All emotional problems have a beginning. Most people do not know what event started their problem. If you do not know when your emotional problem began, it is almost impossible to free yourself from it.

If you are grieving you are acutely aware of what happened and when. In an instant, your life changed and you are stuck in a nightmare you cannot escape. Your mind can be thought of as a TV or radio capable of presenting us with a variety of entertaining or upsetting videos or audios. Using this analogy, emotional problems, like grief, cause our playback system to get stuck on one channel or song – it keeps repeating even if we want it to stop. We can distract ourselves from the unpleasantness for moments, but it tends to dominate our awareness as soon as we are alone.

If you want to change the upsetting channel your mind is tuned into, you are in the right place.

To grieve is to be human.

Grief is as old as humankind, or even older, since Apes grieve their lost loved ones too. It is one of the things that separates man and the Apes from other animals. Grief is personal. Other than love, it is the most personal emotion we experience.

It is our loss we grieve, not someone else’s loss. If you are not attached to whatever you lose, you are not likely to mourn its loss. You might feel sad or feel sorry for someone else’s loss, but you will not suffer and be stuck in misery the way they are – you did not lose what they lost.

What is grief?

Grief is an emotion. It feels like there is no happiness possible without what you lost. It brings up sadness and can bring thoughts that you wish you had spent more time with the lost one, done more with them, and possibly been more careful or helpful while they were alive. Grief may even include thoughts and feelings that you cannot survive without the one you lost. Grief can bring up other emotions, like despondency, despair, desolation, wretchedness, glumness, and gloom.

How long does grief last?

In the “grieving business,” those who help others deal with their grief, it is well known that “time heals all wounds,” that if enough time passes, you are likely to “get over” your misery and get on with your life. They know that if they keep listening to your upsets and suggesting you find new friends or try adding different activities into your life, your grief will gradually lessen, and you will get on with your life. The question is not, “will you get over your grief?” but rather, “when will you get over your grief?” Surprisingly, that is now entirely up to you. I’ll explain that later.

If you are old enough, you may remember the passing of your parents. It may have been terrible when it happened, and if you think back, you may well still feel that you miss them and wish they were here, but you are no longer miserable and distraught; you are sad over their loss and what you missed out on without their company. You may be sad that they could not or did not share important events in your life. My point is that we never completely get over the losses in our lives; we get used to them with time. We have found a way to get over any loss, even if it occurred 20-30 or more years ago. Let me explain.

The emotion of grief.

I have already pointed out that grief is an emotion. Emotions are reactions we have inside ourselves. Emotions are tricky things; they cannot be scientifically measured or quantified. According to the most current psychological theory, emotions are judgments about how the current situation meets your goals. That sounds quite logical and reasonable, but that is not really what happens in life. Humans are emotional creatures; we form our judgments about life out of our feelings. When you lost your loved one, did you think about what happened, or did you have a gut-wrenching emotional experience? Were you stunned, unable to think, and caught up in your emotions?

Most people do not think about the consequences of their loss when it happens; they react emotionally. Later the emotions may bring up thoughts about how your life has changed and be different, less happy, lonelier, and perhaps less comfortable, but the first reaction is like being kicked in the gut. Grief starts with feelings, and it is the feelings that drive your thoughts, not your thoughts that create your feelings. That’s how humans work. We are feeling creatures, and out of our emotions, our thoughts arise or are triggered.

What happens when you change your emotions?

If you change your feelings, your thoughts will naturally adjust to match them. That is what happens over time. Across time we gradually get used to our loss. We don’t completely get over it, but we slowly get accustomed to the loss results. With time we form new interpersonal connections, develop new habits, and engage in new activities. Most of this happens out of necessity, and as it does, our emptiness lessens, and we more or less “get over” our loss.

I now come back to my opening question: Do you want to stop grieving, or do you want to share it, to cry on an empathetic shoulder? Your answer to this question will determine whether you will want to take advantage of what is on this site. Matching questions are, “How long do you want to grieve” and “How long do you think you should grieve?”. Our testimonials speak directly to these questions.

What the experts advise?

