Hey everybody, it's that time again and 3 In The Same is proud to announce that we have the honor of performing again at the Enduring Word Festival in Castro Valley, CA on August 13th, 2011.

Although we do not have an exact time of when we will go on, the event will take place from 10am until 5pm. Please join us for the festivities and we'll keep you posted on when there is more information on what time we will be performing!

A few months ago, we were asked to create the title song for a new independent Christian film entitled "Stand Strong." We recently completed the recording of the title track and we would like everybody to know about it and check out the trailer on YouTube!

Here's some information about "Stand Strong"

This is a Christian film about a man named Matt Webster and his family. They are Christian, are believers in Christ, and attend church sporadically. They have a huge disconnect in what they know and what they do, as they very minimally apply their faith to their everyday lives. They are obsessed with having a lot and looking good. They have a big house, nice cars, lots of toys and have set their hearts on them. The members of the family are so involved in their own interests and desires that they are largely disconnected from each other and lack unity in their home. Their pride has kept them from truly knowing Christ and living his teachings. Through a series of financial and family crises, they are humbled and are ready to seek Christ and learn and apply his teachings in their own lives, in their relationships with extended family and friends, and in their community.

August 2008 Blog of the Month: Mike Rogers

I'm always amazed to see how God has been leading us as a band. There have been numerous times when we've all sat down and started to map out a plan on where we think we need to be heading. We'll lay it out and pray about it then start moving in that direction. Then God always puts something in our path and it's like He's saying "OK guys, you were heading this way but now you need to head this other direction instead." I really love when He throws these little so called "monkey wrenches" in our plans. To me it just shows that He is actively involved in our lives and has a master plan in the works. As a band we'll continue to adapt to the Lord's leading and push on in any new direction He has for us.
