What You Didn't Know About Taxes & The 'Crown' By Mark Owen 2-17-5

There are two Crowns operant in England, one being Queen Elizabeth II. Although extremely wealthy, the Queen functions largely in a ceremonial capacity and serves to deflect attention away from the other Crown, who issues her marching orders through their control of the English Parliament. This other Crown is comprised of a committee of 12 banks headed by the Bank of England (House of Rothschild). They rule the world from the 677-acre, independent sovereign state known as The City of London, or simply 'The City.'

The City is not a part of England, just as Washington is not a part of the USA. The City is referred to as the wealthiest square mile on earth and is presided over by a Lord Mayor who is appointed annually. When the Queen wishes to conduct business within the City, she is met by the Lord Mayor at Temple (Templar) Bar where she requests permission to enter this private, sovereign state. She then proceeds into the City walking several paces behind the Mayor. Her entourage may not be clothed in anything other than service uniforms.

In the nineteenth century, 90% of the world's trade was carried by British ships controlled by the Crown. The other 10% of ships had to pay commissions to the Crown simply for the privilege of using the world's oceans.

The Crown reaped billions in profits while operating under the protection of the British armed forces. This was not British commerce or British wealth, but the Crown's commerce and the Crown's wealth. As of 1850, author Frederick Morton estimated the Rothschild fortune to be in excess of $10 billion. Today, the bonded indebtedness of the world is held by the Crown.

The aforementioned Temple Bar is the juristic arm of the Crown and holds an exclusive monopoly on global legal fraud through their Bar Association franchises. The Temple Bar is comprised of four Inns of Court. They are; the Middle Temple, Inner Temple, Lincoln's Inn and Gray's Inn. The entry point to these closed secret societies is only to be found when one is called to their Bar.

The Bar attorneys in the United States owe their allegiance and pledge their oaths to the Crown. All Bar Associations throughout the world are signatories and franchises to the International Bar Association located at the Inns of Court of the Crown Temple.

The Inner Temple holds the legal system franchise by license that bleeds Canada and Great Britain white, while the Middle Temple has license to steal from America. To have the Declaration of Independence recognized internationally, Middle Templar King George III agreed in the Treaty of Paris of 1783 to establish the legal Crown entity of the incorporated United States, referred to internally as the Crown Temple States (Colonies). States spelled with a capital letter 'S,' denotes a legal entity of the Crown.

At least five Templar Bar Attorneys under solemn oath to the Crown, signed the American Declaration of Independence. This means that both parties were agents of the Crown. There is no lawful effect when a party signs as both the first and second parties. The Declaration was simply an internal memo circulating among private members of the Crown. Most Americans believe that they own their own land, but they have merely purchased real estate by contract. Upon fulfillment of the contract, control of the land is transferred by Warranty Deed. The Warranty Deed is only a 'color of title.' Color of Title is a semblance or appearance of title, but not title in fact or in law. The Warranty Deed cannot stand against the Land Patent.

The Crown was granted Land Patents in North America by the King of England. Colonials rebelled at the usurious Crown taxes, and thus the Declaration of Independence was created to pacify the populace.

Another method used to hoodwink natural persons is enfranchisement. Those cards in your wallet bearing your name spelled in all capital letters means that you have been enfranchised and have the status of a corporation. A 'juristic personality' has been created, and you have entered into multi-variant agreements that place you in an equity relationship with the Crown.

These invisible contracts include: birth certificates, citizenship records, employment agreements, driver's licenses and bank accounts. It is perhaps helpful to note here that contracts do not now, nor have they ever had to be stated in writing in order to be enforceable by American judges. If it is written down, it is merely a written statement of the contract.

Tax protestors and (the coming) draft resistors trying to renounce the parts of these contracts that they now disagree with will not profit by resorting to tort law (fairness) arguments as justification. Judges will reject these lines of defense as they have no bearing on contract law jurisprudence. Tort law governs grievances where no contract law is in effect.

These private agreements/contracts that bind us will always overrule the broad general clauses of the Constitution and Bill of Rights (the Constitution being essentially a renamed enactment of English common law). The Bill of Rights is viewed by the Crown as a 'bill of benefits,' conferred on us by them in anticipation of reciprocity (taxes). Protestors and resistors will also lose their cases by boasting of citizenship status. Citizenship is another equity agreement that we have with the Crown. And this is the very juristic contract that Federal judges will use to incarcerate them. In the words of former Supreme Court Justice Felix Frankfurter, "Equity is brutal, but we are merely enforcing agreements." The balance of Title 42, section 1981 of the Civil Rights Code states, ".citizens shall be subject to like punishment, pains, penalties, taxes, licenses, and exactions of every kind"

What we view as citizenship, the Crown views as a juristic enrichment instrumentality. It also should be borne in mind that even cursory circulation or commercial use of Federal Reserve Notes effects an attachment of liability for the payment of the Crown's debt to the FED. This is measured by your taxable income. And to facilitate future asset-stripping, the end of the 14th amendment includes a state of debt hypothecation of the United States, wherein all enfranchised persons (that's you) can be held personally liable for the Crown's debt.

The Crown views our participation in these contracts of commercial equity as being voluntary and that any gain accrued is taxable, as the gain wouldn't have been possible were it not for the Crown. They view the system of interstate banks as their own property. Any profit or gain experienced by anyone with a bank account (or loan, mortgage or credit card) carries with it - as an operation of law - the identical same full force and effect as if the Crown had created the gain.

Bank accounts fall outside the umbrella of Fourth Amendment protection because a commercial contract is in effect and the Bill of Rights cannot be held to interfere with the execution of commercial contracts. The Crown also views bank account records as their own private property, pursuant to the bank contract that each of us signed and that none of us ever read.

The rare individual who actually reads the bank contract will find that they agreed to be bound by Title 26 and under section 7202 agreed not to disseminate any fraudulent tax advice. This written contract with the Crown also acknowledges that bank notes are taxable instruments of commerce.

When we initially opened a bank account, another juristic personality was created. It is this personality (income and assets) that IRS agents are excising back to the Crown through taxation.

A lot of ink is being spilled currently over Social Security. Possession of a Social Security Number is known in the Crown's lex as 'conclusive evidence' of our having accepted federal commercial benefits. This is another example of an equity relationship with the Crown. Presenting one's Social Security Number to an employer seals our status as taxpayers, and gives rise to liability for a reciprocal quid pro quo payment of taxes to the Crown.

Through the Social Security Number we are accepting future retirement endowment benefits. Social Security is a strange animal. If you die, your spouse gets nothing, but rather, what would have gone to you is divided (forfeited) among other premium payers who haven't died yet.

But the Crown views failure to reciprocate in any of these equity attachments as an act of defilement and will proceed against us with all due prejudice. For a person to escape the tentacles of the Crown octopus, a thoroughgoing study of American jurisprudence is required. One would have to be deemed a 'stranger to the public trust,' forfeit all enfranchisement benefits and close all bank accounts, among other things. Citizenship would have to be made null and forfeit and the status of 'denizen' enacted. If there are any such natural persons extant who have passed through this fire, I would certainly appreciate hearing from them.