If you follow grief experts or theological advice, you will try to find comfort in talking to someone, sharing your pain and suffering. Across time this will help, but as the grief experts also point out, it may take years and is rarely totally successful. The feelings of grief are powerful and persistent. Unless you can rid your mind of these feelings, they will impact you for the rest of your life.

What do we offer?

This site offers an alternative to the traditional methods of dealing with grief. It provides a way of easing the feelings of loss, sadness, and misery in a few hours. For some, it only takes an hour to get rid of the crippling loss they are currently experiencing. Using the technique several times, focusing on previous losses can completely free you from all of your grief and losses. Listen and read the testimonials from other users. They describe their experience better than I can.

What's involved.

So, what is involved in the technique offered on this site? Listening to a specially crafted narrative leads you to think about and feel the feelings that are part of your grief. The narration makes you look into the dark corners of your mind where the grief lives. You must be in touch with your feelings to let go of them. While you listen to the narration, tonal resonances play. These tones energetically unlock your emotions, and your feelings dissolve. The tones effectively clean out the cobwebs of grief. The feelings go away. It is as simple as that. Again, I urge you to view and listen to our testimonials. The people who provided them are just like you.

If you want to end your grief, you can do it today.

Put your mourning to rest.

When is grieving finished? Experts say that grief is a lifelong process. While the agonizing pain of loss decreases in intensity over time, it’s never completely gone. It’s liked a deep wound that eventually heals and closes, but the scar remains and can hurt forever.

Whether they are large or small, whether they are voluntary or involuntary, all our losses injure us, whether or not we realize it consciously. When you lose a close friend or someone you love through death, something dies in you. When you lose a valued book or trinket you’ve treasured since childhood, something dies with you. The book’s loss won’t be as significant as the loss of your friend, but it is still a loss.

And what is a loss? “Loss” is a feeling that we are separate from the thing we have; lost is a feeling that we are less without it. Think about how we operate day-to-day. When life is good, we want to believe it will always be bright; we focus on the future – how will I make money; how can I be happy, get a better job, maintain my hopes and dreams. We assume we will remain a husband, wife, mother, teacher, or an optimist because that is who we are – until we get punched in the gut with a loss. Who are you, if not a husband, a mother, a caregiver, a sister? Who are you? You are alone, which can be a frightening and empty place to be.

If we remember the thing that we have lost, the pain of the loss returns, so we gradually numb ourselves, stop visiting our memories, and supposedly get over our grief. In my mind, that is the real tragedy of loss. Without that connection to the thing we have lost, our life becomes hollow. We forget joy, happiness, and often our purpose.

Simply put, the loss and grief we suffer make life miserable. Unless we let go of the feeling that we are separate from the thing we have lost, we will always suffer. The punch in the gut experience will still be there. So part of us closes down, and we become less than we were before the loss.

Did I paint a bleak enough picture? Is it possible to change the picture? The simple answer is yes. You can let go of the empty and alone feelings that accompany loss. Once you do that, you can remember and celebrate what was, rather than feel the pain of not having what once was.

The question is really, “how do I let go of the feelings of loss?” Again, there is a simple answer. Try our Grief Relief Treatment. People have been using our revolutionary technique for years.

Greater love does not mean greater grief! To overcome grief you must focus on the cause of your upset, not the loss. The cause is you, and how you look at life.

Watch the video testimonials on our Facebook page or our website:

www.attractorfieldtherapy.com/testimonials-menu/

Use the narrated Grief Relief treatment I have created.

No matter what your loss or when it occurred, you can let go of it, usually in no more than a couple of hours. If your life is full of injuries, it may take a couple of hours.

“Attractor” is the term mathematicians and physicists use to describe an abstract concept: “the thing into which other related things evolve or manifest across time”. Attractors attract and hold on to things like magnets hold iron. In the Mind the attraction is to things that have the similar emotional energy. Attractors are behind the things we say, do, or feel, again, and again, and again; they are why we keep doing them. Attractor fields define our lives: emotions attract like emotions, like behaviors, and like outcomes. They are why grief, depression, and PTSD symptoms are so much of a problem.

