If you have been long time follower of mine you would know that I absolutely love prints especially floral. The weather has been crazy, there was literally no sunshine outside when I took these pictures and filmed my video, but as a blogger I've learned to just adjust to whatever weather I get that day.

I recently did a little Spring shopping and decided to go into an urban clothing store and found this dress. I thought it was really cute and for the price I had to purchase it. I paired it with tights because it gets pretty chilly at night and I added my favorite booties from Bakers

Spring Look #1

Looks can be very deceiving because when you look at these pictures you probably think its so warm in NY, but that is not the case. It is still quite chilly in NY. I am hoping the weather will get warmer soon because, I can't take this cold anymore lol.

Last weekend was my boyfriend's birthday so we ended up celebrating in Harlem. Harlem is like my second home (Brooklyn is my 1st). Love it down there. Anyway I decided to keep things simple and classic, so I paired these F21 skinny jeans with this beautiful tribal print vintage blazer that I just adore. I pulled my hair up which is currently my favorite look at the moment. I then added a bold red lip to bring everything together. I hope you ladies are enjoying this Spring weather and I look forward to all the fashions ;)

Is Spring In The Air? Feels like it*

Finally NY is getting warm weather. It’s about time!!! Yesterday was so beautiful out that I decided to pull out the maxi skirt. I would usually wear maxi skirts only in the summer with sandals or wedges, but I decided to dress it down for the weather. I threw on my favorite combat boots, leather jacket, bag, and viola I got this look. It’s very chill and relaxed, which is my style!!

I am so looking forward to Spring. How about you ladies?

I celebrated my Birthday last night. I had so much fun with great friends and my family. I didn't get to take as much photos like I wanted but I absolutely loved my outfit. I have been totally inspired by Solange who has been rocking the black and white trend. I definitely wanted to channel my inner Solange lol. I plan to create many looks with this jacket. So get use to it ladies lol.

Valentine's Day is two days away ladies and although I rarely get dressed up for this occasion, I thought it would've been fun to play dress up for my YouTube collaboration with Naturallyfashionable and Supplchictv. I decided to finally wear this pink skater dress from Fashion to Figure, and pair it with black and gold. I love black and gold so that was easy to pair since I have so many items like that already.

Anyway, I hope you ladies have a wonderful Vday. Remember you don't need a man to make you feel special that day, do something you love that day, whether its getting dressed up, doing your hair, cooking, shopping, just do something that makes you feel special ;)

Hey ladies I’m back with another look this week. I am a huge thriftier and I must say when I thrifted this vintage piece 4 years ago, I had no idea how to style it or the real potential of this dress. Now that my style has evolved I decided to style it again. I paired it with a blazer, nude pumps, and an animal print clutch to bring the look together. I was going to a birthday dinner at my friends church, so I knew this was the perfect look for the right occasion.

Fur is definitely on trend this season. I really didn't want to get on this trend, but as you guys know I love accessories, so adding this piece to my closet was a must. Literally if I throw this piece on any outfit it just glams it up. You gotta love that. First 2013 Outfit Post!!

Hey ladies! I'm back with another look. I decided to finally wear this Asos skater skirt that I wanted to wear for a while. I paired it with an Aztec printed top, tights, wedges, and my favorite over sized bag. I enjoyed this look, but the skirt has to be taken in, because it is pretty big in the waist, I pinned the back to tighten it up a bit, but it didn't help much, because it was sliding down all night since I was doing a lot of walking and sitting lol.

A Possible New Year Look?

This New Years I am going out to dinner and probably a lounge, so this is an outfit I would probably wear, its simple yet funky for the city. Everything is thrifted except the tights, shoes, clutch, and accessories. I have been thrifting a lot lately and have scored really well at finding classic pieces.

Anyway who is loving this camo trend? I am not the one to follow every trend, but I happened to see this jacket while thrifting and I immediately had to get my hands on this jacket. Its so friggin cute and it definitely adds some fun to any look. I kept it simple and wore my favorite H&M Stripe top, shorts which I purchased in Brooklyn, tights that I purchased from Ashley Stewart, and combat boots that I recently got from Rainbows. Hey ladies! I hope you all enjoyed Thanksgiving and Black Friday. I have been slacking and neglecting my blog. I've been so busy with school and work that I needed to just just get away from the internet I was suppose to post these photos weeks ago, and I am now getting to it because I'm free for a few days. Anyway I am loving Fall fashion. During this season I like to keep things simple and basic. So I decided to rock a graphic tee. This is not your ordinary graphic tee. Its a black Foxy barbie tee that sorta looks like me minus the plumpness lol. I paired with leggings,a light jacket, and my knock off JC boots.

Hey ladies. I am back with another fall look. I love black, but I refuse to wear all black this Fall. I just need a splash of color, so I am wearing a very colorful outfit. I love this sweater, it is one of the best thrifted items I own. I paired it with this tribal skirt and kept it simple with some black tights, and brown booties. Hey ladies. I am back with another fall look. I have been so inspired lately, not only by women’s fashions, but male fashions as well. I wanted to create my own male look. So I wore this colorful vintage sweater with my favorite denim blouse underneath it and paired it with leggings and heels. The look came out girlish but put together. It is my favorite because you can play around with it in so many ways. This is my top 5 most stylish female celebrities. I love every single one of these women style. They are all confident and flawless in my book. I have incorporated many of their styles in my looks. For example, some days I want to look grungy and bad ass like Rihanna, classy yet sexy like Tracee Ellis Ross, funky and afro-centric like Erykah Badu, free spirited and earthy like Solange, and lastly sassy and sophisticated like Ms. Diana Ross. I have been so lazy with updating my blog. Now that I am on Instagram, Tumblr, Youtube, and Facebook, it is extremely difficult for me to update my blog as much as I would like. Youtube has taken a lot of time, and I must admit, I enjoy creating videos and updating my channel more than my blog, but I will get back to my usual routine. So please forgive me.

Last weekend I finally wore my leopard maxi dress that I purchased from Foever 21+ back in June. I love love love this dress. It is the perfect dress for a chill summer day. I got tons of compliments on this look and this is by far one of my favorite summer looks.

Laid Back Chill Look/ BFSC!

Hey ladies! I am back with another update, second update in a week. I wore this outfit a couple of days ago. It was a laid back chill outfit for a hot summer day at the park. I love this maxi skirt. I have several colors that I have been wearing a lot, especially at work. It’s comfortable and lightweight the way I like my clothes for the summer. This is also one of my Big Fat Summer Challenge looks.

OOTN/ Meet Cherglam/ BFSC Look!

Hey ladies! I am switching things up and adding something different to my blog and on my YouTube channel. I decided that I wanted to feature confident women, who ranged from a size 12 and up with different body types and shapes. These women have all learned to embody their confidence through their clothes and style. The reason why I want to pursue this is because I want to showcase more plus size body acceptance, and I know many of you will find inspiration from them. I know I will ;)

For my first feature I am introducing Cherglam who is an awesome young woman, who had learned to embrace her body and grew to love it. She offered great advice and I am happy to feature her first. Please watch the video for the interview. I promise you all my videos will get better, but in due time.

Cherglam and I had a great night. We went out for food and drinks,and partied all night long. I was able to snap a few pictures.

This outfit I am rocking is for the Big Fat Summer Challenge. I am rocking high waisted tribal pants and a sheer top, which is something I normally wouldn’t wear. In the past I would never wear a top like this, but I think I pulled it off well without looking too sexy lol.
