a quality necessary for the job.
