Well, as stated in my last post things were at a stand still, due to mix ups in my meetings. Things have been straightened out for the short term, and things are now going forward once again! I am being cautious, but I will be going forward with things. I will be looking to change the name and logos of the company, as the name I chose was more of a place holder on twitter. Overall it was decent,

So long story short, I thought things were going to be going forward, but due to a mis-communication at some meetings, Things are back to where they were. No moving forward right now, But I will still be looking to go forward with things. I appreciate your continued support, and I will keep you up to date as much as possible! Thanks!

Hello and thanks for sticking around! To fill everyone in on things here, There have been a lot of life changes for me in my real life, but I shall not bore you with them now. Nothing 'bad' but just changes. I am still going forward with things, making more contacts and the like, to get things moving. I have had conversations with a few people that I feel will be a huge help with the planning

Hello, Hello! So I was talking to a person on Twitter, and they wanted to do an on-line Dungeons and Dragons game. I was going to play, but had other obligations at the time of the gaming. It was done over Livestream. I'm not too sure how well the gaming went, but it seemed to go halfway decently. Now, I know that there are a few sites that are for on-line table top gaming, but I was

Hello all! Lately, I have been receiving a lot of questions and comments about my paper, "8 – Infinity Bit Gaming Geeks & Gamer Update" that I have set up to post on twitter. Thank you for your interest! I am posting this FAQ, as to try to clear up some of the questions I receive. This is mostly on a best guess of mine that I can figure out. The FAQ from the paper can be found here: http://

Hello All! Just wanted to let you know I am working on a few things behind the scenes, and I have been kept very busy with them. I am looking at getting things set up shortly online, so I will be letting you know when things are happening. Thank you for your continued support!

Hey all! Thanks for sticking by me. I know my last few posts have been downers. Anyways, I was getting some scrap metal out from the neighbor's with the help of some guys, and even though I had permission, the word didn't get through to all the persons that were involved. So I was confronted by the son-in-law of one of the people that I was taking the metal from. Once he saw it was me, there

I am having serious doubts about the store and here's why. I have no money. Now, I wouldn't expect to be able to pay for everything out of pocket. This being due to everything that I need for the store. Ok, so I would need to get loans. Great Idea! I have no assets for collateral. Raising money in some way. I have nothing to offer in exchange. I mean heck, I don't even have a logo. I know

So, today I made a few phone calls. One to a company for hosting and other technical related things, and another to unemployment. The first was very positive. The second, not so positive. Basically, I was looking to be able to spend my time getting things in order, with out the weight of job search/working over me. But, as I was officially denied benefits from unemployment today, it looks as

*I was looking over my last blog, and I realized that I had left out a few key parts of the store that I was planning.* Each month I will be looking to donate money to different organizations in my area. Some thoughts of the types of the places I would like to donate to are: Wounded Warriors, Regional Food Banks, National Multiple Sclerosis Society, Beast Cancer Cure Research and other places

Hello All! If you are reading this, thank you. I haven't said much about the store and what it will have in it. Until now. Here is my thoughts of what I would like to have in the store. I would like to offer video games there. They will include everything from the Atari 2600 consoles/games and early systems like that, all the way up to the latest systems/games, which include Microsoft Xbox

Sitting, waiting for my car to get done at the shop (oil change & tires) and thinking about what is going on with the store. My thoughts are as follows:   Money is an issue. Always has been, always will be. This is one of the reasons I am looking to start this store.   Some of the actual product I will be selling is hard to sell in a web store. I am considering products from

There was a posting by @KyleeLane on twitter, stating that she wanted to send out samples for her new conditioner that she was testing out. Being someone that uses conditioner, I figured, "Why not?". I'm also a guy that has long hair, and it is hard to find conditioner with a 'guy scent'. So here is my review. I jumped into the shower, and washed my hair. I then opened the pouch of conditioner

So you don't know much about the person behind the store, and I have reasons for that. I'm not hideous or a complete moron, but I have my reasons. There was a picture of me that I posted of myself, but it has been since taken down. For those that saw it, I'm sure you can agree with the first of the two statements. Even if I'm not your type. Anyways, One of the factors about me is that I am

Wow. Major step forward with the store last night. I was in talks with bookraiser.com, and they offered to host a project on there for me, to raise funds by having people donate books. I know it sounds a little weird which is what I was thinking too. Basically, in a nutshell, people go to the site to donate books, Bookraiser sells the books, and gives the money raised to the project that brought

So, uh, yeah... It looks as though when I was trying to add some advertisements to the blog, the ad blocker was still turned on. So I didn't realize how MANY ads were on the blog. Sorry about that for those that checked out my blog and just saw a ton of ads. It's been fixed now. There are a few advertisements on the blog now, but not anywhere NEAR what had been on there. Wow. I feel dumb.

Hello all of you! When I signed on this morning, and checked my followers and my hits, I was very surprised! I picked up 2 followers over night, and broke 200 hits on here. In less than a month! I started this on 42 day (10/10/10) and it's been less then a month since then. Wow. I must be doing SOMETHING right! THANK YOU ALL! I know I haven't gone much into detail about what exactly the store

So I was looking in the store's twitter feed, and I came across a tweet from UberDorkGirlie (Natali) in which her sister had a rather upsetting encounter at a hobby supply store in her area while shopping there. She blogs about it in her blog here. Now just for a quick overview, her sister when into the store and while in there, went to use the restroom. She walked into the restroom where there

HAHA! I was directed to this video because a close friend of mine was in it. Look for a bear with a gnome on the bridge running on the side of the bridge. (About 2:35 or so) Enjoy! (I do not own this video, I am just sharing it. If the owner has any issues with my using the video, please contact me.)

I just would like to wish everyone a safe and happy Halloween. I know the store is not open right now, But I am already planning for next Halloween, maybe by having an in store gaming party connected to people across the world via the internet. It's something that I would like to look into, and can plan on doing in the future. I'll have to check on retro gaming possibilities with that. Difficult

So I've talked to a few people about getting my business going and one of the things they have mentioned is figuring out the demographics out for the store. Well, yeah I have a decent idea about that. But the issue I'm having is where to find out if my target demographic is in the area that I'm looking to open up the store. Now there are a few things in my favor to that goal, due to the other

I've come to realize, someone's brand is only as strong as the people they are connected with. So in the interest of making my brand stronger, I have teamed up with GamerProNation. They are a new site looking to post reviews, hints, tips of different games that are coming out. They also have a twitter page (Link: here ). They are a new site looking to get their name out there for themselves. Give

Alright! I had a meeting today with SCORE, which is a mentoring service for people that are looking to start a business. The meeting was useful, but they didn't tell me anything I didn't already know. But they see a lot of people, so it's understandable that they treat everyone the same. I guess I was just expecting them to not hold my hand as much as they seemed to be, and listen a bit more to
