Ultimate Challenge

I told ya! Babalik kame sa clark. Lol! Maaga nila ako sinundo then nag early lunch muna kame sa Mcdo.

Pumunta kame sa Picnic Grounds ulit para mag ultimate challenge. Bago palang yun. Must try! Exciting at sasakit katawan mo pag wala kang exercise.

Nung una dapat mag compete kame. Ayan yung teams kaso bandang huli di rin natuloy at buti nalang kase di namen maeenjoy plus mahirap.

Let the challenge begin! Mukang madali lang pero sa totoo HINDE! Haha

Natupad nadin sa wakas ang pangarap ko. Ang makapag ganito :) Sayang isa lang pala yung picture ko dito sa wall climbing. Tas madilim pa. Nung una kala ko madali lang to pero No again!

After namen dito, we went kahit saan at napunta kame dun sa bridge dulo ng clark. Sabe ni tex okay lang daw sumigaw dun parang we owned the bridge ang dateng tas after ilang minutes may dumating na police patrol and gave us a warning. Haha

After neto ay wala nakameng mapuntahan kaya sa bahay nalang ni bea kame nag stay

Tapos di pako umuwi, nag dinner kame sa bahay nila mik kasama ko sina Jomerl at Wafs.

Roadtrippin

Before mag start yung second sem umalis kame ng mga high school friends ko. Guess what? Nag Joyride kame! Super saya ko lang :) Promise. Sinundo nila ko sa bahay then first destination namen was at Creamline. First time ko dito pero sila ilan beses na.

Then sa Clark Land, Dinosaurs Island

Then sa Picnic Grounds, di man kame masyadong nagtagal dito kase hanggang 5pm lang yung mga challenges nila kaya babalik nalang kame next time

Afterwards, nag Sm calrk muna kame para sunduin si Sai. Then roadtrip ulit. Nag hanap kame kung saan kame kakain. Try something new. Pumunta kame gn Korean town, but we ended up sa Grill99. Di namen alam kung san located kaya pinag tanong tanong namen.

Then pagkatapos kumain dinaanan namen yung Holy Angel. Sakto parepareho kame ng school. Last destination ay sa bahay nila Mik. Bumili muna kame ng drinks bago dumeretso sakanila. Nag laro kame ng card games sponsored by Dam :)

It's been a year since we started doing this Halloween celebration/pictorial. If you still remember, last year here our costumes. It was at Bea's place. I was a sophisticated witch I think. I didn't have specific label. Lol.

Tigtigan Terakan Keng Dalan. I'm a member of Rotaract and I volunteer to be a part of those who sell tickets. It was a first time experience also to be in this Traditional party at Angeles City. I met new friends. I was able to see face to face the lead singer of Rocksteady, Teddy and of Spongecola, Yael Yuzon. Nakapasok din ako ng Hacienda and Central for the first time :)) Overall, I enjoyed.

Closing Party

After three days ng final exam namen sinabay namen yung closing party namen sa pag pass ng mini case study namen sa Orgbev. We didn't plan ng maayos basta na lang natuloy. So what do you expect? Madameng kulang sa utensils namen. Hahaha. Sa Poracay pala to and there's no other transportation na dumadaan dun kase its a remote place kaya talagang no choice kame. Kanya kanyang paraan nalang :)) Kame nila Daph, Jhonsen and Ian humabol nung gabe kase nag meeting kame sa Rotaract ng hapon. Kaya nag night swimming kame unfortunately walang pictures.

Walang tulugan to pero yung iba namen classmates natulog agad. Nung after namen nag swimming nag Fliptop sina Jhonsen and Lumakad. Naka outfit sila. Walang pictures e. Video lang but I can't upload it. Ang haba e. Then nag heart attack din kame ang natalo may tagay ng tequila. Luckily, lage akong natatalo so nahilo ako ng konte. Hahaha. Yung mga tulog namen classmates pinag tripan nila. Without them knowing na may uling na sila sa mata.

Wala na kameng water. So ang ginawa namen is pinakulo namen yung tap water. Hahaha! Tapos nilagay namen sa ref. Hinintay namen yung sunrise pero fail.

Ang tulog ko is 30minutes lang. Dapat mag check out nakame ng 12 pero wala pakameng transpo so nag extend kame hanggang 2pm.