But many government officials around the world, particularly from ISRAEL, are saying that war with Iran is SUICIDE and that this will cripple European economies and severely hurt the US economy. The New Wold Order (which is headed by The Land of the "Free") is failing in it's attempt to start World War 3 in Iran at the behest of Israel (tail wagging the dog). Thank God! But not enough people in America and around the world really know the truth about Iran's nuclear situation. Well we can thank the press propaganda machine (better known as the Mainstream Media) for this because their ties to and support for the Zionist regime in Israel--and we can go on and on about this obvious problem.

One clear fact indicating this assertion though is from April 2010 whereupon a team of peace activists in their peace Flotilla were sailing to the Gaza strip to help feed and supply the poor, starving and oppressed Palestinians there. Well mainstream media attention to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict there certainly does not help the Palestinians situation there when most of the coverage is unfavorable to them and many times being shown as a terrorist people--period. The real ground reports that came out from eye-witnesses that saw what took place on deck of that boat when there was a clash between Israeli soldiers and the activists said things that were completely contrary to the opinion of the media in this country. The media in other countries though of course were in favor of the activists and put those activists testimony on their news.

Some reports from the side of the activists did actually get put in some media outlets here in America like Salon.com for example that said:

"It was clear from the moment news of the flotilla attack emerged that Israel was taking extreme steps to suppress all evidence about what happened other than its own official version. They detained the flotilla passengers and barred the media from speaking with them, thus, as The NYT put it, 'refusing to permit journalists access to witnesses who might contradict Israel's version of events.' They detained the journalists who were on the ship for days and seized their film, video and cameras. And worst of all, the IDF -- while still refusing to disclose the full, unedited, raw footage of the incident -- quickly released an extremely edited video of their commandos landing on the ship, which failed even to address, let alone refute, the claim of the passengers: that the Israelis were shooting at the ship before the commandos were on board."

The Media overall though is poison, lies and deadly bait which, once you take it, it's like you clicked that curious-looking email from some weird sender that just popped up in your inbox--when you know you shouldn't have!--and now your whole computer is infected without you even knowing it or is infected more than you think it to be. People know the news is crap, at least subconsciously, yet they still keep allowing their minds to be muddled and infected--since we are too lazy to do research and too wimpy to stand up against tyranny!--and the hard-drive of the heart of America, as a result, is now in SERIOUS need of a major "clean sweep" because the computer is running slow, lethargic and much of the programs have been..."corrupted." The problem is that the virus that resides there is not only parasitic, but like those viruses in PC computers or in email attachments that once they are clicked spread like wild-fire and infect all of your buddies, friends and/or contacts.

Think that analogy was silly?, the people that control the Media don't. In fact they would agree and say that THAT was the best analogy to describe how they brainwash the public--especially about issues like Iran's nuclear situation. So how can we liked computers and computer viruses to the Media and the mind of the American public? Simple. The computer is America's media, educational, governmental and military establishments (which control the mind of the American public on most issues affecting them their livelihoods and future both on a individual and national level) which is the CPU and hard-drive and the Media propagandists and their controllers (big banks, foundations and families) are the viruses and viruses breeders. They're like those idiotic, yet brilliant, hackers that all they all day long is devise ways to shut down peoples' and nations' computing lives by trying to outdo those last batches of viruses they sent out by creating even more pesky, annoying, debilitating and hard-to-remove viruses for whatever the agenda.

WELL WE KNOW THE MEDIA'S AGENDA: PROPAGANDIZE THE PUBLIC INTO ACCEPTING ANOTHER WAR ON BEHALF OF THE BIG BANKS AND CORPORATIONS THAT HAVE THE GREEDY GOALS OF NOW RAPPING AND PILLAGING IRAN FOR CONTROL OF THEIR COUNTRY AND CONTROL OF THEIR RESOURCES JUST LIKE THEY DID WITH THE SHAW FOR SO MANY YEARS.

The virus we deal with is the Media, the big banks and corporations and the State of Israel with all their backers from many Jewish organizations and Jewish communities here in America. Israel IS NOT PERFECT and their are many proofs that they DO NOT have America's best interests in mind and that their policies in the Middle East are detrimental to US interests. There are also very, VERY clear indications that Israel INDEED is NOT our "ally," but a covert enemy from within whom we feed billions of our tax dollars to every year. The biggest Jewish lobby in the US, AIPAC, had been caught repeatedly SPYING in America and stealing selling of OUR SECRETS to other countries. Did you hear about that??? Do you even know about that??? Don't depend on FOX for this info because your not going to get it from there.

Did your beloved FOX news or CNN or NBC or ABC (or New York Times or any other main media outlet for that matter) tell you that Wikileaks had leaked to them an official classified memo from the US Embassy in Tel Aviv with the title: "Israel: Promised Land for Organized Crime?" NO, they didn't and Julian Assange, the Wikileaks founder, OFFERED this memo to the main media outlets in America but they REFUSED to air them for the public to learn of them. Instead though, they took everything else Assange had to offer. Only alternative media sources in America and mainstream media from other countries willing to air this would have given you this information. IT'S REAL THOUGH and in it describes how the American government and people should be fully aware of the fact that the Jewish mafia has deep operations within America and against America's best interests!

(So as you can see, the Media sometimes will indeed report on some issues that make Israel look villainous, to some degree, but we have yet to hear the truth about Iran, the Israeli-Palestianian conflict and things like the above-mentioned US Embassy memo.)

How much though of this did you hear from FOX news? ZERO as far as I know. How about the other network? Slim to none. As for the other networks, the "alternative" ones which is nothing more than a mild derogatory term for media outlets that tend more toward REAL journalism, I would assume more.

But in spite of these new revelations, the aforementioned parties are still pushing for war even though we have now learned from both US and Israeli media sources (that actually are telling us more in the issue) that:

- MANY Israeli military/governmental official are now now ADMITTING...that Iran DOES NOT have a nuke right now and that...

- attacking Iran would mean the END of Israel--LITERALLY

- Leon Panetta in Face the Nation last Sunday said Iran was NOT making a nuke

Former Israeli-Jew/Israeli nuclear scientist, Roy Tov (roytov.com)--who is being persecuted by the MOSSAD in Bolivia for speaking out against the crimes of the Zionist regime and refusing to co-operate with them--mentions these key points in one of his latest article titled "Astonishing Israeli Attack on Iran" where he points out that Major General Amos Gilad, head of the Israeli Defense Ministry's Diplomatic-Security Bureau, in an interview he gave to the biggest Israeli newspaper late last year (2011), stated that attacking Iran would, basically, incur the wrath of their Shahab-3 missiles a MRBM (medium-range ballistic missile) which can successfully AVOID Israel's ABM (anti-ballistic missiles) systems such as the Arrow 2 missile.

