ക്രിസ്തീയ എഴുത്തുകാരനും അധ്യാപകനുമായ ഏഴാം കുളം സാം കുട്ടിയെന്ന വ്യക്തിയാണ് ഇവര്‍ക്കെതിരെ രണ്ട് മാസത്തോളമായി ഫെയ്‌സ്ബുക്കില്‍ തെറ്റായ ആശയം പ്രചരിപ്പിക്കുന്നത്.
ഇതിനെതിരെ നിയമപരമായി മുന്നോട്ട് പോകാനാണ് പെന്തക്കോസ്ത് ഫ്രീതിങ്കേഴ്‌സിന്റെ തീരുമാനം.

പെന്തക്കോസ്ത് വിഭാഗത്തിന്റെ ഫേസ്ബുക്ക് ഗ്രൂപ്പായ മലയാളി പെന്തക്കോസ്ത് ഫ്രീ തിങ്കേഴ്‌സിനെതിരെ അപഖ്യാതി പ്രചരിപ്പിക്കുന്നതായി പരാതി. ക്രിസ്തീയ എഴുത്തുകാരനും അധ്യാപകനുമായ ഏഴംകുളം സാം കുട്ടിയെന്ന വ്യക്തിയാണ് ഇവര്‍ക്കെതിരെ രണ്ട് മാസത്തോളമായി ഫെയ്‌സ്ബുക്കില്‍ തെറ്റായ ആശയം പ്രചരിപ്പിക്കുന്നത്. ഇതിനെതിരെ നിയമപരമായി മുന്നോട്ട് പോകാനാണ് പെന്തക്കോസ്ത് ഫ്രീതിങ്കേഴ്‌സിന്റെ തീരുമാനം.

പെന്തക്കോസ്ത് ആശയങ്ങള്‍ക്കനുസരിച്ച് ബൈബിള്‍ പഠനവും സുവിശേഷ പ്രചരണത്തിന്റെ ആവശ്യകതയും മനസ്സിലാക്കി ഒരുമിച്ചുകൂടിയ വിശ്വാസികളുടെ കൂട്ടായ്മയാണ് മലയാളി പെന്തക്കോസ്ത് ഫ്രീ തിങ്കേഴ്‌സ്. പെന്തക്കോസ്ത് സഭയുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട വിഷയങ്ങളും വിശ്വാസവുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട കാര്യങ്ങളാണ് ഇതില്‍ പ്രധാനമായും ചര്‍ച്ച ചെയ്യുന്നത്. ചര്‍ച്ച ചെയ്യുന്ന വിഷയങ്ങളോട് ഐക്യമുള്ളവരും എതിര്‍പ്പുള്ളവരും ഗ്രൂപ്പിലുണ്ട് എന്നാല്‍ ഗ്രൂപ്പില്‍ സംവദിക്കുന്ന ആശയങ്ങളോട് എതിര്‍പ്പുള്ളവര്‍ ഗ്രൂപ്പ് വിട്ട് പോകുന്ന രീതിയാണ് ഇതുവരെ അനുവര്‍ത്തിച്ചുപോന്നിരുന്നത്. അതില്‍ ചിലര്‍ സമാന്തര ഗ്രൂപ്പുതുടങ്ങുകയും ചെയ്തു. ഏഴാം കുളം സാംകുട്ടി ഇതേ ഗ്രൂപ്പില്‍ അംഗമായിരുന്നുവെങ്കിലും ഗ്രൂപ്പില്‍ ചര്‍ച്ച ചെയ്യുന്ന കാര്യങ്ങള്‍ ഗ്രൂപ്പിന് പുറത്ത് ചര്‍ച്ചക്ക് വിഷയമാക്കുകയും ഗ്രൂപ്പിനെ നിരന്തരം അക്രമിക്കുകയും ചെയ്തതിനെത്തുടര്‍ന്ന് ഇയാളെ ഗ്രൂപ്പില്‍നിന്നും പുറത്താക്കുകയായിരുന്നു.

