Kim Yoo-jin (born March 3, 1981), professionally known in English as Eugene, is a South Korean singer and actress, known mostly for her musical career as part of the hit K-pop group S.E.S..

South Korea, but spent her childhood in Guam moving there after finishing elementary school. She returned to Korea with her mom and younger sister sometime in high school, after her parents divorced, and eventually graduated from Korea Kent Foreign School. She is fluent in her native language Korean, English, Chamorro and is a Christian.

By way of an audition tape, Eugene was able to be part of a music group for SM Entertainment in South Korea, even though she was still in Guam. Debuting in 1997, S.E.S. became one of the biggest Korean groups of all time, having the record for biggest selling album by a female group in Korea. While in S.E.S., Eugene became known for her beauty and was part of the reason why S.E.S. had many advertising contracts. In fact, for certain print campaigns (like for Korean cosmetics company Etude), Eugene had the leading role, being the focus of the advertisements. Though vocally weaker than Bada, Eugene became the face of SES in advertising.

After the split of S.E.S. in 2002, Kim has appeared in four Korean dramas: Loving You, Save The Last Dance, Wonderful Life, and I Really, Really Like You. She has also appeared in commercials and advertisements, most notably for Korean cosmetics company Cathy Cat. In addition, she has released two solo albums. My True Style, her first album, has sold nearly 65,000 records and had one hit ballad, "The Best". Her second album 810303 sold a disappointing 19,000 copies. Although sales were low, Eugene still had a very successful single with "Windy", mostly due to her new "sexy" image (compared to her previous girl next door image). This song was performed on all the music video programs in Korea for many months, in addition to her second single. Promotions were stopped near the end of the year. Eugene did some promotional work in the Philippines in mid-2006.

In 2007, she is one of the co-hosts of KBS's Happy Together: Friends, taking over from Lee Hyori, until the show was overhauled for a third season. Also, she has become part of the musical version of the film Innocent Steps.

She also debuted as a film actress in Unstoppable Marriage (released on May 10, 2007).

In March 2008, it was announced that she would take the lead role in the drama Three Daddies and One Mommy, to be aired starting in April.

Lindsay Dee Lohan (born July 2, 1986) is an American actress, model and pop music singer. She starred in two original television movies, Life-Size (2000) (with Tyra Banks) and Get a Clue (2002). She also played Bette Midler's daughter in the first episode of the short-lived series, Bette (2000), but Lohan, then 14, quit when the production moved from New York to Los Angeles. Love Marie Payawal Ongpauco, better known for her screen name Heart Evangelista, is a Filipino actress, singer, model, and VJ.

Born on February 14, 1985 to parents Reynaldo and Cecilia Ongpauco, Heart is the youngest in her family, with one brother and four sisters. She grew up and studied in the United States. Her family moved back to the Philippines in her late teen years. She spent her high school years at the Colegio San Agustin, Makati.

Evangelista was first discovered by a commercial agent while at a mall with her sister.[citation needed] She signed up with Star Magic (formerly known as Talent Center) and was paired with John Prats on the show G-Mik. She announced her sudden transfer to ABS-CBN's rival network, GMA Network, last April 23, 2008. She signed up a two-year exclusive contract and is now being paired with Richard Gutierrez. Their first teledrama together on GMA's upcoming drama series Codename: Asero.

Evangelista played the title role in "Ay Ayeng," a film on the indigenous Ifugao life in Mountain Province, which premiered in Hawaii, on July 14, 2008. The movie was adapted from "Maestra Ester," a novel by Abdon Noviza and Lica Lazaro

Since 2006, Evangelista has been very vocal on her conversion from Roman Catholicism to Evangelical Christianity. Since September 2006, she has started taking on a humanitarian role starting with the creation of Heart Can, a foundation that aims to help children with respiratory diseases. Heart Can has been taking her through a series of mall shows. So far, it has already distributed many cans for donations, raising money for the young children benefiting from the charity.

Even though her transfer from Star Magic to Genesis has caused her popularity to decline, Heart says she has no regrets because she needed the spiritual counsel that Genesis could provide her. She has also stated that she is very happy with her life, "not just working but having...living a life."

