Trouble connecting to your database?

In most cases, some aspect of the SQL Server configuration needs to be changed. If you're able to connect to your database from another type of desktop application such as a Windows Forms or WPF application, ensure that you've enabled TCP/IP for SQL Server. You can do that in the Computer Management console.

Then, make sure that your SQL Server Browser service is running.

Configuring remote access on a SQL Server instance

To enable remote connection on SQL Server right – click on the server and select the Properties option. In the Server Properties dialog under the Connections tab check the Allow remote connections to this server option:

Configure a Windows Firewall for Database Engine Access

To add a firewall exception for the 1433 port go to Programs -> Administrative Tools select the Windows Firewall with Advanced Security option and follow the steps:

In the Windows Firewall with Advanced Security dialog click on the Inbound Rules option and select the New Rule command:
In the New Inbound Rule wizard select the Port option and click Next:
In the Protocols and Ports window specify the protocols and ports to which a rule applies. Select the TCP option, in the Specific local ports text box enter the 1433 port, and click Next:
In the Action window select the Allow the connection to specify the action to be taken when a connection matches the conditions specified in the rule:
Specify the profiles for which the rule applies in the Profile window, and click Next:
In the last window specify the name of the created rule and click the Finish button:

You can now see the created rule in the list of inbound rules:

Configuring remote access on a named instance of SQL Server

If you using a named instance of SQL Server there are specific things you need to do to allow clients to access the SQL database remotely. As already stated, the default instance that SQL Server listens is port 1433. For a named SQL Server instance, the ports that are used to talk to the SQL Server are by default dynamic.

When a client makes a connection to a named instance of SQL Server, it sends a SQL Server Resolution Protocol (SSRP) UDP packet to the server machine User Datagram Protocol (UDP) port 1434.

To set up remote access to a SQL Server named instance go to Start->Programs->Microsoft SQL Server 2005/2008/2012 ->Configuration Tools and select the SQL Server Configuration Manager.

In the TCP/IP Properties dialog select the IP Addresses tab and scroll down to IPAII. Set the TCP Dynamic Ports to blank and TCP Port to 1434, and restart the SQL Server<server name> service.

ย้ายทุกอย่างใน folder public มาอยู่บน Document Root

วิธีที่ได้ผลที่สุด แล้วก็ไม่ยาก ใช้ได้แน่ๆก็คือย้ายแอพพลิเคชั่นของเราทั้งหมดไปไว้ที่ root จะเป็น www หรือ public_html หรือ htdocs ก็แล้วแต่จะพิจารณากันตามโฮสท์ใครส่วนใหญ่บ้านเราใช้ DirectAdmin ก็น่าจะ public_html กันเนาะ

ขั้นแรก ย้ายทุกอย่างออกจาก public มาไว้ที่ www หรือ DocumentRoot

ขั้นต่อมาก็ลบเจ้าโฟลเดอร์ public ทิ้งซะ ก็จะได้โครงสร้างประมาณนี้

มีอะไรต้องแก้อีกนิดนึงในไฟล์ bootstrap/paths.php

ขั้นตอนสุดท้ายเราต้องเข้าไปแก้พาธในไฟล์ index.php

Instalation

Laravel Media Manager 0.1.0 beta

This package is still under development.

Laravel 4 advanced media manager (file manager and uploader) package based on elFinder 2.1. Inspired by laravel-elfinder package developed by Barry vd. Heuvel. Note that this package is still under development. You can use this file manager in Laravel 4 as a standalone media manager or as a plugin for TinyMCE or CKEditor. For more info take a look at files in src/views folder.

Installation

First of all you should add laravel-media-manager package to your composer.json file using this line:

Add the MediaManagerServiceProvider to your application providers by adding this line to providers array in app/config/app.php:

To copy the Media Manager assets to the public folder, using the following artisan command:

Also remember to publish the assets after each update (or add the command to your post-update-cmd in composer.json)

You can now add the routes for elFinder to your routes.php

วิธีทำให้ mysql ติดต่อจาก host อื่นๆได้

ปกติผมจะเขียน php ติดต่อกับ mysql โดยที่ web server กับ mysql server อยู่ในเครื่องเดียวกันทำให้ไม่ต้องออกแรงอะไรมากในการเขียน แต่วันนี้มีความจำเป็นต้องเขียน php ติดต่อกับ mysql ที่อยู่คนละเครื่อง(host)กัน เลยต้องมีการ config mysql server เล็กน้อย เพื่อเป็นการไม่เสียเวลาเริ่มกันเลยนะครับ

สิ่งที่ต้องมีดังนี้
- mysql server on ubuntu 12.04 (ip: 192.168.1.20)
- web server (ip: 192.168.1.18)

ขั้นตอนที่1: รีโมทเข้า ubuntu server(ip: 192.168.1.20) ผ่าน SSH

ขั้นตอนที่2: แก้ไขไฟล์ my.cnf

โดยใช้คำสั่ง

nano /etc/mysql/my.cnf

ให้หาตัวแปรคำว่า bind-address ในหัวข้อ [mysqld] ให้เปลี่ยนเป็นหมายเลข ip mysql server ในตัวอย่างนี้คือ

[mysqld]
user            = mysql
pid-file        = /var/run/mysqld/mysqld.pid
socket          = /var/run/mysqld/mysqld.sock
port            = 3306
basedir         = /usr
datadir         = /var/lib/mysql
tmpdir          = /tmp
language        = /usr/share/mysql/English
bind-address    = 192.168.1.20

เมื่อแก้ไขไฟล์เสร็จแล้วทำการบันทึกและปิดไฟล์ my.cnf จากนั้นให้ทำการ restart mysql server ด้วยคำสั่ง

/etc/init.d/mysql restart

ขั้นตอนที่3: กำหนดสิทธิ์ให้เครื่องที่จะติดต่อกับ mysql server

เข้าสู่ mysql server ด้วยคำสั่่ง

mysql -u root -p mysql

จากนั้นผมขอยกตัวอย่างผมจะสร้างฐานข้อมูลชื่อว่า shoptoday ติดต่อจากเครื่องที่มี IP:192.168.1.18 โดยผู้ใช้ john รหัสผ่าน 123456 ด้วยคำสั่่ง

mysql> CREATE DATABASE shoptoday;
mysql> GRANT ALL ON shoptoday.* TO john@'192.168.1.18' IDENTIFIED BY '123456';

จากนั้นก็ออกจาก mysql server ด้วยคำสั่ง

mysql> exit

ช่วงหลังปีใหม่ว่างผมเริ่มมีเวลาพัฒนาความรู้ให้กับตัวเอง เลยนึกดูว่ามีเรื่องอะไรดี...facebook นี้แหละ

เมื่อเราต้องการใส่โค้ด html,php,c ลงในเว็บ blogger ต้องติดตั้ง SyntaxHighlighter สามารถทำตามขั้นตอนนี้
1.เข้าสู่ระบบการจัดการเว็บ Blogger.com 2.
2.จากนั้นให้ไปที่เมนู แม่แบบ> แก้ไข HTML
