<p>Australians want to speak with native English speakers and get a straight answer, not some fake Aussie in india</p>
<p>When you wait ore than 16hrs for a simple blank HTML page to load you wonder how much people are being ripped off by not getting what they paid for.</p>
<p>Shame on you Vodafone / three for ripping Aussies off.</p>
<p>Go home and take your call centres with you</p>
<p>You are now owned, look after your customers or this will happen to the rest of your Australian sites</p>
