 <title>No change for a week</title>

 <description>&lt;p&gt;There is no denying now. It seems I have hit a platou. The bad news is, I did not lose any weight for a week. The good news is, I did not gain any weight for a week. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;So I'm stuck.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The solution, per &lt;a href="http://www.gatzawellnesscenter.com/"&gt;Dr. Gatza&lt;/a&gt; is to change something, like eat less carbs.&lt;br /&gt;Obviously I will see what can I do.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;My daily calorie intake is still around 1500 Cals per day.&lt;br /&gt;I still have some slight heart burn here and there but not as bad as before.&lt;/p&gt;

 <title>Some pain and suffering</title>

 <description>&lt;p&gt;I have hurt myself wednesday on the bench press. I was on a divided bench, and the bottom of my spine went into the hole, while arching to push up the weight. Stupid thing to do. It hurt so much, that I had to skip Fridays training.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Then on top of this I have stepped into my twizers and made a deep gash on the bottom of my rigth feet. So now I can't sit, and have a hard time walking. Arghhh...&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;We are getting creative with the food I can eat. &lt;/p&gt;

 <title>Lost another 5lbs</title>

 <description>&lt;p&gt;End of the first 21 days. I have managed to lose 15lbs.&lt;br /&gt;My home scale shows my weight again after a year or more.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The diet takes some creative thinking, but so far I manage it.&lt;br /&gt;My daily calorie intake is about 1500Cals.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;a href="http://waitebootcamp.com"&gt;Ian&lt;/a&gt; from &lt;a href="http://waitetraining.com"&gt;Waite Training&lt;/a&gt; took me to a gym, where we going to start working out from now on.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Don't laugh, but I fell out of the bathtub.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I never understood that if someone was taking care, how can they fell out of a bathtub taking a shower. Now I know. Or to be more precise, I still do not know how, but I have the proof that it can happen to anyone.&lt;/p&gt;

 <title>I've broken my 10lbs barrier</title>

 <description>&lt;p&gt;I've broken my 10lbs barrier.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Today, at weigh-in, I was 336lbs. That is an 11lbs decrease from the 347 starting point.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The diet plan have changed slightly again. Now I can have 3 &amp;quot;chicken meals&amp;quot; with up to 5 shakes, but I almost never take all 8 meals a day, so most likely I will have only 3 shakes a day.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Beside the slight diarrhea and an ever decreasing heartburn, there is not much else to report on this front.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;a href="http://afatmansdiary.com/index.php?q=I_ve_broken_my_10lbs_barrier" target="_blank"&gt;read more&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/p&gt;</description>

 <title>Getting started - all over again</title>
