And I keep coming back to one simple truth:</p><p class="">What I loved about my uncle was his quiet strength.</p><p class="">He never needed the front seat or the hot seat. He didn’t reach for attention. He chose what mattered: being a family man, an incredible professor, and a steady presence.</p><p class="">The way he loved my aunt was something to witness — traditional, devoted, protective in the best way. He believed in coupling with intention… in taking the time to build real security inside a family.</p><p class="">They went for walks together almost every day — especially in retirement — and their love was a felt experience. Solid. Consistent. Real.</p><p class="">His children are some of the most gifted people I know, and he created the kind of home where they could become fully themselves. I’m in awe of my family — they were a mirror of what’s possible. My parents looked to them when they came to this country. And my mom is truly blessed to have a sister so brilliant and gifted.</p><p class="">He never missed wishing me a happy birthday. His love was the definition of appropriate — steady, clear, and present. This week has been a beautiful time to reflect on what his love felt like.</p><p class="">It felt secure.</p><p class="">He survived cancer for over nine years, and I believe love was a major part of how he did it.</p><p class="">I dedicate this week to his spirit and the energy he shared — the definition of love in action.</p><p class="">Thank you for being who you are.</p><p class="">May you rest in peace.</p><h2>When someone asks, “When is your next retreat?”</h2><p class="">After the funeral, I met his daughter. She said, “I want to come visit — when is the next retreat?”</p><p class="">And I paused.</p><p class="">Because I don’t host retreats in the traditional sense.</p><p class="">But I also understand what she meant.</p><p class="">Sometimes “retreat” isn’t a scheduled event. It’s a moment in life when your system knows it’s time to step away from the noise — and come back to yourself.</p><p class="">And in that way… the place <em>is</em> a retreat.</p><p class="">It’s a choose-your-own-adventure kind of healing.</p><p class="">You can come for classes. You can do deeper somatic work. You can walk around Town Lake and let your thoughts settle into your body. You can jump in Barton Springs and let the water reset your nervous system. It’s not something you force, but something you cultivate through deep inner work, self-awareness, and the choices you make every day.</em></strong></p><p data-rte-preserve-empty="true" class=""></p><p class=""><strong><em>I have spent years creating spaces where people can feel seen, heard, and held—where innocence and connection can thrive without fear or pretense. But that work didn’t start with the external. It started with me.</em></strong></p><p data-rte-preserve-empty="true" class=""></p><p class=""><strong><em>For much of my life, I searched for security outside of myself. Like many, I was taught that safety came from strength, wealth, or control. But true safety isn’t found in things that can be taken away. It isn’t found in dominance or force.</em></strong></p><p data-rte-preserve-empty="true" class=""></p><p class=""><strong><em>True safety is an internal state.</em></strong></p><p data-rte-preserve-empty="true" class=""></p><p class=""><strong><em>It is cultivated through self-awareness, accountability, and a deep understanding of one’s own desires, shadows, and energy. It is the ability to stand firm in your center, even when the storm rages.</em></strong></p><p data-rte-preserve-empty="true" class=""></p><p class=""><strong><em>Creating Spaces for Innocent Connection</em></strong></p><p data-rte-preserve-empty="true" class=""></p><p class=""><strong><em>The foundation of my work—whether through cacao, ceremony, or community—has always been about creating a container where people can experience deep, meaningful connection without fear or pretense.</em></strong></p><p data-rte-preserve-empty="true" class=""></p><p class=""><strong><em>I’ve seen firsthand how rare it is for people to feel truly safe. Safe to express. Safe to be vulnerable. Safe to connect without expectation. Not just physical spaces, but energetic ones—containers where innocence, presence, and truth can thrive. One aspect of yogic physiology that aligns in some way with modern neurosciences has to do with the pineal gland. This gland was always recognized as being associated with the agna chakra. Today, neuroscientists say that the secretions of the pineal gland control and moderate one’s moods and experiences. If you have a very stable and sufficient pineal secretion, having a pleasant mood within yourself is not a problem.