Attractor Field Therapy (AFT) has identified the Mind’s various emotional attractors and has developed energetic methods of eliminating them. The goal of AFT is to energetically free Minds from their inherited, and “life scuffed” perspectives and themes; to remove the hidden energetic anchors that keep us from happiness by locking us into a pattern of unfulfilling and self-defeating emotions, thoughts, and behaviors. If you are unhappy with your life the attractors in your Mind are the cause.

Medicine and Psychology view the Mind quite differently than AFT. In these scientific disciplines, the Mind is seen as synonymous with the brain. This is in spite of powerful evidence to the contrary: MRI studies have found people with no more brain tissue than an average cat who possess superior intellect. To the detriment of science how the Mind can arise from matter has never even been studied. In AFT the Mind is seen as a collection of energetic fields that are inherited from our ancestors and influenced by life circumstances. We don’t have to be taught how to think. Thinking just happens, then we take credit for it. Actually, it is built-in, part of the human package.

Physicians see the Mind as an outgrowth of the physical brain and use drugs to influence thoughts and emotions. The problem with drugs is that they are palliative. When you stop them the problem comes back. Rather than changing the Mind, drugs merely “lower the volume on your radio”. Sometimes Psychiatrists follow the lead of Psychologists and use “talk therapy”, but their most important tools are chemicals.

Psychology follows a different path than Medicine, taking its cue from studying the behavior of lower animals, like mice and pigeons. Psychologists infer that the same “Stimulus-Response” mechanisms that govern mouse behavior rule humans as well. After all, a brain is a brain, and what works for one should work for all. Consciousness is taken for granted, and it is believed that change occurs through consciously changing old upsetting thoughts and behaviors.

Thus, rehearsing and/or repeating new thoughts and behaviors is the technique psychologists think can change your feelings and improve your life. The process is like having a mouse run through a maze many times until it learns to navigate the maze better. These techniques do work, within limits: they help you navigate your Minds maze. But they are palliative and they do not get rid of the underlying problem.

The human Mind is actually quite different than that of lower animals. The human Mind contains energies and processes that are absent from creatures lower on the totem pole of life. We are self-aware. We know that we exist. We are both conscious and self-conscious. We are driven by wants, not just needs. And lastly, believe it or not, we have a soul.

How should we view the Mind and its controlling emotional attractors? This analogy may help. Think of the Mind not as unseeable energy, but rather a pile on iron filings under the influence of a myriad of magnets. Each magnet has its own particular impersonal influence on how, and in which direction, the filings are pulled. The shape the pile assumes, pleasing or not, is impersonally determined by the magnets involved.

The “magnets” of the Mind are its emotional attractor fields. Attractor fields are seen as integral aspects of Conscious Electro Magnetic Information Field Theory (CEMI) proposed and explicated by Dr. Johnjoe McFadden author of Quantum Evolution: Life in the Multiverse (2000, HarperCollins)

To change the Mind you need to change or alter the magnets (attractor fields) that shape the Mind. That is what the Attractor Field Techniques does. Using the same energy system underlying Chinese Traditional Medicine (TCM), the disturbing energies of the Mind are selectively normalized, dissolved, or disconnected. It is similar in action to Trans-Cranial Magnetic stimulation but does not require the same strong magnetic fields, expensive equipment, or the number of lengthy treatment sessions.

Emotions drive us. They influence our view of, and reaction to, everything. Emotions influence us through their energy. It is not easy to understand how the Mind works. No one really knows for sure. What is known is that the Mind is not what you think or been taught.

The Mind is not a physical thing and it is most assuredly not in the brain. It is not like anything else we have encountered in the universe. The Mind seems to be an energy field that uses the brain like a radio receiver (Sir John Eccles, 2001). There is no announcer inside a radio; the radio works with energies it pulls from the air. The Mind does the same thing. We live in a sea of energy that we cannot perceive, just experience through our Minds. It has a name, “Layered Intelligence Forming Energies”, and is part of the the “M” field, first discovered by Robert Monroe (The Ultimate Journey, 2000); it is part of an energy spectrum our science knows exists but cannot measure, influence, or understand. What we are scientifically aware of is that there are energied (80-90% of the universe!) that exist but which we know virtually nothing. .

