&lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;-300g de arroz basmatti&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;-1 Paquete de pechuga de pavo de 200g&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;-1/2 bote de claras de huevo de mercadona&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;-Guisantes al gusto ( yo no le puse , no le gustan a mi hija )&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;-Sal&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;-Aceite de oliva&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt;
&lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;u&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;ELABORACIÓN:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt;
&lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;-Cocemos el arroz , en agua con sal, durante 10 min ( si se quieren añadir guisantes , cocerlos junto con el arroz ). Colar y reservar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;-Cortamos la pechuga de pavo en cuadraditos y la rehogamos con un poco de aceite de oliva en una sartén.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;-Cuando la pechuga esté rehogada , vamos añadiendo las claras de huevo y revolvemos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;-Agregar el arroz y los guisantes y rehogar conjuntamente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;-Salar al gusto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt;

&lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;ELABORACIÓN:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt;
&lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;-Limpiamos bien las alcachofas, cortamos y reservamos solo los corazones y las hojas tiernas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;-Las cocemos con agua, sal y un limón cortado a gajos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;-Una vez cocidas, las escurrimos bien y las rehogamos con un poco de &amp;nbsp;aceite de oliva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;-En un bol , batimos un poco las claras de huevo y agregamos las alcachofas.Mezclamos y chafamos bien las alcachofas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;-1 paquete de galletas maría dorada&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;-2 cucharadas soperas de mantequilla.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;
&lt;b&gt;&lt;u&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;Para la tarta:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;
&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;-1 tableta de chocolate nestlè&amp;nbsp;postres&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;-1 brick de nata de montar de 500ml&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;-150ml de leche&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;-1 tarrina de 300g de queso tipo philadelphia&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;-1 paquete de flan royal para 8 flanes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;-caco en polvo valor , tubitos de chocolate y daditos de almendra caramelizada para decorar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;
&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;
&lt;b&gt;&lt;u&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;ELABORACIÓN:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;
&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;-Precalentamos el horno a 180º&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;-Trituramos las galletas y las mezclamos con la mantequilla reblandecida hasta formar una pasta homogénea.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;-En un molde desmontable extendemos la pasta para crear la base de la tarta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;-horneamos durante 15 minutos a 180º&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;
&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;-Trituramos la tableta de chocolate hasta hacerlo polvo ( en la mycook vel. progresiva 4-10)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;-Añadimos la nata líquida , la leche , el queso y el sobre de flan royal y batimos bien. ( en Mycook , 5 minutos vel 4 )&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;-Ponemos todo en una cazuela a fuego medio y vamos moviendo sin parar como si hiciéramos un chocolate a la taza ( en Mycook 6min , 100º vel 4 ).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;
&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;-Vertemos en el molde desmontable , sobre la base de galletas, dejamos enfriar y guardamos en la nevera ( mejor de un día para otro).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;-Decoramos espolvoreando con un colador , el chocolate en polvo valor, los cuadraditos de almendra y los tubitos de chocolate o lo que nosotros queramos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;-Lavamos&amp;nbsp;bien los garbanzos y los ponemos en una cazuela con agua caliente , a fuego medio-alto hasta que&amp;nbsp;empiecen&amp;nbsp;a cocer . Desespumar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;-Lavamos los puerros y los picamos muy finitos.Los añadimos junto con el laurel a cocer con los garbanzos .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;-Dejamos cocer a fuego lento hasta que los garbanzos estén tiernos ( yo aproximadamente 3h ) .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;-Unos 15 minutos antes de apagarlos , añadir el azafrán y salar al gusto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;

&lt;b&gt;&lt;u&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;Masa:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt;
&lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;-En un bol mezclamos el salvado de avena y el gluten.Reservamos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;-Calentamos el agua y la leche (&amp;nbsp;templada, 1 minuto en el microondas )&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;-E una fuente , ponemos la sal, la fructosa , la leche en polvo , el aceite y la leche y el agua templada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;-Añadimos el gluten y el salvado y desmenuzamos la levadura. Mezclamos bien ( tarda en coger consistencia , al principio queda como una papilla blanda pero luego va cogiendo cuerpo) .Seguir amasando hasta que coja cuerpo de masa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;** si lo hacemos con panificadora , poner programa amasado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;-Con un rodillo la extendemos lo más fina posible.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;-Engrasamos la bandeja del horno y&amp;nbsp;extendemos&amp;nbsp;la masa hasta cubrir bien la bandeja.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;-Precalentar el horno a 180º.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;-Poner sobre la masa una fuente de horno ( para que no suba mucho ) , y hornear unos 15 minutos , quitar la fuente y hornear ( para que se dore ) otros 10 minutos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;-Sacar , dejar enfriar &amp;nbsp;y proceder a preparar la pizza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt;
&lt;b&gt;&lt;u&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;La pizza:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;-Sobre la base de pizza , ponemos una capa de tomate triturado y&amp;nbsp;después&amp;nbsp;una capa de mozzarela.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;-Seguidamente colocamos a trocitos una capa de bacon , otra de pechuga de pavo , otra de mozzarela y orégano y albahaca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;-Hornear unos 10 minutos hasta que la mozzarela se dore un poquito.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt;

&lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;-Agregamos el jamón picado y mezclamos bien.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;&lt;u&gt;ELABORACIÓN:&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;&lt;u&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt;
&lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;-En una sartén, marcamos los filetes de cinta y reservamos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;-Picamos la cebolla muy finita y la pochamos a fuego lento durante unos 20 min aprox.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;-Añadimos el cava y dejamos cocer hasta que reduzca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;-Trituramos la salsa resultante , la ponemos de nuevo en la sartén y añadimos la salsa tamari.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;-Agregamos la cinta de lomo reservada y dejamos cocer conjuntamente unos 10 minutos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;-Marcamos a fuego fuerte los filetes de lomo en una sartén y reservamos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;-Cortamos ca cebolla muy finita y la pochamos en la misma sartén con un buen chorro de aceite de oliva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;-Cuando la cebolla esté pochada , añadimos el wisky y la cinta de lomo reservada .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;-Sazonamos con tomillo , orégano y sal al gusto .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;-En la Mycook &amp;nbsp;poner la tarrina de mascarpone, la nata , la leche y el edulcorante .Montar 2 minutos vel 4 .Si no se tiene Mycook , montarlo con la batidora.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;-Cortar la naranja a rodajas &amp;nbsp;y cubrirla con mascarpone.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;-En el momento de servir , poner en un vaso el chocolate troceado , el agua y el wiskie .Calentar en el microondas a máxima temperatura .Batir bien hasta formar una crema.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;-Poner el chocolate derretido en un biberón de cocina y regar al gusto la naranja y el mascarpone.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;-Lavarlos bien , poner en una cazuela con el laurel y cubrir con agua hirviendo.Cocer a fuego lento durante 2h.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;-En una sartén , pochar todas las verduras cortadas a tacos y agregar a los garbanzos .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;-Añadir el azafrán y cocer todo conjuntamente a fuego lento otra media hora.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;-2 cebollas dulces&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;-1 bote de leche ideal&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;-Aceite de oliva virgen&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;-Sal&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;
&lt;b&gt;&lt;u&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;ELABORACIÓN:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;
&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;-En una sartén a fuego fuerte , doramos la cinta de lomo en aceite de oliva y reservamos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;-Cortamos la cebolla al gusto ( yo en tiras finas , porque nos encanta ) y la pochamos a fuego medio .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;-Cuando la cebolla este bien pochada , añadimos la cinta de lomo reservada , salamos al gusto y añadimos la leche ideal hasta cubrir bien los filetes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;-Pelamos y cortamos las manzanas en cuadraditos pequeños y la rehogamos en una sartén con un poco de aceite de girasol.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;-Cuando esté pochada , añadimos un chorro de sirope de ágave y le damos un golpe de calor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;-Repartimos la manzana con sirope en cuencos .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;-Sobre la manzana , ponemos una capa de queso batido y guardamos en la nevera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;-Antes de servir , en un recipiente de cristal, troceamos chocolate y lo regamos con un chorro de agua.Calentamos al microondas aprox un minuto , batimos bien y repartimos en los cuencos de manzana y queso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Amasar muy bien todos los ingredientes de la masa, hay que estar al menos veinte minutos amasando. Dejar levar como si fuera un pan, al menos una hora. Hacer bolas del tamaño de las de billar más o menos y agujereando con un dedo en el centro ir dando la forma de donut, dejar levar y esponjar al menos otros veinte minutos. &lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;-Precalentamos el horno a 180º&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;-En una fuente de horno, ponemos un chorrito de aceite de oliva, colocamos las doradas, las salamos y las regamos con el vino blanco y otro chorrito de aceite de oliva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;-Horneamos unos 15 minutos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;-Esparcimos los ajitos y el perejil y horneamos otros 10 minutos a unos 200º para que se doren.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;-&lt;span style="background-color: white;"&gt;Orégano&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;-Albahaca&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;-Partimos los tomates por la mitad y con una cucharilla los vaciamos, reservando la carne en un bol y las mitades en una fuente de horno.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;-Cortamos las lonchas de mozarella ( reservamos 3 para en final ) y la pechuga de pavo muy finita y la mezclamos con la carne de los tomates.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;-Sazonamos la mezcla con sal , aceite ,&amp;nbsp;orégano&amp;nbsp;y albahaca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;-Rellenamos los tomates con la mezcla y los horneamos unos 45 minutos a 180º.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;-Pasado este tiempo , partimos las lonchas de mozarella reservada y cocamos encima de los tomates .Sazonamos de nuevo con&amp;nbsp;orégano&amp;nbsp;y albahaca .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;-Apagamos el horno y dejamos unos 10 minutos los tomates dentro para que derrita la mozarella.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;-Mozzarela&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;-Aceite de oliva&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;&lt;u&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;Para la salsa barbacoa:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;-ketchup prima light ( 3/4 de vaso )&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;-1 cucharada de ajo en polvo .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;-1 cucharada de cebolla en polvo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;-2 cucharadas soperas de sirope de agave&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;-1 chorro de aceite&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;-1 chorro de vinagre&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;-1/2 vaso de agua.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;&lt;u&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;ELABORACIÓN:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;-Extendemos las pechugas , montando una sobre otra, sobre un buen trozo de papel albal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;-Ponemos sobre las pechugas , una capa de jamón serrano, y otra de mozzarella.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;-Enrollamos&amp;nbsp;las pechugas&amp;nbsp;ayudándonos&amp;nbsp;del papel aluminio y lo cerramos bien como si fuera un caramelo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;-Lo horneamos en una fuente al horno durante 1h a 150º.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;-Pasado ese tiempo le quitamos el papel aluminio y lo doramos al horno con un chorrito de aceite de oliva, unos 15min 230º grill fuerte.Dejamos enfriar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;-Una vez&amp;nbsp;frío&amp;nbsp;, lo cortamos en filetes y listo para servir.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;Para la salsa barbacoa:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;-Agregar el Agar-agar y no parar de remover hasta que se disuelva bien.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;-Pasar por la&amp;nbsp;batidora&amp;nbsp;o colar para eliminar los restos de agar-agar que puedan quedar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;-Consumir inmediatamente , ya que si lo dejamos enfriar se quedará como una gelatina ( pero&amp;nbsp;también&amp;nbsp;esta bueno jeje )&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
