Hola a todas/os Espero y este hermoso dia sea de muchas Bendiciones para todos.

Como muchos sabran este blog lo he hecho para platicar un poco de las cosas alas que me dedico,con las que me divierto y me han pasado en la vida.

Espero y nos conviertamos en muy grandes amigos y puedamos compartir cosas juntas/os.

Hoy les contare de mi experiencia vendiendo AVON, quiza casi todos sepan de esta marca de productos vendidos mundialmente.

La verdad es que me encantan muchos productos de esta linea de cosmeticos,ropa,accesorios y demas. De ahora en adelante hare REVIEWS o mas bien dicho criticas en algunos de sus productos que tratare de poner a prueba por un par de semanas. Si alguno de ustedes tiene una duda no piensen mas y dejenme un comentario y asi podremos resolver algunas de las dudas juntas. Mas Adelante pondre la website donde puedes hacer comprar en mi propia tienda online de AVON, todavia estoy trabajando en la direccion de esta pagina.

Pero diganme ustedes? Han alguna vez probado productos de AVON? Y que piensan de ellos?

Aqui estan algunos de los productos de AVON que he probado por las ultimas 2 semanas y que me han encantado.

Este lipstcik que ve aqui es de la linea MARK, que esta asociada con AVON y venden accesorios de moda, cosmeticos, ropa, perfumes y mas.

MARK esta dedicado un poco mas a jovenes que se quieren divertir y experimentar con cosas innovadoras.

Este lipstick es en color rosee dew de la linea de lipsticks "dew drenched" de la marca MARK.

Me parece un color super padre, que no es tan exagerado y cuando me pongo sombras en los ojos de un color muy obscuros pues no te roba la atencion de los ojos.

Me encanta que son super cremosos y te dura por un buen tiempo, ademas de que tiene un olor y un sabor muy rico.

De veras que les recomiendo este lipstick por tan solo $6.00 en MARK.

Este es una paleta de la misma marca de MARK de AVON la cual contiene 2 colores de labios, 2 brillos labiales, 2 sombras de ojos y un rubor de mejillas.

Este pequeno kit de colores esta super padre! Me encanta y tan solo cuesta $11.00 por que esta en VENTA asi que en verdad se los recomiendo, los pigmentos en estos colores son muy buenos y esta super padre.

Me encanta!

Este perfume es de la marca MARK tambien de AVON, me encanta su rico aroma a notas verdes,flores con un toque de madera.

Me encanta! Huele super rico!

Ademas que el empaque me parece super CUTE [bonito].

En verdad les recomiendo este perfume =]

I had some old pants from work I didn't use anymore. I decided to take the zippers off from the pants and I made a little purse to keep some of my sewing stuff away from the rest so they won't get all tangled up.
Here is the results, very easy to do!

Hello everybody, this time I bring you a video telling you what we do at the Pacific Wildlife Care Center here in Morro Bay.We are in need of funds and volunteers at this time. We all know we are living an econimic recession but believe me being a volunteer or donating whatever money you have available will bring you an internal peace, even more this holidays.
I know holidays are coming and everybody seems to be busy, but a couple of hours a week really help at the center too. So I'll share this video with you guys and ask for your help. I hope all of you guys have a MERRY CHRISTMAS AND A VERY HAPPY NEW YEAR!

I've been reading about birds for the last two days...
I really want to know more about the kind of birds we treat at the animal rescue center....
I've been reading the SIBLEY Guide to birds by David Allen Sibley
I really hope to get to distinguish the kind of different avians we get at the center, I've been trying to get familiarized with the intake charts and in order to get to correctly print one out, I need to know the kind of bird OR mammal we are taking in to the center, this is why I'm reading this book.
Oh and for all those people out there...please leave a comment I would like to get to know more volunteers and their experiences...
I really love to hear from you guys!
One of my friends at the center told me there was this thing going on at Disneyland parks here in California where starting January, volunteers will get to go for one day for free to Disneyland.
I really don't know how this is going to go but I'll have to find out!
Isn't this the coolest thing ever?! Doing what you really love to do and plus getting rewarded for what you love to do!

Hey Everybody Ikow it's been a long time since last time but I've been pretty sick and just wanted to rest. I had fever and my throat was sore, I was pretty scared you never know when you can have the swine flu.I try not to freak out about the swine flu but luckily it was just the common flu, I'm feeling much better and I think I can go back to work tomorrow as scheduled. Well, I'm here today to share this with you guys. As you all know today is the first day of the AIDS awareness month. I'm going to be wearing a red ribbon as a symbol of my support for everyone affected by HIV, and to raise awareness.

The number of people living with HIV in the UK has trebled in the last 10 years

The basics - The number of people living with HIV in the UK has trebled in the last 10 years

*What is HIV?
HIV is a virus that attacks the body's immune system - the body's defence against diseases.

*Are HIV and AIDS the same?
No. When someone is described as living with HIV, they have the HIV virus in their body. A person is considered to have developed AIDS when the immune system is so weak it can no longer fight off a range of diseases with which it would normally cope.

*How is HIV passed on?
HIV can be passed on through infected blood, semen, vaginal fluids or breast milk.

