ROCK HILL, South Carolina, March 25, 2026 – 3D Systems (NYSE: DDD) today announced it has received full-scope certification under the European Union Medical Device Regulation (EU MDR) 2017/745. The certification was attained on Monday, March 17, 2026.

This milestone confirms that the Company’s quality system, technical documentation, and clinical evidence meet the most rigorous regulatory requirements in the medical device sector. With the MDR certificate in hand, 3D Systems will now introduce MDR-compliant product versions through a carefully coordinated, phased rollout across its dental product families and European markets. This approach ensures a smooth transition while maintaining uninterrupted product availability for customers and healthcare providers.

The EU MDR certification immediately enables the introduction of innovative new materials and is a pivotal step for one of 3D Systems’ largest potential new product launches: the NextDent® Jetted Denture Solution. This solution forms the cornerstone of the Company’s ‘replacement’ offering within its comprehensive digital dentistry strategy, which spans applications for straightening, protection, repair, and full replacement of teeth.

Building on the successful U.S. commercial launch in 2025, this European rollout positions 3D Systems to capture additional share in a substantial global opportunity. According to the Company’s internal estimates, applications for the ‘replacement’ pillar of its dental strategy represent an addressable market of approximately $600 million in the United States alone by 2029, with the U.S. comprising roughly one-third of the total global market. The market in the EU is estimated to be comparable, or even slightly larger in scale than that of the U.S., based on Company analysis and demographic trends. As highlighted by President and CEO, Dr. Jeffrey Graves, during the Company’s Q4 2025 earnings call on March 9, 2026, approximately 32 million people in the United States wear dentures, roughly 10% of the population, and globally more than 180 million people wear dentures, driving annual production of approximately 13.7 million denture sets. Management further noted that 3D Systems’ materials alone represent a potential annual recurring revenue opportunity of more than $400 million globally over time, as digital manufacturing adoption accelerates.

The European launch of NextDent Jetted Dentures remains firmly on track for summer 2026.

3D Systems has long held a leadership position in digital dentistry, particularly in orthodontic aligner production.

Through its longstanding partnership with major industry players and the deployment of application specific high-volume manufacturing stereolithography (SLA) technology, the Company’s solutions enable the manufacture of approximately one million patient-specific clear aligners daily worldwide, establishing it as a key enabler in the straightening segment of the market.

This leadership builds on the 2017 acquisition of Vertex Global Holding B.V., which brought together Vertex Dental’s decades-long legacy in high-quality prosthetic dental materials (dating back to its founding in 1939) with NextDent’s pioneering biocompatible 3D printing resins. NextDent, originally launched in 2012 to advance materials for emerging 3D printing innovations in dentistry, has since developed one of the industry’s broadest portfolios of clinically validated, regulatory-approved materials, addressing applications from models and surgical guides to splints, crowns, bridges, and dentures. The integration of these advanced Vertex and NextDent materials with 3D Systems’ printing platforms has driven transformative efficiency, precision, and cost reductions across dental workflows.

“Receiving full-scope EU MDR certification validates our commitment to the highest standards of quality and patient safety while unlocking significant new growth opportunities across the European dental market,” said Jeffrey Graves, President and Chief Executive Officer of 3D Systems. “Building on our established dominance in high-volume aligner production and the industry-leading NextDent materials portfolio from our Vertex acquisition, the NextDent Jetted Denture Solution represents a transformative advancement in delivering monolithic, multi-material prosthetics with superior aesthetics, durability, and production efficiency using our MultiJet Printing technology. With strong early traction in the U.S. and the substantial addressable market we outlined in our recent earnings call, this launch accelerates momentum in our dental business, one of our most significant growth initiatives, and reinforces its role as a key driver of long-term shareholder value. We are excited about these accomplishments and the substantial business opportunities they generate.”

Powered by the NextDent 300 MultiJet 3D printer and specialized NextDent Jet Base and Teeth materials, the solution enables dental labs to produce durable, aesthetically superior, one-piece dentures far faster and more cost-effectively than traditional analog methods. This delivers both outstanding patient outcomes and strong return on investment for labs and clinicians.

This regulatory achievement further solidifies 3D Systems’ leadership position in digital dentistry and supports the Company’s broader strategic initiatives to expand in high-value healthcare applications.