Song Hye-kyo (born November 22, 1981; registered on February 26, 1982) is a South Korean model and actress. While getting her arts degree at Sejong University (did not finish degree), Song made her debut by winning the Grand Prize in model search in SunKyung Smart and starring in a Sunday morning drama called Happy Morning (KBS, 1996). She starred in number of hit dramas including All In, Autumn Fairy Tale, and Full House. Due to her popularity she can be seen frequently on advertisements when she is not acting. She is currently signed to the Sidus HQ label.

Song debuted in the entertainment industry when she won the Grand Prize in SunKyung Smart, a school uniform company in 1996 when she was finishing her third year in junior high school. It was not long until she starred in her first drama, Happy Morning. Since then, she would continued to star in a string of various dramas and sitcoms but it wasn't until the KBS drama Autumn Fairy Tale in 2000 with Song Seung-hun and Won Bin that Song rose to fame throughout Asia. The show quickly became popular as it depicted a tragic love story between three people.

Song's popularity continued to climb when she played a leading role in the poker drama All In, alongside Lee Byung-Hun. The drama was so popular that the title of the show itself entered everyday vocabulary in Korea. The two lead-actors were soon involved in a relationship off-camera which gave both of them heavy publicity. Rumours regarding their possible marriage circulated; the relationship, however, survived for less than a year.

Song then play as a supporting role in the drama Sunlight Pours Down. The actress once again claim the scene when she played a major role in the very popular TV comedy series Full House in 2004. Another popular star Rain co-starred in the drama. Full House became one of the highest rating drama during its year. As with her previous co-star in All In, Song was rumored to be a couple with Rain, though the two denied it and said they were just good friends. After the successful Full House, Song starred in the movie, My Girl And I, which was critically panned by audience and critics alike. Song went on a 2-year hiatus afterward, returning to acting to star in her second film, the movie-version of Hwang Jin-i, which was released in South Korea on June 6, 2007, as the kisaeng Hwang Jin-i. Though promoted heavily, it fared poorly at the box office.

She is planning to release a video album, produced by StarM Planning entertainment company because she has been pursuing her dream of becoming a "hallyu queen" in Japan. However, while the shooting is already completed, the release date is still unconfirmed. She also became known in computer graphics circles when Indonesian 3D artist Max Edwin Wahyudi created a remarkable quality 3D picture of her.

Song is currently preparing to star in KBS2 Miniseries The World They Live In, together with fellow Korean actor Hyun Bin. Filming is scheduled to start in July and will end this year. On the 2008 Cannes Festival, Director John Woo announced Song will be starring in his next work 1949, joining Taiwanese actor Chang Chen. 1949 will start filming at the end of the year and aims to release sometime in 2009.

Maria Kristina Cassandra Cuneta Concepcion (born April 7, 1985), populary known as KC Concepcion, is a Filipina actress, stage actress and commercial model. She is a daughter of Filipina actress Sharon Cuneta and Filipino actor Gabby Concepcion. Her name "Kristina" came from her mom, and "Cassandra" from her biological dad who loved the movie Cassandra Crossing. She was legally adopted by her step-father Senator Kiko Pangilinan.

GMA-7 talent Richard Gutierrez inked a one-movie deal with ABS-CBN’s Star Cinema, whis his co-star in this dream project, KC Concepcion. Thereafter, KC signed on May 22, 2008, a contract for GMA Films' Valentine 2009 movie with leading man Richard Gutierrez, to be directed by Joey Reyes, titled When I Met You. The Star Cinema movie will be released later this year while the GMA Films production will hit theaters on Valentine’s Day next year. Specifically, For the First Time, the first movie of KC Concepcion and Richard Gutierrez together with Joyce Bernal will open at theaters on August 27, 2008, while her "When I Met You" will be shown on February 11, 2009.

Star Cinema executives are also deliberating on the possible Luis Manzano and KC Concepcion movie. The two are then groom being another love team that is just as big, a son-daugther tandem of Star-of-All-Season Vilma Santos-Recto and Megastar Sharon Cuneta-Pangilinan.