The most common ways HIV is passed on are:

Sex without a condom with someone living with HIV
Sharing infected needles, syringes or other injecting drug equipment
From an HIV-positive mother (to her child) during pregnancy, childbirth or breastfeeding (but with effective treatment and care the risk of transmission can be greatly reduced)
I don't know anyone with HIV... do I?Today there are more people than ever before living with HIV in the UK, but less people report knowing someone with HIV. People with HIV generally look healthy and many do not find it easy to tell other people, so you may not realise if someone you know if HIV positive. To learn more about the different groups of people affected by HIV view the statistics.

*Is there a cure for HIV?
No, but treatment can keep the virus under control and the immune system healthy. People on HIV treatment can live a healthy, active life, although they may experience side effects from the treatment. If HIV is diagnosed late, treatment may be less effective.

*How can I protect myself and others from HIV infection?
Always use a condom when having vaginal or anal sex. You also may want to use a condom or dental dam during oral sex although the risk of transmission of HIV is much lower. You can get free condoms from a sexual health clinic, which you can locate at via the fpa website. Never share needles, syringes or any other injecting equipment

I'm so AMAZED with the whole concept of being a volunteer at the WILDLIFE CARE CENTER that I decided to post some information on what we basically do at the center and some ideas on how you can help. The center I work at is like the emergency room for all those animals that arrive there.I learned so many things on my first day, I just can't wait to see what is awaiting for me in the next days to come.

WHAT TO DO WITH INJURED OR ORPHANED WILDLIFE

*Return baby birds to the nest when possible.
*Observe from a distance to make sure baby animals are truly abandoned(specially fawns,since mothers leave their newborns for hours while they forage).
*Keep people and pets away from the animal.
*Rescued animals should be put in a well-ventiladed box and placed in a warm,dark,quiet place away from drafts. Do not feed.
*Call the Pacific Wildlife Care Hotline immediately.

I am very thankful person, and I always thank God for everything he has given me but today I found it really special, today I was so inspired by this quote from Rev Run and I also found a video that really made me realize we live life once and just not because we live life once we just have to live life but live our life in the most extraordinary way we can. Everything is possible in life.

Hello my dear friends! =]
I'm here today to give you guys a little update with what is been going on and let me tell you I received my prize from Ucreate on Thursday afternoon and I was so excited!
I really loved all the paterns that came with it. Thank You kari I really loved all the fabric.
and to show you how excited; I'm going to share with you guys what I'm doing with it.
Since I got a sewing machine for my b-day and I didnt really have the money to buy fabric I was so excited when I received this, that I'm in the process of making stockings with my fabric and I'll look for some more ideas on how to create different Christmas ornaments.

Christmas Wreath

So yes, I'm back my dear friends as I told you before I had my animal rescue orientation meeting early morning today and I learned so much about the center and what needs to be done.
I'm so excited for this great opportunity to give back to my community and most important to make of this a better world.

I really reccomend you to give back to your community in any way you can, from volunteering to donating, cleaning,any kind of help that makes a change in your community is a way of change for our world.
I know most of the people are so busy out there working, taking care of kids, physical disabilities or any thing that prives you of donating your time to give back but there is so many ways you can help other than financially or time wise. You just have to look for them.

Well, I'm kind of getting out of the subject so let me show you my final results on my Christmas Wreath I told you guys about.
As I told you before I was going thru this book from Martha Stewart and found a lot of cute ones but then I found one that definately grabbed my attention. I found Eddie Ross' blog which is full with tips and information on how to decorate and entertain beautifully and affordably, and fell so in love with the one wreath he made.

Here is some of the pics I took and you can always visit his website for the steps on how to make this beautiful wreath.

1.you'll need a wire hanger, sylicon gun,around 80 Christmas Spheres,I used like 70 (you'll need more if you want it to turn out as beautiful as Eddie's), big wide ribbon and lots of enthusiasm.

* PLEASE do not buy the balls that have the plastic top because when you are putting them thru the wire they will break apart ...this happened to me, augh!
advice:To secure the metal cap to the ball, dab a little hot glue and press. That way, the cap will remain attached as the ornaments are strung.

*You'll need a wire hanger and untwist the end of the hanger, then string one ornament at a time, making sure to alternate the placement and colors as desired. Use smaller sizes to fill in the gaps!

As you can see I used less balls than it was required and this is why you can se some gaps!agh!
I'll buy more during the week and try to fill in those gaps!

Hey you all! I'm here again to tell you about my experience as a volunteer for the Pacific WildLife Care Organization. Tomorrow saturday the 14th I'm going to be attending our orientation meeting from 10-11:30 am. I'm so looking forward to meet other volunteers and the Animal Center.
This is my agenda:
*Introduction- About Pacific Wildlife Care (15 minutes)
*Center Volunteers-Caring for the Animals, Misc Office duties (20 minutes)
*Phone Volunteers-Taking calls from the public (15 minutes)
*Transport Volunteers-Transporting injured/orphaned animals to the center (15 minutes)
*Tour of the Rehabilitation Center (25 minutes)

So there you have my agenda people, my weekend is going to be exciting. I'm still working on my Christmas Wreath and I'll upload the pictures maybe on Sunday.

