Eva Longoria Says It Wasn't My Fault!

2010-10-25T21:45:00.000-07:00

Eva Longoria is firing back -- saying any implication she was the one at fault for her car accident last week ... is just plain wrong.

It's bad enough that he banged her now he want's her money too!

I'm having a flash back of Brittney Spears and what's his name.... ?? Featherline??

Or is it Cornyraplines--yeah thats it.

As was reported, the other driver in the accident has lawyered up and says he plans on suing Longoria -- claiming the accident was completely her fault.

But a rep for Longoria says: "According to the police report, the other driver was clearly at fault AND admitted to fault at the scene of the accident. Longoria’s eyes were NOT red and bloodshot."

The rep goes on to say, "There is absolutely no truth to this claim, and any indications to the contrary are completely false and untrue. Longoria made no sudden turn, did not violate any traffic violations nor did she make any sudden lane changes. The other driver is clearly trying to make a case where there is none. All charges are frivolous, without merit, and will not hold up in a court of law.”

The Quaids Doggie Could Be Put To Death

2010-10-25T21:29:00.000-07:00

There was a third Quaid in the car when Evi and Randy were arrested in Canada last week ... their beloved pooch Doji ... and 5peek@n!t has learned he could pay for his master's sins ... with his life.

Doggie: I'd rather die than smell her breath for another second GOD...

look closely my wiskers are burning off

While Evi and Randy are still "in detention" after being nabbed on an active arrest warrant ... we've learned Doji has been placed in an animal shelter in Vancouver for the time being.

But Doji's days could be numbered -- because according to Vancouver law, any dog that has been impounded for more than 72 hours becomes city property ... and the pound keeper is then given the authority to "destroy, or sell by auction or private sale, an impounded dog."

We spoke to someone at Animal Control in Vancouver who told us they "make every effort to not put the dogs to sleep" ... and generally try to find the animals a home through adoption.

Still, look at this face (the one on the left) ... someone better act fast.

2010-03-08T11:50:00.000-08:00

Nicole Richie wasn't the only person who looked out of place at The Oscars -- cops had to spring into action Sunday when a non-Hollywood type ran onto the red carpet.

It all went down around 1:30 PM PST -- right before the stars began to arrive.

Law enforcement sources say they believe a 28-year-old dude scaled a 6 or 7 foot fence, got on to the red carpet and began "skipping."

We're told he then broke in to a run but cops immediately caught up with him and escorted the dude to the ground.

The man was arrested for trespassing. He's currently being held on $5,000 bail.

He gives new meaning to 'walking of the stage' are you alright there little guy?!

It all went down at a step show in Fresno, when Columbus Short -- who was wearing sunglasses indoors -- didn't see the end of the stage ... and casually strolled right off of it.

In the video, which was posted on MediaTakeOut, it sure looks like the crash hurt -- but dude got up and continued the show ... with only a minor bruise to his ego.

Tiger Woods is golfing like a man possessed -- hitting ball after ball after ball at the golf course near his home in Isleworth ... the first unstaged photos of Woods back in action.

ok focus Tiger--just keep your balls on the green.

Woods hit the course yesterday with two male companions and practiced his ass off from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM -- working on everything from drives to pitches and putts.

We're told Tiger's session was uninterrupted -- and he seemed completely focused throughout the entire grueling workout.

As we previously reported, sources in Isleworth tell us Tiger is dead set on competing for the Tavistock Cup -- which will be held at the same Isleworth golf course where he's practicing.

And with that news ... Phil Mickelson probably needs a fresh pair of undies.

Jigga is in a head of state of mind.

Lil Wayne -- NY Concert Hours Before Lockdown

2010-03-03T11:39:00.000-08:00

Lil Wayne was supposed to be behind bars last night -- instead, dude was in front of a crowd of roughly 20,000 people ... rocking out a surprise performance at Madison Square Garden.

Wayne, who was unable to be sentenced on attempted weapons possession charges yesterday because of a freak fire in the courthouse, appeared at the Jay-Z concert to perform a song along with Young Jeezy, Nicki Minaj and Drake.

The ironic name of the song Weezy performed -- "I'm Goin' In."

Provided there's no other fires or dental emergencies, Lil Wayne will actually be going into prison today.

