Some weeks ago i've taked time to do some litle topless photos with one of the most beautyfull model i have ever shoot. We did that at home, with just the a window light. The nude is not something i do normaly but i wanted to try something pure, simple and natural. It's one of the first time that when i have the photo in front of me i don't want to see photoshop do his work on it.
Just stay natural.. just stay like she is: pure and beautyfull

3 honorables mention on IPA

Yesterday i received from IPA an email anouncing that i had 3 honorable mention on their photography awards.

They more than received 18 000 photos for this !!! For my first participation to this photography award it's cool. We will see next year if i can do beter :)

Since 2 years i speak with a friend model who live in NEw york about making some natural portrait with Her. Her mother agency sent her in paris for the fashion week.. only 10 days.. and between castings, show and photoshoot we founded 40 minutes.. only 40 minutes for shoot together.

She'll come back in september.. next time i'll do a fashion shooting with her.. for sure !!!

mykonos shooting: the place

Last week i was in mykonos in a wonderfull villa for shoot a catalog and a fashion éditorial.
I was a 3 days work. Full of many things.. pleasure of using the swimming pool between 2 shoots.. a family mood during this shooting !

I love time to time take a model and make some natural portrait without any staff.. just her and me. No makup.. nothing just the model and the photographer... it's like a time of meditation for me where i found my mood, my spirit in my photography without any pressure... found the simple pleasure of making simple photos... while forgoting technical, fashion.. just trying to make something beautyfull.

I give you here an exemple of my morning shooting.. without any photoshop work on it. we call that a raw

J'aime de temps en temps partir avec un mannequin sans aucun staff ni maquilleur ni coiffeur.. juste elle et moi pour faire des portraits naturels. Ces instant sont comme des moments de méditation pour moi où je me retrouve dans mes images... retrouver le plaisir simple de faire une image en oubliant l'aspect technique... en oubliant la mode.. en essayant juste de faire du beau.