I feel bad sometimes when I want to skip ThanksGiving and want to jump right into Christmas mode.But how can I resist to all the beautiful feelings Christmas make me feel? Today I want to talk about Christmas instead of ThanksGiving.

I went to the public library last night and brought home a few books on christmas decorations,carols,crafts and Recipies.The one that really got my attention was "The Best of Martha Stewart Living's" Great American Wreaths.She got inspired on the White House and the amazingly beautiful decorations that adorn it every year. She describes the way to make 52 different wreaths that represent the 52 states here in the US using each state's main trees, flowers, major agricultural products,minerals and produce. I got so inspired I decided to make my own wreath out of some ideas she gives in her book. Wow, I'm so surprised with Martha Stewart's style.

Of course she used pretty expensive materials and did a big research on each state and the materials she should use in each wreath. I decided to make one that would represent my house. Full of life.I used pretty cheap materials. Did I tell you this is my first Christmas with my hubby? I'm so excited for the holidays! Hola a todos! Que gusto de andar por estos rumbos de nuevo. En esta ocasion quiero hablar de Navidad, aunque ya se que todavia falta el dia de Accion De Gracias pero pues la verdad Navidad me hacer emocionarme mas no tan solo por todos los adornos , preparativos o decoraciones que se me vienen en mente pero tambien por que es una festividad muy emotiva para mi, me trae muchisimos recuerdos. Ayer por la noche fui ala biblioteca publica y me traje conmigo algunos libros de decoraciones de Navidad muy practicos. Uno que en verdad me llamo la atencion fue el de Martha Stewart "Great American Wreaths" o "Grandes Coronas de Adviento Americanas".

En este libro ella ensenia la manera en la que La Casa Blanca de los Estados Unidos es decorada para esta Navidad. Ella se enfoco en los 52 Estados de Estados Unidos, haciendo 52 Coronas diferentes. La Sra. Stewart hizo investigaciones de cuales eran las principales hojas, vegetales, arboles, y minerales de cada estado para incorporarlos en cada corona la cual lo encontre fascinante! En verdad que quede soprendida con este libro, pero claro ella utiliza muchos materiales muy caros para hacer estas coronas. Decidi hacer una a la cual representara el amor y la vida en mi casa. Mas tarde subo las fotos de el resultado final de esta corona.

Hello Everybody! I'm here on this beautiful morning to tell you all what I got for my b-day! Well, just what my husband got for me on my b-day. I so wanted a sewing machine for christmas but I guess he wanted to surprise me earlier. I got a sewing machine! OMGosh!
I'm so in love with it. Has a lot of good fuctions and eventough I know just the basics I would love to learn more about sewing. My grandmother used to sew for other people and for us when we were little. I think I got most of my sewing knowledge from her.She's my big inspiration. I'll have to learn more about it on my free time. Right when we got home from the store, I had to use it right ? So, I ran to my bedroom and I grabbed the courtains I always wanted to cut to a smaller size so they would fit the window and started fixing them! I'm so happy with my new sewing machine, now my co-workers say they will give me their clothes so I can fix them! Hahaha!I 'll post some pics of my new sewing machine! Leave comments!

Hola a todos! Ya estoy de vuelta despues de un largo tiempo verdad? Pues vengo a contarles las nuevas noticias. Yo queria y ya le habia dicho a mi esposo que queria para esta navidad una maquina de coser. Pero creo que el me queria soprender un poco mas temprano pues me regalo una maquina de coser para mi cumple! Estoy super emocionada!Cuando llegamos de la tienda rapidamente corri a mi cuarto por unas cortinas que tenia guardadas por ya un largo tiempo y que siempre quize colgar, pero la medida era muy grande, no se miraban muy bien y las tenia que mandar a cortar. Pero como ahora ya tengo mi maquina pues decidi hacerlo yo misma!Asi que las corte y quedaron divinas!
no se mucho de coser pero se lo basico, creo que lo aprendi de mi abuela.Mi abuela era costurera cuando yo era muy chica, recuerdo que cosia para otra gente eh incluso para nosotros.Recuerdo que me hacia vestidos,disfraces, de todo lo que ella sabia hacer.La amo es mi inspiracion! Pero diganme ustedes, hay alguien en su vida que ha sido una inspiracion para hacer lo que mas aman?

HI everybody I'm here to show you my last results on my halloween costume...please don't get scared! Hahahahaha! I had so much fun with all my friends and all of their kids. It was pretty surprising they weren't that afraid of my scary costume!By the way Today is my 22nd b-day! I'm so excited because I'm getting a sewing machine from my husband! I can't wait 'till we go to the store and choose the one machine I have always dremt about! Ok Here is some of the pics from Halloween Night. Hola a todos! Ya estoy de nuevo de regreso, con mas fotos de el resultado final de mi drisfraz para la noche de "Halloween". Me sorprendio el hecho de que los pequenitos no tuvieron miedo de mi disfraz para nada! Estubo super bien! Es lo menos que hubiese querido.
