This blog will be a mix of picks, information and links and a story or two about one degenerate bettors guide and insight as to why he bets the WNBA. the 2012 WNBA season starts May 15th because of the Olympics in London this summer. The NCAA women's final four was held in Denver last week, and well Baylor won but for my purposes there was no surefire #1 draft pick that could lead a team to a championship, such as a Maya Moore last year for the Lynx.

The wnba draft is April 16th, and there isnt that one player that you may have heard of in the mainstream media. No skylar duggins or britney greiner in this years draft. But as bettors you want to check out any coaching changes and any signings of note. WNBA.com is a great sight and yes there is a wnba.com and it has an ongoing list of transactions going back several seasons. Covers.com has over under and spreads for each time going back several years as well.

Western Carolina/Samford Under 125.5 Samford plays a very deliberate princeton style just like Denver, they run the clock and minimize possesions. I dont think Western Carolina can speed the game up enough Ole Miss Over 146.5 and ML +102 Depaul and Ole Miss play similar styles,they both like to press and oush the ball up the floor. the pace of the game will get both teams into the 70's. Ole Miss is the better defensive team of the two, which isnt saying that much but enough to take on the moneyline.

No.Iowa/Northern colorado Under 125 simple the Bears lost 4 starters from their 1st ever NCAA team and travel to play Northen Iowa. who so far this year has played to slow paced, lows scoring games totaling 109 and 98 respectively. I just cant see a young northen Colorado team pushing the tempo to a defensive minded , grind it out club like Northern Iowa.

Albany v Brown ML +105 I saw this line and just going with a hunch, Albany returns 64% of its scoring and were blown out by Pitt in its opener. Brown won by 20 over Johnson & Wales. albany has won the last 2 meetings in the series and are the more experienced team. Providence +8 Providence 's new coach is Fairfield's previous coach Ray Cooley, the friars are very young with 7 sophmores, but cooley intends to have them playing better defense which was non existent in the Keno Davis era. Fairfield is expected to contend in the MAAC and Sydney Johnson is going to install the Princeton Offense. Im leaning towards colorado State -5

At 0-7 start to college hoops, is disappointing from teams that just checked out in the 1st half. Im taking a break today, looking at something tomorrow and i got a couple of college football overs im playing today.

Western Carolina +10(BH)the line is moving down to 9.5/9 if not lower by now.south Carolina is going to be playing the first few weeks without bruce ellington their point guard and leading scorer because he is also on the football team. He was averaging about 12 a game, they have a lot of new players. Western is coming off a n 18-15 season where they won the Northern division of the Southern Conference UConn -23 over Columbia One of the rare times where columbia is in a rebuilding process and just doesnt have the talent to be competitive. Uconn historically blows out teams in these early season mis matches at home. Tennessee State +12 the tigers return their top 4 scorers from last year from a tema that finished 4th in the OVC and the billikens return 90% of their scoring plus kwamain mitchell is back from suspension and should be improved.

Lehigh was up 16 and eventually wore down and bungled this game away, St johns played the 2nd game like i thought they would play the opener. I mentioned the other day Mississippi State always gags a home game against a mid-major in December. I passed on that game and Arizona. Friday, is a huge card that im looking through now. Today is the WNBA Draft Lottery, the Lynx have a chance at the first pick. I became a WNBA fan, in a degenerate way, betting and I was winning, softer lines and wild line movements. Lynx were for 3 years a great over play, and i would hit with them and a couple of teams a lot.

St.johns -13, i played this earlier when the line was 13 it has moved to 13.5. Playing St.Johns because lehigh doesnt have much in the interior, they have either tall or unathletic bigs. Lehigh has C.J Mccollum the nation's leading returning scorer who can get his shot off, but thats about it. this is a link to the Lehigh basketball media page for those who want additional information on the teams if they want to wager I am passing on the Mississippi State game, and undecided on the Arizona game.