</p><p>Both medical sciences and street-side drugs have made it clear that chemicals can create pleasant and unpleasant experiences within you that are very real for you. Others may dismiss it as you causing it to yourself, but actually,&nbsp;<a target="_blank" href="http://isha.sadhguru.org/blog/sadhguru/masters-words/who-is-responsible-for-what-you-are/">you are causing everything to yourself</a>. The only difference is whether you cause it with or without outside help. If you simply become ecstatic right now, you are causing it to yourself without outside help. If you cause the same thing with outside stimulation, it may be the same thing experience-wise, but the end result could damage the system. And such an experience will not result in any kind of consciousness. Unconscious experiences, however big they are, are of no significance for one’s evolution, growth, and transformation.</p><h2>Many Cultures Were Aware of the Bindu</h2><p>A little-known aspect of yogic physiology, which is totally absent in modern medical sciences, is something which I constantly keep “on” within myself, called the <em>bindu</em>. “Bindu” means a tiny point. It is a particular spot on the pineal gland surrounded by a certain secretion. If you touch the bindu, it will release secretions that make your body comfortable and make you feel ecstatic. To activate the bindu, there is a certain point at the back of your head. So many cultures around the world have recognized this, and there is an understanding that that point needs to be protected and activated.</p><p> </p><p>In the Hindu way of life, when young Brahmin boys are initiated into spiritual sadhana, they shave off the hair on the rest of the head and leave a tuft at this point. In many other parts of the world, if people are doing a certain type of activity which they believe is spiritual, they want that spot to be covered, so they started using small caps or some kind of a cloth. Everywhere in the world, at some point some people would have been aware and probably spoke about it. I really do not know what they have said, but I have noticed people doing these things. If there is someone who comes from the Jewish culture for example, have they told you something specific about why you should wear this cap?&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Meditator 1:&nbsp;</strong><em>When you do a spiritual practice, you go to the synagogue, and you wear the cap to show that you are just a human being and you are not the divine. So, it is a sign of respect and a separation between you and the God that you are worshiping.</em></p><p><strong>Sadhguru:&nbsp;</strong>Somebody else have something to say?&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Meditator 2:&nbsp;</strong><em>It’s more of a connection, to remind you that there is a divinity. You’re always wearing it so you don’t forget. It’s not necessarily a separation, it’s more a reminder of the divinity within you or around you.</em></p><p><strong>Sadhguru:&nbsp;</strong>I do not know when the neurosurgeons will come upon the bindu. Even if they come upon it, because it is so small, they may ignore it. But if you pay attention to your system, it is there all the time. But do not start imagining these things!&nbsp;</p><h2>Ambrosia and Poison</h2><p>You will see, many times when people are in certain meditative processes, they become overwhelmed because the “glass of ambrosia” inside is tipping a little bit. They have still not learned how to drink from it in sips. If you give a glass full of water to a small child, he will spill it all over the place when he drinks. Similarly, their glass is tipping because they do not know yet how to sip gently. If they do the necessary sadhana, slowly after some time, they could consciously drink from it. Once you can consciously drink from it, every cell in the body and every moment of your life is ecstatic.&nbsp;</p><p>But the bindu has two sides to it. These two interpretations that you gave are interesting. Both could be right – distorted, but they could be coming from a certain understanding. The bindu has another point to it which also has a secretion but is poisonous. If you tip the wrong side of the glass, then poison will spread through the system. It is not like poison that you drink. It will spread through the system in such a way that, for what looks like simply no reason, you are miserable. A lot of people have done that to themselves. You could call that depression. You are miserable because you tipped the wrong side of the glass by doing improper things with life.&nbsp;</p><p>There are many cultures around the world which have been aware. Some wear caps, some have tops, some have taken other kinds of care. You will notice the level of mental imbalance in those cultures is always lower.</p><h2>First Stability, Then Ecstasy</h2><p>No matter what you are pursuing in life – money, wealth, power, God, or enlightenment – what is it that you are seeking? Essentially, what you are seeking is an ultimate sense of sweetness within you. Either you hit it accidentally or consciously – that is the choice you have.</p><p>There are many simple processes and methods that are devised not to go towards that ambrosia which is in every human brain, but to bring the necessary foundation within you that, when you hit it through grace, you do not go crazy. Too much sweetness can drive you crazy, unless you are sitting on a stable foundation.