I felt the need to post tonight becuase of cal s post last night about
the strange events that happend. well one in particular, the fucking guy
who was hopped up opn something im not shur he was really/only?? drunk,
some chemical but im not shur drunk. in any case it was funny. One thing
that cal didnt say was that after he came over to us while he was
standing in the middle of us we actualy DID start to luagh AT the guy he
was so fucking rediculous, it was very funny and on top of it there were
three able bodied guys just waiting for him to pick a fight with us. I
think cals use of the word poised was a little contrived waiting is much
better i mean, and im not trying to sound tough this is how it was ask
cal, cal was squating, i was leaning back against a car arms behind my
head, and noph was just standing there. we were waiting, not batman on a
legde, not standing like the power rangers, hell not even standing ready
for it, we were hanging out luaghing at this joke of a man. meh

ny ways another thing cal forgot to mention is this 30-40 yo guy who
drove up in a scion and got out wearing a sports coat and nice pants. he
walks(with a nervious/confidant stride) into the closed bowling aley for
5 min walks out then drives away. can you say drug deal?? meh i could be
wrong but thats what it looked like ny ways now to the main point of
this post.

im closeing up shop. thats it im done. its been fun but this really isnt
working for me so no more blogs for me. im no writer and i just have
lost intrest and so i say adue or how ever thats spelled. maybe ill
continue in the navy but its not like ill beable to tell anything
intresting. it will mainly be a way to keep up with freinds and familly.

Well, I am bored out of my mind right now. probobly should of gone to
hang out with noph. bleh yea I need a car right now mines
{sarcasim}::SHOCK::{/sarcasim} broken right now. actualy what i really
need right now is more female companion ship, and im talking even just
freinds, cant wait to vist camp for a couplea days lots of them there. I
would settle for a motor cycle tho you know a fun way to get around AND
cheep, tho all id do if i had that would be to go to boreders. Luky kal

hangover wasnt very longlasting. Oh and i learned somthing in that whole
ordeal DO NOT go to sleep wasted! do what you have to to stay up and

have I ever mentioned how much RFID scares me. I hate it, and yes I know
that its short range and can be encrypted(tho encryption presently on

i am finally hired for the airport job I applied for about a month ago.
that was a freaking nightmare, the retards down at cooperate would not
move on my app, finally after they did and I got my drug test, the
person in HR handling my app was on vacation, further prolonging my
working as a landscaper(effing landscaping). I wanted to cry, BUT it all
over I am now working one of the best jobs I know of. I am soo happy i
think I'm gonna go start that blog i mentioned in my previous post. ill

uuuuuuuuuuummmmmmmmmm yea this post was gonna be a rant about my hate of
a man and the majority of my life but I decieded, after a days worth of
cooling off, that it would be in poor taste to post what I wrote. The
title of this post should give you some idea. I was very tighly wound
and spouting so NO POST FOR YOU, or rather not that one.

on a no angsty, stupid, life, note,I have this idea of starting a blog

OOOPPSS THIS POST WAS SUPPOST TO GO BE FORE THE LAST ONE AND I JUST

you know im postponeing sleep for this(yes im going to sleep at3.30 pm )
but I was just thinking how this whole deal with drm is rediculass1 If
im gonna pay for my music not only is it for the most part cheeper to
jsut buy cds then download music but I can do more with cds. sure its a
little more work(damn im tired i was trying tofigure out why i know sure
wasnt spelled with an o when i knew that there was a word like
that.......i was thinking of shore.......im not gonna speel check this
screw it i need sleep)bvut if i want i can have MP3 or any other format
i want drm free(or not). While I understand that the atraction is to get
just the one or two sangs you like I'm sorry im not gonna pay for
something if I cant use it the way I need to. Actualy I've given up on
music from anyone suporting drm or the RIAA and what it stands for(in
case your ignorant or have been indoctranated that means, well um it
self and its power and money, and its right to fix prices, under pay and
sometimes not pay artists, oh and the and the technological and scocial
stagnation of the USA and if possible the whole world(tho this last one
is just a means to the aforementioned ends.). I will not even file share
their stuff, they dont need any more advertisements. I figure there is
plenty of other really good music out there that will cost me less and
get the artist more. THIS is the only music you will find in my shared
folder or indeed find on the rest of my computer, with the exception of
what I alredy own. The only thing that filesharing hurts is the cartels,
the music industry can only gain from the open sharing of music. I could
go on and talk more in depth about the DMCA and how flawed it is and why
open source can only stengthen and accelerate progress in computing and
socyity at large, BUT, im tired and you probobly have had enough of my
mad rabling so ill save it for another time.