The blog is title a degenrate bettors wnba blog, because well I bet wnba , college basketball and college football. Baseball and I have a very bad relationship I seem to be on the wrong side of the epic comeback. The pics are of wnba players, someone once said are there any attractive wnba players, take 10 women away from make and for the most part uniforms that are unflattering at best. Remember, these are women who are athletes and in shape, so it would be logically to think that most would have a feminine athletic body.

I went 0-3 for the evening, watching The Tribe get overwhelmed by a Red Storm and GodsGift( that was his name). the first half the 3's were falling and the 2nd, they committed way too many turnovers. State , I have seen this team every December lose a home game to a team that you just say huh. It was a lackluster effort against a team they had a clear size and backcourt advantage. Which makes Akron a doubtful play on Wednesday. tonight was a case of first game jitters and bad play and I was on the wrong side of all three games. If i see a line tomorrow, then ill cap and post plays for Wednesday.

I like the under in the State and eastern Kentucky game, I think the colonels princeton style offense will slow it down enough to keep it under 133.5/134, ill buy the hook for this one and Even though Derek Williams is gone i will lay the 14 with Arizona. College Hoops Begins

I havent deposited into sportsinteraction as of yet, its great little book for underdog lines but they are not taking anymore us players. I had an account before they put that policy in. There are 3 college basketball games today. William and Mary/St Johns -8 and O/U 136 Based on some preliminary research i did . gulp im leaning William and Mary +8 and the Under 136, The tribe plays a very structured and discplined offense which lives and dies with 3 ball. they were a very young team that took theyre lumps in the CAA, but return Quinn Mcdowell considered one of the top 50 shooters in the nation by cbssports.com. St Johns lost 5 or 6 seniors off of last years surprising ncaa tournament run. they only have returning 1 scholarship play that contributed to last seasons team Mississippi state -17.5/E.Kentucky The colonels have only 2 returning staters and one is Jaron Johnson as the only size in the middle to matchup with Renardo Sidney. 2nd, who on the colonels can slow down Dee Bost. This appears to be a game where State should just come out after shaking off the opening night jitters, should put away EKy, im leaning towards the under, this seems like 72-55 type of game. But havent decided. Arizona/ Valpo probable no play, because i know very little about Valpo

Last 2 night have espn midweek mac games and i was leaning over in both gahttp://www.blogger.com/img/blank.gifmes amd passed on the plays. I havent had that true degenerate bettor spirit lately, want to get it back for college hoops start within the next week.
I do research from time to time on these so called systems that hit 90% and higher, but i feel that can only be done betting really ridiculouse money lines and such.

After my favorite offshore kicked out all us players, finding somewhere to bet and deposit was a small challenge. Are all western union workers nosy as hell, asking why jose sending you money and so on.
I have seen so many posts on covers about people trying to turn $10 into 1700 and other crazy numbers through parlay betting. it was one I saw that I will try at some point, it was a guy that was trying to turn $100 into $10000 in amonth and he was at $5000 through straight bets and i want to try that on a smaller scale with $50. Let you know when it starts

Well after a break, this no games on monday and sometimes wednesdays throws me off. the line movement has been very crazy the last few days between NBA and NHL being over. Liberty Dream Over 167 now down to 164

Honestly this is a game where i wouldnt take either side and As far as totals Atlanta has burned me so many times last season on unders in this range. I would play the over or nothing at all and im not sure about that. Atlanta has improved by bringing in a scoring point guard , but they always have had a problem in the post. They beat New york in the finals, and I played the liberty because they had a post presence in Janel McCarville, she gave the dream problems on the inside and wasnt there in the lane. McCarville had an ankle injury and missed the Confrence finals and she was 14 and 8 per game player.The dream has problems with a large post presence. Atlanta drives alot because they were one of the worst 3 point shooting teams in the WNBA. Liberty had the most improved player in Leilani mitchell, nicole Powell i think she was an all-star in Sacramento. Sacramento is where the Liberty's new coach previously coached before the Malouf's folded the team. thats my take