About 3D Systems For nearly 40 years, Chuck Hull’s curiosity and desire to improve the way products were designed and manufactured gave birth to 3D printing, 3D Systems, and the additive manufacturing industry. Since then, that same spark continues to ignite the 3D Systems team as we work side-by-side with our customers to change the way industries innovate. Three markets were particularly noteworthy: med tech, dental, and aerospace and defense, which are rapidly adopting 3D printing as a core manufacturing method. These three markets have been a particular focus for our new product development over the last several years, and we believe offer sustained, growth opportunities over the next decade."

Dr. Graves continued, "Within med tech, our personalized health services business delivered strong double-digit year-over-year growth in the fourth quarter and for the full 2025 fiscal year, and has become the largest segment within our healthcare business. This growth is being fueled by our expansion into the trauma market, enabled by shorter cycle times for surgical planning and execution. In addition, our point-of-care centers, now expanding to even more leading research hospitals, are at the cutting edge of complex orthopedic procedures, in many cases related to oncology treatment. Our ability to offer solutions printed in titanium or medical-grade PEEK is of significant value to surgeons as they work to treat patients and restore their quality of life. Our dental business grew at a strong double-digit rate sequentially, driven by a recovery in the aligner market, as well as the launch of our new denture manufacturing technology. 2026 promises to be a year of continued growth based upon early feedback from dental labs across the US. In our core aerospace and defense business, we achieved our target of 15% revenue growth for the full year, delivering 16% growth, and are tracking well to our expectation of 20% annual revenue growth in 2026. From a mix standpoint, we reported stronger than expected printer sales in the quarter, which weighed on gross margins, but bodes well for future sales of consumables and services as these printers become operational."

"Our fourth quarter revenue increased 16% sequentially from the third quarter, driven by strengthening printer and materials sales in the period," said Phyllis Nordstrom, Interim Chief Financial Officer of 3D Systems. "During the quarter, we also continued to realize benefits from our cost reduction initiatives, achieving lower operating expenses and a $5.5 million improvement in Adjusted EBITDA compared to the third quarter. We also strengthened our balance sheet by executing an equitization transaction that retired the majority of our outstanding debt scheduled to mature in the fourth quarter of 2026. We remain intensely focused on reducing overall spending, while prioritizing strategic investments that drive growth in our priority markets."

Fourth Quarter 2025 Results 1

Total revenue decreased 4% to $106.3 million compared to the prior year period. The company is unable to provide a quantitative reconciliation of forward-looking Adjusted EBITDA to the most directly comparable forward-looking GAAP measures without unreasonable effort because certain items, including legal, acquisition expenses, stock-compensation expense, intangible amortization expense, restructuring expenses, and goodwill impairment, are difficult to predict and estimate. These items are inherently uncertain and depend on various factors, many of which are beyond the company’s control, and as such, any associated estimate and its impact on GAAP performance could vary materially.

Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2025 Conference Call and Webcast

The company will host a conference call and simultaneous webcast to discuss these results on March 9, 2026, which may be accessed as follows:

Date: Monday, March 9, 2026

Time: 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time

Listen via webcast: www.3dsystems.com/investor

Participate via telephone: 877-407-8291 or 201-689-8345

A replay of the webcast will be available approximately two hours after the live presentation at www.3dsystems.com/investor.

Certain statements made in this release that are not statements of historical or current facts are forward-looking statements within the meaning of the Private Securities Litigation Reform Act of 1995. Forward-looking statements involve known and unknown risks, uncertainties and other factors that may cause the actual results, performance or achievements of the company to be materially different from historical results or from any future results or projections expressed or implied by such forward-looking statements. In many cases, forward looking statements can be identified by terms such as "believes," "belief," "expects," "may," "will," "estimates," "intends," "anticipates" or "plans" or the negative of these terms or other comparable terminology. Forward-looking statements are based upon management’s beliefs, assumptions and current expectations and may include comments as to the company’s beliefs and expectations as to future events and trends affecting its business and are necessarily subject to uncertainties, many of which are outside the control of the company. The factors described under the headings "Forward-Looking Statements" and "Risk Factors" in the company’s periodic filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission, as well as other factors, could cause actual results to differ materially from those reflected or predicted in forward-looking statements. Although management believes that the expectations reflected in the forward-looking statements are reasonable, forward-looking statements are not, and should not be relied upon as a guarantee of future performance or results, nor will they necessarily prove to be accurate indications of the times at which such performance or results will be achieved. The forward-looking statements included are made only as the date of the statement. 3D Systems undertakes no obligation to update or revise any forward-looking statements made by management or on its behalf, whether as a result of future developments, subsequent events or circumstances or otherwise, except as required by law.