Gilad also stated that from Iran there is "no nuclear threat right now" and that “they have the enriched uranium, they have the knowledge but they are not producing them [nuclear warheads].” But I want to point out that Iran, in 2009, offered to GIVE AWAY their enriched nuclear material to nations that could use it for peaceful energy purposes. But, of course, without fail, the Media in the US took that and spun it making it seem like Iran was up to no good in this.

Iran has opened it's nuclear facilities to international inspectors REPEATEDLY--Israel STILL has not (ever since JFK's era). Israel has 400+ nukes--Iran, ZERO. Who the real suspect/threat here, folks?

Also, Tov, in the same article, lays out the facts stating...

"...Nahum Barnea – a leading journalist of Yedihot Ahahronot - said on that Friday that the IDF Head of Staff Beni Gantz, Mossad Director Tamir Pardo, Head of Aman (IDF Military Intelligence Corps) Aviv Cochabi and the Head of Shin Beth Yoram Cohen – in other words, Israel’s leading generals - oppose an attack on Iran. In the past Meir Dagan – Pardo’s predecessor as Mossad Director – defined such an attack as a 'foolish idea.'"

Israel officials are also saying this would be national SUICIDE if Israel entangled in a war with Iran. Do they want another... Masada perhaps??? But does Iran really want war? NO! Why would they when this would severely cripple their economy since 45% of national revenues come from the sale of natural gas and petroleum both of which have to first pass through the Straight of Hormuz. Reports from the White House and other US government officials are now coming out indicating that they DO NOT want to tangle with Iran because this, too, would be destructive for the US and world economy.

Polls coming out of Israel show that the majority of Israeli-JEWS do NOT want war with Iran. There is little doubt that much of what is said by Israeli and American sources on Iran is misinformation, a repetition of the Dodgy Dossier and the Weapons of Mass Destruction lies that led to the Iraq War in 2003. Iran poses a singular problem to Israel and America, a problem which is not related to the strength of explosive charges.

The Islamic Republic of Iran never attacked any other country. Unlike America, (seeAmerican Led Apocalypse) they do not base their wealth on the Business of War. The eighteenth largest economy in the world by purchasing power parity (PPP) is based on mining, manufacturing, and agriculture, with 45% of the Iranian government's budget coming from oil and natural gas revenues. In order to keep its profitable oil business going, Iran needs peace. Thus, it is unlikely to attack any other country in the future. Yet, American and Israeli journalists keep claiming otherwise in increasingly hysterical tones. Needless to say, these two economies are based almost solely on the Business of War.

These attacks on Iran are done in such a wild fashion, that sometimes I have the feeling Western journalists are running amok randomly along and across a conceptual matrix covering the options being promoted by their political warlords. Interesting as it is, there is more to Western hatred toward Iran than its being a perfect enemy. The moral rhetoric of Iran is what scares the pagan West, not its weapons. If the Western electorate awakens from its long coma and understands the West is still basing itself on the pillage of others, revolution would follow. That’s evil. Unknown to most Westerners, Iranians are invariably concerned about good and evil; this is addressed on official policy papers. They have their own and legitimate view on the topic, in sharp contrast to the pragmatic, golden calf-oriented West. Thus, the Iranian political discourse cannot be accepted by Washington and Tel Aviv. That discourse may melt their golden calf.

I have covered the topic of We Are Change before on this website here, and made it clear that most of their leadership were a bunch of jews. We Are Change is one of the largest 911 truth groups on the internet, and in the public eye, but that’s only to be expected, because jews always lead their own opposition. Thanks to worthless blow hards like Alex Jones, we are chumps gets plenty of exposure to help them stay at the forefront.

We are change got it’s fame by confronting political leaders with cameras and tough questions, but this type of activism is ultimately useless. To the uninitiated, it looks like they’re doing something good, and other morons have followed suit with this same type of “activism”, but what does it really accomplish? In all honesty, it accomplishes absolutely nothing, besides making those incapable of critical thinking believe the enemy has been delivered a painful blow, but the enemy doesn’t really give a shit about your questions and your cameras.

The jews responsible for 911, the engineered economic collapse, and all of our other ills knew way ahead of time people would eventually rise up in revolt against their murderous communist take over our countries, so they had plenty of time to make sure they had the necessary players in place to quell dissent, and using the techniques described above, they have enlisted millions of unwitting patriots to join their bogus “fight”.

Quelling dissent is exactly what groups like We Are Change are out to do, but at the same time, they like to waste your time, energy, and money while doing so. This way you are left without the energy and resources needed to put up a good fight. Most We Are Change members are probably good people who want the truth about the 911 attacks to come to the surface, but what truth is that? Their truth, unfortunately, consists of nothing but lies put forth by the jewish leaders of their groups. All they’ve done is teach people to parrot “911 was an inside job” and run around chasing their tales asking for a new investigation.

The truth is, 911 was pulled off by jews to force a number of different agendas on our people. These include, but are not limited to, pushing us into wars that suit their needs, removing more of our freedoms, propagandizing our people, making patriots out to be terrorists, etc. and unfortunately, many of these have worked flawlessly. We don’t need a new investigation. 911 was a jewish terrorist attack, covered up by the jewish media, with the same modus operandi (method of operation) as the King David Hotel attack, i.e. jews dressed like Arabs blow up a building and blame it on Muslims.

The jews knew you’d be angry and be looking for a leader, so they put dozens of them in place everywhere you turn. The question is, do you know what to look for when trying to decide what is legitimate and what isn’t? SN does all it can to make sure you gain the kind of insight that is necessary to do so. Israel Shahak wrote a foreword to his translation of Oded Yinon’s 1982 paper for the World Zionist Organization which revealed Zion’s plans for America, Israel, the Mideast and the world. Wesley Clark was given a list of 7 Muslim nations 10 days after 911 that America was to invade. That 2001 hit list originated in Israel in 1982. The last nation on that list is Iran.

Today I would hope to prove that if America attacks Iran for Israel, then the Israeli Empire will self-immolate and the America we knew will die. The words 5 Minutes in the title refers to the undeniable fact that it will take Iran 5 Minutes to sink the American Persian Gulf fleet, eviscerate the US Central Command and send America into a Depression so severe that I think it should be called the Greatest Starvation.

The Iranians have hundreds of small boats armed with Russian made anti-ship missiles designed to sink American aircraft carriers. Those would be the N-22 Sunburn (Mach 2.1) and the N-26 Onyx (Mach 3). They also have the Chinese made C-802 which has a 165 kg (364 pound) warhead. They have rocket artillery with ranges of 65, 92 and 130 miles (100, 150 and 210 km). This rocket artillery includes the Zelzal-2 meaning “Earthquake”. It is a 610 mm heavy artillery rocket with a 600 kg (1,323 lb) warhead. The missile is based on the Soviet FROG-7 missile.

Iran has 20 submarines. Their Russian designed torpedoes have a top speed of 360 km/h (223.7 mph).