On June 2008 she formally launch her debut album entitled "a.k.a. Cassandra" which includes 12 tracks. With "Imposible" as her debut single. Less than a month after, her album became the #1 album in all Oddysey Music Store in the Philippines (see www.titikpilipino.com for reference). Her single is enjoying good airplay on major radio stations all through-out the country (as of July 26, 2008#3 in WRR Bagui, and #4 WRR Manila to name a few). Angel Locsin (born Angelica Colmenares on April 23, 1985), is a television and film actress, commercial model, film producer and fashion designer in the Philippines.

Locsin rose to prominence after being cast as one of the lead stars in the fantasy-themed television series Mulawin in 2004. Soon after, she starred as the superheroine Darna in the TV adaptation of the Mars Ravelo comics. When her contract expired on March 2007, Angel did not renew her contract to her mother studio, GMA Network, and signed an exclusive contract in ABS-CBN despite her booming career on the first. Locsin recently debuted in her first teleserye in ABS-CBN, Lobo (TV series). The teleserye eventually ended last July 11, 2008.

She grew up in Bulacan, Philippines. Her parents separated when she was fourteen, and she has since lived with her father (Angelo Colmenares).

Angel Locsin is a native of Bulacan where she spent her elementary education. Angel graduated her High School in University of Santo Tomas, Manila. In August 2007, she attended a short-course for fashion design in London, United Kingdom.

Angel Locsin's career was discovered by a talent scout while she cuts classes with a friend. She was shopping at SM City North EDSA in Quezon City. She then auditioned for several commercials. She is supposed to be a part of the Batch 9 under ABS-CBN's Star Circle Batch (now Star Magic), but she failed to sign a contract because her father, Angelo Colmenares, did not agree. After a year, she became a contract star of GMA Artist Center.

Marian Gracia Rivera, more popularly known as Marian Rivera (born August 12, 1984 in Madrid, Spain) is a Filipino actress and commercial model. Her first TV role came in 2005 via TAPE Inc.'s afternoon drama, Kung Mamahalin Mo Lang Ako. However, her breakout role did not come until 2007 when she was cast for the title role in the Philippine remake of MariMar.

Rivera was born in Madrid, Spain to an interracial couple; Spaniard named Francisco Javier Gracia and a Filipina named Amalia Rivera. When her parents separated 2 years after her birth, Rivera and her mom left Spain and flew back to her mother's hometown in the Philippines. However, her mother had to leave to continue her work commitment abroad that she was sent to her maternal grandmother, Francisca Rivera in Bacoor, Cavite.

Rivera attended local private schools in Cavite including Saint Francis of Assisi College System where she spent her Elementary and High School years and De La Salle University-Dasmariñas for college. Rivera then took the time out to do a research about the role over the internet. Other actresses who took part on the auditions were Nadine Samonte, Katrina Halili, Jennylyn Mercado, Karylle, Jewel Mische, and Bianca King.

MariMar premiered on August 13, 2007 with a 36.6% rating. Her participation in the show led her to becoming a household name among the Filipino audiences that some would refer to her as Marimar/Bella even when she's out of her character, and with critics from the Guillermo Mendoza Memorial Scholarship Foundation, Inc. honoring her as Phenomenal TV Star in the 38th Box-Office Entertainment Awards.

After MariMar, Rivera plays the role of Dyesebel. Dingdong Dantes, who was her leading man in MariMar, pairs up with Rivera as Fredo. Marian Rivera plays as a beautiful young mermaid under the ocean. It aired on April 28, 2008.

Kristin Laura Kreuk (born December 30, 1982) is a Canadian actress. She is known for her roles on the Canadian television series teen soap Edgemont and on the American television series Smallville in which she stars as Lana Lang.

Kreuk (pronounced /ˈkruːk/)was born in Vancouver, British Columbia. Her father, Peter Kreuk, is of Dutch descent; her mother, Deanna Che, is of Chinese descent, but was born in Indonesia; her maternal grandmother was born in Jamaica of Chinese descent. Both parents are landscape architects. She has a sister who is about five years younger. Kreuk trained in gymnastics at the national level until high school but quit in grade 11 due to scoliosis.