It's our Sembreak already! This travel post was supposed to be last month however I didn't have much time on blogging. Joke. I was only trying to reason out. Tinamad lang talaga ako. Hahaha. Thank God bumalik na ang kasipagan ko ngayon. Enough for intro, let's go to the point! We had our educational tour on Primar ( I love field trips! We travel to different places even walang connect paminsan sa subject). Hope I could still remember the names of places I've went. I was so excited when my teacher said that we're going to Ilocos because it was my dream to see Calle Crisologo, if you can still remember my 2nd blogpost. It is entitled Someday we'll meet Vigan. Okay so here we go! Let's visit Ilocos (Kunware tour guide muna ang epek).

Sunday

We left Angeles City at 8:00 pm. And I didn't sleep even for a minute. Gosh. So bangag the next day!

Monday
Our first destination was at Playa tropical resort. We had a mini seminar with the owner of this. I love the place. Lots of nipa hut. Hahaha

Next, Fort Ilocandia resort. We stayed for only 15 minutes. Picture picture purposes only.

Next, Dragon Cactus fruit farm. I bet you would love their ice cream too! Swear ;)

Next is the best part! The Bangui windmill. Finally, I was able to see it on face to face. Sobrang lakas ng alon. Scaaaaary! Haha. One of the tourist attraction din tong windmill sa Ilocos, Philippines. In this place nag shooting ang Suddenly its magic movie :) On our way, we've seen the Cape Bojeador Lighthouse, it as an historical heritage structure in Burgos that was established during Spanish era.

Afterwards, Lunch time at Villa del Mar Pagudpud. Sobrang ganda ng beach! Clear water!

After this, we went to Freddo's shop. Haha. I forgot if it was really a shop or what. Then we're supposed to go at Sand dunes however it rained that's why they cancelled it. We had dinner at Robinson mall. One and only mall ng Ilocos yun grabe. We check in at Pangil resort. I must say, I shall return! Hahaha. Why? That experience nung kagising mo tas pagkalabas mo sa terrace ma papa WOW ka sa ganda at linaw ng dagat! plus may mini caves din. Okay pero before that, Here's what happened last night.

Tuesday

Sad, it rained again. I wasn't able to have picture sa mini caves. Moving on, next stop was at President Ferdinand Marcos place. No inside pictures allowed.

Next, Batac Empanada then we went kung san yung mga bilihan ng Cornicks.

After this, The great Paoay church! which is also known as St. Augustine church of Paoay. The church was designated as UNESCO World Heritage Site as one best example of Baroque churches in the Philippines. Near place is the Mariano Marcos School.

Next is, Chavit Singson's Baluarte Zoo.

And to our last destination was at Vigan! Unfornately biglang umulaan but its okay at least nakapunta nako dun! Haha. We had our lunch sa Mcdo. No choice kase malapit yung bus namen dun and wala kameng payong. Beside it was the Vigan Cathedral which is also known as St. Paul metropolitan cathedral.

That's it! Viva Ilocos! Hahaha

Zombies in the House

Sept 13-15 was our CBA days and our class had a booth. A Zombie Zone! We opened Thursday-Friday. With all the problems that came, thank God that it was still success. Time didn't stop us from continuing this. So, we earn more than 7000 in just total of 5 hours.

Oh well guys Forgive me, I had my Midterms exams that's why I took so long to blog this post. Anyways, I'm pretty sure you'll enjoy this another experience of mine especially to you girls! This is just a continuation of my last Citronnelle post. They have the same owner and location (Along the highway). It's just that Station 525 is at 1st floor of the building.

There's a variety of service you can choose. Good thing again, they offer it on an affordable price.

Their place looks fashionably elegant with it's Black and White interior design. They have also a Television, magazines and WiFi connection, so there's no chance for you to feel bored. Dead batteries can be charge for only 30 pesos per hour.

I had manicure and pedicure. What I really love about their nail polish product is that it last for many weeks. Until now I haven't remove them coz it still looks the same the first time I had them. I chose this blue green color coz it perfectly matches my skin tone. Even my classmates and others loved the color!

Around 11 am, we went to Citronnelle. Okay, so to have an idea about it. Let me introduce it to you. It is located at Unit A, 2nd floor, Essel Commercial Complex, Telabastagan, Ph. Just this January 28, 2012, it was under the new management of an OFW, Mr. Louie Miranda but now it is his mother who manage it. It is open from 11am until 12 midnight. It has a WiFi connection. They offer different kinds of service and because they value customers so much, they have tons of Promos and GC to give away. Here's the list:

Here's an inside peek. As you enter, you'll smell the aromatheraphy scent that fills the air. There is an instrumental music which is very soothing to hear and relieves you from stress or tension thus this creates a relaxing environment. I have nothing to go against its interior design. It is all good the way it is. I love its being classy.

