Announcing the Atlas Developer Beta Program

We're crazy excited about Atlas and a lot of you are too. When we announced Atlas in Miami this past February, we told everyone we were shooting for a summer release. Now, at the end of the summer, we aren't quite ready to ship the final version. But we want to let you get a sneak peak anyway, which is why we're announcing a special beta program.

By joining the Developer Beta Program, you'll get an early beta of Atlas and frequent beta updates as we move closer to shipping version one. You'll also get access to our members only development blog. This blog will be the central point of information throughout the beta program. We'll post updates to the blog, and we'll keep members in the loop on what we're working on.

Being part of the beta program means becoming part of the process. Through the development blog and our beta support forums, we'll be engaging in a conversation directly with our members to guide the process. We'll be able to pay special attention to the features and concerns from the users we hope will become our future customers.

The Atlas Developer Beta Program will have a $20 membership fee, and will launch on November 15th. To be clear, the beta program is separate from the final version, and the price does not reflect the final Atlas price. As that date gets closer we'll be posting more information about how to sign up. We'll also send out an e-mail to everyone who's signed up as soon as the beta program launches. So stay tuned to this blog, and to http://280atlas.com. And from all of us at 280 North, thanks for your continued interest and support.