The “M” field covers all energies inside and outside space-time, the the “EM” field studied by science is but one small aspect of it. See Monroe’s work, and Hawkin’s “Power Versus Force” to better understand the energies involved. As the AFT process unfolds feelings change. Upsets become manageable or disappear. Life gets better. As with Grief, See D.R. Hawkins’s book, depression, and PTSD symptom relief can happen in a startlingly short period of time. The key to AFT is how it does what it does.

To shift the Mind’s energy AFT uses electromagnetic energy from loudspeakers. In many ways, it is like Trans Cranial Stimulation, but much more precise and faster. Each energy point (Accupuncture point) in the body responds to a specific electromagnetic energy frequency field. These energy points involved are energy portals to our being. Discovered thousands of years ago by the Chinese they can be stimulated in many ways. AFT harnesses the electromagnetic energy that comes from a plug-in or Bluetooth speaker to accurately and rapidly stimulate sequences of the same points used by acupuncturists. Trans-Cranial Stimulation takes a different approach, subjecting the entire brain to a strong magnetic field in hope of targeting the brain centers that react to depressive energy.

While most people feel nothing, some have described the sensation as “being rained on, without being touched by the rain”. The process is harmless, painless, and as safe as listening to recorded music.

We have found how to change the Mind easily. You listen, focus on what you are told, feel what you felt, or still feel, and you change. Not a bad deal.

Lectures about consciousness are easy to find. Everyone has an opinion, but few shed light on the real problem. The real problem is this: it is widely supposed that the world is made entirely of mere matter, but how can matter be conscious? How, in particular, can a couple of pounds of tissue experience? The answer will surprise you: matter in the earth’s space-time continuum has properties undreamed of by science.

The scientific perspective is that our consciousness, our awareness, is the result of multiple processes that take place within the brain. This definition is a good place to start when trying to understand consciousness. It points out that consciousness is the result of processes in the Mind. These processes are virtually universal among humans. No one learns how to think. We can learn “what” to think, but not how. Thinking just happens in the Mind. That’s what the human Mind does, it thinks. It selectively connects past experience with present experience and creates an anticipation of the future. We don’t ask the Mind to do these things, but everyone who thinks does them. They are built-in processes, like learning a language or reacting emotionally.

Common sense tells us that the Mind is a product of brain activity. Medicine and science tell us that the Mind is a product of the brain. Surprisingly, common sense and science are wrong. The Mind, the thing that focuses your awareness and creates your consciousness, does not exist in any scientific sense at all.

Scientists, focusing on the observable and measurable, long ago rejected Rene Descartes’ 17th-century declaration that the Mind and body are different. However, even with the use of sophisticated brain scanners, no one has been able to show that the Mind and the brain are synonymous. This is because we cannot measure the energy of thought or the energetic processes responsible for thought. For over a century, we have been able to measure the electrical activity of the brain; however, we cannot measure thought. We can see reactions occur in the brain to all sorts of stimuli, and there has been much speculation that we can now “see thought and emotion in action”. EEG studies and fMRI studies, although seeming impressive, have been recently demonstrated to be unreliable measures of conscious mental activity. These techniques, do measure something; however, the underlying assumptions that consciousness and emotional reactions are being measured were recently demonstrated to be open to conjecture. An fMRI study (Trawling the brain; Science News, December 2009, Vol. 176, No 13) demonstrated emotional responsively to pictures shown to a salmon. The images were designed for studying human emotional reactions. The most amazing part was that the salmon was dead when tested. The test results were an artifact of faulty methodology that is common in the field. Experimenters openly speculate that the earlier spectacular claims of imaging “thought in action” are not likely to be repeatable.

Similarly, although EEG studies are regularly used as indicators of brain activity, there is no evidence that brain activity is the source of consciousness. Sir John Eccles, the British 1993 Noble prize-winning neurophysiologist, has openly stated that in his opinion, the brain reacts to thoughts, but is not their source. (Eccles, J. and K.R. Popper, (1977): The Self and Its Brain’, Springer; Eccles, J. (1989) `Evolution of the Brain: Creation of the Self’, Routledge.)

