Although priced a bit higher, the SGblade as well as it's predecessor, the SGpro, seems to have the best overall end results compared to any adapter out there. Sure that is a bold statement, but if you compare footage from the SG products to that of Letus, Redrock, Brevis, it is arguably the overall winner, not to discredit either of the aforementioned adapters as they can definantly hold their own.
-sgpro.co.uk

http://35mmadapter.blogspot.com/

I am speaking about the adapter's named "Cine", "HollywoodDOF", and "Totocine" sold by the seller toto486. These adapters are tempting due to the low price and most include rails, lens support, an achromat...however, most buyers seem to be reluctant to purchase these adapters as there are limited details and the seller(Korean) speaks very broken English making it is difficult to understand exactly what you are purchasing. Language barrier aside, HV20 forum member greatwhitenorth recently purchased one of these adapters and was kind enough to share footage, detailed images and a review! So now you have at least a bit more information on these adapter before you make a decision. Hope this helps.

"Paid 279 plus 75 for shipping to Canada. Set includes DOF adapter, rod set, achromat, choice of lense mount and step up ring.

Probably the only bad thing I can say about this is that the battery pack on the side is pretty cheap... especially compared to the adapter itself. It's just thrown on with some sticky velcro that you stick to the side... I'm going to attempt to make something a little nicer to hold the battery pack. Oh yeah... no charger for the battery pack.

The GG holder is made of black plexiglass and appears to be laser cut so it's clean. The GG is glued onto the GG holder, but can probably be easily removed. I had to make manual adjustments for the GG to get proper focus, but it's pretty easy. Cinevate also offers loads of accessories including rails, follow focus, flip adapter, etc. They also offer a DSLR shoot kit which allows you better control of the new DSLR still cameras that offer HD video options.