&nbsp;</p><p>In yoga, the initial phases of sadhana that you do are aimed at stability, not ecstasy. Stability is more important than ecstasy. If ecstasy comes before stability, you are heading for a crash. If ecstasy comes after stability, it is fantastic. The yogic system has devised the practices in such a way that everything is aimed at stability to start with.&nbsp;</p><h2>The Processes of Ecstasy Were Never Written</h2><p>The processes of ecstasy were never written down or transmitted as a teaching. It is only in the presence of a certain being that those things happen – because they are very subjective, and it is best they are not written down. In some books on tantra, they have tried to write it down, which I feel is very irresponsible. Suppose you read a book where the first two chapters talk about some simple practices to stabilize yourself and the last five chapters talk about simple practices to take you to ecstatic levels – which one will you do? You will be asking for trouble. These are usually ignorant people who have done some guesswork around the real thing and tried to write down something about it. People will not go for stability, they will go for ecstasy – and they will break up. You cannot hold your system if it is too ecstatic unless you have already worked for your stability.</p><p>Just do the practice every day. It will produce results.</p><p>Never aspire for anything that is not yet in your perception because you will aspire for the wrong things.&nbsp;Just do your <a href="https://3rdeyetonic.com/become-a-tantric-alchemist">sadhana</a>. That is why traditions have always been insisting on trust – simply because if we explain something beforehand, naturally you imagine the wrong things and go for it. Do not worry about that. Just do the practice every day. It will produce results. If you did not know how a plant grows, if I show you a lump of filth and the beautiful flower and say, “These two things are the same. This comes out of that,” would you believe me? There would be no way to convince you. It takes a crazy sense of trust. That is why we usually do not talk about all those things. Because this cannot be logically worked out. This needs a little fixing of life.</p><p>A man walked into the court. He was the defendant. The judge looked at him and asked, “Do you have a lawyer?” The man said, “No, but I have some good friends in the jury.”&nbsp;</p><p>This is how it is. You cannot logically work this out. That is why the Guru came into the picture, because a little fixing is needed. Without the fixing, you will not jump. You will stand on this side forever.   <p>Five scientific studies on the phenomenon of how empathy works.</p><p>As a psychiatrist and an empath, I am fascinated by the science of empathy and how the phenomenon of empathy works. I feel passionately that empathy is the medicine the world needs right now.</p><p>Empathy is when we reach our hearts out to others and put ourselves in their shoes. However,&nbsp;being an empath goes even further. Like many of my patients and myself, empaths are people who’re high on the empathic spectrum and actually feel what is happening to others in their own bodies. As a result,&nbsp;empaths can have incredible compassion for people, but they often get exhausted from feeling “too much”&nbsp;unless they develop strategies to safeguard their sensitivities and develop healthy boundaries.</p><p>In my book,&nbsp;<em>The Empath’s Survival Guide</em>,&nbsp;I discuss the science of empathy.   <p>Researchers have discovered a specialized group of brain cells that are responsible for compassion. These cells enable everyone to mirror emotions, to share another person’s pain,&nbsp;fear, or joy. Because empaths are thought to have hyper-responsive mirror neurons, we deeply resonate with other people’s feelings.</p><p>How does this occur? Mirror neurons are triggered by outside events. For example, our spouse gets hurt, we feel hurt too. Our child is crying; we feel sad too. Our friend is happy; we feel happy too.</p><p>In contrast, psychopaths,&nbsp;sociopaths, and narcissists are thought to have what science calls “empathy deficient disorders.” This means they lack the ability to feel empathy like other people do, which may be caused by an under-active mirror neuron system. We must beware of these people because they are incapable of unconditional love.</p><p>2.   <p>The second finding is based on the fact that both the brain and the heart generate electromagnetic fields.&nbsp;According to the HeartMath Institute, these fields transmit information about people’s thoughts and emotions.&nbsp;Empaths may be particularly sensitive to this input and tend to become overwhelmed by it.</p><p>Similarly, we often have stronger physical and emotional responses to changes in the electromagnetic fields of the earth and sun. Empaths know well that what happens to the earth and sun affects our state of mind and energy. Emotional Contagion&nbsp;</p><p>The third finding which enhances our understanding of empaths is the phenomena of emotional contagion. Research has shown that many people pick up the emotions of those around them.