The Iranians have many other anti-ship missiles that can be launched from small and medium sized boats from the land and from helicopters and jets. See the reference below as they are too numerous to name.

The Iranians recently electronically hijacked an advanced CIA stealth drone proving they are not a primitive nation. Iran has a drone with a 1,000 km range capable of firing 4 missiles.

Perform this thought experiment. Suppose Israel launches 100 jets to attack Iran. What does the American Persian Gulf fleet do? Do they wait for the Iranians to launch ten thousand torpedoes, missiles and rocket artillery shells from more than a thousand locations? Do American fighter pilots scramble their jets and fly in circles waiting for the Israeli jets to show up an hour later? What if Iran issues an ultimatum to the American field commanders that launching their jets would be tantamount to a declaration of war?

In the first 5 Minutes every single ship without exception in the American Persian Gulf fleet will be sinking. In the first 5 Minutes every single base in the US Central Command will have multiple incoming missiles rapidly approaching and spelling doom for NATO troops.

Israel will have 150,000 incoming missiles from Hezbollah, Syria and Iran. Hezbollah has 300 or more M-600 guided missiles with 1,000 pound warheads and is capable of turning Tel Aviv into a parking lot.

As an exercise, you might calculate what will be left of the Israeli population if the 2,000 most industrialized and most populous square miles in Israel were hit by 1,000 thousand pound fuel air explosives and by 1,000 thousand pound conventional bombs. Hint 1: 42% of Israeli Jews live in 528 square miles of metropolitan Tel Aviv. Hint 2: A fuel air explosive has 4 times the impact of a conventional bomb. Fires and explosives require oxygen. Might I take this opportunity to point out what the only adult running for President of the United States has said:

I would like to make a suggestion:

I believe Iran has an advanced High Powered Microwave Electromagnetic Pulse (HPM EMP) defense system under construction. Israel does not want to attack Iran during winter cloud cover so the Iranians have a few months to prepare a welcome for those Israeli and American jets. I would suggest the Iranians reveal their top secret HPM EMP device either from Syria or Iran by disabling an American ship or a few jets or maybe both. This might be sufficient reason even for a fanatical Israeli to call off World War III. And why proceed with an attack that would be doomed to failure from EMP weapons?

Please consider that Iran is an ally of China and Russia through the Shanghai Cooperation Organization in which they have Observer status. The Iranians made secret alliances with the Pakistani military after the US killed those 24 Pakistani soldiers on November 26th. Pakistan has lots of Hydrogen bombs. Of more immediate concern is that Russian carrier task force in Syria. What plan does Washington have to avoid escalating a missile exchange between Syria and Israel and Russia into a thermonuclear war.

What would Obama, Geithner, Bernanke and Mario Draghi at the European Central bank do if China began selling hundreds of billions of dollars in Treasury bonds while simultaneously buying gold, oil, silver, food and other commodities? The Chinese press could taunt Americans saying that they had their chance to wean themselves away from importing 70% of their oil. Now they can pay $500 a barrel for oil. Americans could scurry around to earn $5,000 to buy an ounce of gold to buy anything from overseas.

What exactly is the Goldman Sachs plan for recovery after America reaches hyperinflation and 30% unemployment? Hint 3: All of those men named above are Goldman Sachs employees. Not one of them had a plan for recovery of the economy before 30% unemployment so I can guarantee you they will have none after you have direct personal experience with hyperinflation.

I suppose I should point out that 40% of all oil tanker traffic goes through the Strait of Hormuz. All Iran has to do is to threaten to sink all oil tankers going through the Strait to force London insurers to shut down oil traffic out of the Gulf and drive oil to %350 a barrel. Iran might elect to use an EMP weapon to disable an oil tanker in the Strait of Hormuz as opposed to mines or rocket artillery. The EMP device is more selective in its usage. A Navy JAG officer (lawyer) recently said their offices were inundated with calls from flag officers who wanted a legal basis to refuse an order to attack Iran and to refuse to arrest American civilians without trial and render them to foreign prisons for torture. The JAG officers are thinking that they should apply the Geneva Convention to American civilians and defend them in military court. The JAG officer also said that military officers do not want to arrest Americans without trial because they would be turned into a sieve meaning Americans have at least 300 million guns and 10 billion bullets.

Homosexuals are not normal human beings in the same way that Jews are not normal citizens of any country in which they reside.

Public acceptance of homosexuality has been used by the Jewish puppetmasters to destabilize societies they are plundering.

All societies coalesce on the basis of protection of one's own children and property. Homosexuals and Jews sabotage this life-sustaining coalescence as they are motivated by their own pathological and physiologically deviant propensities.

The original, official acceptance of homosexuality in contemporary society occurred in 1973 after three-year long jihad of outrageous public insults to American psychiatrists by an ad hoc army of gay activists.

To get the aggressive homosexuals to stop harassing them, the American Psychiatric Association canvassed its 10,000 members and by a vote declared that the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders-II(DSM-II) would no longer classify homosexuality as a pathology. Instead, it would be called an alternative lifestyle.

No medical evidence whatsoever figured in this decision.

Coming on the heels of ten turbulent years of the totally Jewish Women's Liberation Movement, which exacerbated the deterioration of the American nuclear family, this gay pronouncement further loosened what religious types might call the bounds of decency, and boldly pushed homosexuality into the public limelight as something that deserved our tolerance and compassion.

On an interpersonal level, this attitude is desirable, because love and understanding are the most important things in life.

But what are we trying to understand? A physiological and psychological perversion. On a sociological level, the attempt to pretend homosexuals are normal has resulted in just what homosexual behavior always produces:

• Accelerated deterioration of the nuclear family.

• Skewing of discussions about anything because of having to recognize the gay perspective (which is strikingly like the Jewish perspective), and . . .

• Utter unreliability and untrustworthiness in any institution, organization, or business that employs gays, whose behavior, either in concealment or extravagant flaunting of their chosen attitude, always destabilizes any relationship with any member of the heterosexual majority.

The answer you get when you protest these things is always "we must tolerate others who are different."

The response to that should always be "I have no wish to recognize an obvious illness, a sickening deviation from normal behavior, as normal, because (1) it disgusts me, and (2) it is extraordinarily unhealthy and destructive behavior."

Thus does a small percentage of psychological and physiological aberrants force the vast majority of ordinary heterosexuals to tolerate something that disgusts them, verifying Nietzsche's observation that the Jewish philosophy promotes disease and depravity as virtues, something we observe in today's slanted media almost every day.

How this whole pro-gay agenda has metastasized into the sewer of destructive social engineering now dominating mainstream society — with transgender sex advocates prominent on our Supreme Court and closet homosexuals selected as U.S. presidents, senators, judges and generals so they can be more effectively controlled by their beastmasters at suburban East Coast synagogues — is the focus of our story tonight.

You must know by now that for a decade or more, poison Jewish rules from the American Federation of Teachers have brought condoms into elementary schools and homosexual advocates talking to first graders about how great queer folk really are.

