Da qui l’impegno del IV Circolo alla piena affermazione del diritto all’integrazione sociale di ogni persona, fondato sulla cura e valorizzazione di tutte le diversità.&lt;br /&gt;
Al fine di migliorare la qualità dell'integrazione, riteniamo che la scuola debba creare le condizioni per l’uguaglianza offrendo servizi adeguati ai bisogni di chi proviene da situazioni familiari ed ambientali deprivate. La nostra istituzione scolastica ha istituito i Dipartimenti nella convinzione che essi possano rappresentare i luoghi privilegiati per le attività di ricerca, confronto, studio, sostegno e verifica della didattica, in base all’esigenza di riqualificare in modo non occasionale il processo di insegnamento-apprendimento. I compiti dei Dipartimenti Disciplinari, nel rispetto delle competenze deliberative del Collegio dei Docenti e dei Consigli di Classe, sono i seguenti:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

La nostra istituzione scolastica ha istituito i Dipartimenti nella convinzione che essi possano rappresentare i luoghi privilegiati per le attività di ricerca, confronto, studio, sostegno e verifica della didattica, in base all’esigenza di riqualificare in modo non occasionale il processo di insegnamento-apprendimento. I compiti dei Dipartimenti Disciplinari, nel rispetto delle competenze deliberative del Collegio dei Docenti e dei Consigli di Classe, sono i seguenti:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div dir="ltr"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black; font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;Al Dipartimento&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;hanno&amp;nbsp;partecipato tutte lei insegnanti della scuola dell'infanzia interessate a conoscere o approfondire il&lt;b&gt; linguaggio&amp;nbsp;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;strong&gt;musicale&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;
Gli insegnanti sono stati protagonisti attivi nel laboratorio musicale; hanno vissuto e sperimentato in prima persona qello che succassivamente in classe hanno a riproposto ai propri alunni.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Oltre che valorizzare e potenziare le azioni relative agli assi portanti del POF dell’Istituzione scolastica, l’iniziativa si propone di favorire la continuità dell'apprendimento in senso orizzontale tra la scuola e l’extrascuola. &lt;br /&gt;