</p><p>For instance, one crying infant will set off a wave of crying in a hospital ward. Or one person loudly expressing anxiety in the workplace can spread it to other workers. People commonly catch other people’s feelings in groups.&nbsp;A<em>&nbsp;New York Times</em>&nbsp;article stated that this ability to synchronize moods with others is crucial for good relationships.</p><p>What is the lesson for empaths? To choose positive people in our lives so we’re not brought down by negativity. Or, if, say a friend is going through a hard time, take special precautions to ground and center yourself. These are important strategies you’ll learn in this book.</p><p>4. Increased Dopamine Sensitivity&nbsp;</p><p>The fourth finding involves dopamine, a neurotransmitter that increases the activity of neurons and is associated with the pleasure response. Research has shown that introverted empaths tend to have a higher sensitivity to dopamine than extroverts. Basically, they need less dopamine to feel happy.</p><p>That could explain why they are more content with alone time, reading, and meditation and need less external stimulation from parties and other large social gatherings. In contrast, extroverts crave the dopamine rush from lively events. In fact, they can’t get enough of it.</p><p>5.&nbsp;Synesthesia</p><p>The fifth finding, which I find particularly compelling, is the extraordinary state called “mirror-touch synesthesia.”&nbsp;Synesthesia is a neurological condition in which two different senses are paired in the brain.</p><p>For instance, you see colors when you hear a piece of music or you taste words. Famous synesthetics include Isaac Newton, Billy Joel, and violinist Itzhak Perlman. However, with mirror-touch synesthesia, people can actually feel the emotions and sensations of others in their own bodies as if these were their own. This is a wonderful neurological explanation of an empath’s experience.</p><p>The Dali Lama says, “Empathy is the most precious human quality.”&nbsp;During these stressful times, it’s easy to get overwhelmed. Even so, empathy is the quality that will get us through. It will enable us to respect one another, even if we disagree.</p><p>Empathy doesn’t make you a sentimental softy without discernment. It allows you to keep your heart open to foster tolerance and understanding. By the time one comes out of the school one will be completely poisoned. We have hypnotized everyone with the idea that one has to fight with others, that life is a survival of the fittest. Then life can never be a celebration then life can never have any kind of religiousness in it. Then it cannot have any quality of sacredness. Then it is all mean, ugly.</p><p>Buddha has his way of saying things and I have mine - here is how I say it: If you are happy at the expense of another person happiness, you are forever bound</p><p>Naturally. If you are happy at the expense of another human's happiness—and that is how you can be happy, there is no other way. If you find a beautiful partner and somehow manage to possess them, you have snatched them away from others’ hands. We make things look as beautiful as possible, but that is only the appearance. Now the others who have lost in the game, they are angry, they are in a rage.   <p>Whatsoever you possess in this world you possess at somebody else’s expense, at the cost of somebody else’s pleasure. There is no other way. If you really want not to be inimical to anybody in the world, you have to drop the whole idea of possessiveness. Use whatsoever happens to be with you in the moment, but don’t be possessive. Don’t try to claim that it is yours. Nothing is yours, all belongs to existence.</p><p>We come with empty hands and we will go with empty hands, so what is the point of claiming so much in the meantime?</p><p>But this is what we know, what the world teaches us: possess, dominate, have more than the others have. And it may be money or it may be virtue; it does not matter in what kind of coins you deal—they may be worldly, they may be otherworldly, but be very clever, otherwise you will be exploited. Exploit and don’t be exploited—that is the subtle messages given to you with your mother’s milk. And every school, college, university, is rooted in the idea of competition.</p><p>A real education will not teach you to compete, it will teach you to cooperate. It will not teach you to fight and come first. It will teach you to be creative, to be loving, to be blissful, without any comparison with the other. It will not teach you that you can be happy only when you are the first. That is sheer nonsense. You can’t be happy just by being first.   <h1>The Four Main Energy Locks</h1><p><strong>These techniques consolidate the effects of a Kundalini Yoga practice and direct <em>prana</em>&nbsp;within the physical and energetic pathways to promote healing, energizing, and strengthening of the whole human being.</strong></p><h3>Neck Lock (<em>Jalandhar Bandh</em>)</h3><p><strong>What</strong>: Neck Lock is the most basic and most generally applied lock. It regulates gross and subtle movement in the upper part of the body.