We had such a blast hanging out for a mid summer engagement session. It was one of those sessions where you drive home absolutely enthused about the privilege it is to capture two people in love. The way they interacted with each other was inspiring. They so clearly have a lifetime of joy ahead of them and we are honored to play a part in their story.

We spent the day in Hudson, WI over at Willow Creek State Park this past fall with Joey and Brittany. That seems like forever ago, mostly because it was, but guess what?!?! These two are getting married in 2 days!! We are so excited for them and their upcoming marriage and we are pumped to be able to capture their day. Here’s to a great Memorial Day weekend, lots of sunshine, good friends and a cold beer or two. Cheers!

We knew the DeYoung family wanted to capture the fall colors, and as we drove scouted locations we just couldn’t seem to find anything…until we spotted this place. It was vibrant with color, and if we timed it just right, the sun would give it some of that backlit goodness. We are pretty stoked about the results. We loved hanging out with Darren, Amy, and Colin.