പെന്തകൊസ്തിലെ തനിക്കു താല്പര്യം ഇല്ലാത്ത നേതാക്കൾക്കെതിരേയും എഴുത്തുകാര്‍ക്കെതിരെയും സാം കുട്ടി വളരെ നാളുകളായി അപകീര്‍ത്തിപരമായ ആരോപണങ്ങൾ ഉന്നയിച്ചു കൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്നുവെന്നാണ് പരാതി. ഇക്കാര്യത്തിനായി ഗ്രൂപ്പില്‍ നിന്നും പുറത്തു പോയവരെ സാം കുട്ടി ഒപ്പംകൂട്ടിയിരുന്നു. ഗ്രൂപ്പിനെതിരെയുള്ള ആക്രമണത്തെ അവഗണിച്ചു അംഗങ്ങള്‍ സാധാരണ നിലയിലുള്ള ചര്‍ച്ചകളുമായി മുന്നോട്ടു പോകവേ, കഴിഞ്ഞ ദിവസം മുതൽ ഗ്രൂപ്പിന് നേതൃത്വം വഹിക്കുന്ന ചില വ്യക്തികള്‍ക്കെതിരെ വ്യക്തിപരമായ ആക്രമണങ്ങള്‍ ഉന്നയിച്ചു കൊണ്ട് സാം കുട്ടി വീണ്ടും രംഗത്ത് വരികയായിരുന്നു. ഗ്രൂപ്പിന് നേതൃത്വം വഹിക്കുന്ന ലാലു വര്‍ഗീസ്, ജോണ്‍ ജോബ് ഫിലിപ്‌സ്, സജീവ അംഗങ്ങളും അഭ്യുദയ കാംക്ഷികളുമായ ജോ തോമസ് പത്തനാപുരം. ആശേര്‍ മാത്യു എന്നിവര്‍ക്കെതിരെയും ഗ്രൂപിലെ അംഗങ്ങള്‍ ആയ സ്ത്രീകള്‍ക്കെതിരെയും അപകീര്‍ത്തിപരമായ പരാമര്‍ശങ്ങള്‍ സാം കുട്ടിയുടെ ടൈം ലൈനില്‍ പ്രത്യക്ഷപെട്ടു.

ഗ്രൂപ്പിന്റെ ചുമതല വഹിക്കുന്ന അംഗങ്ങളുടെ സ്വകാര്യ ഫോട്ടോയില്‍ അവരുടെ സുഹൃത്തുക്കള്‍ എഴുതിയ കമന്റുകളെ പരാമര്‍ശിച്ചും സാംകുട്ടി ഫേസ്ബുക്കിലെഴുതുകയുണ്ടായി. കൂടാതെ ഇവര്‍ ധരിച്ചിരുന്ന വസ്ത്രത്തെ പരാമര്‍ശിച്ചും അവരുടെ അവയവങ്ങളെക്കുറിച്ചും സാം കുട്ടി തന്റെ ടൈം ലൈനില്‍ എഴുതി. ഒട്ടും വാസ്തവം ഇല്ലാത്ത ഈ അപകീര്‍ത്തിപരമായ പരാമര്‍ശങ്ങള്‍ക്കെതിരെ നിയമ നടപടിക്കൊരുങ്ങുകയാണ് ഗ്രൂപ്പിന്റെ ചുമതലക്കാരായ ലാലു വര്‍ഗീസും ജോണ്‍ ജോബ് ഫിലിപ്‌സും.

എന്നാല്‍ നടപടിയുടെ ഭാഗമായി സാം കുട്ടിക്ക് തന്റെ ഭാഗം വ്യക്തമാക്കാന്‍ മൂന്നുദിവസത്തെ സാവകാശം കൊടുത്തിട്ടുണ്ട്. അല്ലാത്ത പക്ഷം നിയമ നടപടികളും ആയി മുന്നോട്ടു പോകുമെന്ന് ഗ്രൂപ്പിന്റെ ചുമതല വഹിക്കുന്ന ജോണ്‍ ജോബ് ഫിലിപ്‌സും ലാലു വര്‍ഗീസും വേണാട് ന്യൂസിനോട് പറഞ്ഞു. സാംകുട്ടിയില്‍നിന്നുള്ള പ്രതികരണം അനുസരിച്ച് നടപടികളുമായി മുന്നോട്ടുപോകുമെന്നും ഇവർ സൂചിപ്പിച്ചു.