Lil Wayne -- No Jail 'Til Monday

2010-03-03T11:37:00.000-08:00

Lil Wayne will not be going to jail today -- dude's check-in date was just pushed back again ... for the 3rd time!!!

If you've been following the saga, Wayne was originally supposed to go to jail a few weeks ago ... but the judge cut him a break so the rapper could swap out his diamond teeth for a less expensive set.

Then -- he was supposed to check in yesterday, until a fire broke out in the courthouse and everyone was sent home.

Now, the judge has decided to once again push back Wayne's court date so more repairs can be made to the courthouse.

According to the Manhattan District Attorney's Office, Wayne will be back on Monday ... unless some other crazy, unexpected thing delays the case again.

Which means there's still time to bake Weezy another going away cake!

2010-03-03T11:33:00.000-08:00

Well in the end she did get the money-- but from you Rebecca White!

Michael Jackson's ex-wife Debbie Rowe just won a defamation lawsuit she filed against a woman who allegedly spread lies about her in the press -- and now Debbie's $27,000 richer for it.

Debbie sued Rebecca White back in July when White went on "Extra" after Michael's death and claimed Debbie didn't care about getting custody of Michael's kids ... and was only interested in getting money from the Jackson family.

Rebecca never responded to Debbie's lawsuit ... so the judge entered a default judgment today in L.A. County Superior Court.

Debbie was awarded $27,000 -- including $10,000 in damages for the emotional distress she supposedly suffered after White's interview hit the airwaves.

Spencer Pratt's Dog Leaves Him in Stitches

2010-03-03T11:28:00.000-08:00

Spencer Pratt got a serious tongue-lashing by someone other than his reupholstered wife Heidi Montag when an incident with his dog got real bloody ... real fast.

Thou shalt not speak if your Spencer Pratt

It all went down Monday while Spencer was playing a game of tug-of-war with his little dog. Sources close to the reality couple tell us Spencer put the little rope toy into his mouth ... when suddenly the rope slipped, and Spencer chomped down through his own tongue -- creating a gaping hole in his licker.

We're told Pratt hasn't been able to talk the past few days and sees it "as a sign from God that he needs to continue to keep his mouth shut in 2010."

The death was ruled "accidental" -- Fatu was 36.

According to the WWE, Fatu was released from his wrestling contract on June 11 for violating the WWE Wellness Program and for refusing to go to rehab.

Law enforcement sources say they believe the 18-year-old committed suicide, and left a note behind in his apartment unit.

We're told the L.A. County Coroner has completed the autopsy but has listed the cause of death as "deferred" -- meaning they will not say definitively until the various toxicological reports are in ... which will take weeks.

The Coroner wants to know if drugs or alcohol contributed to Michael's death. Michael was in rehab in 2007.

2010-03-01T13:24:00.000-08:00

Let's hope he won't throw his dancing partner down like the football

Multiple sources say the outspoken Cincinnati Bengal will be part of the cast of "Dancing with the Stars" this coming season.

Ochocinco joins a list of NFL stars who have done the show including Warren Sapp, Emmitt Smith and Jerry Rice.

A rep for ABC would not comment on potential cast members ... but did a great job of reminding us the official announcement comes tonight during the season finale of "The Bachelor."

Reality to Nas -- 'Memba Me?

2010-02-27T11:21:00.000-08:00

I can't believe i'm saying this-- but i think he needs Dr. Phil to save his @ss and his marriage!

Rapper Nas needs a wake-up call -- he's trying to win back his estranged baby mama Kelis (despite the fact she's suing him over child support) and now he owes the IRS a huge chunk of change.

We told you about the tax lien the IRS slapped on Nas back in October to the tune of $2,584,206.31. Now, according to court docs, Nas' bill has ballooned to a whopping $3,365,671.26. Not Joe Francis territory, but getting close.

Last week, Nas was ordered to pay baby mama Kelis $200,000 in back child and spousal support.

Our sources say Nas doesn't have a clue he's going under financially and doesn't understand he can go to jail if he doesn't pay child support. He was at Sundance recently and raked in $50,000 for a performance, which, we're told, he blew before he blew out of Sundance.

And more news in the non-reality department -- Nas has been sending Kelis a flurry of emails, telling her how much he wants her back and where she can fly to hook up with him. Nas -- she has a new boyfriend and has moved on. She really wants that divorce.