XMAZING or somat like that

Well I just got done watching the anime X. ........... all I can say is
wow.............that was somuch better then I expected. X is very much
old style anime which I really can't stand, but this, this was amazing!!
So well done, it makes amazing use of the old anime style. gha I can't
explane watch it, its worth it.

blah well I may have to lose the paper route its a hazzard to me and my
health and I just can't keep at it reliably. Not with the way the rest
of my schedual is. On the bright side theres a good chance I may be
getting a job at TTN(trenton-mercer airport) with is one of the best I
can get at this point with the exception of the one kal has. YAY no more
landscaping!!!!!!! although I shouldn't rejoyce too soon I might jinx
it. Jusy got back from the MS walk, that was fun and they gave us free
food.

YAY FOR ME!!! I have to pay out 2500$$ and up to fix someones pimped out
mercedes benz SUV. I am NOT happy, and this after being robbed(only
twenty$$) and having a knife pulled on me. Yea I'm not happy with the
car thing, NJ drivers, do every one a big favor and don't have cars that
cost a hella lotta money to fix if you give them a love tap. JUST
DON'T!! you know its gonna get trashed, this sate is a night mare for
driving.

This was provoked by Kal els post on the subject found here it is a very sadly over due post on the subject. It was originally intended as a response and I'm to lazy to retype it.

One more note about the whole Terry Schiavo incident, her husband had a whole bunch of neglect and abuse suits already against him AND he never ever attempted therapy for his wife!!!

Here is an interesting story, a couple were having a baby and on a regular checkup the doctor found out that the baby had almost no brain, brain stem and a little bit of brain, but most of the skull was filled with fluid. Of course the doctor suggested an abortion as the kid would be severely retarded and worse. Well the parents decided to have the baby anyways. Long story short after draining the fluid from the head of the baby its brain which was actually there the whole time, just smushed, filled in the skull and now the kid is just as capable as me or you. Moral is doctors mean well but aren't always right. Also doctors may not know about all possible treatments out there you have to check that!!!

One more thing, I'm sorry but that man was one sick sonofabitch! I know that sounds harsh but the man STARVED someone to death, one of the most painful ways to go!! That is just sick. If I truly believed that there was no return for my wife and she would rather die then stay like that, yes I might honer that, but let me tell you I would take a gun and shoot her in the head before I did what Mr. Schiavo did to his wife!! HOW HOW can that be legal?? Any man that would stave his wife to death should be thrown in a jail cell and have the favor returned!!!!! that or be castrated because he doesn't deserve to have a set!!!

ps I am truly sorry if you found this offensive but hell were kind enough to put down our suffering pet without pain, why don't we demand the same from some one who would put down a human, a life we hold SO MUCH more dear?! Or does human life not even mean that much to you??

pss I don't care if Mr. Schiavo didn't have any other option, he had the choice to fight for the right to use a more humane method, or take matters into his own hands!

psss BTW I in no way advocate suicide, assisted suicide, euthanasia , or abortion. I abhor the use of any of these. Lord knows how incredibly torn I would be if anyone I love, much less my wife, asked any of these of me. My problem is the means of ending Terry Schiavo's life were down right abusive, and would have been highly protested(as they should be) if this was done to an animal. My point here is where do our and especially Mr. Schiavo's priorities lay.

did you know that they want to ban bibles in the jury room???? yea
something about church and state. You know the whole point about the
jury is that it is made up of peers NOT the government!!! THIS HAS
NOTHING TO DO WITH SEPARATION OF CHURCH AND STATE!!! Wait thats not
true! If the bible is banned from the jury room that would be the
government saying that a privet citizen can not practice there religion,
that they MUST practice atheism. I fail to see how that falls under

Yes, in case you were wondering,yes i am against the ruling that forbids
children to pray or bring religious literature to school. I can
understand banning teachers from doing so in front of the students, but
not the students, once again the are citizens NOT part of the
government. Also religion should be taught in schools, if you don't
teach all religions what you end up teaching is atheism. I don't like
many other things have been changed in the name of separation of church
and state, but I can't say that they were illegal, just frivolous wastes
of time, caused by people with too much time on their hands.

