7th Pay scale for Niyojit Teachers & Panchayat teacher of Bihar

As per latest expected modification in 7th pay commission report, minimum salary for any employees (including teachers) will be Rs 24,000 per month ( expected).

Right now only trained Teachers are getting basic pay with grade pay (as per 6th pay commission report). Niyojit Teachers & Panchayat teacher of Bihar who are untrained Teachers are not getting grade pay (as per 6th pay commission report).

In 7th pay commission report, concept of grade pay is removed.

The best way to know the expected salary after 7th pay commission implementation is, you should multiply 2.52 in your current Basic Pay+ Grade Pay. You will get rough idea of expected salary.

Any teacher, Niyojit Teachers or Panchayat teacher, trained or untrained teacher should expect a minimum salary of Rs 24000 per month ( only if Bihar Gov will follow 7th pay commission recommendation exactly).

If Bihar Government will follow the 7th pay commission recommendation, here is the most expected salary of teachers ( Niyojit Teachers & Panchayat teacher) of Bihar:

1. Primary School, untrained teacher- Rs 24000 to Rs 26000 per month.
2. Primary School, trained teacher - Rs 25000 to Rs 27000 per month.

3. Middle School, untrained teacher- Rs 25000 to Rs 26000 per month.
4.Middle School, trained teacher- Rs 27000 to Rs 30000 per month.

5. High School, untrained teacher- Rs 26000 to Rs 27000 per month.
6. High School, trained teacher- Rs 30000 to Rs 34000 per month.

If Bihar government will not count grade pay, expected salary of untrained teacher will less then above by around Rs 5000. Most probably trained teacher will get grade pay salary only after 2 year of training.

Above salary figure are only expected one, actual salary may be different after 7th pay commission recommendation implementation in Bihar.

Bihar state government employees can expect salary hike as per 7th pay commission recommendation in October 2016. Bihar state government is very fast in implementation of increase in salary of Bihar government as par with central gov employees pay.

If for central gov. employees 7th pay commission is recommended in July, 2016. It is expected that, Bihar Gov. will take around 3 month to implement the 7th pay commission for state gov. employees. So Bihar state Gov. employees will expected to get hiked salary in around October, 2016. The above date is only expectation, actual implementation date can be different for Bihar as well as for central Gov employees.

Good News for central Gov. Employees.... . The long wait is over, In June 2016 last week, central government employees can expect good news about implementation of 7th pay commission report. As per Zee news web page, Finance ministry is likely to put 7th pay commission report for approval to cabinet in the last week of June, 2016.

If every thing go well, cabinet will approve the recommendation. After approval from cabinet, only in few day notification will be issued for implementation of 7th Pay commission recommendation. After notification, you will start getting hiked salary. You will also get the arrears.

23.55% proposed hike may be revised to 30% Pay hike

If you are expecting overall around 23.55% hike in your salary as per 7th pay commission recommendation, you may be wrong.

There are many newspaper, who are publishing the news that Central Government may be willing to pay more than the recommendation. The news says that the expected pay may be hiked to 30% ( 6.45% more from recommend).

Modi Government is expected to review the 7th pay commission report soon and they will not take much time to implement the pay hike.

So central Govenment employee may soon get the revised pay. It will be clear in few day only about whether or not they will get pay hike more then recommended or not.

When to expect first salary of 7th pay commission

If you are central gov employee and if you think that you will get hiked salary on January 2016 month end because of 7th pay commission recommendation, you are wrong. Even if 7th pay commission recommendation will be implemented from Jan 2016, it will be implemented only after appoval and notification from central Gov.

7th pay commisson will submit the recommedation to the Central Government of India. The last date for subbimmission for report is 31st Dec 2015. Once Gov will receive the recommendation, Government will review the fulll recommendation thoroughly . Reviewing the 7th pay commission recommendation will take some month.

If Gov will act fast, it may issue notification in April, 2016. After notification, all central gov employee and pensioner will get new salary and pension. Employee and pensioner will also get arrears which comes from the calculation of implemented pay from Jan 2016.

If you see previous recommendation i.e. 6th pay commission, central gov had taken lot of time to implement. 6th pay commission recommended first salary came in year around 2008. Of course, people got the arrears from Jan 2006 along with first salary of 6th pay commission recommended pay.

First salary expected date of 7th pay commsion depends on two factor

1. Will 7th pay commission submit report in time (i.e. before 31st dec 2015)?
2. How much time will central Gov take to review the 7th pay commission recommendation and issue notification ?

By observing previous trends, i can say first hiked salary from 7th pay commission recommendation will come after Oct 2016 most probably.