About 3D Systems

For nearly 40 years, Chuck Hull’s curiosity and desire to improve the way products were designed and manufactured gave birth to 3D printing, 3D Systems, and the additive manufacturing industry. Management also reviews and reports certain non-GAAP measures, including: non-GAAP gross profit, non-GAAP gross profit margin, non-GAAP diluted income (loss) per share, non-GAAP operating expense and Adjusted EBITDA. These non-GAAP measures exclude certain items that management does not view as part of 3D Systems’ core results as they may be highly variable, may be unusual or infrequent, are difficult to predict and can distort underlying business trends and results. Management believes that the non-GAAP measures provide useful additional insight into underlying business trends and results and provide meaningful information regarding the comparison of period-over-period results. Additionally, management uses the non-GAAP measures for planning, forecasting and evaluating business and financial performance, including allocating resources and evaluating results relative to employee compensation targets. 3D Systems’ non-GAAP measures are not calculated in accordance with or as required by GAAP and may not be calculated in the same manner as similarly titled measures used by other companies. These non-GAAP measures should thus be considered as supplemental in nature and not considered in isolation or as a substitute for the related financial information prepared in accordance with GAAP.

To calculate the non-GAAP measures, 3D Systems excludes the impact of the following items:

amortization of intangible assets, a non-cash expense, as 3D Systems’ intangible assets were primarily acquired in connection with business combinations;

costs incurred in connection with acquisitions and divestitures, such as legal, consulting and advisory fees;

stock-based compensation expenses, a non-cash expense;

charges related to restructuring and cost optimization plans, impairment charges, including goodwill, and divestiture gains or losses;

the impact of Geomagic for pre-divestiture periods in 2024; and

costs, including legal fees, related to significant or unusual litigation matters.

Amortization of intangibles and acquisition and divestiture-related costs are excluded from non-GAAP measures as the timing and magnitude of business combination transactions are not predictable, can vary significantly from period to period and the purchase price allocated to amortizable intangible assets and the related amortization period are unique to each acquisition. Amortization of intangible assets will recur in future periods until such intangible assets have been fully amortized. While intangible assets contribute to the company’s revenue generation, the amortization of intangible assets does not directly relate to the sale of the company’s products or services. Additionally, intangible assets amortization expense typically fluctuates based on the size and timing of the company’s acquisition activity. Accordingly, the company believes excluding the amortization of intangible assets enhances the company’s and investors’ ability to compare the company’s past financial performance with its current performance and to analyze underlying business performance and trends. Although stock-based compensation is a key incentive offered to certain of our employees, the expense is non-cash in nature, and we continue to evaluate our business performance excluding stock-based compensation; therefore, it is excluded from non-GAAP measures. Stock-based compensation expenses will recur in future periods. Charges related to restructuring and cost optimization plans, impairment charges, including goodwill, divestiture gains or losses, and the costs, including legal fees, related to significant or unusual litigation matters are excluded from non-GAAP measures as the frequency and magnitude of these activities may vary widely from period to period. Additionally, impairment charges, including goodwill, are non-cash. Furthermore, the company believes the costs, including legal fees, related to significant or unusual litigation matters are not indicative of our core business' operations. Finally, 3D Systems excludes contingent consideration recorded as compensation expense related to the 2021 Volumetric acquisition from non-GAAP measures as management evaluates financial performance excluding this expense, which is viewed by management as similar to acquisition consideration.

The matters discussed above are tax effected, as applicable, in calculating non-GAAP diluted income (loss) per share.

Adjusted EBITDA, defined as net income, plus income tax (provision) benefit, interest and other income (expense), net, stock-based compensation expense, amortization of intangible assets, depreciation expense, and other non-GAAP adjustments, all as described above, is used by management to evaluate performance and helps measure financial performance period-over-period.

Furthermore, in this press release, 3D Systems reports certain non-GAAP financial measures further adjusted to remove the operating activity related to Geomagic, which the company divested on April 1, 2025, for $119.4 million in cash, for periods non comparable on a year over year basis. The company believes excluding non-comparable periods allows it to include the operating activity related to Geomagic only to the extent that results are comparable year over year.

A reconciliation of GAAP to non-GAAP financial measures is provided in the accompanying schedules.

Certain columns may not add due to the use of rounded numbers. Percentages presented are calculated from the underlying numbers in thousands.