Anyways I was leaving in may for the navy, now, not till nov. bleh nice
thing about that is that I will be able to read the next harry potter

Here is a little more on the Fiona Apple situation. This article has little more info and all sorts of links. Now I know I'm kinda harping on this, but this is just such a blatant display of what is wrong with the music industry, that I can't help it.Also this shows why the copyright laws need work, these laws no longer protect the artists or are in the best interest of the public. I'm not trying to tell you that p2p should be legal or that I should be able to freeload off of artists. Actually I am saying quite the opposite, these laws need to be changed to protect the artists. Although I do believe that p2p and artists can, not only work together, but profit from each other. I believe that the well being of our artists, technology, and the general public, are all very closely knit together.

BAH I didn't mean to write this long tonight. Well in any case here is one more story. A story of a rather intelligent young man(although his owning an Ipod would suggest otherwise), a letter he wrote, and the schemings of a (hopefully) dieing cartel.

Thats debatable, now the music industry on the other hand, yes yes they are. the music industry gets rich off the backs of these people and the bands have to tour to make money. Oh wait thats if their contracts allow them to, after all Fiona Apple has had a new album out for years now and been unable to make a cent off of it. Why?? not because it's bad music(if that were the case 99.9% of all artist would be beggars, quite to the contrary its supposed to be amazing), and not because people won't pay for her album. The reason shes been denied a new sources of income is because the short sighted bigbosses of the music industry like keeping their heads up each others asses, and would rather push their CRAP down our throat instead of releasing her album. Because of this she can not tour or make money from her music.Now to those of you saying that they don't HAVE to tour, no your right they could just get by off of the 5-10% royalties they get. OH wait thats if they get paid.

Bah and as to the legality of p2p, common with that excuse you could say the same of IRC, never the less it still used legitimately. Wait tho as one of the best ways for independent artists to spread their music, just think what sort of threat banning p2ps would eliminate for the music industry. really common now privately owned guns are commonly used to rob banks and kill innocent people so lets ban that too huh?? for the love of god!!!

welll I just had an interesting realization tonight. I just realized its
easier for me to lie then tell the truth. Now that doesn't mean I'm a chronic lier or that I would rather lie then tall the truth, it just means this. If you ask me what I did today 1 of 4 things will happen. 1) I will tell you the very little, get frustrated for no apparent reason, and be like, "nothing GOSH". 2)I'll just shrug it off, say nothing, or say "not much". 3)I had a great day I won't shut up or, 4)Ill spin a whole story for you with all sorts of details happenings.

I don't know why but building half truths and stories come more
naturally and are probably closer what actually happens in general, then actually telling the truth. bah go figure, any ways this blog by email seems to like me except for the weird formating problems (I mean the weird carriage returns you saw in the last post) so this is how ill be posting from now on. I'm thinking of reviving my paper routes. I mean Ive been staying up all night till the papers would be dropped off to my house anyways so I might just flip my schedule. We will see, it depends on if there are any routes open in my neighborhood. night all I go on to bigger and better things.

From now on, depending on how this ends up looking, I think I will be posting from my mailbox. This way I can type stuff offline and not be bothered with logging on to the site which is a [chose your own expletive] with dial-up. Sooo now I have next to no reason not to post more frequently, so we will see.

Today I took my 3rd test for the navy. This one was to see if I could make it into better jobs, it was sooooo easy. now that isn't to say I did well, I actually had quite a bit of trouble with it, but thats what I get for taking it with a unexercised brain. I am at the moment very envious of kal el, I'll let him gloat about that tho.

Ahh one more thing I just rediscovered the fact that you can manually edit the templates for blogspot.com, so maybe in the near future you will see some changes to the site. Hopefully yaa?? Actually when I said one at the beginning of the paragraph, I meant three that are connected. With the rediscovery of the template editing I decided to put an XML feed link on my site. Thats right folks, the demand for me is sooo great that I syndicated myself. Don't expect the link to stay where it is, I don't like the look, but until I can sit down for ten minutes at a time, and decipher the template code, thats the best I can do. Lastly I found out that blog spot has ftp support hopefully ill get a chance to play with that some more.