The heterosexuals of America have cringed in horror at this blatant disregard and destruction of most people's moral values, as well as the minds of children who are forced to receive these perverted messages.

Since people's first sexual experience almost always becomes a sexual preference throughout life, millions of healthy lives have been ruined by inserting this information into the mind of child too young to grasp its implications, or molesting him or her at any age.

The conflict and chaos, both inner and outer, that results from this profound psychological intrusion illustrates a classic example of Frederic Bastiat's concept of having to choose between morality and the law.

Parents have lost their right to teach their children about life, because our anti-human government has declared we must be nice to homosexuals, and accept their warped behavior no matter how much it makes us want to hurl. Or no matter how many children it hurts.

The American people have pretty much gone along with this twisted policy, and reaped the noxious consequences of it, principally the destruction of the American family, which had already suffered greatly as a result of the Women's Liberation Movement.

Because we kept silent, these attacks on our natural rights as human beings have increased in both number and profundity. The protestations of religious types were drowned out by a combination of preachers getting busted with hookers of both genders, or Jewish-generated liberal Protestant denominations ordaining gay priests into their roles as societal saboteurs.

What got the big headlines was the Catholic priests with their hands down boys' pants, although the Jews milked that for all it was worth (almost as much as the Holocaust reparations scams, but that's another story). The aspect of this story never told is the covert effort to get gay Jews into Catholic seminaries.

These laws demanding we accept sexual aberrations as normal, based on false data that have prostituted our children and profaned our lives, are nothing we ever wanted or approved; they are the degenerate plan of master race advocates to morph us into passive automatons, barely conscious, responding only to the commands of our supervisors.

As Freud's master manipulations gave us a society ruled by pill pushing Jewish dissemblers forcing us to eat the feces of their own nihilistic projections, so Jewish controlled Washington has dispensed an endless array of drugs, weapons and mental constrictions on a populace that mostly has never cared about who is taking how much off the top as long as they have their sedatives and distractions secure and nearby.

Mental constructions, media creations, Rumsfeldian productions that allege some terrible thing about someone else, mention that it is our goal to protect these people, then kill large numbers of them, and the American people, at least through what the media tell us, cheer this behavior. The one thing I hope you remember from this story is that homosexuality gained its mainstream approval on the basis of nasty public pressure from an insistent group of flaming faggots, without a shred of medical evidence to back up their claims.

Now we have a White House full of homosexual "czars" ready to wreak their Jewish-taught pathological vengeance on innocent people who have done them no harm. Since first sexual experiences tend to remain the preference for life, how many otherwise healthy lives (because homosexuality is simply not healthy for anyone) have been ruined — with our government's enthusiastic approval?

Did you ever notice that the one significant word that does not appear in the Talmud is love?

Do you know who owns your child?

This might seem like a strange question to most… but the answer is even stranger and more terrifying to comprehend.

When a question like this is posed, we the people often look to our legislature and our constitution for the answers, as esoteric and interpretable as those answers may be. But without the rose-colored glasses, we can actually read with our own eyes what the answer to this question is from the eyes and opinion of our government.

Before you can truly attain the answer to this question though, and comprehend how it applies to you and your children, you must first temporarily suspend your emotion, your idealism, and your beliefs. For when we refer to law, these things do not apply. And when it is a corporation that writes these laws, morals, ethics, and values go out the window.

Anger though, for the purpose of the information you are about to receive, is permitted and requested…

First of all, let’s clarify that what we are about to see is the opinion of the court system. Courts do not offer “judgment”, only “opinion”. The justices (not judges) of the “Supreme Court” as well offer nothing but opinion, which then becomes what the BAR association considers to be “Public Policy” or public opinion. The BAR copyrights these opinions then misleadingly calls it the “law”.

The side effect of being a consenting citizen of the United States (corporation) is that these copyrighted codes are applied to you with what the U.S.CODE itself calls Prima Facie law (law which derives its authority from presumed consent). Therefore, all branches of government technically operate under presumed law, meaning that the consent of the governed is automatically assumed in all legal matters and decisions based on court opinion.

This, unfortunately, applies to all contracts made with or on behalf of the state…

And one of those contracts is called a “Marriage License“.

Yours and your spouses signature on that state-sanctioned and federally registered document signifies a consent-based contract between all three parties – you, your spouse, and the “State“.

But don’t take my word for it… Let’s see what the court system offers in their opinion about this subject?

First, lets visit an Illinois Appellate Court judgment from 1997:

Well now… the courts sure do seem to offer the opinion that your child is owned by the state!

But heck, what should we the people (not People) expect?

When such authority and jurisdiction is just arbitrarily handed over to a bunch of attorneys running around in black moo-moos with little wooden hammers yelling that they rule supreme in their houses of judicial worship simply because the state allows them to presume such authority and jurisdiction… I suppose those people who consent to this charade get just what they deserve – slavery through a bondage contract.

But then, when the President of the country is also a lawyer, along with his wife, and for that mater more than half of all U.S. Presidents, 56/100 Senators, over 35% of Congressmen, both “speakers” of the house, and most of the State Governors in office today are all BAR attorneys/lawyers, I suppose we shouldn’t be at all surprised that the opinion of the BAR Association is the law of the land…

Of course, the above opinion is not just some isolated case. This opinion is quite general in its purview, and quite common in its legal application. In fact, it is the very basis of the criminal racket we call the dreaded “Child Protective Services (CPS)”, which claims its overarching authority from the Federal “Health And Human Services (HHS)” as it legally kidnaps your children.

So where else can we find such blatant power abused so absolutely?

How about in the case of MEADOWS v. MEADOWS, (Aug 2008), in the “Court of Civil Appeals of Alabama”?

Wait a minute, you say. This doesn’t sound very “constitutional” to me…

Oh, you mean that mythical and more importantly interpretable (in court opinion) document that you believe gives you rights? Silly rabbits, tricks are for kids.

In reality, everything that happens is in fact “constitutional” as long as the court (an attorney in a black moo-moo) says it is “constitutional” from within its (his/her) opinion.

In the end, you have only one right. And that right is the right of non-consent. (Consent is the most important legal term that you can possibly ever comprehend.)

Well, there you have it!

Even as the Supreme Court – which has mistakenly translated the word “supreme” to mean that these seven appointed “justices” who pass “opinion” upon the masses of consenting “citizens” are more supreme than even God himself – these men and women; who are not voted into these positions of power in any way by the people, but instead are appointed by the President of the United States (corporation)… these self-imposed deities clearly state here that they are the law of the land, and that that “the natural consequence of citizenship” is for the people to be under their supreme opinion!

Well I for one do not voluntarily submit to the opinions of these megalomaniacs any longer.

