Lorelei got a gift card to Toys r Us for Christmas. Chris took her and she picked out two games for us to play as a family. Chris sent me these pictures at work. He is so sweet to me and such a good Daddy to Lorelei!

We used/use a glider my mom had to rock Lorelei for bed. I still rock my baby who will be three in less than two months. It must be quite a sight to see with her trying to stay on and Boaz taking her spot!

My mom suggested we use the same glider for Boaz. Chris and I decided we wanted a new one so we could keep the glider in Lorelei's room as well as I get to pick a piece of furniture I liked.

I don't just like. It is comfortable, it reclines and rocks! And it is so pretty!

For duck face apparently. Tried to self take a picture of Lorelei and I. Apparently can't get myself in the picture. Then I check and she is doing a weird smile and has hair in her eyes. We tried again and her version of duck face was what I got. Nice.

Baby Boaz

Yesterday I got to drink the punch. The glucola fruit punch that is. The cold is worse than the taste to me. Then I got an ultrasound to see if placenta had moved to a "better location." Boaz was sleeping and would hit and kick at the technician and refused to move from his head down position so she could check on placenta.

I ended up with the table tilted with my head to the ground and feet up in an effort to get him to move. This is so déjà vu for me. I had to tell the tech that my babies have never cooperated while in the womb! So I ended up with a lovely internal ultrasound. Who gets one of those at 28 weeks?!? Thanks, Boaz, ha!

Placenta has moved so no previa for me! Boaz is in the 59th percentile at 2 lbs 13 oz. and they changed my due date. March 27. Lorelei's birthday is March 26. Again with the déjà vu. Fun, though!

Chris and my mother in law both say that he looks like me! I say it is still too early to tell. What do you think?

Bathtub Painting

Do all kids love art? If I ask Lorelei what she wants to do she always says "Paint!" I googled an easy recipe for Bathtub paint that had dish soap, cornstarch, and food coloring. She had a blast!

28 Weeks

I love the third trimester! It is my favorite! Minimal morning sickness. Big enough to get attention, ha! Some parts of it are just so funny too, like almost needing a stranger to pull you out of a chair at the car dealership!
