After all most of us are here on the Internet to make an extra dollar or two, maybe more, but in the main most of us are here to do just that. What about you? What are you here for? Probably what I just said, that would be my guess.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Anyhow the founders, Nicholas Macintosh and Christopher Dyke, decided to help the members out by introducing an income arm, thus giving members some income quickly, a jump start so to speak.&lt;br /&gt;The main aim is to build a nest egg and then use that nest egg to build our own businesses further down the track using all of the tools and training that will be provided by U-M-G. Sound thinking!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Income Bees is using a few third party providers, who own the programs. They have a proven track record, e.g. they are contactable, they do what they say they are going to do, they pay and they pay on time, and they provide support when needed.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The idea is to progressively move into these programs at the pace you feel comfortable with. We suggest people do not progress from one to another until the costs of the first program are covered. Move after that. A stepped process, multiple streams.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;We have a Support Center called "The Hive" and it is manned by members who help members with any questions at any time. One of the other things we have to bear in mind is that&lt;br /&gt;the average person, who doesn't have a bucket full of dollars to spend on marketing, has to use traffic exchanges to generate free traffic. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So let's accept the fact that most people are going to use traffic exchanges, therefore we must understand their uses. One of the main reasons and one of the positives for using traffic exchanges is to create brand awareness. It is the fastest and cheapest way of creating brand awareness on the Internet, too!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Banner ads and Text ads should not be forgotten either, they are extremely effective if used in the right way.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;What you should do is to set up a dedicated browser for your surfing. However, it is very difficult to be effective on your own using Traffic Exchanges. Try&lt;br /&gt;it with a team! How do I do that?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Well, previously I talked about the Team Build within the Ultimate Marketers Guide. We really are a TEAM and we have a team of members called the Traffic Assault Team. What the Traffic Assault Team does is to use a process that is taught within the U-M-G system and it is an extremely effective use of manpower, splash pages and time.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Here are a few other methods of getting some low cost traffic:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Exchange Links&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;This is an excellent method. Most sites are linked to another site. Webmasters are always exchanging links with one another in order to produce more traffic, the more links, the more traffic. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;When you exchange links with others, try to make sure that you are exchanging like with like, similar niches, this will increase &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_1"&gt;articles your&lt;/span&gt; rankings with the search engines. A pretty simple and cost effective way of increasing traffic.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Submit Articles&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Write your own articles there is no cost in that. There are also writers out there who will do it for you at a cost, it's up to you!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Keep them related to your site and niche, insert tips and guidelines. Ask for feedback, some people call it comment.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Create a Newsletter&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sounds like hard work, but it isn't really, write a few &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_2"&gt;first up&lt;/span&gt; so that if you have a flat spot you can call up one of your &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_3"&gt;pre-written&lt;/span&gt; ones. You can also get people to write for you all they ask is that their details remain attached to the article and that means some free advertising for them.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;As your newsletter gets circulated, you will become better known and your opt-in list will grow.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Join Online Communities and Forums&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;Needs your time and nothing else. Well lets just &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;try to keep it &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_0"&gt;focused&lt;/span&gt; on the online, &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_1"&gt;IM&lt;/span&gt;,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_2"&gt;MLM&lt;/span&gt; parts of my life, I will &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;keep it short as it is really&lt;br /&gt;something that most people that I know, have experienced&lt;/span&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;What's that? Failure, and it's presented in so many different&lt;br /&gt;ways. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Well, my work from home first experience was one&lt;br /&gt;that I would rather &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;forget, I signed up, paid money, received&lt;br /&gt;executive pack,lots of &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;glossy bits and pieces to throw&lt;br /&gt;around. A whole bunch of product to use &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;and no training.&lt;br /&gt;Just make a list of all the people you know etc etc &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;etc. How&lt;br /&gt;many times have you heard that, it has probably happened&lt;br /&gt;to &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;you.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;So, that did not work very well, no training and heard from&lt;br /&gt;my sponsor &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;once after joining!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Now, don't get me wrong, I am not blaming outside&lt;br /&gt;influences for the &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;failure, but they were a contributing&lt;br /&gt;factor. Anyway let's move from &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;the blame to the history,&lt;br /&gt;if you want to call it that!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;We, my wife Karen and I, moved to another and another&lt;br /&gt;and finally a &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;fourth. We failed at all of them for various&lt;br /&gt;reasons. The main one, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;when we think back on it all, was&lt;br /&gt;that everything was portrayed as an &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;easy way to make&lt;br /&gt;money from home. So what happens then? When we find &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;something is harder than we think it is going to be, we&lt;br /&gt;quit!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;That is what we did.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Now, here we are back again, some years later. Why?&lt;br /&gt;Well we need to &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;make some more money than we have. I&lt;br /&gt;am getting closer to my retirement &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;and need more. Simple&lt;br /&gt;as that! Guess what, not a lot has changed over &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;the years.&lt;br /&gt;There are thousands and thousands of promises out there,&lt;br /&gt;how &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;to in 30days, I made $273,000 in 6 weeks etc. There&lt;br /&gt;are many who still &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;fall for the QUICK BUCK but it is my&lt;br /&gt;guess that unless you win the &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;lottery, the quick dollar is&lt;br /&gt;a myth! You know that too!! Or if you &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;don't know it, you&lt;br /&gt;at least suspect it. Right?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;So, here I am, some years older and some say quite a bit&lt;br /&gt;wiser. That does not necessarily follow does it?
