The only issue that I have is that some of the equipment is out of date and its hard to work out in the gym on Tuesdays when the

New Tool.

So from now on, this is where most of my blogging will be coming from. YAY. A new 24" iMac. Well, its new to me. I purchased an iMac from the Apple Store. It is a refurbished one. So far, so good. Ive had it for a week now, and I love it. I bought it not just for blogging of course, but for all the extra work I do outside of the office. I am excited. It is a fast computer that really moves

Gone! Still Here.

Hello again and belated Happy New Year. I am back. I am not sure why I take time off from blogging, but I do. I tend to take 6 months at a time off, and then come back to blogging. I would like to believe that it's due to the fact that I am too busy to blog, but that just isn't the case. So I am trying to be more diligent about my writings, and hopefully I will be more consistent with it. Im running 16 miles tomorrow. I took the day off tomorrow because I just needed a little break. I am off 2 weeks from my master's program and I thought I would take a day off and enjoy a three day weekend. So what do I do, I plan a 16 miler. I am supposed to run this on Sunday, but I decided that since Mrs. H and I have a party to attend on Saturday night, there is no way I will feel up to

Motorists...well...SUCK!

Yep. You read that right. Motorists suck...to me...a runner. I've been running a long time and I can't tell you the number of times I've almost been taken out during a run. Tonight was no different. A lady was looking to cross traffic at an intersection, and as with most motorist, was only looking one way when leaving her stop, and she wasn't looking my way.
