Weird thing about Waking up to an alarm clock

2011-01-24T08:37:00.000-08:00

I always seem to wake up 10 minutes before the actual alarm goes off. Just set it for 11, and woke up at 10:55. I guess my mind really hates the noise.

Twizzlers, i cant stop eating them

So Today I woke up at around 10

2011-01-22T10:59:00.000-08:00

I woke up at around 10, but I just could not get out of bed. I would just keep falling back into a quick 2 minute dream, roll over and repeat. I did this for 4 HOURS completely aware of what was happening. Really weird.....

OFF to the gym, Its Leg Day!

2011-01-21T09:47:00.000-08:00

If you don't know what a muscle up is, its a gymnastic move which combines a pullup and a dip. You pull yourself over the bar and you Just check out 3:23 for that AMAZING slow and controlled muscle up. Thats PURE raw strength.

Props to him, I can only do about 7 or 8 swinging ones at once. This guys next level.

MY 3 Favorite fruits in no particular order.

2011-01-17T18:47:00.000-08:00

Watermelon

Who doesn't love a nice slice of watermelon on a nice summer day. I especially love them when they are cold.

Bananas

Genetically engineered to be the perfect on the go snack, pre packed and everything. I love them in my breakfast oatmeal or on their own.

Apples

I prefer the sweeter variation over the sour. The sweeter the better! Bonus- I used to hate the skin, but now i always eat it!

Now to most, that just means, Hooray no school, hooray no work. But the real thing to remember is the great man behind the day. Martin Luther King Jr. We have all read about him, learned about him in school, and surely know the famous words... "I have a dream".
