Beberapa bulan terakhir, hadir sebuah Handphone baru keluaran Nokia di tengah2 kita. Handphone ini masuk ke jajaran express music dan dinyatakan oleh beberapa kalangan sebagai iphone killer. Benarkah demikian?? Saya sependapat dengan mereka bahwa Nokia masih lebih baik. Saya akan tunjukkan 20 alasan mengapa 5800 XM lebih baik. Ini catatannya :

1. Dilihat dari ukurannya.
Iphone mempunyai ukuran yang lebih besar sehingga sulit untuk dioperasikan memakai satu tangan. Sedangkan Nokia 5800 XM memiliki ukuran lebar yang lebih kecil, sehingga lebih nyaman dan mudah mengoperasikannya memakai satu tangan.
Ukuran :Iphone : 115.5 X 62.1 X 12.3 mm.
Nokia 5800 XM : 111 X 51.7 X 15.5 mm

2. Diihat dari beratnya.
Iphone ternyata lebih berat 25 gr daripada Nokia 5800 XM.
Berat Iphone : 133g
Berat Nokia 5800 XM : 109g

3. Resolusi layar.
Layar Iphone memang lebih luas, yaitu berukuran 3.5” sedangkan Nokia 5800 XM hanya memiliki layar 3.2” namun setelah dibandingkan secara langsung, ternyata layar Nokia 5800 XM warnanya jauh lebih tajam dibandingkan iphone.

Nokia 5800 XM : 640 x 360

4. Memori / kapasitas penyimpanan.
Iphone hadir dengan dua pilihan internal memory, 8GB dan 16GB. Sedangkan Nokia memberikan pilihan dengan menyertakan micro SD 8GB dalam paket penjualan, yang bisa ditambah hingga mencapai 16 GB. Pengguna Nokia bisa menyesuaikan ukuran memori yang diinginkan sesuai kebutuhannya. Tentu saja hal ini tidak bisa dilakukan oleh pengguna Iphone juga.

5. Metode Input.
Iphone hanya bisa dioperasikan dengan sentuhan jari, sedangkan Nokia 5800 XM bisa dioperasikan dengan jari, stylus, sentuhan jari, maupun plectrum.

6 Fitur.
Apple Iphone banyak kekurangan di fitur-fitur yang digunakan,seperti fitur copy paste, email attachment, maupun dukungan software, ringtone dari pihak ketiga. Sehingga, lama kelamaan anda pun akan bosan di dalamnya. Sedangkan untuk pihak Nokia, banyak sekali dukungan dari pihak ketiga maupun fitur-fitur yang menarik di dalamnya.

7. Warna.
Iphone : Hitam untuk 8 & 16 GB, putih hanya untuk 16 GB.
Nokia 5800 XM : Merah, biru, hitam.

8 . Baterai.
Nokia 5800 XM dapat digunakan untuk memainkan music sampai dengan 35 jam. Berbeda dengan Iphone yang hanya 24 jam. Jelas, kekuatan baterai 5800 XM 30 % lebih besar jika dibandingkan iphone. Selain itu, kelemahan baterai iphone adalah menyatu dengan ponsel itu sendiri. Bisa dibayangkan bagaimana jika baterainya sudah ngedrop apalagi rusak. Berbeda dengan Nokia, yang jelas terpisah.
Iphone : 5 jam talk-time, 300 jam standby, tidak bisa dilepas.
Nokia 5800 XM : 8.8 hrs jam, 406 jam standby, bisa dilepas.

9. Kamera
Iphone : 2 MP, tidak ada flash, zoom, maupun kamera depan.
Nokia 5800 XM : 3.2 MP, Flash, 3x digital zoom dengan lensa Carl Zeiss serta kamera depan untuk video call

Iphone : Tidak bisa digunakan untuk video call.

Iphone : Bluetoothnya hanya bisa digunakan untuk handsfree saja, bukan untuk keperluan lain, seperti tukeran lagu, gambar, maupun foto2.
Nokia 5800 XM : Bluetoothnya sudah A2DP, tentu saja bisa digunakan untuk handsfree maupun tukeran data. Di segi kualitas audionya pun, 5800 XM lebih unggul.

18. Pesan
Iphone : Tidak bisa memforward SMS, menghapus beberapa SMS, kirim SMS ke banyak nomor.
Nokia 5800 XM : Semua bisa dilakukan oleh 5800 XM termasuk MMSnya yang maksimal 600 KB dan resize otomatis jika lebih besar.

19. Harga Nokia 5800 XM lebih murah tentunya. Harga Iphone di atas 5 juta, sedangkan Nokia 5800 XM sudah di bawah 4 juta. Dengan fitur lebih lengkap dan harga yang lebih rendah, tentu anda tahu mana pilihan terbaik.

20. Pengalaman perusahaan.
Tentu saja Nokia lebih berpengalaman dalam hal ini, karena memang lebih dulu terjun di dunia perponselan. Nokia menguasai 40 % pasar handphone di dunia yang menjadikannya No 1 dengan tanpa ada yang mengejarnya.Sedangkan iphone adalah produk handphone pertama yang dikeluarkan oleh apple, dengan kualitas yang belum teruji benar-benar.
Namun, ada beberapa kelebihan iphone jika dibandingkan Nokia 5800 XM, yaitu jika dilihat dari segi keindahan, fesyen, gaya, desain, dan fitur-fitur yang fresh yang belum dipunyai oleh nokia. Bagi beberapa orang, hal ini sangat dibutuhkan.