The naivete, not to mention ignorance, with which certain European circles see the Jewish Question in the fourth year of this gigantic struggle is astonishing. They cannot or will not see that this war is a war of the Jewish race and its subject people against Western culture and civilization. Everything that we Germans and Europeans, defenders of the principle of a moral world order, hold dear is at risk. The above-mentioned circles are too inclined to see the Jewish Question as a humanitarian issue. They make their judgments on the feelings of the moment rather than on the knowledge and insight resulting from clear and calm reason. It is clear that if during this war we show the least weakening of our determination to resolve the Jewish Question, the result will be the gravest danger to our people and Reich and all of Europe.

Jewry wanted this war. Whether one looks to the plutocratic or the bolshevist side of the enemy camp, one sees Jews standing in the foreground as instigators, rabble-rousers and slave drivers. They organize the enemy’s war economy and encourage plans to exterminate and destroy the Axis powers. England and the USA recruit from among them bloodthirsty and vengeful agitators and political lunatics, and they are the source of the terror commissars of the GPU. They are the mortar that holds the enemy coalition together. In the National Socialist Reich, they see a power that resists their drive for world domination both militarily and intellectually. That explains their rage and deep hatred. Do not think that the Old Testament tirades of their newspapers and radio are merely political propaganda. They would carry it all out to the letter, should they have the opportunity.

Our state’s security requires that we take whatever measures seem necessary to protect the German community from their threat. That leads to some difficult decisions, but they are unavoidable if we are to deal with the threat. This war is a racial war. The Jews started it and they direct it. Their goal to destroy and exterminate our people. We are the only force standing between Jewry and world domination. If the Axis powers lose the war in Europe, no power on earth could save Europe from the Jewish-Bolshevist flood. It may seem surprising that such a small minority possesses such great power and is such a deadly danger. But it is so. International Jewry uses certain criminal methods to gain world domination that are not evident to uneducated nations. The same is true in private life. The Jews do not enjoy economic success because they are more intelligent than non-Jews, but rather because they follow a different moral code. They attempt to conceal their methods for as long as possible, until it is too late for the affected nation to defend itself. Then it takes a revolution to dislodge them. We know how difficult and tiresome that is.

We constantly hear news that anti-Semitism is increasing in enemy nations. The charges being made against the Jews are the same ones that were made here. Anti-Semitism in enemy nations is not the result of anti-Semitic propaganda, since Jewry fights that strongly. In the Soviet Union, it receives the death penalty. Jewry does all it can to oppose anti-Semitism. The word Jew itself, for example, is hardly to be found in the otherwise so talkative English and USA newspapers, not to mention the Bolshevist press. Still, anti-Jewish attitudes are growing among the enemy public. This is an entirely natural reaction to the Jewish danger on the part of the affected peoples. In the long run, it does the Jews no good to plead in parliament and the newspapers for tougher laws against anti-Semitism, or to haul out the highest secular and spiritual dignitaries, among them naturally the Archbishop of Canterbury, to say a good word for the poor innocent persecuted Jews. They did that in Germany before 1933 too, but the National Socialist revolution took place nonetheless.

None of the Führer’s prophetic words has come so inevitably true as his prediction that if Jewry succeeded in provoking a second world war, the result would be not the destruction of the Aryan race, but rather the wiping out of the Jewish race. This process is of vast importance, and will have unforeseeable consequences that will require time. But it can no longer be halted. It must only be guided in the right direction. One must also be sure to strike the weapon of public deception from Jewry’s hands, which it is desperately using to save its skin. One can already see that in the face of approaching catastrophe the Jews are shrinking into the background. They send their pet Goy to the fore. It will not be long before they will not want to do it any longer, and wash their hands in innocence.

As one has to grant, we have some experience in these matters, and are taking action to be sure they do not succeed. The Jews will have to answer for their countless crimes against the happiness and peace of mankind, and one day the whole world will give them the penalty that they are suffering today in Germany. We speak without resentment. The time is too grave to spin naive plans of revenge. This is a world problem of the first order that can be solved by the present generation, and must be solved by them. Sentimental considerations have no part here. We see Jewry as the embodiment of a general world decline. Either we will break this danger, or the peoples of the world will break under it.

No one should say that winners are boastful. At present, we are the victors only in our own nation. Our victory at home, however, drew upon us the diabolic hatred of World Jewry, whose advance members the Jews still with us see themselves as. They want to see the Axis powers defeated, for that is the only way for them to regain their old privileges. It makes sense for us to secure our rear so that we can continue the battle before us with full energy and enthusiasm. When dealing with the Jews there are only two choices: to surrender to them or to fight them. We have chosen the latter. As our enemy attacks without mercy, so do we. The future will prove who is right. Developments to far, however, seem to be more in our favor than the enemy’s. Opposition to the Jews, not friendship with them, is growing around the world. We are convinced that at the end of the war, Jewry will face a humanity that fully understands the Jewish Question.

Recently a leading London newspaper, which is wholly under Jewish control, printed an article that wondered at the alarming increase in anti-Semitism. It received many letters in response, and had to admit that only a tiny percentage took the Jewish side. The pro-Semitic letters, though the newspaper did not say this, probably were written by the Jews themselves. The others made the strongest attacks on Jewry, and the readership forced the paper to print some of them. They included all the insults one could hope for. This anti-Semitism is not racially grounded, and its roots are not at all clear, but one may still establish with some satisfaction that healthy popular instincts are beginning to manifest themselves even in enemy nations, Things are not much different in the United States. One of the letters encouraged the newspaper to send reporters to streetcars and trains. There they would hear numerous opinions about the Jews that deserved more than ironic dismissal.

That is the way it normally begins. The Jews in England are reacting in the usual ways. First they look injured and unjustly persecuted. In the synagogues, the rabbis encourage people to be more careful in public, and to avoid provocative behavior. Then they rent a few respected, but buyable leaders from society, business or religious life to make their case. Their well-paid job is to condemn anti-Semitism as a cultural disgrace that is the result of enemy propaganda. They call for stronger laws against it. The poor Jews whine in public about everything they have done for the country, what wonderful and patriotic citizens they have always been and will continue to be, the important offices they hold, etc. The innocent citizen is persuaded by a flood of words that he must have been mistaken in always seeing Jews behind all major political or economic crimes. Soon they find some high church leader who is ready to condemn anti-Semitism as anti-Christian. By the end, not the Jews, but their enemies are responsible for every national misfortune. Then the game starts all over again.

One has to grant that extraordinarily clever tactics are being used, and that it takes some intelligence or sound instincts to see behind the Jewish facade. But here, too, the jug carries water until it breaks. International Jewry’s attack on the culture and moral order of the world is cleverly concealed, but not cleverly enough so that it cannot be seen through. One must keep at their heels, and give them no rest when they begin to tire. They are virtuosos at the art of transformation. They can appear in a thousand forms, yet are always the same. If one has caught them, they claim injured innocence and send their guard of pity on ahead to beg for mercy. But if one extends them even a finger of pity, they chop the whole hand off. They must therefore be kept in the fear of the Lord.