3D Systems does not provide forward-looking guidance for certain measures on a GAAP basis. The company is unable to provide a quantitative reconciliation of forward-looking non-GAAP gross profit margin, Adjusted EBITDA, and non-GAAP operating expense to the most directly comparable forward-looking GAAP measures without unreasonable effort because certain items, including litigation costs, acquisition expenses, stock-based compensation expense, intangible assets amortization expense, restructuring expenses, and goodwill impairment charges, are difficult to predict and estimate. These items are inherently uncertain and depend on various factors, many of which are beyond the company’s control, and as such, any associated estimate and its impact on GAAP performance could vary materially.

ROCK HILL, South Carolina, Feb 18, 2026 – Today, 3D Systems (NYSE: DDD) announced three new NextDent® Jet Base shades for its NextDent Jetted Denture Solution: Dark Pink (DP), Light Pink (LP), and Red Pink (RP). The new shade materials join the existing NextDent Jet Base LT (Light Tone), providing a total of four shades to more accurately match diverse natural gum tones—from lighter to deeper and ruddier variations. This expanded portfolio enables dental laboratories to address real patient diversity with great confidence, delivering highly personalized, esthetically superior restorations that improve fit, comfort, and case acceptance rates.

As the dental industry accelerates its shift toward digital workflows, demand continues to grow for solutions that elevate esthetics, boost throughput, and significantly reduce hands-on labor. The new base shades, combined with NextDent Jet Teeth White and Yellow shades, which enable digital color-mixing for custom blending on the NextDent 300 printer, give labs unprecedented control over final denture appearance—a critical driver of patient satisfaction and long-term success.

“These new base shades give labs the tools they need to meet real patient diversity with high-quality, predictable results,” said Stijn Hanssen, Director Dental Solutions, 3D Systems. “Coupled with our one-piece jetted workflow, dental professionals can now deliver dentures that provide an outstanding patient experience through superior beauty, comfort, durability, and efficiency.”

The NextDent Jetted Denture Solution remains the only commercially available platform for 3D printing integrated, multi-material monolithic dentures—printing base and teeth together as a single, seamless part. This approach eliminates assembly steps, minimizes manual post-processing, and dramatically accelerates production cycles compared to traditional or separate-print methods, helping labs maximize efficiency, scale output, and achieve strong ROI in the rapidly digitizing dental prosthetics market.

Dentistry partners using the platform report meaningful operational benefits, including fully cured parts straight from the build plate, improved long-term material stability, superior end-product quality that meets or exceeds industry benchmarks, and ground-breaking efficiency gains—such as up to 300% faster production versus analog workflows and over 50% reduction in manual labor.

“The material performance stands out,” said Josh Jakson, President of Evolve Dentistry. “We’re running faster, with less labor and greater confidence in shade consistency and durability.”

Availability of the new NextDent® Jet Base DP, LP, and RP shades is planned for the U.S. market in May 2026 and will be orderable starting in late February 2026.

3D Systems will feature these material shades in its booth (Booth A-43/B-42) at LMT Lab Day 2026 (February 19-21 in Chicago, Illinois) as part of its full portfolio of solutions for dental additive manufacturing.
Key Highlights:

Strong Revenue Trajectory: The A&D business is forecasted to have grown over 15% in 2025, accelerating to more than 20% in 2026. Surgeons at leading centers have been using off-label or compassionate use solutions for years; this decision immediately converts those cases into routine clinical practice and opens the U.S. adolescent bone sarcoma and deformity market to our platform. We are thrilled to now offer these solutions to an expanded and underserved patient population.”

This regulatory clearance further supports 3D Systems’ focus on high-margin personalized healthcare solutions amid ongoing segment optimization efforts. Continuing expanded indications provides a meaningful tailwind for sustaining double-digit average annual growth in the Healthcare segment, driven in part by accelerated adoption in this discrete, high-value market.

Forward-looking statements involve known and unknown risks, uncertainties and other factors that may cause the actual results, performance or achievements of the company to be materially different from historical results or from any future results or projections expressed or implied by such forward-looking statements. In many cases, forward-looking statements can be identified by terms such as "believes," "belief," "expects," "may," "will," "estimates," "intends," "anticipates" or "plans" or the negative of these terms or other comparable terminology. Forward-looking statements are based upon management’s beliefs, assumptions, and current expectations and may include comments as to the company’s beliefs and expectations as to future events and trends affecting its business and are necessarily subject to uncertainties, many of which are outside the control of the company. The forward-looking statements included are made only as of the date of the statement. 3D Systems undertakes no obligation to update or review any forward-looking statements made by management or on its behalf, whether as a result of future developments, subsequent events or circumstances or otherwise.

