I don´t know sometimes I just feel is just kind of a jinx. I would love to sleep more but it just does´t happen. Maybe thats one of the reasons sometimes I'm so active and doing things.&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;That and that I really believe the next phrase:&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;"You will have plenty of sleep when you die"&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Harsh but true... I actually love to think that I did something with my day than sleeping over it. It describes perfectly that fitness is not just about exercising. Being fit and healthy its purely about mentality, its more of lifestyle.
