What you’ll be doing (Main duties):

Developing first-class web forms and associated architecture for an enterprise application
Design and develop dynamic ASP.NET forms that interface with existing enterpise SQL Server database

What you need for this position:

2+ years of professional software development experience using ASP.NET, C#, VB.NET and SQL Server
Extensive experience with Visual Studio 2005/2008, Visual Sourcesafe, IIS 6/7, AND SQL Server 2005.
Working knowledge of JavaScript, dynamic HTML, AJAX, JSON, Regular Expressions, XML, User & Web Controls
Extensive experience in developing Secure Web Services and Microsoft.NET Remoting technologies
Experience with full software development life cycle
Good verbal and written communication skills
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science

Hiring Agent – Call Center

We are currently hiring for the position of Call Center Manager in a high volume call center.

Minimum Job Requirements:
. Associates or Bachelors degree
. Minimum 3-5 years comparable experience
. Good leadership traits; previous leadership experience is required
. Exceptional Customer Service, Training and Organizational skills
. Experience as a coach and trainer in a call center setting required
. Ability to research vendor options when needed and prepare cost anaylsis

. Meet regularly with Supervisors for training and oversight
. Monitor and coach staff on exceptional customer service skills
. Create staffing schedules; Monitor records of absences, tardiness, vacations and other scheduled or unscheduled time off
. Prepare Employee Performance Reviews and/or review those by supervisors
. Have the ability to calm unhappy customers and subordinates in a professional manner in all circumstances
. Be accountable for actions and performances of those under your supervision
. Maintain Security for building as needed when department is staffed after regular office hours.

Allied Global Services is actively seeking a bi-lingual customer service representative in the Kansas City metro area. The position is for a healthcare company that provides promotional materials, samples and products to dental offices. The person in this position will be responsible for taking inbound calls, order management, billing questions, and first call resolution of all customer orders and concerns in a call center environment. The pay is $11.50/hour and the work hours will be 8 am – 4 pm M-F.

Minimum Skills:
