Why I Love Doing Laundry - 1st Reason:

This is the main reason I love doing laundry, because I can’t help feel there’s something in this which could possibly save the environment if the electricity generated from static laundry could be recycled to run other household appliances.

Seeing those mini-lightning bolts in the sheets is a truly awesome experience, the equivalent of witnessing your own private thunder storm without even having to get out of bed.

Walking around zapping things is another benefit of being electro-charged, because people may think you have super powers when you shake their hand and they get zapped. Your pant legs will stick to your legs giving you that extra stylish look, and you will have a nice tingling feeling rush through your body to keep you active throughout the day.

Needless to say wearing your static does come with a few risks, for example when you fill up your car with gas you may be in for a surprise if you don’t rid your body of the charge beforehand. These risks are well worth the benefit of being able to walk around fully clothed in your own personal electric generator strong enough to power an iPod and charge your cell phone.