The fact that consciousness is not dependent upon the brain has been known for over 30 years. It is a fact that has been ignored because science and medicine are unable to explain how it could be possible; it simply does not match what they believe to be true. Unlike the discipline of Physics, which pays close attention to any finding that does not fit “the model”, scientific medicine tends to ignore what it cannot explain.

In the 1980s CT scans conclusively demonstrated that at least ½ of those who possess severely deformed or absent brains have normal IQs and cognitive functions (Anthony Smith; “The Mind”; New York Viking Press, 1984, p.230 & Roger Lewin; “Is Your Brain Really Necessary?”; Science, 210 December 1980, p. 1232). If you stop and think about that, it is truly amazing. Take one or two percent of the components from a radio, and it won’t work at all.

Examples of normal and abnormal brain scans taken from individuals demonstrating normal consciousness and intelligence are shown below.

It does not take a medical expert or rocket scientist to see that the brain shown on the right is missing most of the structures found in the normal brain shown on the left. In the most famous example, the brain was observed to be only one-two millimeters thick and was so tightly plastered to the inside of the owner’s skull that his head appeared empty. The man who possesses it is a college graduate who earned first honors in mathematics in his Master’s degree program at Oxford University, he has a documented IQ in the superior range. While the brain contains the greatest collection of nerve cells in the body, its contribution and necessity for conscious awareness and normal life are greatly exaggerated. Look at the pictures; they are truly worth a thousand words.

Science rejected Descartes because science is based upon the study of things that can be measured. This is the strength and weakness of science. If something cannot be measured, it cannot be studied, and it does not exist by scientific definition. Measurement in science began with quantifying what can be seen by the human eye, but has significantly progressed across time. Scientific measurement is now based on electromagnetic field measurements. The electromagnetic spectrum contains all of the types of energy we are capable of measuring. For well over a century, the “EM” spectrum was assumed to be capable of measuring everything that exists. If you can’t detect it or measure it electromagnetically, it isn’t real is axiomatic to the scientific perspective.

That view of the universe was shattered when astrophysicists discovered that, given the universe’s measured mass, galaxies, planets, and the entire universe did not move the way they should. There’s not enough matter out there for it to work the way it does; or, there is a lot more out in the universe than we can measure through EM field examination. It turns out that there is something out there, but we cannot measure it directly, only through how it seems to affect other things we can measure. New scientific estimates have been made that the electromagnetic spectrum only represents 3-5% of the matter and energy in the universe. Astrophysicists call the immeasurable matter “dark matter”, and the energy associated with it “dark energy”, but naming something is very different from understanding what the thing is. Science has no idea of what “Dark matter” and “Dark Energy” are.

Unknown energies far off in the universe are interesting, but there are energies closer to home that science cannot explain, which are personally more relevant. The first is our bodies, and the second is our Mind. Our bodies demonstrate evidence of immeasurable energy fields, fields that influence our well-being. Acupuncture relies on the use of energies that science admits that it cannot measure. The National Institute of Health concluded that acupuncture is an effective method of healing, even though ten years of intensive studies failed to gain any insight into how it works.

Many things that are important to our physical well-being remain scientifically unexplainable. Growing embryos are like the universe; they uniformly operate in ways that do not follow the rules. Most people don’t realize that science and medicine cannot explain how the one set of genes each of us is born with can create thousands of different types of cells in our body. They cannot explain how cells become organized into organs, nerves, bones, limbs, eyeballs, fingers, and toes. Genes can only create copies of themselves, and they are not self-emergent. They cannot decide what they will become. Genes can become activated in various ways by external manipulation, but a gene cannot change itself, or predetermine what role it will play in a developing embryo. The forces that organize the intricate dance involved are unknown but must be there.

Something external to the developing embryo is needed to coordinate and regulate the miraculous developmental process that results in a living creature. Again, there is evidence (Chang, 1996) that the energy system underlying Acupuncture is both the initiator and regulator of embryonic development and is the life-long maintenance system of the body.