I am writing this to make a complaint. Your are a person known for great ethical values, but recently, I came across disappointment with some of your post at your wall in face book about me

(Content: I have a screen-shot of a post on MPFT related to Mr. John Job Philips. He is sitting on a sofa wearing tight shorts(Nicker) with both of his legs spread wide, the genital organ enticingly projected but well-covered with the shorts. John Job Philips has his hands (palm) placed in front of his sex organ seemingly telling others that he has something interesting hidden there that no man in the whole world ever owned.

A lady named Mercy Samuel Mt Carmel posted a comment under the picture saying that she is glad he has covered his sensitive area with his own palm (wide-spread fingers), or else it would be risky. )

I would like to bring it to your notice that you have been spreading false information about me. There have been repeated attacks on my character and reputation .There have statements made by you against my character and the personal way I conduct. One of your statement also I noticed that affecting badly in my family relationship and commitment with my beloved wife and child since you called me as ‘’womanizer’’. I understand the being in the same Human nature error happens from you but I don’t agree with such behavior against me.

I believe I have done the right thing by complaining to you, as I am sure that you will definitely look into the matter ,apologize and will reply with an apology letter .Please ensure that such incidents do not happen again as it is detrimental to both us

I hope this complaint is considered as a fair second warning and has the desired effect and you will reply with an apology letter or else I would be forced to take legal action against you

