Kayu manis sejak dulu sudah dijadikan rempah-rempah baik untuk penambah cita rasa masakan atau pembuatan kue.

Khasiat Kayu manis saat ini bisa digunakan untuk obat berbagai macam penyakit seperti asam urat, hipertensi, mag, sakit kepala dan lainnya.

Cara Membuat Ramuan Dari Tanaman Obat Kayu Manis

Untuk Obat tekanan darah tinggi

Bahan:

2 jari kayu manis - 10 gram asam trengguli,
10 gram kencur - 15 gram daun sena, dan
20 gram daun saga

Cara Membuatnya:
Semua bahan direbus dengan 500 cc air hingga tersisa 200 cc. Rebusan disaring dan diminum selagi hangat. Resep lainnya, 1 jari kulit kayu manis, 10 gram asam trengguli, 60 gram rambut jagung, dan 30 gram seledri, direbus dengan 600 cc air hingga tersisa 300 cc. Airnya kemudian disaring dan diminum hangat-hangat.

Untuk Obat asam Urat

Bahan:

1 ibujari kayu mani - 5 gram biji pala
5 butir kapulaga - 5 butir cengkeh
200 gram ubi jalar merah - 10 butir merica
15 gram jahe merah

Cara membuatnya:
Semua bahan direbus dengan 1.500 cc air hingga tersisa 500 cc.
Ramuan kemudian disaring lalu ditambahkan 200 cc air susu cair dan diminum.
Sementara ubinya yang ikut direbus dimakan.

Untuk Obat diare

Bahan:
- 5 gram kayu manis
- 5 lembar daun jambu biji
- gula

Cara membuat:
Semua bahan direbus dengan 600 cc air hingga tersisa 300 cc.
Air disaring dan ditambahkan gula secukupnya, kemudian diminum 150 cc sebanyak dua kali sehari.

Untuk Obat Maag

Bahan:
- Kayu manis 10 gram
Cara membuatnya:
Rebus kayu manis dengan 200 cc air hingga tersisa 100 cc, lalu disaring dan diminum selagi hangat.

Untuk Obat Sakit Kepala
Bahan:

- 10 gram kayu manis - 3 butir cengkeh
- 5 gram biji pala - 5 gram merica
- 10 gram jahe

Cara Membuatnya:
Semua bahan ditumbuk halus hingga menjadi bubuk.
Lalu diseduh dengan air panas secukupnya, disaring, dan diminum secara teratur.

Untuk Obat Mengatasi masuk angin dan perut kembung

Bahan:

- 5 gram kayu manis - 10 gram jahe
- 5 butir cengkeh - 5 gram pulasari
- 5 gram adas - 5 gram biji pala
- gula aren secukupnya,

Cara membuat:
Semua bahan direbus dengan 800 cc air hingga tersisa 450 cc.
Kemudian disaring dan diminum selagi hangat sebanyak 150 cc, lakukan tiga kali sehari.