We went first to the "Spa reception". The light is dim. Perfect for the place. There are rooms which vary for the service you avail. There are for single and couple bed in a room.

It was my first time to try Body scrub and I was like WOW with my skin after I took a shower. I felt smooth, radiant and glowing because the dead cells were already exfoliate and revitalize to a moisture skin. This only cost me 275 Php. Right after, was the Swedish body massage that cost only 200 Php. The masseur have done a little Effleurage and more on Petrissage and before moving to next body part, she used Tapotement method.

Here's the way to the Dining area and balcony. From Spa, they added Cafe which preferably a good idea because it is favorable to the customers. Usually, people after spa look and move to some other places to hangout but not anymore. This is unusual right? Spa and Cafe in one. I love it! They also offer wines, coffee and a menu where you can choose from.

After we ate Brunch. We had some time to be with the staff. All I can say to them is that they were all AMAZING. True! I believe that a happy employees are equal to happy customers. They have proven it. They were multitasking, friendly, easy to approach and energetic. They made us feel at home and at ease. They're always positive and smiling.

Overall experience is two thumbs up! Compared to other spa I've experienced, this one gives me the satisfaction and delight that a customer wants. I feel like coming back again and again. Uggh! I'm so excited to do so. I now recommend this spa to everyone. Go try it and you'll never regret it! It's worth the price for their quality services. Surreal world

Elena Kalis is a conceptual underwater photographer. She was born in Moscow (Russia) and have lived for the past ten years on a small island in Bahamas with her husband and two children. She had an education in art, but have recently been following her interest in Photography. Over the pat years, she have been doing some underwater projects with her children and friends. Some of her interest have been used for book, magazine and CD covers and have appeared in print magazines and online publications.

I stumbled upon looking her projects. Her brilliant interpretations makes the photos alive. I adore her works. Some of it has props used to give more effect on the subject. It's not easy to take pictures underwater but whenever I see this photos, it makes me feel the other way around. I wanna also give it a try however I don't have this underwater gadget. Morning Glory pool

A deep, funnel-shaped pool with a dark blue center resembles to the corolla and the color of Morning glory, where its name associated. It was given that title in 1883 by the wife of an assistant park superintendent. Just in recent, the pool has started to go by another name "Fading Glory". Temperature: 171.6 degrees F. Dimension: 23x26.6 feet. Depth: 23 feet. It has been a popular thermal feature at Yellowstone.

The delicate blue water is created by thermophilic bacteria, which thrive in the pool's searing heat. Long a ago, in Yellow National Park, The Morning glory suffers from the inconsiderate visitors who have thrown trash in the pool for over a century. This cause the slowly built up and blocked some of the thermal vents and reduced the heat of the pool, allowing the bacteria to begin at the edges, thus this creates the red and yellow ring around the pure blue water. Occasionally, often following seismic activity, the pool erupts in a geyser.

Love yourself

Why do I need Self-care? Isn't that selfish? If your asking that, consider Jesus' words in Matthew 19:19, "You shall love your neighbor as you love yourself." Most of us think that being selfish is bad. Actually it is important to our health. Let me share you something.
The thumb is you. Your index finger represents your parents. Middle finger for your mate. Ring finger for your children and lastly the little finger is for your job. You have the responsibilities to love and take care of these plus your friends right? But what if one day you exhausted or burnt out? Try using your hand without using your thumb. You'll found out that your hand is useless. No matter how hard you work, the hand falters. See? How will you able to give love if you yourself don't love yourself. Our body is the temple of the Holy Spirit therefore we should take care of it. Here are some ways that will help you manage that:

Eat healthy foods regularly. Such as fruits and vegetables. Poor diet can make you vulnerable to stress.
Get enough sleep. This enables your body to grow and heal. Lack of sleep can make you less productive, you'll not be able to handle stress and function well. Here are some ways on better sleep strategies.
Drink plenty of water. This will help you hydrate your skin and your body. It also eradicate toxins out of our body and helps on concentration.
Keep yourself clean. Dead skin cells are fine dining for the body bugs we host everyday. We wash because the bugs become toxic if unwashed which leads to other fungus.
Exercise regularly. Allocate time frame for this. It helps strengthen our physically and mentally being plus helps your body release endorphins, which increase your feelings of overall.
Have fun at least once a week. Everybody deserves to be happy. Don't stress out too much.
Have a good attitude. Always be positive.Test your self whether you are optimist or pessimist by taking this quiz. Discipline yourself as well. You know what is right from wrong and by doing this you know that these are the things that should be done.