We know that they hate us from the depths of their souls. We take pleasure in their hatred. There is nothing that they would not do to us if they had the power. We cannot therefore give them even the slightest bit of power. More than that, it is our duty to tell the world of their nature and their depravity. We must again and again prove their sick role in beginning and carry on this war. We must attack them incessantly, accuse them without pity of the crimes of which they are guilty, until the nations begin to wake up. That may take a long time, but it is worth it. We are dealing with the most dangerous enemy that ever threatened the life, freedom, and dignity of humanity. There can be no mercy. We have pity only for the countless millions of our own people and those of other European nations who will be given over to the hate and destructive will of this devilish race if we become weak and give up the battle. Those Philistines who today are so eager to protect the Jews would be their first victims.

We must all keep alert. We must be on guard against the insidious cleverness of the international world enemy. In the depths of his soul, he realizes that this war that he so frivolously began, expecting it to be the last step to world domination, has instead become a war for his racial existence. He desperately seeks to stop the inevitable march of events. It will do him no good. We will keep at him. In the end, the Führer’s prophecy about World Jewry in 1939, which they laughed at then, will come true.

The Jews laughed in Germany too when they first saw us. They are not laughing any longer. They chose to wage war against us. But that war is turning against them. When they planned a war to totally destroy the German nation, they signed their own death warrant.

Here, too, world history will be the world court.

I once had a very long list of Rabbis who were charged with child rape and pedophilia and wondered then how come we never hear about it in the media. Instead we keep hearing about Catholic priests who did monkey business with kids. Read below an you will know why.

Hardly a week now passes without indictment of another Orthodox rabbi on a sex-with-minors charge. Such arrests are well-reported in media meant primarily for Jews. Yet, while Jewish-dominated and evangelical media are quick to dramatize pedophilia among Catholic priests, Jewish pedophilia remains entirely censored. Such censorship compels me to reprint the following article yearly—a reminder that present Jewish pedophilia has deep and ancient Talmudic roots.

For nearly a century, the Jewish-dominated Hollywood film industry and big media have conspicuously influenced Christian America away from Biblical morals and values. (See, "Jews Confirm Big Media Is Jewish")

Yet, with the hippie rebellion of the early sixties, the Jewish media found exponential opportunities to hasten America’s moral decline. Encouraging drugs and pornographyit persuaded America that "free love" and living together outside of marriage were socially acceptable. With astonishing rapidity the movie, TV, and print media helped produce a generation of sexual libertines. By the end of the sixties, it hastened the sexual revolution to its next stage, homosexuality.

Now, more than 40 years later, even homosexuality has lost its attraction to many children and grandchildren of the hippie generation. Pedophilia (sex with little boys and girls along with child pornography) is the latest underground obsession sweeping America and the world.

Last fall, I alerted the nation to the power of the pedophile lobby in Congress; Sen. Edward Kennedy, long backed by homosexuals in support of the federal anti-hate bill, betrayed them to favor the evidently more powerful and rewarding pedophiles. Rotten Roots

What kind of moral foundations do Jews of the media rest upon, that they couldconsciously ignite and fan the flames of a sexual inferno that continues to ravage our once Christian society?

Virtually all the media moguls who founded Hollywood and the big three TV networkswere immigrants, or their children, from predominantly orthodox Jewish communities in Eastern Europe.

In the late 19th century, most European Jews were a people of the book. But their book wasn’t the Bible. It was the Babylonian Talmud. To this day, the Talmud remains Judaism’s highest moral, ethical and legal authority.

Does the Talmud share Christianity's foundation of wholesome moral values? Hardly. Instead, the Talmud is the sleazy substrata of a religious system gone terribly astray; it is that code of Pharisaic unbelief Christ described as "full of all uncleanness" (Matt. 23:27). Shockingly, Judaism’s most revered authority actually endorses such sins as lying, oath-breaking, and indirect murder. And it even sanctions one of the greatest sins of all: child molestation.

Three Year Old Brides

When Christ accused the Pharisees of His day of being Satan’s spiritual children,He fully realized what they were capable of. Second century Rabbi Simeon ben Yohai, one of Judaism’s very greatest rabbis and a creator of Kabbalah, sanctionedpedophilia—permitting molestation [raping] of baby girls even younger than three!He proclaimed, “A proselyte who is under the age of three years and a day is permitted to marry a priest.”¹ Subsequent rabbis refer to ben Yohai’s endorsement of pedophilia as "halakah," or binding Jewish law. ² Has ben Yohai, child rape advocate, been disowned by modern Jews? Hardly. Today, in ben Yohai’s hometown of Meron, Israel, tens of thousands of orthodox and ultra-orthodox Jews gather annually for days and nights of singing and dancing in his memory.

References to pedophilia abound in the Talmud. They occupy considerable sections of Treatises Kethuboth and Yebamoth and are enthusiastically endorsed by the Talmud’s definitive legal work, Treatise Sanhedrin.

The Pharisees Endorsed Child Sex

The rabbis of the Talmud are notorious for their legal hairsplitting, and quibbling debates. But they share rare agreement about their right to molest three year old girls. In contrast to many hotly debated issues, hardly a hint of dissent rises against the prevailing opinion (expressed in many clear passages) that pedophilia is not only normal but scriptural as well! It’s as if the rabbis have found an exalted truth whose majesty silences debate.

Because the Talmudic authorities who sanction pedophilia are so renowned, and because pedophilia as “halakah” is so explicitly emphasized, not even the translators of the Soncino edition of the Talmud (1936) dared insert a footnote suggesting the slightest criticism. They only comment: “Marriage, of course, was then at a far earlier age than now.” ³

In fact, footnote 5 to Sanhedrin 60b rejects the right of a Talmudic rabbi to disagree with ben Yohai's endorsement of pedophilia: "How could they [the rabbis], contrary to the opinion of R. Simeon ben Yohai, which has scriptural support, forbid the marriage of the young proselyte?" ⁴

Out of Babylon

It was in Babylon after the exile under Nebuchadnezzar in 597 BC that Judaism's leading sages probably began to indulge in pedophilia. Babylon was the staggeringly immoral capitol of the ancient world. For 1600 years, the world’s largest population of Jews flourished within it. [Ashkenazik Shinar ('sin') was a stone throw away from Sodom and Gomorrah - Any questions?]

As an example of their evil, Babylonian priests said a man's religious duty included regular sex with temple prostitutes. Bestiality was widely tolerated. So Babylonians hardly cared whether a rabbi married [raped] a three year old girl.

But with expulsion of the Jews ['Edomites, Pharisees, Ashkenazim, Khazars, Sephardim'] in the 11th century AD, mostly to western Christian lands, Gentile tolerance of Jewish pedophilia abruptly ended.

Still, a shocking contradiction lingers: If Jews want to revere the transcendent wisdom and moral guidance of the Pharisees and their Talmud, they must accept the right of their greatest ancient sages to violate children. To this hour, no synod of Judaism has repudiated their vile practice. [*]

Sex with a “Minor” Permitted

What exactly did these sages say?