</p><p><strong>How</strong>: Lift the chest and sternum up while lengthening the back of the neck, by pulling the chin toward the back of the neck. Neck, throat and face muscles remain relaxed.</p><p><strong>When</strong>: All chanting meditation, most <em>pranayama</em>. Breath held in or out.</p><p><strong>Why</strong>: Concentrates the secretions of the glandular system, thereby increasing their interconnection. Regulates blood pressure. Minimizes external distractions. Seals energy in the brain stem and moon center (chin). Directs pranic energy into the central channel, calming the heart.</p><h3>Root Lock (<em>MulBandh</em>)</h3><p><strong>What</strong>: Root Lock is like a hydraulic lock at the base of the spine. It coordinates, stimulates, and balances the energies involved with the rectum, sex organs, and navel point (i.e. the lower three chakras).</p><p><strong>How</strong>: Three actions are applied together in a smooth, rapid, flowing motion. First, contract and hold the muscles around the anus. Then contract and hold the muscles around the sex organ (like stopping the flow of urine). Finally, contract the muscles of the lower abdomen and the navel point toward the spine.</p><p><strong>When</strong>: Frequently applied at the end of an exercise. Sometimes applied – continuously or rhythmically – throughout a meditation or exercise. Breath held in or out. Women on their moon cycle should <strong>not</strong>&nbsp;apply Root Lock.</p><p><strong>Why</strong>: Crystallizes the effect of an exercise. Blends <em>prana</em>&nbsp;and <em>apana</em>&nbsp;at the navel center which, when mixed, opens the entrance to the <em>sushmuna</em>&nbsp;for energy to flow up the spine. Stimulates the proper flow of spinal fluid.</p><h3>Diaphragm Lock (<em>Uddiyana Bandh</em>)</h3><p><strong>What</strong>: Diaphragm Lock vertically integrates emotions, pranic energy, and functions that occur above and below the diaphragm muscle. Tightness in this muscle – and the emotions it stores – can make this lock more difficult to achieve.</p><p><strong>How</strong>: Inhale, then exhale completely. Pull the entire abdominal region up and back towards the spine. The navel point is not contracted although it will move upwards. Lift the chest while gently pressing the lower spine forward. When held properly, the “notch” at the base of the front of the throat becomes accentuated. Hold for 10 to 60 seconds without straining. Then relax the abdomen, gradually inhaling without releasing the Neck Lock or raising the chin.&nbsp;</p><p>For many people it is easier to practice this lock in a standing position.&nbsp; With the feet shoulder width apart, bend forward slightly, hands on knees and back straight.&nbsp; Lifting the chest slightly, apply the lock.</p><p><strong>When</strong>: On an empty stomach. Held after breath fully exhaled.</p><p><strong>Why</strong>: Massages intestines and heart muscle. Stimulates cleansing, promotes youthfulness. Strengthens the fire element, Third Chakra, and opens the Heart Chakra, resulting in increased kindness, compassion, and patience.</p><h3>Great Lock (<em>MahaBandh</em>)</h3><p><strong>What</strong>: The Great Lock is part of the central infrastructure of Kundalini Yoga.</p><p><strong>How</strong>: With the breath held out, apply all three locks (Neck, Diaphragm, and Root) simultaneously.</p><p><strong>When</strong>: On an empty stomach. Held after breath fully exhaled. Done in various postures and with different <em>mudras</em>.</p><p><strong>Why</strong>: Rejuvenates glands, nerves, and chakras. That’s MSM you’re using.</p><p>Have you seen people with red-welted skin who itch a lot or have leathery skin, which splits, cracks or bleeds? That’s an MSM deficiency. Keloid Scars are a lack of MSM.</p><p>Ever seen a bird in a cage, which pulled all its feathers out? That’s an MSM deficiency. Birds in the wild don’t do that. Add MSM to their water and it will stop the problem.</p><p>Vitamin C when taken with MSM helps build strong and thick veins and arteries.</p><p>Emphysema occurs when you lose the flexibility in your lungs. Give him some MSM and Vitamin C. Give him or her a little time and you may find your favorite friend able to get around again and many times very well. Sprinkle MSM crystals on his food or water or shove a tablet down his throat.</p><p>Diabetes: This is so important I’m putting it in bold print.</p><p>You can beat Type 2 Diabetes and help yourself with Type 1. MSM and Vitamin C when taken will help regulate your blood sugar. I recently told a friend of mine Ron of my research about MSM and Vitamin C of which he put himself on for some problems he was having. Ron shared the information with another friend of ours Pat Campbell. Pat’s Diabetes was getting out of control. He had bleeding behind one eye and his blood sugar was running between 150-250 while on his medication. Pat came by to talk to me and I shared some research with him. Pat advised me, that normal blood sugar is supposed to be around 120. He said when he awoke in the mornings his blood sugar was running between 180-200. The doctor had him taking four pills a day and Pat was told to take 1 shot each night before bedtime. Pat said he refused to take the shot and decided to try the above MSM and Vitamin C combination.