(TMZ.COM) Kim Kardashian is officially a single woman ... because the judge dissolved her marriage to Kris Humphries in today's court hearing ... and we've learned Kris walked away with NOTHING.

Here's what sources connected with the case tell TMZ:

-- Kris gets NO money from Kim. As we've reported ... he had previously demanded $7 mil.

-- Kris dropped his demand for an annulment based on fraud.

-- Each party will pay their own attorney's fees.

This is not just a settlement. It's a WIN for Kim and her lawyer, disso-queen Laura Wasser.

The judge sent 2 different messages -- on the one hand saying the status of the marriage was dissolved, but then said it's over when they sign the official papers. But it seems like she's officially divorced, especially since the judge said to Kim, "Congratulations on your dissolution."

One final thing. The judge was about to slap Kris with a financial penalty for being a no-show at last week's hearing, but Kim asked the court to drop it, and Kris skated.

Man Gunned Down next to French Montana's Tour Bus

(TMZ.com Reports) A man was gunned down in Philadelphia Thursday night .... right next to the tour bus of rapper French Montana.

Montana -- who's done songs with Drake, Lil Wayne and Rick Ross -- was in his tour bus after the performance ... when it pulled up to a Holiday Inn Express with a bunch of fans following closely behind. Cops say that's when a car drove by and opened fire on the crowd.

Two men were hit, including a 27-year-old who was pronounced dead a short time later. A 29-year-old was shot in the shoulder, but he should be okay.

Police say it doesn’t look like Montana or any of his people were the targets ... it seems to have been a beef between two groups of warring fans.

(TMZ.COM) Rick Ross is fighting fire with firepower ... 'cause the rap mogul just hired 24-hour ARMED personal security to watch his back in the wake of Monday's drive-by shooting ... TMZ has learned.

Ross -- aka Ricky Rozay -- was already using armed bodyguards for protection at major events like concerts and public appearances ... but now he's decided he wants a full-time security detail.

Ross was targeted in a drive-by shooting in Florida early Monday morning ... when a car pulled up next to his Rolls-Royce and opened fire. Ross lost control of the vehicle during the incident and crashed into an apartment building.

Sources close to Ross tell TMZ ... the rapper had been getting threats for a while ... but he wasn't too concerned. But we're told Ross considers the shooting to be an "eye-opener" and will do whatever it takes to keep himself safe.