About 3D Systems

For nearly 40 years, Chuck Hull’s curiosity and desire to improve the way products were designed and manufactured gave birth to 3D printing, 3D Systems, and the additive manufacturing industry. This, combined with our strong pipeline of new products, positions us well for improved sales, which we expect to increase sequentially by a range of 8% to 10% in the fourth quarter over those in the third quarter. This rise is expected to be driven by our Healthcare business, the Industrial markets, such as aerospace and defense, and, for the first time in several quarters, increased sales into consumer markets. It is in these markets that we have concentrated our new product development efforts and that focus is now expected to yield increasing results. After the seasonal slowing in the third quarter, our personalized health services is expected to deliver strong growth in the fourth quarter and once again deliver double-digit growth for the full 2025 fiscal year. Our dental business, after seeing a slowdown in the first three quarters of the year related to softness in the aligner market, is expected to now stabilize, with incremental growth expected from our new denture product line, where our new monolithic dentures are being very well received. Gross margins are also expected to stabilize, with increased volumes offsetting mix in the short term and tariff headwinds from rising printer sales. While this heavier mix of printers puts pressure on gross margins, it bodes well for future sales of consumables and services as these printers become operational. With our cost savings initiatives on track and markets showing signs of stabilization, we are increasingly optimistic about the future.”

"I am excited to step into the role of interim CFO," said Phyllis Nordstrom. "We remain focused on maintaining financial discipline, continuing to streamline our cost structure and strengthening our balance sheet. Our actions are designed to create a stronger financial foundation that will enable us to invest in future growth while delivering consistent results in a dynamic market environment."

Third Quarter 2025 Results

Total revenue decreased 19% to $91.2 million compared to the prior year period.

Healthcare Solutions revenue decreased22% to $42.8 million compared to the prior year period.

Industrial Solutions revenue decreased16% to $48.5 million compared to the prior year period.

Gross profit margin decreased to 32.3% compared to 36.9% in the prior year period. Non-GAAP gross profit margin decreased to 32.5% compared to 37.6% in the same period last year. These decreases were primarily due to the divestiture of the Geomagic business and lower sales volume.

Net loss attributable to 3D Systems Corporation decreased by $160.6 million to $18.1 million compared to the prior year period. The decrease was primarily related to asset impairment charges in the prior year period as well as lower amortization expense and lower operating expense in the current quarter.

Adjusted EBITDA improved by $3.5 million to a loss of $10.8 million compared to the prior year period primarily driven by reductions in operating expense.

Financial Liquidity

At September 30, 2025, the Company had total cash of $114.2 million, which included cash and cash equivalents of $95.5 million and restricted cash of $18.7 million. The Company had total debt of $122.6 million, net of deferred financing costs. A total of $34.7 million in debt is scheduled to mature in the fourth quarter of 2026, with the remaining $92.0 million maturing in 2030.

Cash and cash equivalents decreased by $75.8 million since December 31, 2024. This decrease resulted primarily from cash used in operations of $73.1 million and cash used in financing activities of $98.3 million, partially offset by cash provided by investing activities of $108.3 million.

Outlook for Fourth Quarter

Revenue for the fourth quarter is expected to reflect sequential growth of 8% to 10% compared to the third quarter. Gross margins and operating expenses are anticipated to remain in line with current levels, consistent with typical seasonal spending activity in the fourth quarter.

Third Quarter 2025 Conference Call and Webcast

The company will host a conference call and simultaneous webcast to discuss these results on November 5, 2025, which may be accessed as follows:

Date: Wednesday, November 5, 2025

Time: 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time

Listen via webcast: www.3dsystems.com/investor

Participate via telephone: 877-407-8291 or 201-689-8345

A replay of the webcast will be available approximately two hours after the live presentation at www.3dsystems.com/investor.

Forward-Looking Statements

Certain statements made in this release that are not statements of historical or current facts are forward-looking statements within the meaning of the Private Securities Litigation Reform Act of 1995.

To calculate the non-GAAP measures, 3D Systems excludes the impact of the following items:

amortization of intangible assets, a non-cash expense, as 3D Systems’ intangible assets were primarily acquired in connection with business combinations;

costs incurred in connection with acquisitions and divestitures, such as legal, consulting and advisory fees;

stock-based compensation expenses, a non-cash expense;

charges related to restructuring and cost optimization plans, impairment charges, including goodwill, and divestiture gains or losses;

certain compensation expense related to the 2021 Volumetric acquisition; and

costs, including legal fees, related to significant or unusual litigation matters.