</p><p>To his surprise within a week, when he awoke in the morning his blood sugar was running between 114-120 and during the day around 140. I also told Pat about several other nutritional supplements that I had read about that knock Diabetes in the butt. He has checked it out and put himself on a few more of them and has cut his Diabetes Medication by 50 percent in the past 6 weeks.   <p><br /> </p><p><strong>Up until 1990’s, there was nearly no research done on the pineal gland, in other words, our third eye. An ancient knowledge long forgotten, or neglected, resurfaced with the tireless efforts of a British scientist Jennifer Luke who published the results of her research proving that the fluoride deposits were accumulating in the pineal gland causing it to calcify and thus causing many mental and physical illnesses. Most importantly, fluoride decreases melatonin production. Why is this important? </strong></p><p> </p><p><strong>Melatonin regulates our sleep pattern, it plays an important role in our sexual development but most of all, it is the bridge between our body and our mind. Our spiritual development is also connected to our physical well being. You can not expect to have a healthy mind if you do not have a healthy body. One of the most well known goes back to the Nazi Germany and their practice of fluoridating the water in order to better control the population. Not just antidepressants but also lots of other medications contain fluoride and this is why it is necessary to improve our physical health to overcome our illnesses so we do not have to depend on a lifestyle that forces us to consume and use fluoride based products. </strong></p><p> </p><p><strong>How can we cleanse our body from fluoride in order to become healthier and to improve the connection between our body and our mind so we can maintain a decalcified pineal gland? Here are some quick tips:</strong></p><ul><li><p><strong>Consume foods rich in iodine like, seaweed, Himalayan salt, fermented foods.</strong></p></li><li><p><strong>Use curcumin (a component found in turmeric which is highly effective in detoxifying your body from fluoride)</strong></p></li><li><p><strong>Get a good water filter if you are using tap water. Fluoride is now being recognized as a neurotoxic chemical that affects our developmental health. One of its side effects is lowering the IQ levels in children and also causing ADHD. When we consume products that contain fluoride, it goes to our blood stream, finds its way into our bones and pineal gland. Especially in pregnant women, this can be a risk factor as it plays an important role in brain’s development. </strong></p><p> </p><p><strong>As we mentioned above, fluoride was highly used by the Nazis to keep the prisoners passive in concentration camps. This results in decreased learning capability and poor memory. When our brains are not able to function properly, we are more prone to autoimmune disorders, a weakened immune system and poor physical health. Mind and body go hand in hand. If one is suffering the other will not be able to fight the stress. Fluoride also lowers our energy levels. When we don’t have enough energy, our metabolism slows down, instead of consuming healthy foods (because they require us to prepare them and since we lack the energy to cook we go for the fast and unhealthy options), we eat processed foods. Because it absorbs much more fluoride than our blood and our bones do. Fluoride will eventually cause calcification in our pineal gland. Like a faucet clogged with too much calcium and can not pass enough water before it is cleaned, our pineal gland will not be able to function fully when it is clogged. These two hormones are closely tied to our mood. This is the most important part of the problem. If you think about most of the medications prescribed for a wide variety of diseases including depression and anxiety, they contain high levels of fluoride yes, but they also contain synthetic hormones that temper with our brain’s natural ability to produce these hormones. Once we introduce synthetic hormones to our bodies, our pineal gland loses its function. When we close our eyes, we can not see, this is a simple fact. Our pineal gland is our third eye. When it is damaged, our third eye is also closed. This is the mind’s eye, our path to higher consciousness, spiritual awareness and self awakening. No amount of meditation, efforts of positivity or spiritual practices can help us go any further if we don’t deal with the source of the problem. If you ever find yourself helplessly meditating but not making any progress, trying to do all you can to open your third eye chakra to no avail, if you can not improve your physical and mental health no matter how hard you try this is why. We are now rediscovering this long lost secret. In ancient civilisations, pineal gland was associated with powers like psychic abilities, supernatural powers. It was also associated with sexuality, body’s biorhythm, mysticism, intuition or sixth sense. Today, we also call it the sixth chakra.