You may be asking yourself, what does this have to do with consciousness? To understand the Mind you must first give up the idea that the Mind is part of the body. The Mind is no more a part of the body than genes can tell themselves to form a liver. This article started by taking note of the fact that consciousness and, therefore thought, are the result of processes. It is clear that whatever the processes are, they don’t require the brain, because people without brains are conscious, can be intelligent, accomplished, etc. This is part of what is known in philosophy as “the hard problem”. The hard problem of consciousness is the problem of explaining why and how thinking organisms have subjective experiences at all. Why our internal states are subjective, felt states, such as heat or cold, rather than objective states, as in the workings of a thermostat or a toaster.

Consciousness is focused awareness; it is your thoughts, feelings, memories, and judgments that make you up. It is as real as anything in the universe is as real as your body, yet it cannot be measured, only judged. Mostly we are conscious of our thoughts and feelings. We often blame our feelings on our thoughts, but they are synchronous events. We see our thoughts as being a natural result of the things going on around us until we notice that not everyone reacts to these things the way that we do. We have not been able to locate the Mind in the body because it is not in the body. It is composed of non-EM energy fields, an energy that exists outside space-time, but continuously interacts with the physical.

Using insights into the nature of reality and consciousness provided by Hawkins (1995) and Monroe (1994), the author researched the nature of the Mind. This research indicates that the Mind is composed of energetic fields with the properties of self-perpetuation, and attraction/absorption of harmonically similar energy patterns. Our thoughts are a result of the particular energetic harmonics available to our Mind, and the mechanism through which the energy harmonics are perpetuated. Our Mind is subject to automatic processes that have evolved to ensure that our awareness is focused, and is preloaded (karma) with emotional energies that provide an initial and enduring context for our experience and personal memories. Thoughts and feelings feed upon and augment one another through energetic activation, and life’s experiences, focused via our minds’ energies, create the content of our thoughts and feelings.

David Bohm, the father of Quantum Physics, provides powerful hints about the nature of reality, and the Mind. In Bohm’s universe, the manifest world of space-time (everything that exists for us) can only exist as it does because of an unseen energy field that exists outside space-time. It is an energy field of potentiality and probability, a field of being – in becoming. According to Bohm, one of the primary influences in the likelihood of things moving from the potential to the manifest is human thought and awareness.

Our Mind and body energy systems are scale replicas of the universe: they are energetic phenomena using a broad field of energy that Robert Monroe, the father of hemi-synch sound assisted meditation and out of body experience, simply refers to as the (M) field. The (M) field is an energy field similar to the EM field of science, but it is not detectible by science. As broad as the EM field is, it is but a small fraction of (M) energies. According to Monroe, (M) energy is the only energy field common to and operational inside and outside space-time. (M) energy is present in all matter, but (M) accumulates most in living organisms, and most of all, in the human Mind. Human thought is a perturbation of (M) energy that manifests in the Mind, although its source is the broadband of energy (M) itself. Monroe describes emotions as bands of (M) adjacent to thought, and the experience of Love is also a band of energy adjacent to thought. Thought-induced phenomena are side-band couplings of (M), and thought affects and modulates (M) radiation. Our brain reacts to (M) energy, very much like it reacts to sights, sounds, and physical stimuli.

David R Hawkins, MD, Ph.D., came to a similar conclusion about consciousness as did Monroe. Both see thought as arising within standing energy fields that are an innate part of the universe; bands of energy that science cannot measure, but are never-the-less fundamental to the thought process. Conceiving of the universe as a giant electrostatic condenser that responds to the energetic harmonic of our being by providing the Mind with filters influencing what manifests, Hawkins investigated the thought spectrum and developed an accurate map of the hierarchy of consciousness. Thoughts are simply one of the things that manifest in harmony with our being.