Jesus heals you

"He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds" (Psalm 147:3)

Aren't you glad that God is a healer! It doesn't matter what is "broken" in your life today, God's nature is to bring you complete healing. Do you need healing in your body? Your mind? Heart? Finances? Relationships? God is your healer.

Notice what the Psalmist says int he verse: He binds up their wounds. In the natural, if you have a broken arm, it doesn't just heal over night. The doctor makes a cast to hold it in place and protect it. He binds up your wounds.In the spiritual realm, God does the same thing. He raps Himself around your brokenness and protects the wounded area until it is strong enoough to function properly again. The Bible says that He is a restorer. That means that when He does a work of healing in our lives, He makes us better than we were before. If you're going through the healing process today, know this: it may take longer than you planned, but God is binding up your wound.He is protecting you and healing yoou. He will bring you out better and stronger than you were before. He will take you to a place of complete healing so that you can live the life of victory He has in store for you.

"We gotta go out before this summer ends". We just wanna have fun please before classes starts. So we made a plan. Almost 1 month, we were deciding to go out of town which at Subic but I assume it's not meant for us. Still, we need to try and try and so we ended up at Clark Airbase Everland resort. Never heard it before? Either most of us including me. It was Jahm's idea.

It's my long time dream to go joyride with my friends in a van!!

Pio! I must say na nasulit nya yung bayad nya coz karating namen dun agad na syang nagbihis and went to swim. Hundred times syang nag d-diving board. He's so good at it! Lol

Yes! Nasuot din namen ni Pau ang longsleeve na swimwear namen. We were like swimmers for real! Lol

After this, we went to Jahm's house to continue our bonding moments. His family were very welcoming. They even prepared a dinner for us. I love them!

P.S. Just to share, from now on I will use an Agfa effect on all photos.

Tie Dye shirt

Tie-dyeing became fashionable in the West in the late 1960s and early 1970s as part of the hippie style. It is a way of creating patterns of color by folding, tying, crumpling and so on. In this way, you can determine your final design. The end result can be predicted and controlled to some extent but surprise is the part of what makes tie-dye an exciting and interesting art form that even a first timer like me can have great results with. A cool and fun experience for me.

1) Old white t-shirt 2) Materials used plus hot water 3) Venus, a fast dyes. 4) Made sure of the place where I dye to keep it clean 5) Folded and tied the shirt 6) Applied the dye with random colors

I was very excited to make one so after I had all the materials completed even it was already late at night, I pursued to do tie-dyeing. In making this, it all depends on the instructions given on Dye powder solution. Not good, because of too much excitement, I wasn't able to follow other direction. But Art is an art. We are all artist, I tell you. So don't be afraid to make your own craft.

Summer Diary 002

Dear Diary,

Lately I'm busy doing other stuffs. I missed updating this blog so before things get piled up, I'm gonna share it.
My brother and I aren't that close so I barely get to be with him in pictures + he hates taking photos of him. So I grabbed this moment though I looked like haggard. As you can see, he's playing with the inhaler of my cousin. Geez

Next was the birthday of Jo. Not that one in the picture. Isa din yun sa ayaw sa camera kaya wala syang picture. We didn't actually celebrate because we planned to do it on Mother's day. On that day, nag piano lesson kame ng pinsan ko sa bahay lang. Thanks to Google for the help, I appreciate you! Still know the Sungka? Jumpshot fever rocks all the time!

Next day, Youth gig with Mik and Marie since we miss it already. Birthday of Leiandro! so we went to their house and eat.
Sunday was Mother's day and Jo's birthday celebration. We had a night swimming at Villa Alfredos. I was able to teach my younger brother to swim. Yehey! (feeling marunong ako, thank you PE class!)

O yes! I got ticket on this coming youth camp sa HisLife city church! By grace, I had it! Everyone is excited and so am I. (I'm so excited and I just can't deny, ooooh!)