The Pharisees justified child rape by explaining that a boy of nine years was not a “man” (See, "Judaism and Homosexuality: A Marriage Made in Hell") Thus they exempted him from God’s Mosaic Law: “You shall not lie with a male as one lies with a female; it is an abomination” (Lev. 18:22) One passage in the Talmud gives permission for a woman who molested her young son to marry a high priest. It concludes, “All agree that the connection of a boy aged nine years and a day is a real connection; whilst that of one less than eight years is not." ⁵ Because a boy under 9 is sexually immature, he can't "throw guilt" on the active offender, morally or legally. ⁶

A woman could molest a young boy without questions of morality even being raised: "…the intercourse of a small boy is not regarded as a sexual act." ⁷ The Talmud also says, "A male aged nine years and a day who cohabits with his deceased brother's wife acquires her (as wife)." ⁸ Clearly, the Talmud teaches that a woman is permitted to marry and have sex with a nine year old boy.

Sex at Three Years and One Day

In contrast to Simeon ben Yohai's dictum that sex with a little girl is permitted under the age of three years, the general teaching of the Talmud is that the rabbi must wait until a day after her third birthday. She could be taken in marriage simply by the act of rape. [these were the 'precursors' of Hillary, Pelosi, Kagan, Napolitano, Ginsburg, Boxer, Albright, Abzug, Goldman, Livni, ad nauseam]

R. Joseph said: Come and hear! A maiden aged three years and a day may be acquired in marriage by coition and if her deceased husband’s brother cohabits with her, she becomes his. (Sanh. 55b)

A girl who is three years of age and one day may be betrothed by cohabitation.. . .(Yeb. 57b)

It was taught: R. Simeon b. Yohai stated: A proselyte who is under the age of three years and one day is permitted to marry a priest, for it is said, But all the women children that have not known man by lying with him, keep alive for yourselves, and Phineas (who was priest, the footnote says) surely was with them. (Yeb. 60b)

[The Talmud says such three year and a day old girls are] . . . fit for cohabitation. . . But all women children, that have not known man by lying with him, it must be concluded that Scripture speaks of one who is fit for cohabitation. (Footnote to Yeb. 60b)

The example of Phineas, a priest, himself marrying an underage virgin of three yearsis considered by the Talmud as proof that such infants are "fit for cohabitation."

The Talmud teaches that an adult woman’s molestation of a nine year old boy is "not a sexual act" and cannot "throw guilt" upon her because the little boy is not truly a "man.” ⁹ But they use opposite logic to sanction rape of little girls aged three years and one day: Such infants they count as “women," sexually mature and fully responsible to comply with the requirements of marriage.

The Talmud footnotes 3 and 4 to Sanhedrin 55a clearly tell us when the rabbis considered a boy and girl sexually mature and thus ready for marriage. "At nine years a male attains sexual matureness… The sexual matureness of woman is reached at the age of three."

No Rights for Child Victims

The Pharisees were hardly ignorant of the trauma felt by molested children. To complicate redress, the Talmud says a rape victim must wait until she was of age before there would be any possibility of restitution. She must prove that she lived and would live as a devoted Jewess, and she must protest the loss of her virginity on thevery hour she comes of age. “As soon as she was of age one hour and did not protest she cannot protest any more.” ¹⁰

The Talmud defends these strict measures as necessary to forestall the possibility of a Gentile child bride rebelling against Judaism and spending the damagesawarded to her as a heathen - an unthinkable blasphemy! But the rights of the little girl were really of no great consequence, for, "When a grown-up man has intercourse with a little girl it is nothing, for when the girl is less than this (three years and a day) it is as if one put the finger into the eye." The footnote says that as “tears come to the eye again and again, so does virginity come back to the little girl under three years.” ¹¹

In most cases, the Talmud affirms the innocence of male and female victims of pedophilia. Defenders of the Talmud claim this proves the Talmud's amazing moral advancement and benevolence toward children; they say it contrasts favorablywith "primitive" societies where the child would have been stoned along with the adult perpetrator.

Actually, the rabbis, from self-protection, were intent on proving the innocence of both parties involved in pedophilia: the child, but more importantly, the pedophile.They stripped a little boy of his right to "throw guilt" on his assailant and demanded complicity in sex from a little girl. By thus providing no significant moral or legal recourse for the child, the Talmud clearly reveals whose side it is on: the raping rabbi.

Pedophilia Widespread

Child rape was practiced in the highest circles of Judaism. This is illustrated from Yeb. 60b:

There was a certain town in the land of Israel the legitimacy of whose inhabitants was disputed, and Rabbi sent R. Romanos who conducted an inquiry and found in it the daughter of a proselyte who was under the age of three years and one day, and Rabbi declared her eligible to live with a priest.

The footnote says that she was “married to a priest” and the rabbi simply permitted her to live with her husband, thus upholding “halakah” as well as the dictum of Simeon ben Yohai, “A proselyte who is under the age of three years and one day is permitted to marry a priest.” ¹²

These child brides were expected to submit willingly to sex. Yeb. 12b confirms that under eleven years and one day a little girl is not permitted to use a contraceptive but “must carry on her marital intercourse in the usual manner.”

In Sanhedrin 76b a blessing is given to the man who marries off his children before they reach the age of puberty, with a contrasting curse on anyone who waits longer. In fact, failure to have married off one’s daughter by the time she is 12-1/2, the Talmud says, is as bad as one who “returns a lost article to a Cuthean” (Gentile) - a deed for which “the Lord will not spare him.” ¹³ This passage says: “… it is meritorious to marry off one’s children whilst minors.”

The mind reels at the damage to the untold numbers of girls who were sexually abused within Judaism during the heyday of pedophilia. Such child abuse, definitely practiced in the second century, continued, at least in Babylon, for another 900 years.

A Fascination with Sex

Perusing the Talmud, one is overwhelmed with the recurrent preoccupation with sex,especially by the most eminent rabbis. Dozens of illustrations could be presented to illustrate the delight of the Pharisees to discuss sex and quibble over its minutest details.

The rabbis endorsing child sex undoubtedly practiced what they preached. Yet to this hour, their words are revered. Simeon ben Yohai is honored by Orthodox Jews as one of the very greatest sages and spiritual lights the world has ever known [!!!]. A member of the earliest "Tannaim," rabbis most influential in creating the Talmud, he carries more authority to observant Jews than Moses.

Today, the Talmud’s outspoken pedophiles and child-rape advocates would doubtlessly spend hard time in prison for child molestation. Yet here is what the eminent Jewish scholar, Dagobert Runes (who is fully aware of all these passages),says about such “dirty old men” and their perverted teachings:

There is no truth whatever in Christian and other strictures against the Pharisees, who represented the finest traditions of their people and of human morals. ¹⁴

Aren’t Christ’s words more appropriate?

Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye are like unto whited sepulchres, which indeed appear beautiful outward, but are within full of dead men’s bones, and of all uncleanness. Even so ye also outwardly appear righteous unto men, but within ye are full of hypocrisy and iniquity. (Matthew 23:27, 28.)