Hawkins and Monroe agree that engaging in emotional thinking can instill signals into the body’s energy system. These signals can alter our physical makeup promoting good health or most frequently stress that leads to illness. We do not use or become in phase with all of the available (M) field bands. To do so would tune us energetically to every possible emotional response at the same time. According to Monroe, this would overwhelm the Mind, and the Mind has evolved methods of limiting the range of (M) energy bands (like radio or TV stations) an individual “tunes” to, and only allows us to phase or couple with a small subset of what is possible.

According to Monroe and Hawkins, it is possible to learn how to prevent alignment with (M) energy bands, precluding the reception of harmful thought-forms. This conception is quite similar to Eckhart Tolle’s contention that “thought just happens in our mind”, and then we take credit or blame for it. Thought happens automatically in the Mind, we don’t ask for it, and often wish that our thoughts would stop. The automatic energetic nature of thought makes it extremely difficult to change, because conscious change requires constant alertness, without which our thoughts will slip back into unwanted patterns.

The spiritual masters have told us for millennia that the keys to health and happiness are inside us. They say that it is how we look at and react to the world that creates health, happiness, and abundance. They say that it is what is in our hearts and Minds that matters, and I believe that what they say is true. The problem is that the methods that they have provided to help us change don’t work very well. Only the Almighty is omniscient, although many Christians, Buddhists, and Moslems will take issue with that statement. Even the spiritual masters are limited in what they can/could perceive. As perceptive as they were, they never conceived of the Mind as an energetic process that is practically impossible to change through conscious intention, meditation, or prayer.

The Buddha realized that inherited energies dominate our perceptions, emotions, and our Mind he called karma. Still, even with this recognition, he was unable to develop a method of changing the energies that rule our lives. As the masters have all said, the conscious path to self-transcendence is narrow, and few can successfully follow it. The automated processes underlying thinking are simply too well ingrained to change volitionally.

The testimonials on this site come from people that I have never met in person. Some of them I spoke to on the telephone, and others communicated just by email.

I will not publish testimonials from clients that I have treated in my practice. Why? Simply put, the testimonials are from people just like you. So you know that it is not me, that I am not some Svengali. Although trained in hypnosis, I do not control people’s minds or have the ability to control others. I have no sinister intent, nor am I merely interested in selling a product. I am a people helper, not a car salesman.

The best way I can help people is to get them to use what I have developed. Do I hope that AFT is a hit? Sure, and if it does, will I make money? Sure, that’s fair. Value received for value given. I will save everyone who uses it and avoids a therapist or psychiatrist and medications a ton of money. I will have allowed many people to get on with their lives rather than being stuck in misery. If people use AFT, everyone wins.

Testimonials by real people tell their story, in their words, and give you something you can directly identify. Why should you believe me? After all, everyone who has created something believes that it is the next best sneaker. They will tell you that there has never been a sneaker made like it before, and enthusiastically promote it. Or they have a profit motive and will say anything to make you believe them, whether they believe it or not.

One of the Depression videos (Joshi from India) tells the story. Joshi is a salesman who works in an advertising firm. He knows that everyone says their product is the best, and that most of the time it is promotional BS. It is how Joshi makes his living. But Joshi was desperate, and he was depressed, and he knew it. He was willing to try something new. Listen to his story; he tells it better than I can.

All of the testimonials tell the teller’s story better than I can, or better than any scholarly psychological article can. Real accounts by real people are real. Everything else is just so many words.

Many controlled studies show the benefits of Meditation. Some recommend it for treating Grief and Depression and PTSD. Meditation, often called Mindfulness, is a technique designed to achieve a state of alert, focused relaxation by deliberately paying attention to thoughts and sensations without judgment.

The essence of Mindfulness is to become aware of the present moment, whatever you are feeling and thinking, without judging yourself for having these thoughts and feelings. Mindfulness does attempt to remove feelings but preferably has the goal of assuming a superposition, observing what is, like standing back from your current state of Mind, and separating you from your experience. This is often quite helpful because it allows you to reduce the impact of your thoughts on your body.

During Meditation, you focus on your breath and must learn techniques designed to settle the nervous system before moving into an effective meditative state. Different methods allow people to personalize their Meditation, providing mantras and tools to help each person experience a deep, stress-free mental state. One of the first things you learn in mindfulness meditation is how to settle the Mind, how to focus, not clear the Mind. The goal is not to switch off the thoughts going through your Mind, but first, that to see them passing through the Mind like clouds in the sky.

