Rose-ul trece adesea drept vin usurel, „de vara”, unii rautaciosi intrecandu-se in in a-l caracteriza ca „odrasla vitrega a vinului rosu” sau „hibrid intre vinul rosu si cel alb”. Nimic mai fals!&lt;br /&gt;
Multi consumatori din intreaga lume cred ca rose-urile sunt obtinute prin amestecul vinului rosu cu cel alb, lucru interzis in majoritatea tarilor producatoare (exceptie fac unele tari din Lumea Noua a vinului cu legislatie mai permisiva, precum Australia si Statele Unite).&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Vinurile rose sunt obtinute din struguri rosii, cea mai raspandita metoda constand in pastrarea foarte scurta a mustului in contact cu pielitele strugurilor (principalul furnizor de culoare, arome si taninuri), inainte de procesul de fermentare. Cu cat perioada de contact a mustului cu pielitele de struguri este mai mare, cu atat culoarea este mai intensa. O alta metoda, numita „Saignee”, presupune vinificarea strugurilor ca si in cazul vinurilor rosii (cu contact lung intre must si pielite), numai ca intr-o prima faza o parte din mustul din aceeasi struguri, care nu a apucat sa acumuleze culoare si arome prea intense, se separa si se fermenteaza.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Culoarea vinurilor rose poate varia de la oranj pal, foaie de ceapa, pana la rosu coral, aproape purpuriu – niciuna dintre acestea nu este „gresita”&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Vinurile rose au avantajul ca pot fi in acelasi timp usoare, proaspete si racoritoare precum vinurile albe, dar si complexe si intense din punct de vedere aromatic, precum vinurile rosii. Olfactiv, vinurile rose tind sa fie versiuni subtile ale vinurilor rosii, dezvoltand arome apropiate celor de capsune, visine si zmeura, cu unele subtonuri de citrice si pepene rosu. &lt;br /&gt;
Vinurile rose sunt perfecte pentru a fi consumate primavara si vara, bine racite – nu inghetate! O alta caracteristica a acestui tip de vin este versatilitatea sa in asocierea cu preparatele culinare: astfel, rose-urile pot fi asociate cu succes mancarurilor usoare, preparatelor la gratar sau marinate, omletelor, salatelor de orice fel, pastelor, carnii de peste, pui, vitel sau fructelor de mare, ciupercilor, branzeturilor usoare, chiar si cu mezelurile mai putin picante.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Cu toate ca o lunga perioada rose-urile au fost comercializate ca vinuri dulci, in ultima vreme tot mai multi consumatori au descoperit faptul ca atunci cand sunt seci acestea pot garanta o satisfactie cel putin la fel de mare.&lt;br /&gt;

Mişcarea promovează consumul de alimente locale şi tradiţionale, ocroteşte principiile comerţului echitabil, încurajează fermierii şi micii producători, dar are ca scop şi educarea cetaţenilor cu privire la riscurile fenomenului fast food, folosirea pesticidelor sau consumul de alimente modificate genetic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Restaurantul a intrat in topuri in 2008 cand criticii si bucatarii au  descoperit ca bucataria daneza are de oferit mai multe decat heringi si  paine de secara. Friptura de bou moscat si caimacul danez i-au innebunit  pe gurmanzi, dar si pe cunoscatori. Dezamagirea caea mare nu a fost in  Spania, ci in Marea Britanie. Celebrul restaurant Fat Duck, care ofera  porridge de melci, a iesit abia pe locul 3, desi proprietarii se  asteptau sa domine topul. Oricum, spaniolii au trei restaurante in topul  primelor cinci: El Bulli, El Celler de Can &lt;st1:place w:st="on"&gt;Roca&lt;/st1:place&gt;  si Mugaritz.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Celebra bucatarie frantuzeasca nu se mai bucura de aprecierea de alta  data, asa ca restaurantul francez cu cea mai buna clasare in top este Le  Chateubriand, care se regaseste pe pozitia a 11-a. Restaurantul danez  are ca bucatar chef un tanar de 32 de ani, Rene Redzepi, isi delecteaza  clientii cu mancaruri specifice tarilor din Nordul Europei. Una din  specialitatile care i-au adus faima este cartoful vintage, cu zer,  alaturi de tocanita de leustean si praz. Juriul si-a motivat alegerea  spunand ca restaurantul face un lucru deosebit si redescopera bucataria  traditionala a vikingilor. Mancarurile sunt unice si duc bucataria  traditionala la un cu totul alt nivel: retete traditionale realizate cu  tehnologie de ultima ora. Aceasta opera elaborata a unui fel de mancare clasic, este plin de transformari, de la legumele folosite, la pulberea de carbune, de la o limba de vitel, la un bloc de carne minimalist, de la un aluat negreu de carbune, la un meteorit incrustat. Acest procediment nu e numai bucatarie, ci e chiar un rit , o insiruire de gesturi, arderea, afumarea, framantarea, infasurarea, taierea, coacerea si mai apoi ruperea.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;Limba de vitel se seveste alaturi de 5 sosuri diferite, culese de pe tot globul.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;Mostarda de mere “di campania” ( taranesti ), sos de coriandru ( care a fost schimbat cu frunze de patrunjel), crema din fructul pasiunii ( semintele de la fructul pasiunii sau schimbat cu seminte de busuioc, si a ramas doar sucul fructului), o marinata folosita in Peru ( cea mai buna marinata , mancata de Bottura ) si piure de linte … Belissimo!.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