Retirement age 33 years of service (Just Rumor) for 7th pay commission

If you are worried that there will be new provision in 7th pay commission recommendation to reduce the retirement age of 33 year of service or 60 year of age which ever comes first, you need not to worry, as there is not any official information came from Indian gov agency to confirming the same.

These are all rumors. It will not be easy to implement such drastic new rule for central Gov job in India. If such rule will become valid, lakhs of gov employees will get retired before they expected.

Many people join Indian gov job at the age of around 22 year, if the retirement age of 33 year of service will become reality then the retirement age of such gov employee will be 55 year of age.

Many gov employee are not earning well at the initial year of service from salary. Large percentage of entire service life earning from salary comes from last 4-5 year of service only. So reducing retirement age of 33 year of service will have great impact on financial security of gov employee after retirement.

People can expect with high probability that there will not come such provision in 7th pay commission recommendation, but people should make their financial plan in such a way that if Gov will actuality implement this rule, they should be able to manage well financially and should be able to work on another field after retirement for more earning.

If the rule is implemented it will be great news for student who want to join Gov job, as there will be more vacancy. Young Gov employees will also get benefited as they will get fast promotion and more responsible job. Government will also get benefit from these provision if implemented as they will be able to save lot of money.

7th Pay Commission for States including Delhi

Soon after implementation of 7th Pay Commission for Central Gov Employees, all States and union territories will soon apply new pay scale for the state gov employees which will be as equivalent to 7th Pay Commission for Central Gov Employee.

The timing of implementation of new pay scale for States of India may very, some states will implement very soon but some other states which is having less fund available will implement the new pay scale with some delay. But it is sure that most of the states will implement the new pay scale within 1 and half year of implementation of 7th pay scale at center. i.e before June, 2017 (one and half year after January 2016). Employees of Delhi Government will get new pay scale fast.
Following stats and union territories are expected to follow 7th pay scale for their states gov employees.

It is expected that the date from which 7th Pay commission commission will be Implemented is from 1st Jan 2016. The basis of the above date is that 6th pay commission pay scale got implemented from 1st Jan 2006.

It may be possible actual payment may take 1 to 2 year extra or max 1st Jan 2018. You may get the arrears from 1st Jan 2016 for the 7th pay commission. The basis for above date is the actual notification of the 6th pay commission implementation came on year 2008.

So people who are planning the finance taking hike in salary in the account should only consider the increase in salary due to 7th pay commission will come in the year 2017 or 2018.

Here is the good news for all Gov. Employees. Prime minister of India approved the constitution of the 7th Pay Commission. Now it is sure that all central government employee will get hiked salary as per the recommendation from 7th pay Commission with effect from 1st Jan 2016 (01.01.2016). i.e now only for 27 month you will get salary as per 5th pay commission.

It is expected that more than 50 Lakh Central Gov employee and 30 lakh pensioners will get benefited from 7th pay commission.

Expected hike in salary will be around 50% of what you are getting now.

Name of Chairperson and committee member of 7th pay commission will soon be announced from Finance ministry.The committee will study the current pay structure and will evaluate how much salary should be increased for comfortable life of central Gov employee and will give the recommendation to Finance minister. Finace minister will impliment the recommendation with or without the modification.

It is expected that 7th pay commission will give its recommendation in 2 year. Gov. may take one more year to implement it. But it is for sure that salary hike will be effective from 1st Jan 2016.

Once the 7th pay commission will be implemented, all state Gov will soon upgrade the pay to state Gov employee as per 7th pay commission recommendation.

Seventh Pay commission Pay Scale (expected)

Here is the expected pay scale of 7th Pay commission, it is based on previous recommendations of pay commission.

In Previous pay commission, each one recommend almost 3 times pay of previous pay commission.

So in next pay commission, you can expect 3 times of basic+grade pay as next basic pay+grade pay, and DA will be zero at time of implementation. Suppose your current basic pay is 19,000 Rs and grade pay is 5400 rs. So in seventh pay your basic pay +grade pay will be approx 73,200 Rs and DA will start from zero at the time of implementation of 7th pay commission.
Here is the expected pay scale for each pay band of sixth pay commission.

Seventh Pay Commission in JAN 2016

Government of India on 23th April, 2013 clearly said that, Indian Government will not form 7th Pay Commission till 01.01. 2016.

In the response of question about 7th pay commission, Government said that it will constitute 7th pay commission only after 01.01.2016. The reason given was 6th pay commission was formed on 01.01.2006 and there should be a gap of minimum 10 year for next pay commission.

If after next general election in 2014, Gov changes, there may be possibility of early set up of 7th pay Commission.

Once seventh pay commission will get set up, it will take around two year to get final recommendation approved by Indian Government.