While even a single 5-minute meditative session can reduce stress, it is more typical for an individual to need 30-40 consecutive days of Meditation to see dramatic changes in their life experience. Meditation does not erase Grief, Depression, or PTSD; it helps you tolerate your situation. In this way, Meditation is similar to most forms of psychotherapy and most forms of “energy psychology,” like EFT and EMDR.

The goal of the Attractor Field Techniques (AFT) is quite different than Meditation. Attractor Field Therapy removes the underlying cause for an individual’s upset: the emotion(s) which make life miserable. There is nothing to learn, practice, or master. AFT is a transformational experience, not a management technique.

AFT works fast. By changing the underlying energetic connections in the Mind, problems like Grief, Depression, and PTSD are eliminated in less than an hour. The user’s task is simple: experience your upset while listening to a simple narration that will help you focus on specific things. Behind the narration, audio tones play in the background. By using the magnets in audio speakers, the tones generate an energetic field that actually disconnects the Mind from the emotion. It frees the listener from their upset. It is like changing the channel on a pushbutton radio. The Mind goes from the “misery” channel to “life is OK” channel in one easy step. It is as safe as listening to the radio.

Please view our testimonials. The people who gave these testimonials variously tried Meditation, psychotherapy, EFT, EMDR, drugs, herbs, and vitamins all without achieving relief. Using AFT, their upsets and associated problems were gone in an hour or less.

Is AFT like Meditation? You decide.

The Nobel Prize winner in Neurophysiology in 2007, Sir John Eccles of Great Britain, believed that the brain, rather than initiating thought, is more like a “radio receiver” that tunes into energetic patterns that exist outside of us. The brain responds to thoughts but does not initiate them. We are really energetic “receivers” floating through a kaleidoscopic sea of frequencies, and what we extract from this sea and transform into reality is but one channel extracted out of many simultaneously available – like tuning in to a TV or Radio station.

The question that intrigued the great American quantum physicist John Archibald Wheeler was: “Are life and mind irrelevant to the structure of the universe, or are they central to it?” Wheeler originated the notion of a “participatory,” conscious universe, a cosmos in which all of us are embedded as co-creators, replacing the accepted universe “out there,” which is separate from us.

He suggested that the bizarre laws of quantum mechanics revealed the nature of reality. According to the quantum theory, before the observation is made, a subatomic particle exists in several states, called a superposition. Once the particle is observed, it instantaneously collapses into a single position; it transforms from a wave into a particle.

Eccles declared, “I want you to realize that there exists no color in the natural world, and no sound – nothing of this kind; no textures, no patterns, no beauty, no scent.” Eccles was not the first to note the nature or reality. 300+ years BC the philosopher Plato first noted it in it in his famous saying “Beauty is in the Eye of the perceiver”.

Wheeler suggested that reality is created by observers, and that: “no phenomenon is a real phenomenon until it is an observed phenomenon.” He went further to suggest that “we are participants in bringing into being not only the near and here, but the far away and long ago.”

This claim was considered outlandish until his thought experiment, known as the “delayed-choice experiment,” was tested in a laboratory in 1984. This experiment was a variation on the famous “double-slit experiment” in which the dual nature of light was exposed. Depending on how the experiment was measured and observed, the light behaved like a particle (a photon) or like a wave.

The results of this experiment, as well as another, proved that an observers’ consciousness is required to bring the universe into existence. In other words, for the “big bang” to have happened there must have been an observer. Now that is something exciting to contemplate, isn’t it!”.

In their recent book, You Are the Universe (2017), Chopra and Kafatos echo Wheeler and Eccles, suggesting that each of us is a co-creator of reality extending to the vastest reaches of time and space. “The shift into a new paradigm is happening,” the duo writes. “All of us live in a participatory universe. Once you decide that you want to participate fully with mind, body, and soul, the paradigm shift becomes personal. The reality you inhabit will be yours either to embrace or to change.”