എന്നെ ബഹുമാനിക്കുകയും സ്നേഹിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുന്ന എല്ലാ സുഹൃത്തുക്കളുടെയും സഹോദരീ സഹോദരങ്ങളുടെ യും അറിവിലേക്ക് .ഏതാണ്ട് രണ്ടായിരത്തി ഒന്‍പതു മുതല്‍ ഞാന്‍ ഫെസ് ബുക്കില്‍ സജീവം ആണ് .ധാരാളം സുഹൃത്തുക്കളെ ഫെസ് ബുക്ക്‌ മുഖേന സമ്പാദിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട് .എന്റെ സൌഹൃദ പട്ടികയില്‍ ധാരാളം സ്ത്രീപുരുഷ സുഹൃത്തുക്കള്‍ ഉണ്ട് .എന്റെ സൌഹൃദ പട്ടികയില്‍ ഉള്ള എല്ലാവര്ക്കും ഞാന്‍ ഞാന്‍ അങ്ങേ അറ്റം ബഹുമാനം നല്‍കിയിട്ടും .ഇന്നുവരെ അവരോട് മോശം ആയി പെരുമാറിയിട്ടില്ല .അത് സ്ത്രീ ആയാലും പുരുഷന്‍ ആയാലും അഭിപ്രായ വ്യത്യാസങ്ങള്‍ ഉണ്ടെങ്കില്‍ പരിഹരിക്കുവാന്‍ ശ്രമിച്ചിട്ടും ഉണ്ട് .എന്റെ ഒരു സുഹൃത്ത്‌ മായി എന്റെ ഭവനത്തില്‍ ഇരിക്കുന്ന ഒരു ഫോട്ടോ ഞാന്‍ എന്റെ ടൈം ലൈനില്‍ പോസ്റ്റ്‌ ചെയ്യുകയുണ്ടായി .അത് എന്റെ വ്യക്തി പരമായ സ്വാതന്ത്ര്യവും അതിന്റെ ഉത്തര വാടിതവം എന്നില്‍ നിക്ഷിപ്തവും ആണ് .എന്നെ സ്നേഹിക്കുന്ന എന്റെ സഹോദരീ സഹോദരങ്ങള്‍ അതില്‍ തമാശ രൂപേണ അഭിപ്രായങ്ങള്‍ പറയാറും ഉണ്ട് .അത് അവര്‍ക്ക് എന്നില്‍ ഉള്ള സ്വാതന്ത്ര്യവും ഞാന്‍ അവര്‍ക്ക് കൊടുക്കുന്ന നിസീമമായ സ്നേഹവും കൊണ്ട് ആണ് .നിങ്ങള്‍ എന്നോട് കാണിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള സ്നേഹത്തിന്റെ അത്മാര്തത ഞാന്‍ ഉള്‍കൊള്ളുന്നു .ഇന്നലെ അതായതു (15/11/2016)പെന്തകൊസ്തില്‍ ബഹുമാനിതന്‍ എന്ന് സ്വയം പ്രസിദ്ധ പെടുത്തി ജനങ്ങളുടെ ശ്രദ്ധ അകാര്ഷിക്കാന്‍ ശ്രമിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുന്ന ആളും ,പഴയ നിയമ പിതാക്കന്മാരിലും ശ്രേഷടന്‍ എന്ന് സ്വയം കരുതുകയും ,താനാണ് പെന്തകൊസ്തിലെ അവസാനത്തെ വാക്ക് എന്ന് കൊട്ടി ഘോഷിച്ചു നടക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുന്ന ജരാനര ബാധിച്ച ഒരു മഹാനീയന്‍ എന്റെ ടൈം ലൈനില്‍ നുഴഞ്ഞു കയറി എന്റെ ഫോട്ടോയില്‍ ചില സഹോദരി മാരുടെ കമ്മന്റുകള്‍ തിരഞ്ഞു പിടിച്ചു അതിനെ വെറും മോശമായ രീതിയില്‍ പരാമര്‍ശിച്ചു കൊണ്ട് തന്റെ ടൈം ലൈനില്‍ ഞാന്‍ ഒരു പെണ്ണ് പിടിയന്‍ എന്നാ രീതിയില്‍ എനിക്കെതിരെ ആരോപണങ്ങള്‍ ഉന്നയീചിരിക്കുന്നു .വളരെ ഗൌരവ പരമായി തന്നെ ആണ് ഞാന്‍ ഈ സംഭവത്തെ വീക്ഷിക്കുന്നത് .ഹൃദയം നിറഞ്ഞു കവിയുന്നത് വായ്‌ പ്രസ്താവിക്കുന്നു എന്ന് കേട്ടിട്ടുണ്ട് .എന്റെ സുഹൃത്തുക്കളെയും എന്നെയും അപമാനിക്കുകയും എന്റെ വ്യക്തിത്വത്തെ ചോദ്യം ചെയ്തു എനിക്കെതിരെ അടിസ്ഥാന രഹിതമായ ആരോപണം ഉന്നയിച്ച വ്യക്തിയോട് ഞാന്‍ അത് തെളിയിക്കാന്‍ ആവശ്യപെടുകയാണ് .അദ്ദേഹത്തിന് വിശദീകരണം ചോദിച്ചു ഞാന്‍ കത്ത് അയച്ചിട്ടും ഉണ്ട് .വ്യക്തി പരമായി എന്നെയോ എന്റെ സ്വഭാവതെയോ അറിയാതെ എനിക്കെതിരെ ഉന്നയിച്ച ആരോപണങ്ങളുടെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തില്‍ എന്റെ സ്വകാര്യതയില്‍ കടന്നു കയറി എന്നെ കരിവാരി തേക്കാന്‍ നടത്തിയ ഗൂഡ ലക്ഷ്യങ്ങള്‍ക്കും എതിരെ അവസാന ശ്വാസം വരെ പോരാടാന്‍ തീരുമാനിച്ചിരിക്കുകയാണ് .എന്നെ സ്നേഹിക്കുന്ന എല്ലാവരുടെ പിന്തുണയ്ക്ക്‌ വേണ്ടി ആണ് ഞാന്‍ ഈ പോസ്റ്റ്‌ ഇടുന്നത് .എന്റെ എതിരാളി എത്ര വലിയവന്‍ ആയിരുന്നാലും ചെയ്ത തെറ്റിന് മാപ്പ് ചോദിച്ചു പ്രസ്താവനകള്‍ പിന്‍ വലിക്കാതെ ഇതില്‍ നിന്ന് പിന്മാറാന്‍ തല്ക്കാലം ഉദ്ദേശിക്കുന്നില്ല .സ്ത്രീകളുടെ പേരെടുത്തു പറഞ്ഞു സ്ത്രീത്വത്തെയും അദ്ദേഹം അപമാനിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു .അവരെയും എന്റെ പോരാട്ടത്തില്‍ ഞാന്‍ കക്ഷി ചേര്‍ക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും .അദ്ദേഹം കുറ്റം കണ്ടു പിടിച്ച ഫോട്ടോ എന്റെ സുഹൃത്തുക്കളുടെ നിര്‍ദേശ പ്രകാരം ഇവിടെ പോസ്റ്റ്‌ ചെയ്യുന്നു .
